Why we hadn’t found your location sooner is beyond comprehension but we are so glad we finally did! We don’t plan to stay anywhere else when we visit San Antonio or the surrounding cities/towns!

Extremely clean!! Comfortable beds. Great TV. Lots of drawer and closet space. Breakfast was very nice with a choice of hot foods as well as the standards.

The location was wonderful

We stayed for a week and it was a very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and attentive to any needs we had. The room was cleaned and the hallways were well maintained. The only big drawback for us was there was no microwave in the room.

Staff was excellent. Very helpful.

When we first arrived our room had a stench, I found a cleaning lady and she quickly changed our air conditioner filters and it was back to normal quickly. The young man at the front desk, Paul, was very polite and helpful.

The cleaness of the hotel was very good

Everything was great but the breakfast needs some more options other than carbs. With a special diet the only thing I could have was a boiled egg.

Loved this hotel, very quite

The hotel is great as far as cleanliness and parking. The staff could be a bit more friendly and engaging. Breakfast is very basic continental - but that's okay because you aren't paying premium prices. We stay here when visiting family who live in that area of San Antonio. Will stay again.

Great location. Less than 10 mins from Six Flags. Great customer service. Very clean and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was definitely lacking but there were many options close by. All around great stay. Will definitely stay again when we go back to Six Flags!!!!

Also, the breakfast was way better than I anticipated. Basic continental, but with boiled eggs, laid out attractively and stocked well. Fresh apples and bananas. 3 kinds of bagels (plain, cinnamon raisin, and with seeds). Some kind of muffin. 4 cereals. Instant oatmeal packets. Vanilla yogurt with several toppings you could add to it. And a bunch of little things to put on your bagels….nutella, peanut butter, jellies, etc. Orange and cranberry juice. And of course coffee and tea. Bed was firm with a variety of pillow smushiness. The only drawback was the freeway noise, but that’s not the hotels fault. Would 100% stay here again.

Breakfast no good

I was really pleased with this hotel. The price was great, the continental breakfast was really good including hard boiled eggs, a yogurt bar, and all kinds of other goodies to power up your day. There was an Elkay water dispenser to fill up water bottles. Everything was clean and the staff was very helpful.

We got there an hour after check in time and lobby was full bc everyone was waiting for the rooms to be clean so they can check in as well. Some said for more than an hour! No mgr was on duty at time. General mgr never answered calls. Staff was Not helpful or any accommodations given due to the inconvenience. A lot of upset people.Rooms were clean, soft beds, and good water pressure.

Remodeled hotel, so nice and clean only complaint is the rooms do not have microwaves or coffee pots, which is a huge inconvenience because both days the caffeinated coffee was out downstairs because everybody was drinking it because nobody can make coffee in the room and you can’t reheat your food if you bring food back from the restaurants because of the microwave in the rooms.

The only thing that truly sucked was the breakfast, it was just the basics nothing hot though

Perfect ! For families

Unfortunately, the breakfast was below expectations. On the first day, several items were missing, and on the second day, there was very little variety compared to other hotels. Overall, I would rate the breakfast 5/10. The room also had several issues. There was water leaking from the ceiling near the entrance, and a bucket had been placed underneath to catch the dripping water, making it inconvenient to enter and leave the room. The ceiling was unusually high, which seemed to reduce the sound insulation. The room had a noticeable echo, and conversations from the neighboring room could easily be heard. During the night, I also heard repeated cracking noises from the water pipes, either in the walls or the ceiling, which made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the room did not have a microwave or a coffee/tea maker, amenities that are commonly expected in hotels. Overall, while the staff and cleanliness were excellent, the room condition and breakfast experience need significant improvement.

The rooms were spacious although I wish the suite would have a pull out bed. The bagel breakfast didn’t do it for us or the snacks for sale. But the workers were always available so it was a decent experience.

The hotel was really nice for the price. Great location - we went for a wedding out in the country. Sad thing was the pool was out of service.

All was basically good, a bit disappointed in the pool it didn’t look so good.

We were only here 2 nights hanging with friends. When we first walked into the lobby area it smelled really clean and looked really nice. Once we got off the elevator towards our room, it smelled really bad. When we opened the door to our room it was stuffy and there was a smell. There was also a roach crawling behind the tv, the pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years and the pillows had stains on them. I will not be staying here again.

