No pudimos quedarnos esa noche el lugar no era nada como se veía en la web de Hotels.com viajavamos 2 familias mi amiga se adelanto mientras nosotros nos quedamos un tiempo más en el parque de juegos six flags, y al llegar se topó con la sorpresa el cuarto no estaba como aparecía en la web ,las ventanas estaban como rotas pedazos con cinta negra,las cobijas con manchas y no se diga las almohadas con manchas amarillas y marrón muy sucias eso fue deseocionsante y salió de ahí a reclamar al servicio del hotel y dijeron q no podían responder q nos comunicáramos con ustds, yo intenté cancelar esa misma noche y no pude mi amiga también siguió intentando pero asta ayer ella recibió respuesta de ustds ,yo exijo el rembolso total porq lo pudimos quedarnos esa noche fue muy desepcionsnte íbamos cansados tratando de llegar al hotel y descansar y nos llevamos esa mala experiencia que tuvimos que regresarnos esa misma noche de tan incómodo que fue !

They had dogs right next to my room, and they wouldn't let me sleep.

Room seemed stark when arriving at 2 am. No decor. missing light fixture. Checked in through "Night Window". Sink stopper was detached. Sink would fill when water ran allowing drained items to come back up. (Because stopper was in closed position though detached.) I informed front desk and no effort was made to resolve it. Blankets on bed had many holes worn through. No pen or paper for writing, when my own pen broke.

Room was cool, despite high heat. Bed was comfy. liked Wi-Fi and TV. Had Table and chairs though shaky. Towels etc were good. Check-in was very smooth (at night window, despite my late arrival. Horrible la verdad

I paid for two Nights reservation but only stayed 1 night & left to reserve another location because the location was a bad one I didn’t feel safe & the room was smelly & I saw cockroaches. I was moved to another room that should have been no -smoking but it still stunk like cigarettes. Very disappointed with the hotel & Booking.com because I couldn’t even get my refund when I called as I couldn’t reach anyone to ask for assistance as the hotel personnel advised that they could not assist me because reservation was made with Booking.com. I will probably Not Use this platform again. That the rooms were smelly & there was roaches

I paid for a room with a microwave and fridge my medicine and leftover food but hotel rented all room and stated they could didnt have any available. I had purchase an ice chest and put ice for medicine.

I did my reservation online. When I got the gentleman told me there was a deposit fee. Only they it didnt say anything about a deposit fee just to show the email along with id. And yes the room was clean but the ac was busted. I didnt want to ask for another room due to he was already frustrated about the fee.

Friendly manager I did not like being threatened by intruders in vehicle outside my room. Booking.com said I would get a full refund but property has not refunded me. Now booking.com said there is not anything they can do! Many homeless people sleeping between motel and McDonalds. Property did not charge pet fee, but my pets did not have one inch of green space to go do their business. Overall poor place to stay. Not to mention how unsafe I felt. I will be doing a google review soon. I expect a full refund.

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate I made a reservation online and upon arrival the manager at the window told me that the reservation wasn’t there and that it was 3rd party services that he could not pull it up and that I would need to pay the full amount again, I told him I would not pay twice if another room that I’m comfortable paying the 50 deposit he then scratched off where it said 50$ deposit on the welcome sign and wrote 100$ over that! Upon asking for my refund they denied it telling me it was non refundable while talking to hotels.com help center they tried contacting the hotel I literally watched the manager walk away from the phone and the next guy told them the manager was unavailable the only way to get a refund is if the hotel releases the hold and they refused to do so I payed for a room I did not sleep in and they wouldn’t accommodate me definitely will not come here again or recommend anyone else to do so

Most of the staff were pretty good but I was charged a deposit after being there a week and threatened to kick us out if we didn't pay a deposit right then and there and deactivated my key card and they wanted the cash right then and there

So I book a room for 1 night Feb 21 and 22 and I didn’t know abt the check in time I thought I can still check in on Feb 22 but when I arrived the front desk said “you have to check in AT 3pm” and now my family have to sleep on the car because we only need to sleep until 9am but they said they gonna charge me $70 for the room, $30 for I don’t know and $50 the deposit, so $150 in total just for 3 hours. I thought if I book for Feb 21 and Feb 22 and I can still check in on Feb 22. And also they didn’t show the check in time until I pay… I definitely want my money back.

The staff was couteous and the bed waa clean and comfortable. It was a quiet environment with a peaceful night of sleep.

