It’s in a good location and the staff didn’t allow for the usual Motel 6 riff raff, they didn’t allow people to hangout and congregate in their parking lot. There are many shopping & restaurant options in the area. The pillows could have been better and more towels.

The place was very rundown. When we passed by the washer and drier they look very unpleasant. We had no intentions of using the pool as it was a last minute stay as a last resort but the water looked green and items floating in it. The ac was nice and cool but the beds were the worst felt like we were sleeping on a box spring and not a matress.

After a six-hour drive, we arrived around 6:30 p.m. It was the only hotel available in the area. When we checked in, the front desk employee seemed more interested in his phone than helping us. I asked if there was a room available on the first floor, and I was told there wasn't. When we got to our room, it hadn't even been cleaned. There was water all over the floor, and the room was completely unacceptable. I went back to the front desk, and the employee came upstairs, took pictures, and then suddenly told us he did have another room available on the first floor. That was frustrating after being told there were none. Unfortunately, the second room smelled so strongly of marijuana that my husband, who has severe asthma, could barely breathe. At that point, we requested a refund because the accommodations were clearly unacceptable. We were told they couldn't refund us directly and that we would have to go through Expedia. We will absolutely be filing a claim. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. The property was dirty, poorly managed, and completely unacceptable. You truly get what you pay for. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay, look elsewhere.

My stay is always great no complaints. That’s why I enjoy staying at fiesta trails great staff. Helpful. I was having trouble with the tv as soon as I went to report it the young man on duty that day immediately came to solve the problem. Was very helpful making sure I was taken care of . So thank you for this !

Easy access to the I -10 w freeway Very old out dated property the bath room and shower tub were very dirty and smells like mildew

Our door lock was broken. Didn't realize this till a person randomly entered at 2 am, saying "wrong room". Me and my wife stayed shocked. I reported it when I was checking out, and staff blamed it on me. So I took video and pictures and would definitely be reporting it.

As usual my stay at motel 6 fiesta trails is always great. No problems customer service good. Air conditioning working . No problems . That’s why I will continue to stay here when need it. Thank you

We travel 6 hours from out of town for family member in the hospital, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the shower was not well repaired.

Arrived late had to check out at 11am was very comfortable and relaxing

Landlord Special really applies to the place, but you get what you paid for, it was cheap.

Front desk personnel is always quick and professional. These guys know how to get you in and out, and they are always respectful and considerate. The housekeeping staff is superb. I like to let them know how much I appreciate them by leaving a new pack of cookies or sweets for them behind. They are the best. An Ice machine would be awesome and maybe a laundry room but overall not a deal a breaker for me.

Horrible incompetent staff. Assigned me to a room that was already occupied. Almost got me shot. Dirty, musty & bad neighborhood

Nothing Everything

The room was updated and very spacious with comfortable beds. Had to learn how to work the shower ?. No biggie ?

We requested nonsmoking and when we got to the room it had a smell of someone smoking marijuana inside. It was so strong we had to leave the AC on with the open door. Only 1 toilet paper given and used.

Only draw back was no ice maker machines were working.

Everything was alright with me

Very strong smoke smell, burn bed sheets, a few insects in the room, very bad bathtub.

There was no shampoo conditioner There was no coffee water etc. obviously the had no coffee in lobby or any breakfast The towels were stained not clean white looking And I had to go to front desk to get TOILETPAPER WORST STAY EVER

It will be nice to have mini coffee bar. I know there is no breakfast. And extra pillow.

AC was amazing, i fell asleep so fast. the staff is really super friendly, Kevin always makes things super easy! 5 stars to Motel 6 & Kevin!

Super convenient location for me. I always check in about the same time and leave early in the morning.

The room was nice The beds are impossible to sleep on they are really hard almost like concrete

Been staying here more than a few times in the past 2 years. Great service. Sometimes I got some noisy neighbors but overall no complaints

It was dirty in both rooms and I found two dead roaches in my room and the beds are bad I couldn’t sleep and the light in the bathroom didn’t turn off. It was a horrible experience. And the reason we stayed there was we were coming from six flags and we were supposed to drive back to eagle pass but my wife said no cause I got sick so we book an emergency room for me and my wife and kids. But never again will we booking here and there is nothing that you can do to make me stay or give discounts or anything. Matter of fact, I rather get my money back for this bad experience period.

Costumer service was terrible and room smelled awful. Shower head was broken and they did not offer a different room. We booked it after a long day at the amusement park and we had to wait for it to get fixed to shower. We all ended up showering passing 1am. Not to mention all towels were old and stained. This has been the worst experience.

Rooms were not in great condition but if you just need a place to lay your head, this could work. Bring your own shampoo and stuff. They don’t provide anything.

Listen, there should be a rule/law that hotel pictures have to be realistic to the current state of the property. The pool was absolutely not as pictured on the hotel's Expedia or website. It was in serious disrepair, green, and the hot tub was not working nor hot. While the Room was decently clean, it smelled bad and the bathroom was very shabby with only one piece of soap and only a half roll of toilet paper provided so we had none in the morning. The TV was Micheal Scott from The Office small and broken in places on the screen, the pillows were so lumpy and thin and they would only give one extra.

