The location of was close to the airport I had a roach in my room mowed, and the mattresses was nasty. I did not stay at this hotel. I ended up booking another hotel and leaving an hour after check-in.

Room was nice but smaller then expected Breakfast options not the best, expected more. Pool didn’t work. Elevator was slow. Every time you walked in the hotel room the room divided would shake and rattle.

This is a hotel I will definitely not recommend the staff is rude, the room had no extra blankets for the couch bed and when asked for more it felt like it was an inconvenience to them to give me more the blanket on one of the beds were stained horrible. Only thing that was good about it was the staff that made the breakfast they were very nice and had no issues getting any thing they were running low on. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

It was good for the price. Room was clean and comfortable but wish there was ventilation in the restroom and bath. The breakfast was alright but no staff attending the kitchen to refill quickly and coffee was bland. Still good for price.

Nothing, the place was not worth the price they charged. the front desk was nice and accommodating. I didn't like anything and my daughter got chemical burns on her privates because of the pool...my kids eyes was also red because of all the chlorine they put in the pool. The rooms tv's was not working the doors to showers was not locking, the walls was damaged and the metal was rusted. There was no variety in breakfast.

It was in a good location for where I was going. It was reasonably priced and staff was nice. The smell of the carpets in the hallway was bad, made me gag at times.

The front desk staff were friendly. There was no AC in the lobby/breakfast area/ first floor. There was no ice in the ice machine on the second floor. The door to our bathroom didn’t work so we had to put our suitcase against it so it wouldn’t open. We checked in on Sunday and they didn’t clean the rooms any day. By Tuesday we had the trash overflowing and when I asked about housekeeping I was told they were gone for the day. They informed me I could take out the trash and put it in the hall and someone would get it. I had to ask for about 7 trash bags and clean bedding. I took out the trash and changed the bedding and asked for toilet paper. There were seven of us staying in the suite but I was told we could only have one roll of toilet paper. Oh and the coffee machine in the room didn’t work either. The breakfast is also terrible with very few choices. The pool is rather small although nice for younger children. I wish the water didn’t look so murky because of the excess chlorine though.

I loved everything in the midfle of city close to parks n downtown n alot of restaurants nesr by i loved the breakfast n the confy of the beds n cleaniness n parking is so spacious.

Personnel, location

We showed up at 6 for a 3pm check in to be told our room wasn’t ready the lobby was really hot no ac was told if we wanted to go to a smaller room that we would get a room if we wanted our original room we would have to wait there was a family already waiting for over 2 hours and I’m my kids were tired was told I would get a partial refund for my room since I was getting a smaller room still haven’t seen that also the rest room and shower had sliding doors that were very loud and would creak a lot also when we woke up we saw ants coming from the closet for the shower was very disappointed in the room and service I was provided

When booking through Expedia, please make sure to confirm the “multiple beds” I booked a room for two queen beds but the confirmation stated multiple beds. I should have checked in to that because when we arrived we only had on bed and the couch was twin bed. We made it work but for future reference we double check to make sure you are getting exactly what you are booking

Breakfest Pool had very strong bleach smell , next day had bed bug bites

Nothing we were turned away as soon as we walked they didn't even try to fix the situation or anything That we paid for a room and upon arrival we were told they didn't have any rooms and could t guarantee a full refund

I reserved a Kingsize bed and they didn’t have one when I checked in! That was disappointing. But on the bright side, they did let me check out late, at 1 pm.

Les alentours de la piscine étaient négligés, La clim de la chambre était efficace mais bruyante. Le service n'est jamais passé pour nettoyer la chambre le 2 eme jour (sur 4) .

The accommodations provided were unsatisfactory, as there were cockroaches present on the bed right before i left the room. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was experiencing a significant leak. Swimming pool area was very humid n hot and it needed some maintenance work. Water looked cloudy and soapy

The floors in the hallway by the elevator and to the rooms were dirty and it felt very hot and humid. Also the outlets in our room did not work. I paid extra when I checked in for “accidentals” but have not received the money back & we left both rooms exactly as we found them.