First of all had issues with our air-conditioning. The guy got mad because we had gotten into the room and use the restroom and therefore the room was un soluble to be renewed. I’m like with the palm is the air conditioner. Get some in there to fix it. And it was loud put it in another room oh my God it’s horrible. Had blood stains on towels holes cigarette burns in the blankets and the air vents were out and lastly, in most importantly, they had removed the fire alarm so if there was a fire, you would’ve been screwed. Also the neighborhood while plenty of restaurants have a lot of homeless people would not recommend.

Receptionist, stated I did not have a room booked. Had to call Expedia customer service. After speaking to the rep. It seemed as though he had lied about my booking. He said it was under the wrong name. After speaking to customer service this seemed unlikely.

The room was sufficient. We checked in late the first night. We have never been asked for a deposit, but when I extended our stay they wanted a $30 early check in fee, and a $50 deposit. I explained that we had never been asked for a deposit when we stayed, and why would we owe an early check in fee if we were extending our stay. We weren't leaving and coming back. That's exactly what we were expected to do. I said that makes no sense. Just another way of putting more money in their pocket.

It was horrible had DIRTY SHEETS. Dead roaches in bed.. bed was dirty. The restroom door looked like someone pooped in it tv did not work at all. Front desk had us do our own beds instead of moving us. Sheets were burned and the bed omg it’s like they were not changed and pillows dirty u could see it

Worst Motel 6 stay. I wont ever stay at another one anywhere after this. It looked like ex-prisoner types were staying there, very low class noisy customers in and out after midnight, a fight between a couple broke out and I thought somebody was going to get shot — the mgr did tell them to leave thankfully- non-stop traffic noise on I10. People at desk were decent and hot water was great.

My room was horrible! The bed sheets had cigarette burns on them and let me start on the restroom..... The restroom wall had blood stain and the shower curtains had blood stains as well. The restroom exhaust fan was broken where it was popped out of the wall. The AC didn't work as well and it was just a very pleasant trip for me that weekend. I would never stay at a MOTEL 6 EVER!

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. Its very old and dirty. Has a bad smell. This hotel is not the new room's. The inside pictures r not from this hotel. I checked out and went to a different Hotel.

The price of stay was great! But as for the noise well.. let me explain. The ac unit fan / blower was very noisy. Made for a good night's sleep difficult.

Typical lower end Motel 6. Needs maintenance. Definitely showing age. AC barely kept room cool. Toilet seat almost falling off, beds ok, reasonably clean.

When we first checked in the first room we went into smoke really strong of cigarettes. The smaller so strong that we knew that smell would stain are closed and our bags. So we accidentally to another room in the room next door was better but the comforters had burn holes in it sort of the curtains it was also a gang related tag under the desk for the TV. At night you can hear people walking back and forth messing with your doorknobs. I've probably heard car alarms go off about three times at night. It just did not seem like a safe area at all.

Customer service is terrible! The frontdesk person did not accept my wife's credit card (my wife was with me waiting in the car). He said it's for security. I told him I have always used my wife's credit card and had never been questioned about it. Also, I asked to check in early but he was charging me an extra $20. This is also after he said he has a few rooms that are ready and available. Also, I have a feeling they don't wash their sheets often bec I saw someone's hair on the sheets. The pillows are hard, thin and worn. And the cold l/lukewarm water has very weak pressure.

They kept our deposit for absolutely no reason and our room keys didnt work in the morning when we woke up. We had to go up to the front and have them turned on. The receptionist seemed shocked we still needed them even though it was still a few hours from checkout time.

The property was more run down that lead to believe, they charged an afditional deposit on top of our stay. Didn't offer any of amenities that we were shown on the booking in our rooms. There was no ice machine we could find. The front desk was more than mildly sexist and the people wo were renting were paying to stay for 1 night 'parties' and seemed to get bottom floor preference. This was a terrible motel. Our bathroom had dried pee on the ceiling and the cigarette burns all over the blankets, and no duvets in sight. The sheets were rough looking and had permanent stains on them and there was no in room amenities. The staff was rude and nosey. I will never bring my family back to this location.

Our room was in the "Studio 6" portion of the hotel. Apparently the other half of the hotel is "Motel 6" rooms. The difference is our room had a kitchen (microwave, apartment sized fridge with freezer, kitchen sink, & kitchen storage) and the regular Motel 6 rooms have only the basics. Be sure to pay attention to which you are booking. The hotel pool is small but clean. The ice machine was broken which was quite disappointing. The snack & drink machines were also out of service but they were last year, too, so I don't expect them to be fixed. Fortunately, there is a service station/convenience store next door and a nice H-E-B an easy walk away. Even closer is a McDonald's & Wendy's. It's a few minute drive from the hotel to the Medical Center area. There is a bus stop across the street from the hotel which can be helpful. We didn't have any noise issues while we were there. A very nice family works there and does the cleaning & other work around the hotel. There is a laundry room with two washers and two dryers that were clean and it good condition. The machines don't take cash, only payment by credit card or app but that was easier than trying to round up change. No vending of detergent so bring your own. When driving there is a back entrance/exit for the hotel which often much more convenient.

