One member of the team was good and helpful but the rest was not. There were roaches in the breakfast area and room. The sheets and beds were stained. It was a horrible experience and every time I’ve called they make an excuse and not helpful.

It's located in a good area. It is close to restaurants, attractions, and shopping. The price for the 2 day stay was high for the quality of the hotel. We had to switch rooms 3 times when we checked in. The room we eventually got was no better than the rest of them. The rooms smell really bad. The sheets were very worn out condition. The pillows, curtains, wall, and restroom door trim all had stains. The restroom mirror is losing its reflection. The night stand had buggers smeared on the side. The toilet cannot be flushed more than twice because the water in the tank runs out. The toilet had toilet paper in it when we arrived like it was used and not cleaned before our arrival. The elevators smell bad and are super dirty, especially the touch pad. That hotel just needs a good cleaning crew, and a good deep cleaning. They need to replace a lot of the bedding and curtains.

It was an okay stay for the price. A little dirty for my liking but you get what you pay for. My car got broken into and they busted out my window, so it ended up costing me more in the long run.

Place is nothing like the pictures! Very dirty! Bad service! Ask for conditioner and hand soap and they claimed they were out! Pool and jacuzzi was completely dirty! Sheets & towels were also dirty!

Room not clean at all

Room was dirty… at this point we kinda HAD to stay… there were signs all over the place that said housekeeping only when requested. water stains on nightstand where it clearly hasn’t been cleaned. Same as the desk. Dirty socks found next to the pull out bed. Just expected a little more cleanliness due to the reviews.

I would stay the staff was great very helpful and nice my room very clean and spacious I loved the location downtown is about 10min its not bad it has good restaurants all around i was very happy and felt very safe

STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK BEWARE! initialy i booked 3 nights at first i was impressed for the value and location we were visiting six fkags after the second night my 2 children woke up with several insect bites my son only had a few but my daughter had all over her body and continued to develop more over the next day and half staff was very rude and slow to respond claiming they had the room inspected and there is no issue ive yet to see these documents of course i checked out soon as we realized there was a problem took our clothes to be cleaned and found another hotel so half day of vacation wasted i wish i could post photos of the bites in general property needs maintanance shows lots of wear hot tub was cold staff was rude not really a value at all

The only complaint I would say is I booked this room for 2 days but the tv was out of service. The attendant I did ask didn't know how to fix the problem but they were still good at other requests I needed. They need to maintain that each room has functional tvs.

Overall the stay was pretty good but there was a few things to note. 1. There were some stains on the blankets which I understand its a white blanket and some stains cannot be removed. 2. The breakfast wasnt the greatest spread but it did the job. 3. The only major thing that bothered me was that the AC did not cool the room down at all. It was set to high cool and full blast but the room was still warm and stuffy.

The pool , the space . Breakfast was so blend , the eggs where always undercooked, they had the same thing every day . The juice/coffee machine didnt work and when i said something it wasnt fix . The restroom i got had broken tile , the roof had a wood wall like it had a leak and wasnt properly fix , there was no soap/shampoo. The restroom was dirty -.- , really wished it was better .

The location The rooms were very dirty. Seems like they are not kept in check. Sofa bed did not work. Floors are not vacuumed at all. Sheets/bedding are not properly washed. Cleaning products were left behind.

We had no washcloths when we checked in. The pool water was murky, it really needed to be cleaned. Hot tub as well… out of the 2 days we stayed, I had to change my room key at least 7 times. Had to go back down to the front desk each time.. our room hadn’t been vacuumed either and there were strands of hair in the bathroom… but overall, the staff were extremely nice… I was under the impression according to the name that it was right by SixFlags, it’s not. Its 8-10 minutes away

Was there for three days with my family and kids, big room with two queen beds and a sofa bed so enough space to sleep for the whole family. Locationclose to many restaurants, mall, six flags and many shops. Breakfast is ok, eggs, cereal, meat, muffins and waffle. Overall was good for our stay and I will book it again if in the area.

The staff was amazing, very attentive with all of our needs. The breakfast was not great by anyone's standards. The hotel itself could use a face lift and basic repairs. Our truck was also burglarized in the parking lot.