This hotel is short staffed and badly maintained, they’re not even able to provide you with an additional blanket

The hotel is very rundown the pool is extremely dirty and water was murky there were holes in the ceiling. The rooms were not super clean the soap was already open and there was toilet paper in the toilet already was not even flushed

This place has terrible locks on the room, and in the rooms. The locks on the bathrooms didn’t work in the rooms, and we had a hard time getting in our room constantly. It was frustrating. The toilets are just standard home toilets that can’t even take a 10 year old’s bowel movement without any paper in the toilet. We had to ask for a plunger, and we thought they would want to move us because of the issue, and they said they couldn’t because there were no rooms. There were no towels available, so they had some delivered when they were ready, but we asked for wash cloths as well, and they said they didn’t have any. There was a water stain on the ceiling of our room, a hole in the ceiling in the pool area, the pool was milky and smelled of strong chemicals that I didn’t want my kids swimming in it for safety. This hotel is doing cheap fixes, and they really need to update. An elevator button was missing in the elevator. The lady at the front desk when we arrived seemed super stressed and when we showed up didn’t even ask what we needed or how she could help. The next day she was arguing with staff in front of customers. Breakfast area is not set up well, and sausage was rubbery and not good! Poor quality for the price of the stay!

The kitchen Staff is so nice..

Comfortable stay for family of 5-very reasonable. Very friendly staff and good breakfast!! Easy drive into downtown. Be ready for confusing one way traffic around highway to/from hotel. Had my son on the GPS and we did just fine.

Hotel is very old rooms felt dirty , sheets had black things all over .. my son threw up and it went all into mattress and they came to replace sheets but mattress was still wet kinda grossed me out to think of what they do with other situations

The toilet and the shower are separated, also the locks did not work and would not lock.

First time reviewing a hotel, but this has been one of my most unpleasant stays. I reserved a room with two beds for me, my boyfriend, and two other friends for the weekend. I did all of this throughout this website because we had never had any issues with it. When we got to the hotel we were put in a one bed room I called thinking it had just been a careless mistake from the staff, staff lady was not helpful and claimed everything was result of a mistake made by the website we used and was not able to do anything for us. My friends had to sleep for two nights in the couch extremely uncomfortably. Both doors for the shower and restroom did not close, we had to constantly have someone close the door from the outside with our shoes so the doors would stay close otherwise the door would fully open. Apart from that the lobby was extremely humid and hot. Overall this stay was horrible for us and we will never be back.

At breakfast, when one person is cleaning up the mess, another person should prepare the replacement item. But the cleaning person was left to her misery.

I’m not one to write reviews but I was extremely disappointed in this hotel. It was my sister’s birthday weekend and I went off the reviews posted on here to book this hotel big mistake. The moment you walk in wreaks of chlorine. The check in was okay nothing special about it did get a $40 dollar hold on my card for any damages. The room needs major remodeling the front door wouldn’t lock by itself I had to keep moving the door handle up and down until the deadbolt would go back in to close the door (I was told by the front desk to do that since the sensor wasn’t working correctly supposedly maintenance was going to check it never showed), the restroom and shower door wouldn’t lock. The ceiling in the shower looked like it was about to collapse holes in the ceiling, the tile by the door was all broken, no hooks to hang towels but one where the blow dryer bag was hanging. The bed super uncomfortable kept sinking in, stains on sheets, basic channels on tv, the mini fridge wasn’t cooling, some outlets were not working to charge electronics, breakfast nothing special about it, won’t be staying here ever again. I should get a refund but of course I know that won’t be happening.

The room was not well maintained. Also the shower was not good at all. Water went everywhere when you wash. I was forced to stop the water with towels so that it didn't flood the room. However most of the staff were kind and very respectful

The check in was easy, what came next not so much, taking a shower was an adventure, the bathtub was clogged up it look like I was in a pool, the a/c was very noisy, neighbors stumping on the top floor, reception didn't do anything about it, room was not cleaned, when I asked for housekeeping they said I had to stay 3 or more days to get housekeeping, luckily before we left, on our last day the tub was fixed and the room cleaned, very rude reception lady on the evening shift, all I kept saying to myself was this is the freaking Marriott what's going on??? The breakfast was ok, loaded with people but ok. I was ready to ask for a refund but all we wanted was to get out of there quick...

The air was not working good and the shower the water got stuck

Front desk staff friendly and helpful . Hotel is in need of a deep cleaning. Rooms are filthy , couches filled with dtains and crumbs, holes in the wall, hair in bathroom sink, tub and floor, insect shells on wall, and most concerning was live roach in bed between the sheets.

No clean towel for 2 days ,ran out of breakfast , pool had no chlorine.

