Lady at front desk was nice Location..near a truck stop, suspicious people hanging around, drinking, rooms were being remodeled and had electrical wires hanging out from sockets

Worst place I’ve ever stayed in. It’s in the middle of nowhere, right near the highway, sketchy area and people. Crappy bed, shower. Place was not cleaned. 0/10.

Horrible staffing, so much attitude and forces me to wait over 2 hours longer to checkin past my check in time because their staff didn't want to clean the room for some reason. By the time I got in there it was soaked on the floor there was throw up on the wall. The TV didn't even work. Zero help from staff the entire time it was absolutely ridiculous and made me want to lose my mind and crash out. Don't stay here. The building themselves are falling apart and they don't care if their rooms are dirty before you stay in them.

There are no amenities as stated on the website. No restaurant, only outdoor pool and vending machines that aren’t stocked well. You have to tell them daily the day before for housekeeping services. The wifi is extremely unreliable. Not a good experience at this hotel.

This motel is Horrible , room was filthy, old and run down the pictures aren’t updated!! The bed sheets were dirty!! Parking was unbelievable we had to park right next to 18 wheelers lots! We just showered and left! It was a waste of Money !!

I booked a room with this motel 2 days before. I showed up around 10:30pm on the day. The front desk lady told me she had no reservations in my name. When I showed her my reservation she got rude with me. I left and then received an email about 5 mins later, saying my reservation was cancelled. Be careful booking here. Especially if you have to drive a long distance. Thank God I found another room in a better location.

Over all you get what you pay for but if you can afford to spend a bit more I would suggest you look elsewhere unless your don’t mind having no key to your room and a less that room temperature room.

The ac was nice and cold but the beds were rock hard unfortunately only one handicap spot and it was full alot without the handicap place card but it was an ok stay

While the outside needed some work I was scared to enter my room however it was pleasant inside deep bathtub was perfect and the ac was on and cold upon my entry. At first I thought there’s no way I’m staying here but honestly I’ll probably stay here again when visiting in the future. Checking in was super easy and tv worked the only downfall is in the mini fridge there’s no freezer area I wish there was.

The room was dirty. The bed was covered with pubic hair. The sink was also covered with pubic hair and also clogged. Talked to front desk about it and ask for cancellation of the room for two days and they denied it. We were there for only one hour and couldn’t handle the smell and dirtiness. Staff said they’re was nothing they could do. Expedia also did not do anything about it. Never again with Expedia and that hotel

The hotel is located right next to a truck parking area, which wasn't a major issue for us. However, when we entered our room, it was very basic and not particularly clean. The bed sheets had visible stains and were extremely wrinkled, making it seem like they hadn't been properly washed or changed. The biggest problem happened during the night. The area felt unsafe because many of the people staying on the property appeared to be long-term residents rather than travelers, and some had pets. In the middle of the night, a large fight broke out, waking us up. When I looked outside, I saw homeless people sleeping directly outside my room, and I didn't even feel safe enough to leave the room. I had purchased the travel protection offered during the booking process and contacted them to see if they could help me change hotels, but they were unable to assist. I would never stay here again, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Safety and cleanliness were major concerns, and overall it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had.

We got our room and left immediately. Very unsafe and not clean. Door fell off of a drawer. Room smelled like animal and piss! Lots of inmates and hobos around the complex. I didn't feel safe even leaving my car to check in. We went up the road to holiday inn express and had a wonderful stay. DO NOT BOOK HERE. PICTURES ARE INNACURATE. The lobby was completely empty except for homeless people and someone charging their phone yelling at their grandma. Seriously. Go somewhere else. They also agreed to refund me but then didn't.

Just not great at all.. we got there at 7pm to check in.. mind you check in is usually 3pm. Got inside the lobby and waited for 15 minutes just for the room to be “not ready”. We are told to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes to come back and to get the key. We head back in after to see not a single soul in the lobby.. a whole half hour we get the key (the lady at front desk was taking her sweet time) And to make things so much better even after the heinous wait we open our door to see the cleaning lady probably 20% done with our room.. scrubbing the bathroom. We as kindly as possible ask her to leave since we simply can’t wait any longer since we had to be somewhere at 8. We had a room to ourself finally after an hour. Just horrible. Only reason this isn’t 1 star is because the room does the job, nothing special but at least it was fine. Oh and the toilet seat was broken which the house keeping said she’ll fix but I did not have time for that.

