Red Roof Inn San Antonio - Airport

Quite, clean, daily room check for towels needed. 4 nights stay was great and very fair price. Stayed in Red Roof Plus in Hammond, LA on the trip into San Antonio and will stay in Hammond again on the way back. Thanks for a great stay.

One it seemed to be a weekly hotel stay facility as well. The room was not inviting and felt cold and old.

Considering it was near Loop 410, it was pretty quiet, never heard any noise..beds were comfy, ac was on point! Easy check-in and check-out. Stayed 2 nights.. great price! Definitely will stay here again

Everything was good.

One thing my husband did notice that the wall next to the bed was dirty like if something brown splashed. We didn’t investigate but I know the room didn’t smell bad it was actually very clean. Bathroom was tiny. Overall would stay here again.

It’s ok

Had a late check in around 11pm, as soon as my kids and i walked in the room we saw a German roach..it flew onto the bed and we immediately left the room and went to the office. The staff was very helpful and moved us to a different room. We checked the new room and found another German roach at that point we refused to stay there so as we are waiting in the lobby working on getting our refund i saw about 4 more roaches crawling around the small lobby they have. The staff was great (Trey) very apologetic but i don’t recommend due to the infestation they have.

It's a great value during the week. Weekends triple in price however. Staff was very professional and friendly. The only drawback is nothing is available for breakfast. It's a nice place to stay though.

Room was mildew smelling and damp

It was close to the airport. There were two roaches in the shower when we got to our room. GROSS and UNACCEPTABLE.

We have stayed here several times. The only that bothered me this time is that they had a sign in the windows stating now taking monthly guests, which isn't a problem unless they dont monitor and stay on top of the long term rentals.

Extremely rude staff, not a single smile when interacting with any of them, not at all welcoming or accommodating.... not what I'm accustomed to from other chains....definitely recommend some training or something....I would love to go back but won't simply because the staff acts put out

This hotel served the purpose of close to the airport (under 2 miles) for an early morning flight. Wouldn't use it for anything beyond that.

I took out a while to get checked in. There was a long line. Basically took a shower slept a few hours and then left.

Couldn't sleep at all. The bed was horribly sunken in on both sides. The lights were flickering. Staff was nice, room was not.

Need some renovation

My room need a renovación, bathroom room door the bottom part was roten, needs a new TV and new flooring.

This is by far one of the cleanest and well kept budget hotels I have stayed at. Super quiet and well maintained property.

Beds were stained, floors were poorly swept, and I shared the room with a cockroach. The staff was cool, though.

This was a very clean place to stay with great up keep and a friendly staff!

Not bad of a stay. Cold rooms and clean. Lobby was a little warm but overall it was worth the cost.

A great middle of the road place to stay, not fancy, but not shabby. A great place to stay if you want quiet and out of the way for not a bad price.

No Wifi

Not a great place. Left a day early and ate the charge for my second night due to no refund policy. Room had mold in bathroom, was quiet when I got there but then kept being woken up by people slamming adjacent doors all through the night, someone hit my door in middle of night, location was sketchy. Plumbing from rooms above echoed in room when someone would flush. Overall pretty horrible

Cons: The only issue was that the toilet was clogged. However, we asked for a plunger and got a quick response from the front desk team. It’s an older motel, but it’s well maintained. There’s a microwave in the lobby, but no fridge. The pros outweigh the cons, and I’ll definitely be back because you can’t beat the price and no pet fee .

FLEE BAG HOTEL. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. WAS IN TOWN FOR THE HIGH SCHOOL STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS GAMES AND ALL OTHER HOTELS WERE SOLD OUT..

Rooms look old and dirty, I saw 2 cockroaches. It looks very bad

Our stay was good at red roof for the most part for the price it had everything that we needed for the stay if anything an upgrade to the appliances would be nice maybe a newer bigger t.v. .

Close to the airport. Plenty of parking. A bit dark at night.

I like the guy at the desk around 11-9. Outside it looked bad. Inside was better than outside. No amenities other than free wifi. No microwave no fridge no coffee maker in room. Elevator went out. Hallway has no ac. U have to ask for extra towels every night. It served it purpose somewhere to sleep.