I stayed here for 5 days because my daughter was staying here as well. It was close to the airport. The hotel grounds were and lobby were clean as well as the room. I felt the room was in various states of disrepair and the updates didnt look well done. The breakfast was the same everyday. So tired of it after 3rd day i went elsewhere to eat. Overall the stay was ok. Not great just adequate.

It was a quiet good spot easy to get to. Staff was ok not greeted not through passing either.

Walking in getting checked in lady was nice but a nice like she had to be. A "REGULAR " was checked in before me (he was already waiting didn't cut) and he was greeted amazing and chatted with without force. The room was extremely odd. The rr doors are see through and sliding doors. One door had a handle replaced and u could literally see inside the rr while someone was in there. The room had termites flying and were dead in light and on counters. The ironing board had a huge burn hole. The closet looked like someone ripped out hanging rack and then they replaced with another all crooked and did not seal holes. It also smelled like a ladys not so great perfume busted on the floor. And stunk up our clothes. The suitcase holder has seen better days. Needed 2 new straps. The trundle mattress was so dirty. The pillows had cuts in them like someone cut them open looking for something. The window curtain was same as closet holes unfilled and exposed damage. The lights worked when they wanted to. The restrooms were very odd. One restroom was a toilet and sink. The other was a shower and sink. Very very odd and see through. We went down stairs for breakfast and there were at least 100 people in line waiting to eat so we left to eat. Same the next day. There was some sort of tournament or something but rooms definitely overbooked. I would never stay here again. Pictures very deceiving

Only had one towel when i ask they said to bring them the one I had to get another one. The restroom door wouldnt close. Didnt have extra sheets. When i arrived at the property the shuttle parked in front of me the wrong way boxing me in and just sat in hes car on hes phone. Had to back out. Had put a noose complain neighbor running up and down the hall all night nothing was done for the noose complaint.

The Bad- The room has two small roaches and when I brought it up to the front desk staff they said " sorry about that , did you give them a good squish" . This was not only appalling but outright disrespectful . This was not the appropriate coming from who I believe is a manager there. Also, The pool area was lacking towls and should be capped as far as how many people can be in it at once. When we used it ( my wife, daughter and I ) there was already 12 people there and given the small size of it , the experience was not fun since we had no where to move. This is minor but the medications they had for sale were out of stock and they did not offer to replenish them whatsoever even though I asked twice . I had one interaction with a lady who was house keeping and I asked if she had towels since she was working on the room in front of ours and she said " you have to go downstairs and ask for them" . This response was unwarranted and usually if they don't have them on hand they would offer to get them for you given they are house keeping The food offered was ok and there wasn't that many options. Would I stay here again absolutely not, This is definitely you get what you pay for type of situation and a huge learning experience Next time I'll make sure to stay somewhere else. I hope this review helps another family make the best choice for them.

I rented a double queen suite with a pullout for 5 people, we got 4 towels and 1 was cloth. Staff called us at 4:37a to let us know the towels were dry. The room was nice and spacious, we absolutely loved the set up. The pool was closed too so the kids didn't get to swim the morn before check out.

Staycation- Rented room to take visiting grandkids swimming. Pool was extremely small and reeked of chlorine to the point it burned your eyes within 5 mins, no pool towels, floors were dirty. Picture of pool area that is posted online is not a fair depiction-details a water rain spout-no on. The room was roomy good layout just a few flaws-broken bathroom door would sway and not lock at all, broken headlight on one of the beds, AC unit did not cool well. The hotel hallways were extremely warm. Breakfast area was overcrowded, not enough room or food, they ran out of food almost immediately and not a great selection either. Parking and check-in was ok.

Let me start off with saying the general manager tried helping. We arrive to our hotel at 10pm checked in and went to our 1st room one of the beds had mold. Went down stairs and they moved me rooms not really apologetic so we go to our next room mind you it’s late and I have five young kids with me. We get to our room and the couch is broken and the pull out bed torn and there’s trash in the room. Go back down stairs clearly upset and let them know they go we I can move you rooms again. So they move me a third time but this time I call the general manager and he said he would fix the situation to try one more room and if it’s not up to par he’d go to each room personally and find me one. The third room wasn’t too bad but the mini fridge didn’t really work well but I told my husband we bunk it through. I managed with ice buckets to keep the babies milk from spoiling.

