Loved my 2 day stay at Spark. I’m local but I had to move out of my house early and headed to Spark to sort through the last of my boxes before taking them to storage. The team was so kind and helpful. I truly appreciate you all and I would gladly stay at Spark or recommend it to others.

Love how it's close to a bunch of restaurants and next to the freeway.

1 night stay. The location was perfect for what we needed. Hotel overall was nice. I was a little shocked that they charged $5.00 per night for parking?? It was just an open parking lot, nothing fancy or special about it. The room over all was comfortable, the bed was firm, TV worked and it was clean. I would like to see designers replace those useless pictures over the desk for a mirror for those ladies that like to sit and do their hair and makeup. They did have a full length mirror, which was nice and something else I found useful was an actual hook rack. Women are all about the details. The staff was outstanding, very nice and personable. Paying $5.00 a night to park and lack of a mirror over desk.

Spark hotels are actually pretty nice to stay in. They're small, but always clean.

Very run of the mill hotel. Nothing extraordinary but not terrible either. Room was clean and basic, good for a few nights. Worth noting that the person at the front desk was very unfriendly. No one goes above and beyond here, just very standard.

Room 214, the a/c did not work...checked in late evening and of course I called the front desk immediately but they were completely booked and had no other room to transfer us to.No manager to speak with, no maintenance personnel available to help possibly fix the issue. Front desk attendant told us 3 separate occasions she would call us back within 30 minutes and let us know something. And we are STILL waiting.....Was the worse hotel stay I've had just do to the fact of no air movement, stuffy and HOTTTT ROOM. I just couldn't go around looking for another hotel a midnight with 2 kids after being outdoors and swimming all day, we just needed a good nights rest. Seemed like this is an issue though as I was instructed to unplug the a/c then reset and see if that would work. But it was no use. I booked because it was a Hilton, but I'm starting to think branding doesn't hold up like it use to.

Juan the mantience employee needs saved the day. He went above and beyond and helped changed my flat so I didnt miss my flight. He needs a raise/ promotion. True professional.

This hotel has potential. No microwave, bugs in the room and bathroom. What seemed to be a blood stain on the side of the bed. Law enforcement being called multiple times. Just not a good experience. Surprised that Hilton would put their name on this. Wi-Fi and TV entertainment was solid. Room was large.

Room smell like a pound of weed (dope). The people across the hall was smoking as well. The room couldn’t have been cleaned if it smelled that bad. They have a wheel you spin to win prizes. I spend the wheel more than once. but never got the prizes.

The room was very clean, and we were not missing anything. The breakfast was also really good.

Did not have hot water the toilet messed up and I have to fix the toilet by myself. Very bad experience.

We will be coming back to this hotel when we come back to San Antonio

Everything good, no bugs, friendly receptionist, good air, just a hickup with cleaning maid but management made it right.

Our stay was great. Maintenance and staff were professional and on schedule. There was no day I would come back and the room hadn’t been restocked/cleaned. It is located at a very convenient location, specially if your here as a tourist. 15 min drive to popular spots and restaurants. The fact that there was washer and dryer was amazing, wish there was more of it.

Staff were nice. AC worked well. Shower not for tall people.

A reserved a room with a double bed (3 people) with months ahead. I get a room with a king size bed. I was told that ever was booked. Plus, I had to pay for parking. The hotel is located near the airport not downtown

This hotel was very nice and updated. The rooms were clean as well! The reception was rude and acted annoyed that she has to do her job. The exchange was very awkward she she only gave one word responses. I did not get her name because I was trying to end the exchange at all costs to avoid confrontation with staff.

Great Staff, clean room, just with they had lactose free options for dairy, like Almond or Soy milk.

The sink in the bathroom was backing up and not draining properly. The breakfast could have been a little better, parts of it were undercooked and other things overcooked. Bananas were way too ripe and mostly black. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful!!

Staff was great, rooms were super clean, and I felt very safe. I was traveling with my mom and children for medical reasons and it did not disappoint.

