Hotel is very dated, I believe the weird smell come from the carpet or air-conditioning, sofa and carpets in the room has unidentified stains. Hallway carpet looks the same. Very small bed pillows doesn't cover the head of the bed giving neck pain every morning. I couldn't take it anymore and checked out 8 days early thanks to the manager compassion.

The breakfast was good. Nice variety. The AC unit in our room soaked the floor around it. Our bathroom floor towel was sticky when it got wet. We had to ask for extra sheets and pillows for the pull out couch and it took forever to find some

This hotel has an grocery store right next to it. It is located on an busy street corner. There will basically everything within walking distance. It is somehow place off far enough away from the strret that the there is no street noise. We came to drop off our bages, because we could not do an early check-in and guess what. they went ahead and gave us our room to stay in. That is special nowadays to see people go beyone their way to help you. This is hotel is not an secret. There was an youth basketball travel team tournament in town and the hotel appeared to be full. The hotel did an great job. I had to be careful at breakfast, because the kids would just stand behind us inline and be quiet. We accidental knocked over kids breakfast plate.

Internet wasn’t working and this forced us not to complete our job stuff . The showers room wasn’t draining too . Beds too tiny not as explained when doing reservation.

The room also had poor ventilation and felt damp and musty whenever the A/C wasn’t running. To make matters worse, my son became very sick during our stay, which made the condition of the room even more concerning. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and inability to resolve the issue made this a very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again.

Breakfrast was great. Hot and fresh. They also keep 2 big containers of coffee going throughout the day and one with hot water for tea. Plus regular and decafe. The room we had was clean. Plenty of room for our group of 3 adults and 1 child.

The staff are amazing!!!! We had a bad experience at Six Flags and were not happy when we returned to the hotel. The lady who checked us in went above and beyond to help us by providing us with seaworld stuff that really made our day!!!! We can’t stress enough how fantastic the staff are❤️ the breakfast was enjoyable and the rooms and amenities are clean!! 5/5

The wifi is the worst I have used since DSL, dont know if it affected I was on the fifth floor, but it didnt stay connected more than a minute or two. Pool was nice. Breakfast was ok for the price.

I was disappointed in the Hotel when I saw the room was outdated with dingy carpet, and small bathroom. I stayed there due to the Jazz Fest on Friday, but I left a day early because I was so disappointed in the room's condition.. I wish I could get a refund due to the fact the advertising and pictures are not what the condition of the room is actually. As I stated, I turned my key in Saturday morning and headed back to Dallas. I won't stay at this hotel again.

Easy freeway access. Fun places to shop in walking distance and restaurants within walkind distrance.

Liz at the front desk was wonderful. Very friendly, professional, and informative. The room was just right. Very comfortable. This was by far the perfect stay for the jazz fest. This will now become a tradition. Thanks to all.

We traveled as a family and were thoroughly disappointed with our stay. Our initial room on the third floor smelled horrible. While the staff did move us to the fifth floor which was an improvement—the rest of the hotel fell short. The restroom was far too small, the breakfast was terrible, and the pool was much too dirty to enjoy. No dressers where our clothes can be put away. It was more a motel than a suite.

Everything was very well organized, breakfast was good, staff was helpful.

It is overall a good hotel for the price. The staff was friendly. 15 minutes to Seaworld and downtown. We had 5 people but not enough towels in the room. When asking for more, they did not have any clean little towels. They did provide hand towels to use instead. The breakfast was more of a snack. The bedding was clean but there need to be more detail to cleaning. Spot clean the couch and ottoman. Check behind dressers for trash. The hotel could use a little touch up. It is acceptable to stay there. Hopefully, they will read this and make the changes.

Our room ac did not go above 74/75 degrees even though the thermostat was set to 68. We asked to switch rooms said everything was booked but they did give us fans to use. The staff were very helpful just hated staying two nights in a hot room with our kids. If it wasn’t for the ac not really working our stay would have been great. Hopefully Room 124 ac gets fixed

The room was nice and clean. We got put on the second floor. The view was no view of an air conditioner. Kind of dark in the room, though. Beds were comfortable I like that. It had a sink, a microwave and a refrigerator. It just felt dark and dank in the hallways. The elevator was dirty. The common areas needed to be upgraded, and the staff wasn’t all that friendly.

The beds are hard, not enough room in the rooms. Couldn't swim because it was over packed all the time with kids.The breakfast was disgusting, the waffles are now in a sealed plastic and has chucks of sugar. I asked for no house keeping and they still enter my room and took the towels. It you going to enter you might as well clean the whole room and not just take towels. And I still have not gotten an invoice.

