All in all I wouldn’t come back. This was just a last minute pick and all the others ones were too expensive.

They cancelled my reservation before I got there and did not notify me.

There was no iron in the room front desk said that they didn't have any available...I traveled to San Antonio for my graduation so this was a necessity to have.

While we didn't expect a 5-star hotel, we certainly didn't expect to not have some of the most important things in a motel room. Cons 1. The light fixture in the bathroom was barely flickering on. It was dark. That's the most important place for light. 2. Only one of the bedside lights worked. 3. No electric outlets near the bed. I had to charge my phone across the room and get up to turn the alarm off. 4. Speaking of getting up, the floor felt... dirty? Like they mopped it with a dirty mop. There was an uncomfortable coating of... something on it. 5. The bed had sheets and something thinner than a sheet as a "bedspread". No blanket. No comforter. 6. The television had 5 or 6 channels. None of them entertaining at all. Pros 1. The bed was ridiculously comfortable. It took me a long time to fall asleep, but when I did, I slept GOOD. 2. Despite being on a frontage road, it was relatively quiet. We heard a few loud semi trucks, but nothing other than that,

Check in and check out are terrible. The lobby is closed and you got to communicate through a small bulletproof window. Even though is only 2 pm or 9 am they treat you like a criminal. It's a far cry from from Poland, where restaurants are open at midnight at public train stations!

It was an okay stay , room was hot when we first got in and took forever to be cooled , not to bad if your going sleeping and leaving !

There were roaches all over the room. Roaches were crawling on the ceilings and walls. It was disgusting

There are cockroaches in the kitchen area. Its an old facility and not so nice. You check in over the window and no lobby access. Parking spaces are available but the place is just good for shower sleep and go. Kitchen has no plates or flat wares provided. Big ref is nice, micro waive is also provided. For the price, there are other option around the area.

Worst experience ever, room was dirty, cockroaches on the room. A/C barely worked. This place has a rating of 7 it should be less than 5.

Had roaches in the room, A/C didn’t work, bathtub was horrible, water came out brown, refrigerator did not work. Would not recommend this place at all. Only stayed since it was last option due to all other hotels being sold out for 4th of July weekend

Room seem like it was cleaned in a hurry. Roaches dead around the room table and flooors were nasty. Refrigerator had food from the previous people. This hotel said it would have room for 5. The full size beds barely fit my three kids. As we entered the room it had a very old dingy smell. Since we booked 3rd party the people who run the hotels don’t want to help you at all they are rude and unresponsive. Drains didn’t have plugs. We had to go down to a store for cleansers and clean the room.

I needed to be close to base and this property definitely was. Not very fancy and in need of some upkeeps.

Barely had any running water, bed was so noisy. Good thing we were only there a few hours.

I would recommend strong avoid. As we walked to the room, we were greeted by a very large rat at the bottom of the stairs. We had two rooms, both of them had large dead cockroaches on the floor, and the floors had not been cleaned for a long time. The water came out dark grey and brown at first. The AC Unit was really difficult to control the temperature. My daughter got bit by bed bugs or fleas. A lot of bites!. When we go in our car this morning, it was full of ants from the parking lot.

No alarm clock, tissues, cups, towels old and thin, toilet seat ready to fall off, no blanket on bed just sheet and thin thin spread. Came in to take towels and left bed unmade, next day bed made but no towels. Very very basic. Would not stay again

I don’t think you will find another Studio 6 in the area that is well maintained and clean like this one. The staff is amazing as well.

Very clean and well taken care of. Hard to find a motel like this one. Highly recommended.

Stove was messed up, light bulb didn't work and the front desk charged my card when i said i wanted to pay cash. That messed with my $. Would never stay again.

The room should not be available there was no smoke alarm towel racks in the restroom was hanging off the wall ready to fall at any giving moment the stove was missing the knobs the light switch near the stove was completely gone the hot water knob on the vanity faucet broken to the point it would come off when I would try to turn on the water the cold water knob was really loose towel hooks in the vanity area were hanging so bad I couldn't even hang my towels restroom door on the inside and corner of the wall were stained with what looked like lipstick the walls in the shower need to be resealed with silicone and someone had a dog that barked all night and day the dresser drawer was broken

10 min drive from the river walk. My room was very clean and the staff accommodated an early check in.

Room is dirty. It has cockroach and roach black dirt on cabinets and room corners. Sink smells like roach when using it. Toilet bowl is old and rusty tissue holder. Microwave is dirty, same as as the stove in the mini kitchen. Bed is hard and squeaks. Aircon is good though.

I'm sorry, what?? My sister was in my room with her boyfriend and I was in the room the whole night, and the whole morning, save for about 30 minutes when I ventured out for donuts. The management is insane, I would just avoid. There are plenty of other places you can stay for less and get a better value.

The room seemed clean at first then I realized in the sink there were a bunch of ants. The ants also were on the front door. The bed was super hard and so were the pillows.

The room was very clean. No bugs, Lady in the office would of looked better with a smile. But she was efficent , got us in and out with the paper work. I would stay there again. Oh, heads up. It's no amenities. So go prepared.

The stove was missing the knob and I thought there was a rat in the toilet but it turned out to be a giant glob of hair with something mixed in with it.

Roaches. Water in shower warm enough to not be cold. Run down room and property.

We had a microwave and a small fridge, even though the reservation said it was going to be a kitchenette. We thought we were gonna have at least one burner to cook on. When I asked about it, they said it would be a $10 a day extra to get a kitchenette room.

The ad online shows each room with a kitchen, there are not! The fire alarm was hanging by one wire, i opened the window to freshen the room, and it wouldn't close. The entire place is run-down and nasty! I have 2 more weeks before my place is ready for move-in, but I'm not staying here...I'd rather pay more!

To all women, children, and elderly never go there. I was arrested shortly after the manager said my business wasn't welcomed. Officer put this Veteran into handcuffs!!! They kept my $ 100 deposit.i will never go back!!

My daughter & I are currently living here, after my divorce we had no where to go. Other than some roaches here & there, & some of the staff being a little rude. My daughter & I really like it. I got myself some roach killer spray & just try to go to pay my stay when I know the friendlier staff is there. I like how lighted it is at night. Prices are and area are great. Thank you.

The air conditioner decided to go out in this unforgiving heat. I let the helpful owner know. Within the hour I had a new air conditioner unit delivered by the friendly and hard working maintenance guy.

Horrible conditions for a room. This is not what the pictures of the online booking looks like. I would never stay here! It was an absolute disgust! However, the front desk gentleman was amazing and gave me a full refund. I was very pleased with Patel.

The staff was friendly and check-in was easy. The room was uncomfortable and cleanliness was questionable.

Parking was very easy plenty of spaces. Room had German cockroaches in either room either in small kitchen, restroom. Bed was uncomfortable feeling, pillows are very warn out to which meant little to no cushion to them, seal around door was non existent since could see & feel all outside air and room was hard to cool because of it, room ac had to be turned down to 65 degrees to even have room cooled at end of day of being outside in Texas heat, room lighting was very low dim so not very well lit had to turn on ALL lights to see anything going on in room.
