Room was very dirty. Hair on the bed. Holes in the blanket. There was a yellow stain on the bed sheet and grey stain on blanket. There was also a piece of chewed gum on the counter. Didn’t even look like they attempted to clean. Never again.

Nothing at the place would you ever have a great memory from.

The location was nice We removed to three different rooms the rooms work dirty there was no sheets on the bed one pillow when we did get sheets they had holes in them the ceiling was dirty we only got two towels full of holes for the whole week the air conditioner did not work we were told to leave for an hour and come back the trash never got picked up the rooms were never cleaned we were there for a week it was the worst state ever

Filthy property and unwashed bed linens. There was a guy two doors down from my room vomiting off the balcony onto the ground floor. I told the front desk and they just said in broken english "okay" and did nothing to remedy anything. Truly pne of the worst budget priced motels i have ever stayed in!

Place to lay your head at night. I really think that's all this should be looked at as. The location is close to the high way and thus prone to noise. The location also has what seems to be long term residents who frequent the establishment.

Room had blood on floor and chair, people fighting at 1 in the morning. Police arrived scary place!!

The bed had holes in the bed sheets. like from cigarette burns, I found 2 roaches. Didn't even eat my food tht I had brought in. The air conditioner wasn't wrking properly. The owner / Mgr came ro my room and my husband started talking to her and she said: I'm NOT TALKING TO YOU! I said thts my husband. She was rude. Id recommend looking at the reviews b4 getting a room. 0 in my book. Never again. MOTEL 6 SAM HOUSTON OFF OF I 35 AND GOLDFIELD.

Staff was nice. I had to reject first two rooms because they were dirty and smelly. So they gave me another room. It was better. They asked for a $50 deposit when I checked in and gave it back when I checked out. Overall, they need to hire more people to clean rooms! The pool was covered.

It has a laundry room to do your laundry and the staff was nice. The homeless wondering the parking lot.

If you want to stay at the absolute worst motel, book here! I stayed 7/4/26. The comforter had hair and stains of blood on it! There was a roach crawling around! The floor looked like it’s never been mopped! Stay away! I was tired and sleepy and it was late, so I stayed. There weren’t many options to choose from. I would have been better off just sleeping in my car! I told the front desk lady- all she did was give me new sheets! I asked for some credit back in the morning when I checked out, she told me to tell her when I check out. She told me I didn’t pay much, that other places charge $200. I told her that’s besides the point, that I should expect to have clean sheets. She finally agreed. I told her I’m checking out now, she said she’d refund $50. It’s been over a week now and I’m not seeing any other refund. That $50 was the deposit I got back! See pictures! Also, the shower pipes were coming out of the wall! There was a guy walking around like he was high. Before I checked in, I tried to call Expedia to give me credit to go somewhere else, but they didn’t give me much credit to get a different motel.

Crazy like I didn’t know what I was talking about I stayed a few hours since I had a long bus delay to the next state I was going but if ever in San Antonio I won’t be staying here again also as hot I mean unbearable hot as it was it was a let down that the pool sat there empty and dirty

The pictures are nothing like the hotel it’s worst! The lady at front desk said it wasn’t dirty that the paint came off from the tub but then there was no hot water. No control remote or pillows. The Ac didn’t work either & the toilet looked bad as well. Cockroaches came from the curtain as soon as we turned on the AC , worst experience ever . Careful with your money they didn’t want to refund us & definitely overpriced.

Slept on a wooden box sping bed. ! No tv channels. No phone no hot water for showers. No towels …… parking lot ……. Condoms little baggies , even syranges Even Coackroach the truck I was so disappointed !

Only lasted thirty minutes at this hotel. The worst, most horrible experience I’ve ever had. This place is run down, suspicious people walking around the parking lot and the rooms were filthy looking and the a/c in our first room was busted. Asked to be moved to another room and while we were trying to get settled in, I read the reviews on the place and immediately regretted my decision. A couple minutes later, I had to use the restroom and the door wouldn’t close. Lo and behold, the door was busted and it looked like someone tried kicking it in. That was my last straw. I read how this motel doesn’t offer refunds so I didn’t even bother asking. I just returned the key and left to a La Quinta. I don’t usually stay at these types of motels but I was in a hurry to find something cheap and never again will I make this mistake.

Customer service needs to be addressed. Facility outdated. Blood on walls. Would not recommend.