Metal bed base, no microwave or coffee pot, tiny iron and ironing board were unusable.

Very good overall.

Room was nice and clean but we were under the impression that the sofa was a sleeper sofa per the reservation. It was not and daughter did not sleep well on the sofa. No rollaway bed was available. Needed to use the business area that was also mentioned in the amenities but there was no such area per the one staff that only answered I don’t know. Wouldn’t bother with the breakfast was a few bagels, muffins, cereal, packaged oatmeal, and boiled eggs. Also was having severe weather including a tornado warning that was headed straight in the direction of the hotel. No alarm or notification of where to go for shelter/safety.

Nice fitness center. Just needs floor, yoga mats and cleaner for floor excercises.

The good part, the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful with our needs. The not so good part. The rooms do not have a coffee pot or a microwave, that felt strange and was inconvenient. I stay at Hilton branded hotels all the time, will stay away from this particular Hilton brand.

Room and bathroom were really clean. We had a pretty good view on the third floor to the west. Complementary breakfast was basically cereal, yogurt and bagels, but still cool to have something quick before heading out to Six Flags Fiesta. The pool was decent sized but no hot tub. Front desk staff were very friendly. Location is relatively close to Six Flags and River walk/Alamo area is about a 15 to 20 minute drive.

If they offered a full breakfast it would have been five star.

Loved the hotel! We will definitely be back! Staff was amazing and the room and amenities were over the top for our kids! They loved the pool and breakfast bar and we all loved the atmosphere and room!

The room was clean, the staff were friendly, breakfast was decent and the price was worth it. It was definitely a nice quiet area and I would stay there again.

The mattress had the spring poking out of the bed . The restroom did not flush and the sink had standing water .

I liked our spacious and clean room. The beds were comfortable. The only thing was that the bathroom had a bit of a musty smell. But other than that, the bathroom was spotless, and the shower has a great rainfall type of shower head. The pool was nice and so refreshing.

The light in the parking lot is dark and called for the housekeeping to clean the room but they don’t come to clean it.

The bed and pillows were amazing. There was no coffee maker in the room and the continental breakfast was disappointing. Everything else was great.

They staff are not that helpful, and they never clean my rooms they changed the towels everyday but no cleaning. I spoke with the front desk people and they show no care and the supervisor told me that's personal after I bought the situation to her attention

The property and the rooms were very clean. Check in was quick and easy. Beds were comfortable. Although we brought our own toiletries, i loved that they provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion that smelled great. At the time of our stay, 2 out of the 3 ice machines were not working. We were staying on the 3rd floor and had to go down to the 2nd floor. Our room was on the complete opposite side of where the machines were so just a tad bothersome, but nothing crazy. The downside of our stay was that the hotel promotes having breakfast but in reality all it offered was carbs. Breads and bagels and muffins. No protein other than hard boiled eggs. And the oatmeal and yogurt were not very appealing. We gave it the benefit of the doubt the first morning, but it was the exact same scenario the second morning. Do not count on breakfast when booking at this hotel. But other than that a great stay.

However, the service experience was disappointing. The staff did not seem happy to assist guests, and their attitude made interactions feel unwelcoming. Breakfast was advertised until 10 AM, but items were not being refilled once they ran out. Each time I asked for something that was supposed to be available, the staff acted as though it was an inconvenience, and only provided items when specifically requested. It’s unfortunate because the hotel itself is nice, but the customer service needs significant improvement. A more welcoming attitude and proper breakfast management would make a big difference in the overall guest experience.

The pool wasn’t open

I was told by an Expedia representative that this hotel served a full breakfast. It was not a full breakfast, it was a bit limited continental breakfast, but still good. I would’ve preferred a full breakfast for my grandkids. The staff and room was great.

This hotel is located perfectly for our visit to Boerne and the Rim Shopping Center. The rooms are ample and clean. The breakfast has a nice selection and parking is convenient. There's also a nice selection of restaurants nearby. This is our go-to hotel because the rates are usually reasonable.

The property and the room were clean. We stayed here on a business trip. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice, clean place. We were passing through and my wife was having back pain after camping for 3 weeks in the hill country. This hotel was a clean, comfortable place to rest before our flight home. We got take out nearby for dinner, and the breakfast in the hotel was perfect for weary travellers like us!