Terrible service. They showed us 3 different rooms and all were completely dirty. First room was littered with cigarettes , second room hasn’t even been cleaned yet and had beer cans, stained bed with sheets on the floor and trash. Third room was filled with bugs. If you need to find a “lady of the night” there was plenty women standing out front asking for a “good time”. Lots of second 8 people and housing. Unsafe for anyone

No coffee in the studio suites office after 12 pm, any coffee drinkers during the day and evening bring BYOC... I drink coffee day and evenings no coffee means = Alcohol I had to BMOA... LoL... but would have preferred coffee.

I asked for towels twice and got a nod and a smile but no towels. Inside room had zero shower goods, no soap, no shampoo. Door on outside looked like it had been kicked by a Clydesdale and there was a light seam around the whole door. Oddly enough the bed was great but one of the pillows was moldy. No one to complain to that would listen so I slept and left and that’s it.

Was dirty not well maintained and smelled horrible wound up having to spray febreze to help the smell a little bit. Cracked sink and stains on the bathtub.

I booked a non smoking room and the one I was put into smelled like an ashtray, there were also certain overnight workers working the truck stop next door. The hot water didn’t work. The sheets made me itch and the bed was like sleeping on a cement floor with a cardboard mattress topper. Won’t be back and won’t recommend this place. It was gross stayed one night and left the next morning. There are also questionable characters that appear to live onsite as well and the staff was rude.

The stay is chaotic. After extending my stay for 3 more nights and working 13 hour shifts I get to the hotel and as I’m sleeping an employee enters the room and says the room should be empty so I am woken up at 9:30 pm and they switch my room at that night I have to move all My things because I had a 2 bed room and they should have given me a 1 bed room and have to go thru chaos until I move everything and then have to leave to work at 4 in the morning. Their organization is terrible. I have stayed with them for over 1 month and it is the 2nd time I have to go thru this. I guess my next stay will Be somewhere else.

The price of the room is great but they say free parking but if your a truck driver they charge $10 and my last stay they all of a sudden now have a deposit that they didnt have 2 days before seems like they just make up things to charge yt out for

I paid early check in non refundable 25 bucks and wasn’t at least clean or up to par nor were there bar soaps only shampoo and u could just tell nobody even wiped it down got a smoking room no ashtrays and sheets were full of cigarette burns

This place is good for quick stop, resting, take a shower and keep going in your trip.

At $80 for a two-night stay, the value is undeniable. It functions exactly as intended without any unnecessary fluff. It simply works for what you need it to do. Pro Tip: The Mexican joint right next door is excellent. It is a significant tactical advantage for a quick and quality meal.

, Before last I stayed the TV did not work this time. I had no microwave but other than that my day was enjoyable. It always is when I go there just when things like that go wrong.

The check in was smooth but often the people at reception were not present. The bed sheets didn't look or feel clean. There were no hangers to hang my clothes. Let's just say l've been to better motels within the same budget. Don't be fooled by the photos!

Nothing like pictured, very unclean, no toilet paper in the room, water was cut off most of the day. I do not recommend unless you just have no other options. Not enough parking to accommodate the amount of rooms.

The air conditioning is the only decent thing about this place was given a second room after I checked into the first and showed the lady 3 of the roaches we spotted out of a hole in the wall of room 133 bottom floor. Got the 2nd room a day in water starts to leak out of the wall in room 201 2nd floor. When we checked in the service was terrible no one was at the counter. When we checked out our deposit of 20.60 was not refunded.

While other guests scrambled to run she sat behind the desk trying to hide her children.

Room was terrible! It was not clean! Pillow case dirty, sheets dirty, floor had bugs, covers had bugs. They did not stock toilet paper & the water to shower was dirty brown & no hot water to shower! I don't know how this place is still open! Brought this to the employees attention & they said “its be expected”! Rude ass employees!