Nothing special. I was fresh outta sugery with no place to keep my meds and no ice available to MacGyver a sink ice chest..

This Hotel is a great place to stay. Really great bang for your buck here, but I only have one complaint and that is parking. I am a musician and I come in late, meaning early in morning after gig, and finding a spot to park in is tough. Other than that, it's a great place. I will stay here again for sure!

The lady up front said the deposit was 50$ and we paid it. Sunday morning at check out we went to get the deposit back and she only gave us 30 back and when we said it was 50 she said no it wasn’t .

Arrived late 11 pm because of work. Tv nonfunctional called front desk she said ‘ remote not working’ . I offered to go get one : she said “don’t have any”. Also one small towel for 2 people . I have stayed here before for $60/ night. Now price $137/ night . Not worth that amount.

It's in the hood. Its workable but not average quality. Maybe 2.5 stars, but you get what you pay for. No amenities. No shampoo or body wash. Took my first shower with hand bar soap. Many of the towels had stains on them. I stayed 4 days (pre-paid) for a trip to visit a sick family member in the hospital. I had to wear sandals when I walked on the wood floors or it would get my feet dirty. I asked for a couple extra towels & I was told, "sorry it's 1 for 1, you give me dirty ones and I give you clean." There was a fridge/freezer, and a decent TV. The price is good, but if you're looking for an average but kinda nice room, this isn't it. If you're looking for a place to crash and leave, it's workable.

Decent hotel for one night, no complaints, staff very helpful, great location for food options, best part is, $50 cash deposit at check-in and returned after quick inspection of your room at check-out! At other hotels you have to use same card you purchased room with for the deposit and then wait a month to receive the $150 deposit they charged you!

One night in San Antonio. Just needed a place to stay overnight. No frills, typical Motel 6. Clean room, bath and average bed. Price good for area.

The manager was a con artist and tacked on late fees and extra charges over $100 and moved us into 3 different rooms that got progressively worse.

The room smelled like stale cigarettes back to 1980 and I was told it was smoke free. I also killed a roach in the bathroom. The pillows only had one thin cover and the actual pillow was dirty and exposed at the ends.

Construction equipment in front no where close to eat I walked around in the dark side walks.

Our room was broken into within less than a day of our stay. Strangers going through our belongings while we were away from the motel we caught them running away when we get back to our room. When we reported it to the receptionist upon our return, they said they would check the security cameras, but it turns out the cameras only provide live video with no recording. Thirty minutes after, we witnessed two individuals attempting to enter multiple rooms on the property. Despite our requests, the front desk claimed they couldn't take action and refused to refund us for the night we didn't stay. They kept giving us the runaround, insisting they needed to speak to the manager who was unreachable for two days. We haven't received any updates and feel they're not making any effort to assist us.

i have stayed at many Motel 6 before, have stayed at this location many times before. but this time when we entered the room i notice that one of the beds had crumbs on the comforter, as if the previous guest only used one of the beds to sleep and the other to munch on cereal or granola or God knows what, and housekeeping only bothered to take care of the undone bed and left the other as it was. it was disgusting having to know i had to sleep on a dirty bed. restroom as clean and well stocked with the essentials, premises were clean, and location is very convenient right off I-10.

Front desk agent was great, warm and welcoming. The hotel itself is so dirty. Found many spiders and just felt so itchy sleeping there. Definitely needs work. Too expensive for the hotel.

Had a reservation for a room with a microwave and refrigerator. They didn't have any left when I checked in. So what is the point of a reservation? Bedsheets and towels had stains. One guest left right after checking in because there were bugs all over the beds. The smell of weed each time you walked outside. Large groups of people hanging out in the parking lot drinking and smoking during the evening into after midnight making noise. No cleaning or maid services. Had to go to HEB to get toilet paper and trash bags.

I had 2 rooms q room bed were stain with yellow circles and bugs in the bed. wnd room it was non smoking nut someone had smoked in there previously. Changed rooms again both rooms had stains on the sheets and bugs. We had to check out and get another room. We contacted Hotels.com while in one of the rooms and where rold that rhey send a message to the manager of the hotel for a refund
