Disgusting and so dirty. No pride at all in their hotel.

My stay was extremely disappointing. The door did not lock properly, the AC wasn’t functioning, the blankets and bed had a strong urine odor, and the room overall was dirty. These conditions are unsafe and unsanitary, and the hotel needs to address them immediately.

This was probably the most filthy, disgusting place I have ever endured in all of my 49 years!!!!! The smell, the floor, the restroom, the sheets, the entire facility was unreal! Original plan was to stay 2 nights, ended up crying through the 1st night and then leaving early!

Amd sure enough side of my fa e was swollen two days very sire It was primarily from some debris in my gum but a dirty hitel room dodmt help I stayed in a redroof inn plus Right after and the rooms despite only being around 15 more are far better than anything motel 6 has

Plus the screws I the lock were lose I think a prior guest was forcefully removed lol I understand you have low income guests but you literally promote you are SEAWORLD MOTEL 6 if I was here for SeaWorld I would expect clean renovated Cheap is nice I mean you may be able get a room under 30 dollars using apps like Expedia agoda But whats good saving 20 dollars? I ratger you guys shut those hitel down so it can be renovated I haven't got any bed bugs but still it needs renovated The staff seems friendly but that dont matter when the property owner is a mise I'm guessing they bought this building many times over and collecting almost pure profit That's pr9bably why the rooms are very cheap even for motel 6 My suggestion Strip everything! New beds new flooring replaster the walls Install new bathroom tubs Take out the tacky half tables amd half dressers Plus newer better t.v.s

Nothing. It was horrible. I could not even sleep for fear of of the drug users in the parking lot. Everything room of dirty. Drug deal going on in the parking lot most of the night. Homeless guy sleeping behind the dumpster.

Looked ugly outside pool wasn't operational, door lock first room they gave me wouldn't lock,they insisted just pull harder on door no no no I d I don't pay for inconvenience.

The rooms are very old nasty and they have to up date the room pictures it should not be in for rent... didn't stay

We have to leave the place because was blood in the sheets and the wall we have to pay for another hotel

Pool out of service seems like for years and no looks of being fixed any time soon! Homeless people literally outside by entrance ugh! No ice machine, washer and dryer don’t work, I got side by side rooms and both were horrible, showers barely had water coming out took 30 min for warm water, toilets flushed once every hour and poorly maintained showers! WiFi worked atleast but beds were like sleeping on floor. Don’t recommend at all especially for $90 the nerve! But at 11pm and nothing else available it is what it is but never again ever!

Not safe! I couldn’t even go inside the property and couldn’t cancel my reservation. There were only living in the parking lot. Did not feel safe leaving my car!

The room I booked online was not the room available. When I sat on the bed I started itching all over my body They would not refund me because my total time from leaving the office waiting on elevator walking to the room and back was more than 30 mins.

This property is nasty and dirty. Pool has like 6 inches of dirty stagnant water in it. Everything about this place is super creepy, especially at night. Weird people hanging around. Sick and starving cats all around the parking lot, laying on people’s cars. It’s right by 410, so it’s very loud and noisy. We felt very unsafe here, so we decided to leave and tried to get a partial refund but that didn’t happen.

A/c wasn't working and room had a humid smell.

It served its purpose, just a place to sleep and shower but nothing great about it.

The pictures are not of this property. The rooms are old and the pool didn't work. There is cigarettes burns thru out the bathroom. And we had doritos in the bed when we pulled back the sheets

The property’s staff is courteous. The property needs maintenance. The pool needs major repairs. The laundry room is out of order.

Very dirty and nasty

We stayed in room 206 at Motel 6 San Antonio 2185 SW loop 410 from 7/2-7/5 2026. Didn’t have high expectations due to low cost. Room was in poor condition, large hole bottom of bathroom door. Dirt debris at headboard. Moldy phone and pillows. But a couple hours into our stay we noticed blood stains on the 2 bedspreads I called asking for replacement, waited hours and they never came. Called again was told they would be replaced and again never came. Husband finally went to office and was given one fitted and one top sheet to use instead of bedspread or blanket. I work in healthcare and it is inexcusable to expect me and 2 young children to sleep in bloody bedding for 2 nights. Feral cats and drag racing outside window all night. Door to room difficult to unlock. Strangers observed looking in cars at night. Please investigate this place.