Young lady at check in was doing her job. I got 2 rooms with different names on them and I forgot. I offered my Expedia info and showed my receipt and she could do nothing. Thank God my brain went into overdrive and we got our rooms. Rooms were supposed to be non-smoking, but one of them and its restroom had a strong smoke smell and there were ash trays in the drawers. The remote did not work, so no TV. The sink faucet did not work. Also, the pictures show an iron and ironing board, but there were none in either room. We did not report these to office because we only had a 2-night stay and we would leave early in the morning and return pretty late, so we managed. The place is pretty loud at night because it is also a trucking space. Finally, office does not look like the picture, and they have a $20 deposit per room, which they do return at the end of your stay. Overall, it is an economic place to stay the night. It fulfills its purpose.

You shouldn't expect a lot for how inexpensive it is, but overall it is not bad, especially if you don't plan on spending a lot of time at the motel during your stay. Air conditioning works fine. Surprisingly quiet, especially considering that it is right on the expressway and next to a truck stop, so no problem sleeping at night. 13 minutes from the airport, probably about the same to downtown. There is a diner and a Mexican fast food place right next door. They have a small pool and they do maintain it (I saw the pool guy at work). I gave it three stars for all the specific items, but four stars overall for value.

Unfriendly staff and no hot water

Hotel staff was never around. Phone calls were never answered, staff could not find reservation and then called 2 hour later expecting me to go back because they had found the reservation. Was told hotel is not pet friendly but then saw some huge dogs in the rooms

They had a, a working TV and wifi. The room wasn't dirty but not especially clean or sightly.

The room upon arrival was not clean there was like a dog treat on the floor that looked like a sausage a toe nail and stuff under the dresser. Stayed for five night and there was no house keeping or towel refresh/trash taken out.

Rooms are clean enough but not exactly luxurious. Really I gave it 4 stars because you can't beat that price.

The shower in our room DID NOT WORK, and the man came and saw and LITERALLY ASKED ME if I would like a bucket to fill up to dump the water from the tub on myself to wash up. I’m 8 months pregnant. It was the absolute craziest thing I could’ve ever been told or offered in my life.

Walked into the room, first thing I noticed was a dead insect on the floor, then I noticed the bottom of the door had no weather stripping and I could see outside right through the bottom of the door. No wonder there were bugs in the room. The counters and the bathtub were heavily scratched and stained. The light fixture in the middle of the room was broken and had a plastic grocery bag taped around it. The bed only had 2 very small pillows, so I decided to go ask for more, as well as extra towels to block the bottom of the door. When I asked for pillows, the attendant told me he could give me anymore because the shipment of pillows never came. I said, a hotel without pillows, and he responded with, well all i do is explain, I do not care. That's when I decided me and my wife will not stay in this terrible place, we immediately left. Wish I took pictures. Will never recommend, and will forever speak badly about it.

I was there for four days and never had a housekeeper come and no one was in the office to get towels.

No breakfast what are you talking about? No cold water in the bathroom sink. Broken toilet seat and no soaps or shampoo to wash with? Plus the moving around of furniture at 11 pm at night . Most of the movie channels on the guid we did not get?

The other undesirable feature of this “budget” motel is that it has a third world vibe (right here in modern San Antonio). As an independent, long-time liberated American woman, I was dismayed by having been approached by Asian Indian men who wanted to know if I was married (presumably to determine if I was secured property), uncool. America of 2026, we can do better! Also, did not get my security deposit back upon check-out like I have with other budget motels. Shell out a few more bucks and pass on this one—unless you like loud trucks and being approached by men who aren’t well assimilated to American mores.

Area Staff kept coming in after one knock at the door . Like give me time to get to the door. Told them over and over to please stop. Went to pay for my room. Got locked out because stop were not up front to take customers money. So I'm sitting outside at my door for longer than 30 minutes. Ask staff if they could open door, Indians started bad-mouthing. Owner came around the corner cop them and got after them. Hour into the peaceful occasion that happened, not that my door saying that I had to leave my premises. They kept my deposit and my money for my room after I pay.