The hotel is very cool beside the car break ins .. but I see why they have break ons at night they have a 75 year old women working there over night .., no security… overall hotel is nice in a good area shocked of the break ins hope that passes

The service was great! Excellent staff. I agree with another reviewer regarding the property needing a little updating—still a great place to stay. The indoor pool and full breakfast were the selling points for me in choosing this over other hotels in the area. I recommend this place for families.

We had to move hotels suddenly and found the sleep inn. The staff was very helpful and got us into a room before check in time. They were extremely accommodating. The breakfast was great and the room was very comfortable.

I stayed in a suite with 2 queen beds and sofa bed and first tv was tiny, 2nd it was positioned in front of sofa bed instead of beds. I just am not used to that, and it was really awkward to deal with. Wish there was either a bigger tv or 2nd tiny tv. Also asked for bedding for sofa bed and extra pillow, was told that there was already 4 pillows on queen beds and that was the max. Again not that big of deal, but just sharing. Breakfast did not start on time both mornings, and pool was closed early one night. Seems like they don’t have enough staff.

The room was clean enough but had a smell. There were no washcloths even though there were towels. No extra sheets or blankets for pullout sofa. Nothing but a bar of soap and 1 toilet paper roll (the one on the dispenser had about 4 sheets to it and 1 extra roll). Breakfast was eggs and sausage. Waffle mix cooked up soggy. There were 2 choices if cereal. Not alot of choices.

I didn’t check in or stay. They did not have power and they told that they told they will refund me account.

Room service came every day only to take towels, but never left clean ones! Also the lock on the room door broke the first night there. We told staff and instead of replacing, they gave us an actual key 🔑 (not a card). Water was never hot, only lukewarm. Refuse to stay there again.

I will never stay at this place again. I left my wedding ring in room 317 and they claim it’s not there. I have filed a police report. We stayed two nights. The day we arrived no one was at the front desk, I had to ring a bell. The guy who checked me in was very dry. You get what you pay for. I’m so upset that house keeping couldn’t do the right thing and turn the ring in. They are thieves here. When asked for the managers name, I was told name is Mr. Patel.

After a long day at SeaWorld, we got back to the hotel and the electricity in the facility was off. We had to quickly find a new hotel for our family stay that night. We were so disappointed.

A storm went by and knocked out the electricity late night. Would have appreciated a notice as to what they were going to do. It wasn’t on when we checked out at 11:00.

The rooms were smaller than pictured and had a strong mold and cleaner smell. Our first room, the toilet didn’t flush and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Our second room was better than the first but we all woke up the next morning covered in bug bites….. BED BUGS! 10/10 would not recommend!

The rooms were clean. Its very outdated and not all the lights worked so it was very dim. The front desk person had his vape out in the open. The pool had very few chairs and it smelled so much like chlorine. Breakfast was limited and it ran out fast.

No pool towels no clean towels , just What is provided in room ,which was 2 only so what were me and my spouse supposed to dries ourselves with after the shower .. waited till the next morning and still no towels 10:30 am again I couldnt dry myself properly before bed and before leaving the hotel. I left before checkout time this was terrible assistance I should have went to a travel center to take a shower and sleep there I would saved money at least I would have a shower and towels ... This place needs better management seems like there's no one to wash the towels during the weekend no staff was noticed except the attendant at front desk . Poor establishment management

We stay here at least once a month and it’s always comfortable and affordable. Very safe inside breakfast is good and pool and hot tub always clean. Very nice area in San Antonio close to utsa and fiesta Texas

The breakfast wasn't well attended. One family member had to change rooms because of stains and cockroaches. The pool was disgustingly dirty. Hot tub was even worse and not hot! There were no towels at the pool area. Some of the equipment in the fitness center didn't work. Saw very few employees. Appeared that one person was in charge of laundry and breakfast. This morning as we were leaving, the one person, he, was also cleaning rooms. Just say no!

Our stay was awful. Room carpet was disgusting. Bathroom ceiling and walls had holes and mold. Bathroom mirror had mold on it. Not to mention roaches. Roaches in the bathroom and roaches in the room. There was an outside light that kept shining into the room no matter how much we tried to close the curtains and kept blinking and shining through the night. Room didn’t look as if it was thoroughly cleaned. Didn’t even attempt the breakfast because if the room had roaches, I can imagine the kitchen and food having roaches in it. Tv isn’t up to date, basic cable. Room phone didn’t work when trying to call. People loud in the hallway through the middle of the night. People hitting the walls next to us being loud. People above us stomping in the middle of the night. Stopped to speak to someone on the way out and no one came out after a few minutes. Clearly don’t care. Don’t waste your money here!!!

