Stayed there for 1 night. I was told at check in tere was a $30 "parking fee" which wasn't shared prior to booking. It wasn't fancy by any means, but for $75 a night, It was the best deal in the area. Old rooms, no new updates. TV had half channels that worked, half didn't. There were a couple od broken items in my room (toilet seat and bathroom door seal). If you're looking for someplace relatively close to downtown without the riverwalk prices, this is an option.

There were cigarette buds on floor. The bed sheets look like there where stains and the bed mattress where really worn down sunk towards the middle of bed showers need to be upgraded out date.

Staff was friendly. Did not stay here. Charged for parking because of weekend, reservation said no charge. Staff advised due to set category description on Expedia. We specifically changed to this hotel for $10 pet charge. Multiple signs say NO pets. Air conditioning was not working. Room was not ready at check-in but the sweet housekeeper allowed me an area for a quick change of clothes. The location has the surroundings for what one would expect in a downtown area around the police station. Best I can say is that the 2 people I dealt with at check-in were polite and did what they could.

You gotta consider the price, but I do not understand how they have an 8.0 rating with the property in his bag of condition as it was no smoke detector light over the sink did not work. Phone did not work. Had to pay a deposit on the key and the TV remote. Very dated air condition would not work properly. Could not adjust the temperature absolutely not worth staying at.

Motel had what I needed. A roof a bed and a shower. I've stayed here a few times, mainly due to affordability and convenience of location. The beds are comfy and the ac blows cold and the TV has decent channels.

When I arrived for check-in at 5:30 PM, my room was still not ready because of an emergency involving the cleaning staff. The room itself was acceptable, but only for a one-night stay. Overall, the unexpected fee and the delayed check-in made my experience disappointing.

The potential was there for a nice comfortable night . both beds were not clean . Staff was helpful upon check in but same girl was not nice during checkout at 8am .

It wasn’t cleaned when we arrived, but good thing the staff were fast and accommodating.

The front desk let us in each time we left the room so, we felt the need to load our luggage and take any valuables with us on our outings. Appeared permanent residents were hanging out front. The staff is always welcoming. The place is always spotless and clean. The air conditioning is super cold, how I like it. The parking is free which is always a bonus. This is about my 4th time staying and if its for over night this is perfect. Thank you

The room was clean I was put in a smoking room since they had no double rooms left, although my reservation was for a non-smoking double room......I'm allergic to smoke and use a CPAP at night and it was horrible , I didn't sleep well at all.....it took a day to get the smoke smell out of my machine ...

Manager would not honor the rate and refused to give room, after I waited 35 min to check in. Started he would refund the amount I had paid to my card but did not. Would not recommend at all

Clean, comfortable, and quiet room. My only minor issue is that there are no restaurants or stores within the immediate area. Walking to restaurants sometimes required passing entrance and exit ramps to highways.

Sheet towels and tp were clean Didn’t have some of the stuffs but it’s expected for price and the distance to the riverwalk and Alamo was steal for price had good time there

Exactly what I was looking for! I clean quiet place to sleep. Front desk was kind and accommodating. Room was clean and orderly. No frills, and just what I needed.

Ron was pretty clean, but some features a bit dated. Staff was very friendly.

Spacious room comfy beds. Deposit of $15 for remote and room key but given back when checked out. Only thing is it’s located on a busy street so you hear cars zooming by frequently.

Despite what some might say it was a pretty quiet 2 days. No one is in everyone’s business which is shocking considering the amount of rooms on property. Yes they do come off as rude sometimes (owners & MNGMNT)but it’s not their intention there is a language barrier. All in all I found my downtown place

Our stay was great! The lady in the office was super nice, the room was nice and very clean. And it’s pretty close to the Riverwalk. We found our new go-to hotel when visiting San Antonio.

Didnt have any soap you had to put deposit for remote for TV and deposit for the key room so what there trying to do is make money on the side when I already booked the room online

Great budget option for a stay in San Antonio. The owners are very nice and the price is right. There is a bus stop not too far away which will take you to the Riverwalk area. It is not fancy, just a budget place that is nice.

The room looked clean but the bedding was old and stained. I slept on top of the blankets. Went to make coffee and a roach appeared. No coffee for me. There is a close gas station that i was able to get coffee.

Upon arrival, I was asked to provide a deposit for "TV remote" use and keycard. Yes, these were returned upon checkout. Some advance notice would have been good for booking. Check-in was easy overall. The room I was assigned had similar pictures to the ones provided online at booking. The TV and additional amenities were a bit off. The room was generally clean, but could use some areas for improvement. I recommend using flip-flops when walking around the room, as the staff does not appear to thoroughly clean the floors. I had no issue exchanging and asking for extra towels. Plenty of parking. I was informed by several UBER drivers that the area is safe. Check-out was just as easy, and my deposit was returned when I handed in the "TV remote" and keycard.

Staff members were good and kind, the place was clean but the fridge sound was so loud.

Overall, it was good. It's no 5 star hotel, but it gets the job done. Great place for staying a night or two, if you're just looking for a place to sleep. Clean rooms, hospitable service, would recommend.