The bed was comfortable. Close to the hwy. Safe area. Didn't like having to put a 40 dollar deposit down. If I get my deposit back, then I would say it was over all a great stay!

Wasn't the best. Wasn't the worst. But there were some questionable looking folks staying at the place. However, the room was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Had a good night's sleep.

The room in the pictures when we booked is 100% not the room we got. The lobby where check in is, is also not the same in the booking pictures. The room was filthy. No remote for the tv. Stained sheets. People smoking weed and cigarettes in non smoking rooms, and hanging around outside. People playing loud music. Shower head did not work. Faucets were barely connected to the wall. Stains and ink drawing on the wall. Food crumbs all over the floor. Part of the floor was melted and full of a crusty dark reddish brown substance. There was a barking pit bull next door and a barage of shady people going in and out of the room next door to us all night and day. We checked out a day early. I alerted the front desk clerk to all of the issues. He was friendly and thanked me for letting him know but did they offer a refund? No. They just refunded my deposit which is typically refunded anyway upon check out. Stay away from this property.

Fairly clean. Floors were dirty (I know because I dripped water on floor and wiped it up and when I looked at the cloth it was filthy) and bathroom needed a Reno but clean enough and the main room was nice enough for a night. Felt safe. Ok for the price. Not too terrible.

Always have a good stay that’s why I enjoy my stay there

For what it is, it’s a good option. Not far away from most attractions in the city. A very cost effective option to lay down for the night while you take care of business through your day.

The rooms DO NOT look like the Pictures! This hotel looks like one of those you take someone to for a one night stand! We got a non smoking room as soon as we opened door we were hit with a tobacco smell, the walls were extremely dirty! The remote was missing batteries and the back piece so we couldn’t watch tv! The room and busy were outdated! They was people smoking on the stairs as soon as we went up. Again don’t let the pictures fool you it’s false advertisement.

Room with very clean and near the office I felt safe. The only drawback was there was no telephone and no shampoo in the shower

the staff is very friendly and attentive to any issues I encountered. It's still a Motel 6, but a very clean and safe one.

Was very affordable the staff was pretty helpful. It wasn’t too expensive and it’s convenient to the freeway and lots of restaurants. I did a lot of DoorDash for my meals and things so it was pretty easy to find parking was convenient. Ice machines available was pretty good for the money.

Guy in the front seems to have an attitude a huge spider came out.

Stay was good. Quiet. Only thing that was not working was the shiwer head to shower.

Thank you for respecting my request of no room service during my stay, as I have a pet travelling with me and my pet is old and not good with strangers.

As usual my stay was comfortable always great customer service. Kevin is an excellent employee making sure everything is fine which makes my stay pleasant.

I leave honest reviews on all my trips,so I tell it like it is.The girl at checking was rude.Shes very short on answers to questions,acts like your inconveniencing her when you ask questions,and isn't welcoming at all. The property needs updating. Beds are comfortable,floor turned our feet black within two minutes.It was sticky.We had to wash our feet before getting into bed. Toilet would not flush. Everytime we flushed it,we had to hook up the handle in the tank,and the unhook it to make it stop running. I had seen reviews about roaches,but a lot of reviews about hotels will say that,but not actually be roaches. Our room absolutely had roaches. We were also charged a $40 deposit ,even though on the receipt it said $30 deposit. I asked her about that,and she gave some story about changing the deposit total six months ago,but not updating it in the system...we'll see. Would we stay again???..No we wouldn't

Roaches everywhere

There were gnats all over the room and they put coffee grounds in coffee filters, assuming to help with the gnats. The bath area was dirty and looked as if it was partially getting repaired. The fridge/microwave was rusty and dirty.

Staff was friendly and room was clean. Only downfall was having an individual knock on our door at 3am more than once. Was not able to rest comfortably after that.

Place was super great amazing especially for price!!!. But the construction started loud early in the morning &woke us up! Very frustrating not the motels fault but wish they would have put us in the other side of the building

The place was super dirty! As soon as we walked into our room it smelled bad, like Clorox mixed with dirty water. When we checked our sheets there were black stains on them, like cigarette burns. We told the front desk, they went to go check and nothing else was done. We did not stay there at all, we immediately left and looked for somewhere else to stay, we still got charged for 2 nights stay.

The young lady working the front desk is a dream. What a beautiful and wonderful person. The stay was good. As I expected. For the price it is way better than other places I've stayed in San Antonio, Tx. for considerably more $. I know good maintenance is virtually impossible to find. The tub plumbing fixtures could use some help.

This place really unclean and no place for the dog to use the bathroom

Staff was nice and very accommodating! Originally they gave us a room on second floor and I asked if they had something first floor and they were able to move us!! Overall the place looks dusty but they have a sign that they’re remodeling!! The only thing on our room is that there are flies, several flies in the room which is kind of weird… bed is pretty comfy though!

The toilet top was cracked as well the top for the toilet wasn’t even the right one so it didn’t even fit right.. The sink had holes in it. No coffee in the room. The pool area, the chairs were broken. The pool was dirty. The guy I spoke with when arriving,was very nice. 😊 I do believe this place needs improvements. I do see why it’s so cheap unless it’s just a Texas thing. ??