It was comfortable, spacious, and the temperature inside always felt great.

Clean room, plenty of restaurants around. However, this was the first hotel where they don't offer in-room coffee or even water bottles. A good hotel to stay in for one night.

Booker beware! We were charged for 2 rooms and when we brought it to the attention of the front desk they assured us it would be handled immediately. After 3 weeks of phone calls and lies and even calling corporate we finally got reimbursed. Terrible customer service all around.

Booked and paid through Expedia for one night as we were passing through. The facilities were fine, but on the way to the hotel while still driving I received an email thanking me for checking in. The hotel gave our room to someone else. A man who claimed to be me. They gave us a different room but they charged us for the second room! And it was more than double the original price. We’ve been trying to get it resolved for weeks, we kept being told we would get a call, an email, a refund. Nothing for weeks. They asked us to call back and speak to the manager but he refused to talk to us. 3 weeks! Nothing! We are still trying to get our money back

The room I stayed in was very clean. I had no issues with the space I was given.

Check-in was very quick. Room was clean and modern

rooms were relatively clean. the age of the property is beginning to show. having carpet in the rooms nowadays is a little bit of a trap for dirt, germs, and smells. the shower water pressure wasn’t great but it gets the job done with choosing the right spray mode. single ply toilet tissue is always a disappointment. the parking lot was darker than i would like. there’s a whataburger and taco palenque less than a mile each way, so that helps for late night snacking. overall, a decent stay for a couple of nights and gets the job done.

It was just a nice stay and the staff was so nice, friendly and helpful will stay again next time :)

Every thing was great, breakfast was not good

Room was clean. Front desk was helpful. Main problem was shuttle to airport. We were previously told that the shuttle ran ever hour. But, the day we needed shuttle we were informed that the shuttle covered several hotels, and they were never really sure when it would arrive. We ended up taking our own car and barely getting to the gate before time to load.

Stay was ok. Charging for parking is insane. Hotel was super clean. Some bread to make toast would have been nice. Fresher fruit would also be nice.

We had a very late flight, so we didn't check in until after 1am. Someone was at the frint desk when we arrived, which was nice. Room was clean. Breakfast was ok.

The staff at the front desk were so nice and friendly. The room itself was clean but the top sheet had a few stains.

Need to provide microwave in room, after that everything is nice n clean.

I’ve stayed at this airport location several times. Always clean, comfortable, and helpful staff. Recommended.

Visit was terrible. No alarm clock in the room. I called the front desk and asked for a 5:15 wake-up call and they said it was all set. I never got the wake-up call but fortunately my cell phone alarm woke me at 5.20. I also asked about the airport shuttle and told it runs once an hour starting at 4am which once an hour is not very good, I would have expected every half hour. Worst yet, she didn’t tell me the shuttle would only come if I made a reservation. Since I didn’t have a reservation, I couldn’t get to the airport. I had to get an Uber. Not a pleasant experience and I won’t stay at a Spark again.

Beautiful hotel. The only thing was there was a roach in my room but the room was really clean. It’s a new property so that’s probably why.

Fire alarm sounded more than 20 minutes at 1 am for no reason, ridiculously situation where they couldn't act faster to avoid guests waking up long enough so we couldn't go back to sleep until a few hrs later horrible migraine due to the very loud noise

The breakfast had cold water for the instant oatmeal, I tried to make a bowl and the water was too cold and I had to dump it. Overall the hotel seemed tired and run down, it's like they put a coat of new paint on and said it was renovated. We originally booked because it had airport shuttle service. Be aware that the shuttle service only runs certain hours and our flight got in at 1 am and we had to take a taxi because there was no shuttle service. Luckily I called the hotel about the shuttle because if I didn't let them know we were arriving as late as we did they would have audited our room and we wouldn't have been able to stay. The shuttle runs every hour during the run time and you have to schedule ahead of time. It cost us over $30 from the airport for a Taxi.