We booked a room for 5 people ( 2 adults , 3 children). The room has a king size bed and daybed with trundle. When we got there, there were no beddings and pillows for the day bed/trundle. When I asked the receptionist regarding the the missing beddings and pillows, she gladly gave me the missing items except for the pillows. She said that she couldn't find the pillow as of that moment, and she would just have it dropped off in our room. No one came and we ended up sharing the 4 pillows that were on the king size bed.

The hotel is old, and it’s showing. I resided in room 134. Restroom threshold broke, spiders webs inside, dead roaches under the a/c unit, restroom door handle broke, sofa cushions were ripped and stained, no hand soap in the restroom, missing ceiling tile in the hallway and water dripping. THE STAFF WAS AWESOME ASF. Shout out to them, it’s not them it was the hotel itself.

This was our first time at this hotel. I selected it because of the good reviews, convenience to the San Antonio airport, complementary buffet breakfast, and the 24-hour complementary shuttle service. However, the male shuttle driver was completely non-communicative and did not help my young daughter and I with our luggages during this 1AM pick up even after informing the friendly front-desk staff on the telephone that I had become sick on our flight due to the excessive turbulence during landing post-thunderstorms. The breakfast buffet was even more questionable - it was messy, the waffle machines had some type of electrical problem and turned off automatically with a long line of patrons. This occurred well before the end time and had to be brought to the staff‘s attention. The orange juice was empty and the liquid catch was overflowing. I spoke to a family who regularly stay at this hotel and enjoy the breakfast and they attributed the breakfast disorganization to a female employee who has unfortunately been out sick for a few months now. If an organized and well-maintained complementary breakfast buffet is why you come here, you may want to hold off until that fabulous woman who handles the breakfast buffet returns to work. Doubt we will stay again. The one upside is the women at the front desk were always exceptionally friendly and did their best to be as helpful as possible.

We enjoyed that the staff was friendly and helpful as soon as we walked in. We loved the breakfast including coffee/tea/juice options and DIY waffles with the TX shape perfect for our kids!

They had their own shuttle, but we had a rental. Hot breakfast every morning room was pretty clean although service made the one day but didn’t make the order. I didn’t understand that, but I’m not gonna complain. I would stay there again.

Older hotel, needs updating

I want to be brutally honest, the staff at this location is beyond wonderful!! The hotel is in deep needed renovations you can tell when you first walk in of damages in lobby and leading on.

Cleanliness was bad. Our room had dirty bed sheets and blankets. The shower tub was dirty. Had to ask for clean sheet and have tub cleaned again. Hallway carpets dingy and dirty.

Front desk staff was very friendly and genuinely pleasant breakfast staff was the friendliest I have seen that early in the morning highly recommended

Very friendly staff. Not only did they offer an airport shuttle, but they also shuttled us to a nearby local restaurant. SO convenient. Comfy beds. Hot shower. Good breakfast.

The rooms were NOT cleaned for 8 days even after we talk to the staff multiple times during the stay. Lights in room flickered on and off. In door pool had to much chlorine causing eyes to burn.

The best customer service!! We needed a close place to stay since our flight got in at 1 am. Room was nice and clean. Our shuttle driver was quick, friendly and very helpful. When we arrived the gentleman who checked us in already had our info pulled up so we could quickly get checked in and to our room. He was the nicest and very thoughtful. He knew our flight was long and wanted to make sure we had something to eat. He gave us some goodie bags with snacks and water, which my kids were very happy about. Nothing we asked for just him be considerate which we truly appreciated!

The room was really nice . The hotel in general was nice. My kids loved the pool it was just a lil packed but overall it was awesome. Only issue we had is that the room had no ac, it had broke or something before we got there & didn’t notice till it started getting really hot in there. They didn’t have any other rooms so we stayed & they came and brought us 1 box fan but it was still pretty hot all night . Other than that everything was good. The room was very spacious .

The staff alone is one of the most hospitable staffs I’ve ever had at a hotel. From the shuttle to the front desk they show absolute care for you and your stay.

Staff was very helpful with issues we had. Hot water not working in the tub, building itself in dire need of a facelift , ie peeling paint on walls, squeaking doors, gym equipment inoperative. Facility old and it shows.

The hotel was pretty tired and dirty. The room had a few bugs (one dead and two alive). Several items in the room were broken (light fixture, blinds, night stand), and had many stains (carpet, sofa, walls). Breakfast quality was really bad. Overall very poor quality stay.