GROSS!!! The bedspreads had obvious body fluid contamination!!! Mattress grossly stain!!! Chair had blood smear and caked blood!!! Toilet bowel stained and shower had debris from previous user. HAVE PHOTOS

The room was filthy. The floors, walls, towels, and every surface was gross. We asked for clean linens and the man at the front desk was just rude about it. We checked out early because it was just a terrible experience. The rooms were gross, it was loud, the pool wasn’t even usable, and the customer service was the worst of all. Wouldn’t recommend staying here at all.

The room was very old and run down. There was writing on the bathroom wall as if it was a high school bathroom. Tub was dirty, everything just old and run down.

The room smelled like mold, and the elevator smelled like urine. It was a horrible experience. I paid $60 and honestly could have gotten a much better place for that price.

The parking was ok. There was people selling drugs in the parking lot. Sheets had been washed but they had stains on them. Tub had cigarettes bruns on them. Used drugs pouches in the parking lot. Looked like hookers walking around. The pitchers on line isnot what it looks like. I do not recommend anybody to stay there.

Just an overall slum. Owners are scamming as much as they can without maintaining the property. Filthy rooms that you can't even walk around in without shoes because of how disgusting the floors are. Everything is rundown and filthy

Staff very unhelpful and one of the guys is kind of unfriendly.....location has seen better days.....pool is empty and disgustin....sign for the place is falling apart.....had a room for 2 nights.....left after the first night

This place is a nightmare. The advertisement was misleading, and the location was terrible. As soon as we entered the parking lot, we saw a naked woman walking . The pictures on the app were nothing like the reality. The pool was filthy, full of mold, and there was no water at all. It was like a pigsty. We decided to leave and go to another hotel, but as we were exiting the parking lot, we saw homeless people fighting. This place is not safe for anyone. And to top it off, the hotel had the audacity to charge my card three times. Don’t waste your money or time on this location.

Old and nasty everything

The room was horrible and disgusting and management was very rude. I would never stay here again. I strongly recommend others to stay somewhere else.

This place needs to be shut down!! Clearly the owner only cares about collecting money from customers. The pool has is full of algae. The air conditioner vents were broken, toilet paper covering up the smoke detector graphite on the walls in bath room, no phone, wires coming out of the wall under tv. holes in the chair, bed felt like a brick, tub had a ring around it. toilet paper holder broken off as well as the towel rack in the bathroom. The staff acted oblivious to all the problems blaming the workers for not reporting it. and lastly the elevator buttons or broken off.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a stay. After check in the key would not work. The staff tried to get in with a machine still didn’t work. Waited about 20 minutes with cranky kids to get another room. Get in another room and we get stuck in the room from the inside. Called office no help. Took us forever to get out of the room. The room was dirty. The shower curtain was moldy and nasty. Just absolutely terrible. I told staff and did not get a refund or discount.

Didn’t get to stay, my room was cancelled without any warning and they still tried to charge me for the room.

The place not what look like in the pictures and it no pool no water in it room 232 has cracks in windows and mold fridge leak and the sink leak as well . People was veryrude

Door didn't latch close properly. Requested non-smoking room but smelled like smoke. Paint was peeling and walls were in need of repairs. Tub was dingy, old, and peeling and frankly, just needed a new one. My son and I didn't bother showering and didn't stay 2nd night.

Everything was wrong

From the rooms having bed bugs!! To how ghetto it was. The first day a homeless man was wandering the property approaching my vehicle yelling I stepped out and told the front office it’s like I had to tell him what to do. I had to tell him to call the police to get him off the property. The second night a couple outside fighting in the parking lot. Third night a dog barking all night long and then had dog poop on the parking lot. The other people that were staying the night just yelling and talking so loud right in front of my door had no respect so you couldn’t really get no sleep. Then the front desk didn’t even have enough towels!!! I won’t ever stay there again.