It’s always a great stay. When I stay there. It’s by a lot of good restaurants. It’s close to a few good night clubs as well. The staff is extremely friendly. They are more than willing to help whit anything I need.

It was easy and uneventful!

The sheets on the bed weren’t really that clean. The room was maintained well. The pool outside was also not maintained well but it had been raining so maybe that’s why. Overall it was an okay stay, the staff were super sweet when checking in! Lovely ladies! Thank you!

We arrived a bit early for check-in, but we’re still immediately checked into our room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was spacious and clean. While the pool could’ve used a cleaning, we still took a dip and it was wonderfully cold after a day outside. We didn’t wake up in time for breakfast, but we did take advantage of the 24 hour coffee and tea bar in the lobby. Overall, no real complaints and a great experience.

The staff. Victoria was the most amazing host I've encountered! Besides her beautiful smile and welcoming charm, she was very helpful.

This was a lovely location to stay at ! The staff are super helpful and friendly, the rooms are clean , the view is good ! The pool is really nice , tho they do have the hottub blocked off , but in total this stay was amazing !

Employees were the absolute best! Good place to come stay if you just want to get away. Was a little smelly in the lobby and room but nothing horrible. Used febreze and the smell vanished! Other than that I really enjoyed my stay here, would definitely recommend!! Thank you to the staff for everything!

The hotel was very clean andcthe staff was friendly and helpful. My only issues were with the smell of the room and the awful pillows on the bed. I doubt I would stay there again because of the smell.

This was our second time staying at the spark Hotel,it's nice and clean and always smells fresh. The staff was genuinely nice and welcoming.

Breakfast was continental but don't expect hot food. This wasn't an issue as we didn't have a chance to take advantage of the breakfast bar but it only offers bagels, muffins, and yogurt.

We hated everything about this hotel girl in front looked like she didn¿t even know what she was doing , our ac stopped working for hours room was hot the bed sheets dirty with hairs candy was left on the floor Room was overall dirty .. pool had roaches

not much leaking a.c. office chair was trash, shower head didn't work very good, floors were so dirty you couldn't walk barefoot, had to change rooms nothing was working in the first room, and last but not least the toilet seat wouldn't stay tight. Lets not forget the name of the Dominion. The place was no where near the Dominion

Good price and location. Staff was very friendly. There were numerous areas that required some serious TLC. Dirty & stained carpeting throughout the hotel. The shower walls had poor patch work from where the shower rod had been previously hung. One wall had frame hooks. Not sure what happened to the frame. I wouldn't stay there again.

DIRTY. Sheets had stains. Beds were so hard. The overall look of the hotel isn't clean.

Rooms were nice size. Beds were comfortable. Check in was easy. The carpets in hallways and rooms were nasty. Looked and felt like they had not been cleaned in a long time. There was no lever on the sink to open the drain, so everything was slow draining which is gross when brushing your teeth. Also, the remote on the tv didn't work. And I noticed, and maybe I m just old and they don't do this anymore, but there were no phones in the room.

Exceptional

Location was okay, the exit to the location was not and very hazardous to exit, stop and turn. The door didn’t open. Took numerous time to open, had to be rekeyed every time we went in and out. The fold out bed was left dirt, with dirty sheets and pillow cases. The tub didn’t drain, The toilet clogged a couples times. The pool is dirty, no secure, no lighting and most of the items are broken and or rusted. There are stains on the couch, the floors were sticky and walls had holes in them. Looks like there was a leak and the repairs weren’t finished. The sink is falling off the wall. The hall was dirty and flooring nasty along with an unsecured unit across from us. The door did not have a knob nor lock on it.

Reasonable price Room smells a little musty

Front desk clerk accommodated us by giving us another room. Price was decent compared to other places. First room wasn't cleaned very well and items were left in the refrigerator from the previous guest. Quilts and sheets were dingy in both rooms.

There were roaches in the first room. I was charged double plus a double dog deposit.

The carpets of the entire building are dirty never been clean. The walls and ceilings have more cracks and than the ground. The beds are broken no springs to spring. Toilet was not attached to the floor all the way or sealed properly. The showers are dirty. The smell is to die for. Pool area had two chairs not enough water inside it he pool. No cleaning solution inside the pool to ensure the safety of the guests.

Location was good Very outdated. Ac in room leaked. All the furniture was beat up as were the rooms and bathrooms. It really showed its age on the inside.
