The hotel is very clean. The lobby is very nice. The rooms were comfortable, cold, and I like the design of the queen beds better than the king suite because of the restroom., The outlets don’t accommodate to every size of plug. Also the outlets where the lamp is at between the beds did not work. Lastly, the handicap restroom is kind of messy since the water gets all over the floor.

My stay at the hotel was not what I expected. The room had a strong cigarette smell, and the temperature was set very high, making the room extremely hot. There was no toilet paper when I arrived, and the shower water pressure was very poor.

That said, there are a couple of drawbacks worth noting. There is no complimentary bottled water in the rooms, so you will need to purchase your own, and the bottled water sold in the store downstairs was $12 per bottle, which felt extremely overpriced. I would strongly recommend stopping before you arrive and buying your own water to avoid paying such a high price. Also, there is no complimentary breakfast. For two people, breakfast cost us $48, which is more than what you would normally expect to be included at other hotels. Those were the main negatives, but aside from that, the property itself was excellent.

Backlight behind TV kept flashing all night long. I called front desk several times to ask them to at least disconnect power from it so I can have some sleep. They never showed up. I didn't rest at all that night.

FINAL REVIEW: Would I stay again? Nothing about our experience would the answer be an absolute NO, but we've stayed at hotels just a block or two away from this one and I would choose them first over this one. Those hotels had no availability on our date of need.

Cleanliness Staff not very attentive when we checked in. Had to wait 5 minutes before someone acknowledged us and said, “we will with you a minute”.

Very close to the airport. The room was clean but the A/C was either hot or cold. My trip was only 2 days and I was gone from 4:30 am to 9:00pm each day so I didn’t really get to explore the hotel.

Staff didnt commiunicate much if anything upon checkin.

The hotel was minutes away from the airport, which was very convenient for us. Many restaurants and stores nearby. The property was clean, and the staff were all nice. Plenty of free parking space. We will definitely be staying here again whenever we come back to San Antonio.

The room was clean and comfortable. Our first night was nice but our second night not so much as the occupants in the next room played loud music late into the night.

I needed late checkout (2 pm). I contacted the desk. I was told that since I had booked through a 3rd party I don't get late checkout privlidges. However as a "one time option". I am a lifetime gold with over 450 accum nights for over a decade. I thought late checkout was part of my gold member benefits. I was planning on staying there again this week but becuase of that I booked at the hilton next door.

Everyone was very pleasant and welcoming. I am always a fan of Marriott. This was my first time in San Antonio, and I definitely plan on returning. I chose my hotels based on the bathrooms and Marriott always has a great bathroom mirror! I will be back soon!

Hotel common areas and the room were exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff, especially the checkin staff were great. Overall the hotel checks all the boxes for great hospitality. If you ever need to stay near San Antonio airport, this is one place you want to be, trust me.

A comfortable stay! I’ve been here before, but this time the quality was very apparent. The front desk personnel were always very inviting. The staff throughout the hotel were all so very friendly! Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable. The location was great with restaurants , gas, and shopping very close. I’d certainly stay here again.

There was group of young people about 3 rooms down from ours and they were yelling, running, shouting and slamming the doors from 3am to 6am. I called reception and they never help us.

Started with the MarriotvShuttle service (1st point of contact) FREE Shuttle fr airport- they even take you up to 3 miles from the hotel. Mr. Mike, Joey and the 4am driver(it was early- his name escaped me) were SO NICE, PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. The front desk were pleasant as was all of the employees I can in contact with. The room and hallways were VERY clean as well as the property. Overall, I'd 100% feel comfortable staying there again and recommending to any travelers!

Hubby and I enjoyed the stay, clean and spacious room. Location is great, many restaurants, coffee shops, and easy access to the highway. We will be back.

Great hotel super convenient

The room was nice enough, but I was disappointed they did not offer a continental breakfast, and the hotel restaurant did not open until 8 am, plus the market shop had a sign that they did not currently have any coffee. I left for the airport early, just so I could get some breakfast and coffee! When I lost my sweater, I was told to check online "Find My Stuff" instead of checking at the front desk, even though I lost it at the hotel within the hour. Not very impressive for a nice hotel.

My overall experience was amazing. Parking is safe and secure, the staff are friendly and welcoming. Since I travel to San Antonio very often, I’ll highly likely book again!

I will always come back. Everywhere was clean and tidy. The shower gel smells nice, i had to smell my skin as i travelled back.

My sty was rude from the start the room wasn’t ready the food was nasty preheated microwave food and the room was a mess after waiting 1 hr to get it clean

It was nice but the rooms had mini fridge but also need a microwave and not having a hot tub was a big downfall

I was able to check in early straight from the airport. Front desk was friendly. I didn't take any pictures but the King room was very nice. I especially liked the built in shampoo, conditioner and soap dispenser in the shower.

A young girl who was in the front desk when I did my check in was not very friendly, I felt that I was discriminated against by her, she was little rough with, I didn’t get her name by she ruined my day : (

Clean property and nice staff

This was a great experience. The hotel was clean and up to date, very quiet and the staff was super friendly and efficient. Beds were comfortable, not crazy about the pillows, towels were thick and soft.