Sheets and cover had cigarette burn holes and curtains were torn and ragged, roaches present, water faucet sprayed water on you when attempting to use. No toilet paper. Very noisy with dogs barking in rooms. T.V. did not work, air conditioning did not work. Non smoking room wreaked of cigarette smoke! Very disappointed. Someone should inspect hotel owners claims!

The fact that they make you pay a 50$ deposit tells you a lot. Only one towel and the drain on the hand lavatory was plugged.

The room had paper in the toilet when I arrived, no soap or toiletries and the table and nightstand looked like they had been hastily wiped there was residue of whatever had been on there previously.

My room was dirty. It looks like they may have given it to someone else because my room had a dirty towel and only one half towel. There was roaches. When crowded over my leg while I was watching TV in the middle of the night...never again

Disgusting properly and disgusting staff. I have never had a problem like this before even with lower budget rooms. Also a dangerous location. I was yelled at and called names by staff after trying to get my issue resolved. Orbitz also did nothing to help me get my funds back after they said I could check out early and get a refund on the day I left.

The place was roach infested, had load girats arguing outside for most of the night & charges way too much for the low level accommodations they offer.

I needed a place for my dog and I to stay for the night while I looked at rental homes. I should’ve known a motel for less than $50 would have very limited amenities but there wasn’t even a mini fridge, microwave or coffee maker in the room. The bathroom had literally one towel and was the size for maybe a child to use and not an adult. The motel stated being pet friendly but there was no area for me to safely walk my service dog or have her use the bathroom. I had to google dog parks and those were a pain to navigate to. Staff were very friendly which was a positive. Wi-Fi was slow but I was able to manage. There were bugs in the room I had to kill but no bugs in the bed. Overall it was an okay bed to stay in for the night as a (super) last minute option, I felt safe enough, (I carry my own weapons and my dog is trained to protect) but others may not feel so comfortable staying here. Bring your own cooler if you plan to have any meals at this place. (Might want to bring your own towels too)

The area is full of homeless and drug addicts. Outside all day and the rooms are degusting and unclean. This was a last minute due to sold out hotels. Would rather sleep in the car over this place. The price was high for what you get.

The assigned room linen was dingy, ripped, and stained, the toilet was clogged, the pillows did not have pillowcases, and only one towel per room. When I informed the staff of the toilet issue, she brought a person/ tenant who was hanging out smoking and drinking to look into the issue. This was a terrible horrifying experience, I would never book at this location. Hotels.com should not even have this location on their website. All sorts of people hanging outside their rooms drinking and smoking drugs is not a pretty, safe view.

I show up around 2 pm and I ask for the room and to my surprise they wanted me to pay another extra amount to let me in 1 hr before 3 pm. On top of the rate. The place was poorly in everyway. Seems nothing like the pictures it was like an abandoned building. Since I was denied the room I request to cancel because my reservation because I was not going to wait in such unsafe location and for that I was ripped off with cancelation fee. Terrible place.

I stayed 5 nights, 2 nights there we people shooting at eachother, people running around whole night, noisy and dangerous, cockroaches all over in room . Dogs lay outside without any water. What a disgrace. Curtains full of moth holes and rooms are just very bad smelling. Bathtub is brown and stained. Very bad hotel

My boyfriend and I ended up only being in the room for an hour as our plans changed and not only were they unwilling to give us a refund, the room itself was disgusting. I wish I took pictures but the floor had dirty spots all over, the floor was sticky, the corner seat was dirty and my boyfriend went into the bathroom and said behind the toilet looked untouched.

The phone doesn't work, and I have never had to ask for a towel anywhere ever. You couldn't even wash or dry your hands or anything. If you have children, stay away from this dump. Better yet, just stay away unless you're renting it for an hour or something because this seems like that type of establishment. I've been to other Motel 6's in the city I live in and they are renovated, clean and comfortable. This one is a failure.

One star doesn't suffice. I'm not exaggerating when I say it doesn't deserve a star. Now I figured it would be ghetto but when I arrived there were many people hanging out on the stairs and the walk way. Some people sleeping on the stairs. I let it slide because I had no intentions on being out anyways. When I walked in the first room the first thing I noticed was the sheets. They were brown and had burns on them. The pillow cases looked sad and saggy. They were beyond dirty. My kid noticed a roach on the wall. The bathroom didn't have a shower head. I went to request for another room and the next room wasn't any better. Same thing and they actually down graded me from fridge and microwave to no fridge and microwave so I requested a refund. Now I have to wait 5 business days for a refund. This place should be shut down and that's me being nice.