While I didn't utilize it this stay, I love the indoor pool. The gym is right next door to the pool, so one can get a good workout in, then hop in the pool to cool down. The pool is a great size to swim some laps, too. The breakfast spread isn't bad at all. This was my 2nd stay here, and my only gripe is that the refried beans at breakfast are a tad watery. But that's my only gripe. The staff has always been helpful, the property is clean, and the location is great as you're close to the Rim shopping center and Fiesta Texas.

Staff was courteous and good, but single man running the show in the entire hotel. Carpet, bedsheets, sofa were old and stained. 32 inch tv which was not working when we arrived and had to call front desk guy to come fix it. Also, of the front desk guy is gone to help someone, no one is available and new guests have to wait. We had to come back again as front desk guy had gone to help someone. I came back only because we had paid in advance else I would have not stayed at this place.

What kind of slack on breakfast despite what the other reviews said.

The mattresses were beyond awful and I am not picky. My wife and I literally were laughing at how ridiculously bad the mattress was. There was a giant sunken area at least 5-6 inches lower where the previous 200 people have slept. We ran out of shampoo in the container attached to the wall. I tracked down the house keeper in the hallway and asked if she could fill it. She didn’t. I had to go to the front desk and get some small disposable ones. They also took our towels one day and didn’t give us new ones. The gym was a joke. The breakfast was below average and very slow to restock. It just seems like they cut every corner possible. I definitely would not stay here again!!

Breakfast basic... The ladies that worked there did their best with what they have.. nothing special.. juice, bread, some hot eggs and sausages, cereals.. basic.. nothing to say, but the tables are really "not cleaned.. " What was not ok is when the man, on the front desk, comes to you at 6.20 am, with a vape in his hand.. while it should be a "non-smoking" property!!! Really..! could you not let that in your pocket at least!!! what a shame!!

The pool didn't attract me at all. Not a single towel, during 2 full days. Toilets near the pool were really not clean. At least 2 times without paper toilet. The breakfast area was kind of minimum cleaned... but Jackie, who did cover the front desk for our check in and the breakfast while we did check out early on Saturday is ONE of the best assets they have. Keep her. She is a hard worker person and will do anything to help. Thank you Jackie.

Breakfast was good. The little freezer in the refrigerator needs defrosted. Looked like it hadn't been in a very long time.

Clean room, bed and pillows were very comfortable. The convenience of having a refrigerator and microwave was great. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure in the shower was perfect. The pool was nice but we didn’t get to use it and the fitness room was small but had everything you need to get a good workout in. We stayed in a room that had multiple beds and were very satisfied with how everyone was situated. There was a separate area for the third bed so one adult had their own private area. We enjoyed our stay!

I like our room because it's spacious, but the carpet is old and dirty.

The room was disgusting. The restroom and room had not been cleaned. There was trash underneath our bed. The towels were yellow, the bedspreads were dirty. There was crumbs all over the room. The restroom looked like it had not been cleaned, and there was gross bandage just thrown on the floor. As for cleaning list would not recommend at all.

This hotel fit basic needs if you need a place to sleep and rest at night- spacious room and comfortable bed. Plus kids love the indoor pool. Beyond that, its a but outdated and very basic. In room only had shampoo and 1 bar of a soap, small towels and all the pamplets in lobby had expired dates on them. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Just needs some updates and attention to traveler needs.

The room was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was genuinely courteous and accommodating. I especially enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Daily breakfast offered a nice selection. This hotel is a great value. I would definitely stay again if I come back to the area.

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good, and there was a lot to choose from. The pool and hot tub are indoor, and there is a small fitness room. My only complaint is our room had an outward swinging door, and the door chain was broken. The only thing securing the door was the dead bolt.

The staff was great, best customer service I've ever experienced in a hotel setting. The rooms are really outdated but they did not have any bad odor, just and old vibe. It is budget friendly so definitely a good option for a quick stop or if you are going with friends or couple.