The only reason to get there is to get crack at 3am. 24/7 noises, and cops in the lot. Rooms are filthy. Heater doesn’t work. Paper thin walls allow you to hear when crack head girl gives a gumjob to her pusher. Management knows what they’re running, and laughs all the way to the bank.

everything was wrong, the towels with hair on them, used condom on the bed on the first day, And of course, there were cockroaches, and terrible service from the property owner.and three nights of fighting and shouting from the neighbors.

The room looks nothing like the pictures. You have to give a deposit which is not done at any others.

The room was in terrible shape. None of the lights worked and the smell was tolerable it indecent. The other occupants were suspicious and no security was on site. This was a horrible experience and will look elsewhere for my next stay. The clerk was convenient but unaware and expected much more for a hotel that is located in a nice area.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY FEEL LIKE YOU'D BECOME A VICTIM OF TRAFFICKING. THIS MOTEL IS NOT KEPT AT ALL! peepholes in the walls,floded bathrooms, floorboards are peeling up, bags over the smoke detectors, the door was kicked in previously. It is NOTHING like they advertised. Please dont book here. Made my trip horrible and caused much stress!!

worst motel I jave evsr seen we didn't even stay there after we walking the room it was nasty all around and immediately started looking looking for another place to stay. this place is unsafe to stay Do Not Stay Here!!

Parking was great

The room was extremely dirty and filthy to say the least. While i can understand its not a fancy place the essentials of simply having an area clean goes long ways. Room 316 floors, and bath tub had pink/red stains from where it looked like someone had spilled some type of liquid and was just left there from before and no one bothered to clean it properly before renting this room again. Toilet was disgusting and dirty at all the edge of the rim, from the inside I'm not sure if its just an old toilet or what but same it had black line stains. I reached out to the gentleman in the front and all i was told was "no one from maintenance are available to go and clean right now". I was also not offered to go into another room. I was truly disappointed over all and the lack of understanding. It was very late at night and after an all day of driving i was too exhausted but we stayed just to get us by through the night and we were out the minute we woke up as we did not want to breath a second more of that filthy room. I would go as far as stating room was so filthy we made sure we did not walk around bare foot AT ALL. Terrible experience.

Rooms are very dirty. Looks like no one cleans them. Bedsheets were heavily stained. Bathtub was dirty and restroom smelled of urine.

We just needed somewhere to sleep so it was ok for that. But the door to the restroom was all scratched up and had a hole at the bottom. There was no breakfast. Parking was ok. They have a pool but we didn't use it.

Have a lot of homeless nearby and some room with group of alcoholic drinks

Stains on the bed and sheets, lots of skatchy people, pool was dirty but swimmable, staff was friendly but they were stingy with towels and rags asked for 4 and they only gave me 2 ask for 2 rags only got 1. Brought my family down from Iowa 16 hours for 4 nights and there was a drug bust right outside our room guns drawn scared my niece. Place for dogs to potty was a sheet of stickers or dirt. Dead cockroachs were in our bathroom. Prostitutes were in and out of rooms i would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially familys. I packed my family up a day early and left because couldnt handle another sleepless nights on small beds.

Beds were ok. Floor was coming up and a tripping hazard. The bathroom had hair and a pubic hair in it still. Gross. Our room was next to the cleaning crew area and it was obnoxiously loud in the morning. So terrible. Overall ok for the price but not great at all.

The floor was dirty. My cousin let her little one walk around for a few minutes and his feet was very soiled when she picked him up. He couldn’t even walk around after that.

The room was so disgusting. There was roaches and bugs crawling all over the room. On the bed, the chairs, everywhere. The floors are all crack and broken, an unpleasant smell in the room, and the bathroom shower is covered with spot of mold or something. The towels aren’t even clean at all. When I open a towel, I saw hair that didn’t belong to mine in the towels. Overall this was an unpleasant stay and I will never stay here again.