The room was dirty when we walked in. Pillows were stained, beds were unclean, trash was present from the people who stayed before. At night, multiple guests were rowdy until as late as 4 am. We did not have access to wifi and the ac was struggling to cool the room until late into the evening. We had trouble getting towels from the front desk. The property was shady, especially at night. Trash overflowed from almost every visible trash can. Dogs wandered unleashed.

The bed was by far the worst part of my stay (aside from the roaches, but that kind of stuff doesn't really bother me). It literally felt as though I was sleeping on a wooden plank with a sheet covering it. I couldn't properly sleep for the 2 nights I stayed there, and had constant body aches. Also, the shower didn't work. Everything else was good, the staff and people there were really nice. But, that bed . . . awful.

Do not stay here. There were gun shots heard, people arguing & making noise, not a safe place.

It's a little run down and the rooms ac wasn't working but the staff was great and they let us use the microwave in the front office. This place also has a pool, vending machines and a laundromat. Lots of places to dine and shop.

I was so grossed out every time we left and came back cause the rooms smelt horrible and it just was an ugly vibe had Lysol and air fresheners and still stunk thankfully we take our own blankets to put on bed we don’t even use there sheets blankets nor pillows

The room had cigarette butts, roaches, burn holes in the bedding & bath tub.. we had to request a shower curtain, trash can, towels, toilet paper, batteries for the remote, the microwave did not work & we found trash from previous guests stay.. we were originally denied the towels.. the door jamm was broken & the smoke detector was removed because the battery needed replacing & the maintenance man didn't feel like dealing with it our entire stay.. we took a video.. the workers were rude & unaccommedating

We couldn’t sleep all night. Stay away from here. We were just taking a brake night from a long road trip and there’s was constantly disturbance over the night. Multiple police unit coming to the hotel over different domestic fights in rooms. Lots of noise all night. Don’t stay here if you really want to rest.

The room initially booked was the worst I’ve ever been in. It smelled of cigarettes, was not very clean…hot and small with no refrigerator. I complained and they offered me an upgrade for $25 which I took because the room had two beds, was cool albeit not very clean. I will never stay at this specific property again.

Never in my life experienced anything is horrible as this stay. I was put in a filthy room that had no towels, toliet tissue and clearly not been cleaned I'm adding pictures of the room , I will spare the image of poo left in toilet . I had turned in key and requested refund for the room being dirty room and was denied my refund and denied re-entry to room. There was an event in town and most hotels were booked solid. 4 hrs later I was able to find a room to stay. 20 miles out my way and triple the cost.

When i arrived motel 6 front office. Went to another side night small box with window. Not in person enter front office. I checked in and gave my I'd card she said charged $65 i said no its not correct and i get my cellphone and show her hotels.com information then she made room #264 gave. Me hotel card and i went move in then i opened door and saw nasty room not cleaned then i went back office complaining about room #264 and the lady go checked room and saw nasty room so she switched different room to next room #265 the room cleaned and changed room key card. I moved in until next day Thursday morning after 11am checked out. But when i took bath and changed clothes after that i just pulled out all dirty bed sheets and towels on the floor. I found there bed mattress are ugly like dried blood on mattress never changed. I took pictures of them showed office but during daytime by 11 am front office still locked door wow its looks no good SMH

We booked a nonsmoking room, but as soon as we walked in, the smell of cigarette smoke slapped you in the face. While waiting to check-in, a roach crawled out of the microwave and another was crawling on the dryer. Th place was so disgusting we left. Motel 6 and Travelocity have been no help in getting our money back.

I lost my booking paid the hotel for nothing had to look for another hotel due to being charge $100for a security damage deposit quite embarrassing due to we only took was what necessary to stay and go to six flags with gas and eating

There were cockroaches in the room, people that must "live" there tied their dog to the fence for hours letting it bark the whole time, room next to me had visitors at all hours of the night, disturbing me and my dogs. The water was shut off 3 times during my stay. The sink was clogged. Ice bucket cracked, towel racks broken, towels very old and raggedy.

Rooms reeked and for a non smoking room sure smelt like someone been smoking in it and leaving burn marks all over, ceiling was bubbling up from water leaks which adds to the mold smell and the ac was horrible… not safe and the owners or managers will wash their cars there but not clean their rooms. Also found cockroaches.

The rooms were dingy and reeked, the outside was a wreck also. Don’t think I’ll be coming back!