Our stay was pleasant. The rooms were really clean . . The cherry on top was that my bed smelled VERY clean. I would recommend staying here. There is a target next store, so that was very convenient.

They Are Small Our Light To The Sink Area Took A Moment To Come On It Had A Shortage The Restroom Area Very Tiny Don’t Like Tub/ Shower Combination Also Had Rust And Marks All Over The Tub Toilet Flushed A Couple Times Before Going All The Way Down Beds Super Small Sheets Not Cleaned Properly Stains Here And There Fire Sprinkler When Was The Last Time It Waa Properly Checked Or Cleaned Pool Area Needs To Be Cleaned And Sanitized Overnight Staff Was Welcoming And Friendly And Nice Please Update The Hotel ASAP!

Staff was sweet and helpful. Loved the room set up. Only complaint I have was when I was in bed a damn roach landed on my phone while laying in bed in 207 and I threw my phone so fast it cracked the edge of my iPhone and couldn’t sleep all night thinking another roach would land on me.

We checked in and there was a deposit that you had to put down for their snack area. Didn’t know anything about it. I paid it right a way, but when I checked out, I have to wait 3-5 days to get it back. The pool was dirty, it needed to be skimmed out and brushed.

The stay had a few drawbacks. The AC unit was quite loud, and the elevator felt rough and somewhat unreliable. However, the location was extremely convenient, with easy access to everything nearby.

It is such a nice location! Everything we wanted to do was within 5-25 minutes away. The kids enjoyed the pool as well when there. The breakfast (given it is continental) was actually still pretty good and filling. The set up for breakfast was nice as well with many assortments of sauces, salsas, and toppings for eggs, oatmeal, and yogurt. The room was up to par as well and front desk/housekeeping staff were very kind and friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much and almost decided to stay one extra day based on the niceness of the hotel alone. Would stay here again!

They cancelled my booking without a phone call or anything. So at 8:30 pm I had to go find another hotel. The only thing they offered me was they would call another of their hotels in the area to see if they had a room available. I am still waiting to hear back from Expedia to get my money back. Guess we’ll see how that goes.

Room were nice clean and neat also bed are comfortable. It was close to hospital and many restaurants close by . Staff was very nice and helpful.

The carpet was extremely filthy, giving the impression that it had not been properly cleaned for quite some time. My daughter’s socks were brown and dirty after being barefoot for a short amount of time. Additionally, the hand towels by the sink had what appeared to be beard trimmings on them, which raised serious concerns about whether the towels had been properly replaced or sanitized between guests. Also, the shower drain was clogged and would not drain properly, I had to stand in my own dirty shower while showering. Because of this experience, I would not choose to stay at this property again, and I strongly encourage management to address these issues immediately to ensure future guests are not subjected to the same conditions.

The room was spotless! Had no smell! The restroom was also spotless and personally I feel like that really tells you that they really do take maintenance serious.

I can only speak for the room that I was given, but my room did not match what was advertised on the website at all, not even close. From the broken cabinetry to the stains on the sofa to the old, dated overall look of my room… Do better.

The room wasn’t as clean as I was hoping. The shower head had some water deposits that looked like mold. It would have been better if it wasn’t carpeted. It was decent for the price and parking was free. It is located near a bus stop so it makes it easy to get around using public transportation. There are also some fast food and other restaurants within walking distance. It is also walking distance from a target. The free breakfast is as not very good though. But at least they had yogurt and some fruit options. The staff was kind and courteous.

The room was spacious and cozy! But the restroom was extremely small and needed some upgrades. The television was oddly positioned to where you were not able to view from the couch or eating area. Other than that the room was very clean and cozy!

Para hacer el check in no puedes hacerlo ni 5 minutos antes yo fui si podía hacer el check in un poco antes porque venía de un viaje largo me dijeron que hablara como a las 2:30 y me dijeron que no se podía que eran polizas del hotel entonces porque me dijeron que hablara a pero para el check out íbamos sacando nuestras cosas a las 10 de la mañana y ya estaban preguntado que cuarto era nosotros dijimos que todavía no nos íbamos a mi esposo le preguntaron tres veces eran como las 10:45 y le fueron a tocar a mi esposo y le abrieron el cuarto y todavía no era hora del check out muy mal que te estén apurando si el check out era hasta las 12 y a las 10 ya estaban molestando

Staff were amazing but the Tim was not. Sinks kept backing up. No pressure to the water in the shower. And I had no washcloths and called multiple times. Didn’t get them so I had to teach them down. One of the elevators was broke so it took awhile to get up or downstairs. Poor upkeep.
