Everything was great though breakfast can be better. Some people dont eat carbs or sweets. Because of health issues. So eggs beacon ham boil eggs sausage. Would be appreciated.

To start off breakfast was never ready at 6:00am. Nothing was set out by the time it stated. Coffee was always old and cold.

It was clean The room we was in the a/c wasn't cooling. We had a miserable night. When I called @4 am, the lady at the front desk said to put the ac on 70 and the compressors should come on. But @5am the compressor never came on and she offered to move to another room, but I told her no because we were checking out by 10am. She also said that she had a fan and she would bring it up when she gets off. She did! The hallway felt cooler than our room!!!! When I went down to get the manager's name and corporate info. The man that was said things happened and maybe I should have stayed home. I asked for the manager's name and he refused to give it to me, he hesitated on giving me the 800 number. All around he made things worse!! Bad attitude and should not be at the front desk. I want a refund please

Everything about are stay was great.

The check in took almost 45 minutes due to the front desk clerk not being properly trained. Parking was decent. The hotel’s close proximity to the street and lack of soundproofing makes the rooms very susceptible to outside noise, which in San Antonio, everyone has an obnoxiously loud truck or car. The main hallway and the room we stayed in, both had carpets that smelled like body odor or urine, I’m assuming pet smells. The WiFi was both poor in range and speed. The staff was friendly.

The staff was extra helpful. The cleaning lady was very nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The bed was the worst, we could see a huge indentation in the middle & I have arthritis in my back & hips so I was so sore the next morning. That was the only problem we had with the room, but I sure wish the bed was good because we liked everything else about the hotel

I’m pretty sure it’s the owner (an India man) that was roaming the halls like a stalking perv! Everytime we walked back into the hotel he’d ask what room # and how many people in room! My daughter who lives in SA came over to the room with my granddaughter to visit us that night and he told me she had to leave before 10 or he’d charge me extra! Needless to say I’ll be staying elsewhere next time! I’ll gladly pay more at a downtown hotel and drive further to see my daughter and baby, picked this hotel only because it was close to where my daughter lives. From now on I’ll research a little further. Room was outdated and overpriced, they put lipstick on a pig to keep people booking rooms.

Affordable, clean, well kept, friendly staff, excellent service. Went well above my expectations, to be honest i was very impressed. In my opinion, i could have paid twice the amount i did and still would've been very pleased.

I was surprised to be charged a 3 dollar service fee. It’s only 3 dollars but it’s the first time I have ever seen this.

Love it here everytime i come to san antonio we stay here and love that theyve recently added the big bottles of shampoo and conditioner to there restrooms and lotion as well love this im always forgetting my shampoo and this was a plus will def be coming back

The room was clean and had a clean smell to it.

Once we moved rooms a/c worked but there was an odor in the room especially in the restroom. It was manageable however the disappointment was that the breakfast was limited.

The room was great, clean very comfortable beds, loved the extra pillows on the bed. It was quiet...very roomy. The hotel has great breakfast . Was able to get a late check out ans rest. The only issue was the maid was knocking at checkout and had to tell her please check with front desk we have paid for late checkout. I would stay there again. Great price for such a nice comfortable stay.

I spent the night of January 2 with my family there. Very bad experience. The room was dirty, the sofa bed was not ready, and I had to go to the reception to request sheets for the bed and more towels because there were fewer towels than the number of people in the reservation. And to make our experience worse at 5:00 am the fire alarm got activated without any explanation. After more than 5 times someone from maintenance arrived and just disconnected it when I complained to the front desk they only told me that the alarm had no battery and that's why it had been activated. Very bad service. The breakfast buffet consisted of unflavored waffles and cold coffee... I don't recommend that place.

Walking into our hotel room, the carpet had wet odor to it. The bed sheets did not look new, still smelled like previous guests’ body odors. The restroom tiles were falling apart and the bathtub drain was clogged. I went to front desk to request a different room. The second room also had similar smells too it (wet carpet, broken restroom tiles, and bed sheets smelled). When I asked for extra blankets, even the extra blankets smelled old. It was already very late in the evening and too late to cancel my reservation, good thing was that it was only for one night stay.

We came attending an engagement party for our niece. Overall it was a great hotel. The beds were clean, room smelled good, there was plenty of space for my family of 5 too stay.

When we arrived there was a couple fighting in the second floor. Police were called. Wife wanted to leave but we had already paid for the room, also we had a concert to attend and were short on time.

The unit smelled like someone peed in it. When the aircon is open the smell travels across the room.

The rooms are why we won't be back to this location, the smell was not great, there was trash in the pull-out couch, mirrors were not clean and looked dusty, toilet paper was not stocked or new, and there was a wet hand towel on top of the shower. Each morning there was a horrific smell that came from the toilet, like a sewer issue.

breakfast hours are very limited i suggest to extend it to 10 or 11 am and i stayed 6 days and they only did housekeeping the first day but the rest was very okay!!

Room was clean and comfortable. Located right next to a cvs within walking distance for any necessities. Front desk staff was very polite and helpful! Felt very safe-the main door is the only door you can use without a key card. The hotel smelled clean and fresh-not like strong chemicals covering up odors. Decor was not too gaudy and made it feel elegant and home like. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Check in was very simple & fast. Room was very clean and bed was extremely comfortable.

Poor maintenance, dim light in bath room and clogged bathtub drain. Cleaning personnel did poor job cleaning room. Had to ask almost daily for coffee cups. Overall satisfactory.

Property was decent for the price. Unfortunately due to it being on SE Military Dr you could hear the traffic going by. The fact that the security deposit was $100 was also ridiculous. I've stayed at locations like the Marriot and I've paid $25. Overall I don't recommend unless it fits your Budget. For me I wanted try something different and I regret doing so. I will Say the staff was very friendly. I had an issue with my toilet in my room and it was addressed rather quickly. I felt that the Room keeping could have been better as well. I walked into my room and their was glitter on the Sofa, hair where the napkin dispenser is.

The stay was okay, the room was nice and clean and spacious. The night staffed accused my children of running around making noise when they weren't doing any of that. The price was definitely over priced, the breakfast was medicore. We deseparate and considering the previous place we booked was unsafe and terrible.

Staff was very helpful but the room and restroom smelled, stains everywhere.

It was horrible, there were prostitutes and people smoking dogs outside my daughter and granddaughters room where I took my granddaughter to where I was staying and told my daughter to check out the next morning EARLY

I had a two bed reservation with a lounge/office area. The lounge/office area allowed me to store my belongings without cluttering the bed/sleeping area. The lounge area also provided me with a sofa, table and chair. I was able to use my laptop effectively. Nearby, there are several fast food and sit-down restaurants. There are also two movie theaters and a couple of big box stores (Wal-Mart, Lowe's, Home Depot, Sam's Club). The property is literally one block from Interstate 37 and approximately a mile from Loop 410. I didn't like housekeeping knocking on doors in the morning; but this happens at every hotel/motel I've stayed at. This is not Embassy Suites or the Marriott, but you get a lotta bang for your buck!

I had never stayed at this hotel i too was kind of skeptical and read the reveiws before booking and i was surprised with the service and cleanliness of the suites and their breakfast was good alot of variety very well maintained thanks to Joey made our stay comfortable for me and my family... will book here thru expedia if needed again ....

The room was in good conditions but the bathtub was in horrible it was clogged up whit hair and when we were taking a shower the water wouldn’t go down due to being clogged. When being done taking a shower the water will take at an hour to go down the drain, overall the hotel was nice.

San Antonio can be a tricky area, I guess most place can be in this day and age. I travel for work and always feel safe in this hotel. Easy interstate access. The staff is great.
