Reviews
The hotel recently underwent renovations, resulting in clean, modern, and comfortable rooms. Guests appreciated the friendly and attentive staff, as well as the convenient location near the Riverwalk. However, construction noise and limited access to amenities due to ongoing work were common complaints. Additionally, some guests were unhappy about having to pay for parking and the lack of free breakfast options.

My family and I stayed at this property while we dropped off our son at his university. This is an absolutely lovely hotel. The staff is friendly, rooms are spacious and clean, and the food is delicious. I’d definitely recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing stay.

Lovely and new, great water machine. AC didn’t work well. Annoyingly either super cold or sweaty.

This hotel was amazing. The location was quiet and nice considering it’s in San Antonio. The bed and pillows were so comfy. The overall aesthetic of the room was perfect. Parking is $45 plus tax and tip for valet. That’s all what’s available. Theres a small parking lot across the street that’s $44 for 24 hours. Which is a better deal if you’re staying for one night. Breakfast isn’t included. But a small cafe inside the hotel serves breakfast. It was just ok, nothing to hype about.

Extremely nice place to stay. You exist the hotel in the back and there is direct access to the Riverwalk. Restaurant on the premises with amazing food. No need to go out looking for better food. Especially liked the Pecan Crusted Trout and the Blackened Snapper. The rooms are clean and have unique cozy lighting. The most amazing hotel bed you will ever sleep in. Your fur babies are welcome and the Bark Park is a great idea. Complimentary water stations keep you hydrated. The pool is small and lounge chairs are few. Vallet parking is pricey, so know before you go. Will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

Location was excellent as expected & the hotel was definitely upscale. Front desk people were just OK for such a high end property...but the staff in the breakfast area were excellent!

Great regular housekeeping. Quiet location. Friendly helpful staff. Forgot to refill the shower gel dispenser. The valet is needlessly expensive. Its not like its an inner city high rise situation, its a lot adjacent to the hotel, a few feet from the front door.. $50+/day plus tips is a exorbiant. The hotel is not quite luxury enough for the nightly rate its charging. Countessa is less per night and a more impressive hotel all around.

The room and the entire property was beautiful, clean, and had a great vibe. They were busy, but the staff was attentive and the valets were fast. The desk clerks were so helpful and kind. Awesome experience.

I love this hotel. The mid century decor is perfect and the location on a quiet part of the riverwalk is ideal. We stayed there Valentine’s on pts. The room was very nicely appointed but the AC didn’t work well. Also, uncovered valet parking was $45/night. Seemed a bit much for uncovered and there’s no apparent public parking other than street parking.

Great location with lots of restaurants within walking distance. We had a lovey view of the riverwalk from our balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the hotel layout and architectural details, modern decor, and beautiful finishes. We will be staying there again when we visit San Antonio.
