Parking for big trucks

It was fine. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was good. Breakfast was OK. Surprised they didn’t have scrambled eggs or bacon. Overall it was good.

This location is off the frontage road (access road) from the freeway, so it’s in the middle of everything. We heard sirens from the police at night, then again early at 8am, which woke us up. Parking is limited as well if you happen to arrive later in the evening, you get the back spots which is dark, no lights near the back property. A few details inside could be changed like the smell of the AC being old made the room smell musty. The bathroom smells as well. It smells like wet towels but it was the curtains that stink. When you step into the tub you smell it. Beds were stiff as well. This place served its purpose for us for one night however.

The A/C in room 223 was very loud! The bathroom door was filthy and the vanity was untidy. Some of the lights fixtures were broken as well.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I liked that we could control the temperature in the room. The proximity to SeaWorld, various eateries and the freeway was a plus. The office and staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was adequate with eggs, biscuits, sausage, waffles, fruits, yogurt, cereals and danishes. The coffee was also good. My granddaughter enjoyed swimming in the clean outdoor pool. They also provide pool towels. I will definitely stay here again on our next visit to San Antonio.

Excellent location for our trip to SeaWorld. Close to all kinds of food and shopping. Hotel room was clean and housekeeping on point and very helpful. The pool was clean and well maintained. Kids loved it. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Comfy beds had us sleeping in so we missed breakfast maybe next time. Looking forward to our return trip to San Antonio now that we know a great place to stay.

I booked a lined and got two full beds instead and I was told that Expedia did it. So my stay wasn’t as pleasant as I hoped for .

Rooms were right next to each other and where clean

My only suggestion would be to offer a discount for military families. Many of us travel long distances to attend graduations and visit our loved ones in training, and a military family rate would be a thoughtful and much appreciated gesture. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Lackland area.

My room was clean the same as the areas around. The staff was nice and welcoming. For how my family eat the breakfast was great. The only thing I didn’t like is that is located next to fast food and you can hear things around when the AC turn off, besides that no complaints at all. Me and my children liked it

It was easy check in, the staff was nice and it had all the essentials. The room was bigger than expected. Housekeeping did good on updating our bed sheets while we were gone for the day so I loved coming back to a clean room new bedsheets new towels and so on… It had limited breakfast options and the pool area was small. Our tv control didn’t work. But we were able to use the side buttons.

Clean,affordable and hot showers. It's a good place to rest while on vacation. The breakfast was not the best, was looking forward to the waffles but they were terrible like everything else they had to eat.

We left my sons pillow and called within 2 hours of checking out and no one turn it in.

My family loved our stay here. It was very close to everything and the beds were comfortable.

Clean and aesthetically pleasing. The room was cool. The only downside was that the fridge didn't work but it wasn't a big deal.

Honestly I had the best experience here coming from another hotel I checked out of early I found this one last minute and the moment I walked in the lobby it smelled clean, the staff was great and the rooms was clean and smelled clean as well. The free parking and free breakfast was also a plus!

The property is located at a prime location and the front desk representative was very helpful during our check-in and patiently responded to all our queries.. The rooms were so clean and well maintained.. The breakfast options could be better..

The staff. There was a gentleman that helps us and was incredibly friendly the whole stay. Very grateful for him going above and beyond to assist. Unfortunately someone was smoking pot and it was coming through our ac unit. But the staff member helped with room spray and trying to find where it came from to stop it. Not the properties fault someone broke the rule.

Michael at the front desk was super professional and very nice. The location is great. As soon as you walked in the rooms, you knew they were clean. It was spotless and I could still smell the cleaner. Highly recommend.

The staff were friendly, but the room was noisy due to the old AC systems, not its proximity to the road. Additionally, the sheets had an unpleasant odor of dirt and sweat.

Mattress makes noise, affecting sleep

Overall day was good and it was close to SeaWorld. Ice machine was not working and it’s across the street from a fire department so you hear the sirens going off all night.

I came here for the military graduation ceremony. This place is close to the base (about 15 mins drive), clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. My plane got delayed and I had to check in at 2am, the staff called to confirm, and waited for me. Thank you. I would recommend this place.

The room was clean and they had plenty of parking, we stayed here because my niece was graduating from the air force and it was not too far from the base. Continental breakfast was also a plus

There was a Wendy's, Dennys and BBQ spot right outside the hotel and others.

I'm sure management and staff work very hard. The room was average, things are either lose or broke. The bathroom was not as clean. The floor looks clean by the nature of it but it's not. I'm not sure how this property received an 8.2. I think it's proximity to SeaWorld is enabling the business to keep going.

The rooms didn’t look as what they had on pictures the rooms needed to be dusted and it had hair all in the shower and on shower curtain I didn’t say anything because I just cleaned it myself but I will give you a 3 because of the hair thanks

Parking was very easy. Hotel was very clean. Not too far from Lackland AFB. My only complaint was at night the lights from Wendy's (which was directly across from my hotel room) are SO bright they shined into my room. Not a big deal if you have a sleeping mask or don't mind some light in the room, but for me I prefer a pitch black room. Would recommend to friends and family.

The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was awful. There weren't many options and the presentation lacked character. If you need a place to stay for maybe an overnight stay, then this might suit you. I didn't catch that the rooms were not inside of the building, which I prefer over outside access. It was a decent stay, but I will not stay at another Ramada by Wyndham.

The room was decent for the price. However, there were men outside until the early morning hours drinking and talking so loud. I finally asked the front desk to please ask them to quiet down. It lasted for a bit then got loud again. I won't ever stay there again.

clean room coffee /tea machine, basic tv, hot water and toiletries, warm room as is winter now the air condition worked without issues, good breakfast no issues so i dont understand the crazy comments that i read about this property, i ll be coming whenever in town as my kiddo has sport tournaments in SA. staff was helpful and present during breakfast and in reception, all in all all was good, decent breakfast included had fruit, waffle and coffee. i saw teas milk, yogurts, bagels fruit bananas and apple, oatmeal, cereal all the basic needs available for start an good day 😀

Pleasant staff easy checkin

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent . The line for breakfast was all the way to the front lobby and there were no empty tables. We got there at 8:45 and at 9:00 we finally gave up and left because the line hadn’t moved at all.