Room 104 stunk like smoke, the door had been kicked in or was not very secure. I gave feedback to the company and an employee contacted me right away to switch rooms. The room they gave us on the top floor was much better and cleaner. The property overall could be updated.

The hotel smells wonderful soon as u enter the building. The ladies were very nice . I got great service. I will return next time I'm in Texas. THANK YOU FOR A RELAXING STAY!

The place smell a dirty like cigar, and the carpet of the hall to the rooms are very very dirty . The pictures of the website looks totally different. I never will be use this hotel. Sorry. About the staff I Don have any bad experience

The only real amenities that they had was a 24 seven coffee bar. The room that I did not have a fridge or a microwave in it you have to upgrade in order to get those amenities. My room just had a TV and some of the stations did not work at all, so it was kind of touchy and picky on what you could and couldn’t watch. That was a little disappointing because there were maybe three channels that my kids could watch and then one turn to adult stuff so those are the options. The staff was excellent, super helpful. The maids went the extra mile and actually laid out my kids blanket and their stuffy’s on the bed, which I thought was really sweet. I would stay again, but I will definitely be looking for a pool, continental breakfast and a room with a microwave and fridge, especially since we stayed five days that was a bit rough.

Absolutely terrible, while the property itself is not the worst ive seen. They "policies" are quite frankly THEFT!!! I booked a 3 day stay and needed to change the dates, NO REFUND whatsoever on the booked room, so i still got charged for a room that i never used. Even though i STILL stayed at their property on the new dates. Completly unreasonable and i have made a complaint to the BBB. I will NEVER stay at another Red Roof Inn anywhere.

The room needed the air conditioner better. It barely had it cooking on high. The bathroom shower was dirty and needs cleaning. Stains were disgusting.

Staff was great. Good place for emergency or quick stay. I’m a clean freak but understand the hotel biz, worked in some many years, but these floors had all kinds of stuff stuck to it and clearly visible in the bathroom and main room areas. Should have been taken care of. Washer and dryers were out of order the entire 4 night stay and that was very inconvenient for my family. NO pool, no breakfast. Just bare bones stay. The AC in the room also did not work properly. It wasn’t hot per se but as soon as the unit would shut off it would start getting hot. The first night we all woke up in the middle of the night sweating and I was right next to the unit. All in all not terrible but could have been better. In an emergency I would stay again

Mediocre hotel. Very rundown

I liked that the room was spacious and Room Service came every day to redo our bed and take out trash. It could have been cleaner, old ketchup stains or salsa stains on parts of furniture. Hair in the shower, and the toilet would make a ringing noise for about 30 minutes after flushing it.

The experience in my room was clean but I noticed it had musty smell. The two queen room deluxe had microwave and refrigerator and TV. Also got fresh new towels when ask for new ones. Disappointed wasn’t any breakfast. But overall experience was clean I didn’t notice any bugs or roaches reading some reviews. Some air fresheners would be needed in the rooms

The parking was for patrons only, lots of people smoking around the entrance, cleanliness was not the best and towels were not as clean as I would hvae liked them to be. Room was mopped but dirty shoe prints were on the floor and it was still very wet. Bathroom tub was dirty and had hair.

Roaches in the room multiple times. This was filthy I left early just because I couldn’t stand it. I wont recommend this place. I truly feel you owe it to the people staying here to clean and fumigate. This isn’t right. Get rid if the roaches.

This place smelled and human urine walking to my room and the a/c was so loud I could not sleep. The area was sketchy area of town. I will never go back to any Red Roof Inn again in my life!

Large room. Staff was friendly & helpful. Was able to park close to my room. A little beat up here & there, nicks in the bath tub, dresser hardware rusted. Washer was out of order. Vending machines did not work. WiFi was intermittent. Bed was too soft for me.

Nothing! It was full of roaches. I walked into the room and immediately saw three roaches. I was discussed and out of curiosity, I walked into the bathroom, turned on the light and saw more roaches crawling on the counter.
