Unfortunately, my check-in experience wasn’t as pleasant. The front desk associate was a little rude, and on the last morning of my stay, she told me I couldn’t have my service dog with me in the lobby breakfast area—even though my service animal had been with me there the previous three mornings without any issues. The inconsistent communication was frustrating. Another issue was that the air conditioner by the window leaked throughout my entire stay. Water kept flooding the floor, and I ended up using the room towels to soak it up multiple times because the leak was never resolved. Our room was also located next to the elevator, and it was quite noisy at night. The constant noise made it difficult to relax and caused my service dog, April, to become anxious. Overall, while I appreciated the helpfulness of the Saturday night employee, the maintenance issues, noise, and inconsistent customer service took away from what could have been a much better stay. I hope management addresses these concerns so future guests have a better experience.

Breakfast was good which was a pleasant surprise. The room could have been a little more tidy. There was hair left in the bath tub and restroom floor. The bedding had visible stains on the comforter. Noise wasn't terrible, but being beside a major loop, traffic at times was loud. The pool area was nice, but a bit small to accommodate all the guests wanting to use the area.

I have stayed here several times before and was disappointed in this visit. The walls were not insulated enough and we could hear the guy in the next room snoring. Also kids were running up and down the halls starting at 7 am. Then the noise from the carpet replacement started at 8 am. I was unable to get a nights sleep. The front desk employee was not helpful for anything. I ended up moving to a different hotel.

We had a king size suite. Immediately we were impressed by the cleanliness of hallway, the room and the entire facility. The continental breakfast was hot and offered several options. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay in the Laquinta and picked the Deluxe King Suite! I absolutely loved the modern vibe and the overall design of the room. Everything felt clean, stylish, and well maintained.The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I really appreciated the spacious desk, it made it easy to get some work done during my stay. The room also had plenty of TV channels to choose from, which was a nice bonus for relaxing in the evening. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the entire hotel had a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The air conditioner in one of the rooms didn't work

You get what you pay for. This is a refurbished hotel, which is better than other hotels for the same price. Beds and pillows very uncomfortable. A/C worked well, but the humidity in the room was bad and there was a constant musty smell. Shower very low pressure and dripped when turned off. Dog barking in the middle of the night on our floor. Breakfast had variety, but did not taste very good, especially the OJ and apple juice which are very watered down. The TV was nice with several channels. Staff was helpful and nice. Overall, stay was okay but probably wouldn’t stay there again.

My stay was actually pretty good. After reading all the negative reviews, I was reluctant to book. The hotel was clean, I have no complaints on the staff. I would have given 5 stars but the breakfast wasn't as tasty as I would have liked. The eggs were tasteless, like artificial. I don't know what was going on with the waffle mix, it was horrible! Also, the juice machine was out of order they didn't offer anything in its place. I really would have liked to give them more stars. They need to improve the breakfast which is very important when traveling with family.

We always stay here when we visit my parents. Our stay is always restful and comfortable. The room is very clean and the staff is kind and professional. We get the complementary breakfast and it never disappoints- delicious! I highly recommend staying here!

Only downside was we could not check in early in the day just to be checked in. Had to wait till we got back, which was late, and then check in. Other than that we had no issues.

I stayed here because it's pet friendly and needed to go to the missionvet that's close by. They were helpful and extremely friendly.

Place was terrible, pretty sure they had bed bugs. Our sheets were dirty and room smelled like sewage. We immediately left as fast as we could.

It was a very clean and spacious room, with the light under the bed, it gives the room a very unique touch, for those who need a night light, which I don’t lol but very nice. The sofa was rock hard but I was not there to lounge and watch tv. The shower curtain needs to be about 3 inches longer and if you do not pay attention to it, you will have water on the floor. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was nice, check-in guy with the portable oxygen was very rude. I can’t believe he would even be hired to work there. Not welcoming at all and had a very bad attitude. The rest of the staff was kind except for him. We requested towels and never got them. Our room had mold in the shower, found bottles of alcohol unopened in towels in the bathroom.. very odd…

Hot tub was broken

Breakfast was good, there was only one elevator that took awhile and was small. The whole time we were there, there were kids running and jumping on the 4th floor that was so loud. We couldn’t sleep all night because they were just stomping. The room was cold and clean though.

The breakfast was the same every day...we would have liked some food variety. There were big dogs in hallways, doorways and elevator that were agressive, barked loudly and not under the owners' control. It made me uncomfortable in the common areas.

My family and I were extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. It had a very good clean smell all throughout the building. The breakfast was excellent and had Texas shaped waffle makers! Huge plus! Our room was immaculate. The beds were comfortable and the temperature was just right. The rooms are spacious and have plenty of storage for your personal items. We will surely stay here again in the future.

Expedia has that the room i selected has soaking tubs inside room and also has a pic to show but the hotel has 1 room like that and hotel would not accommodate since i got room through expedia. I picked that hotel specifically for the soaking tub and i got no soaking tub. Paid extra for the room when there was 3-4 rooms under mine i could have gotten. And i got this room way out of my way for the soaking tub. Ruined my whole trip and want a refund! Wont be using expedia ever again unless u make this right.

Many moderately-priced motels have cut back on their breakfast buffets to cheap cereal, toast and coffee/juice. It was a pleasure to have the buffet breakfast at the LaQuinta Inn San Antonio, NW.

Quick check in. We stayed here back in 2023. The property has been thoroughly updated—new paint, floors, furniture, etc… very nice layout in the suite. Everything smelled good and bed was very plushy. Will be back again soon!

Good service. Breakfast is ok. It is easy to miss the entrance when you initially get off the highway. Room door is loose and has to be double checked when it is locked.

Upon arrival, the front desk lady was getting frustrated with me that I couldn’t understand what she was saying. There was a language barrier. The room smelled terrible and the air was not on when we arrived. There was mold in the shower and weird stuff coming out of the coffee maker. The next day, the smell was even stronger and we were having allergic reactions. This was a terrible experience…

We were completely misled when we booked this room because the pic that we booked showed to have a couch and there weren’t any in the entire hotel. Very upsetting however the staff was very nice.

Hotel is in a good location. Room was well appointed with coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, etc. Bed and linens were comfortable. This is a good hotel for a couple nights stay, or longer.

Room was clean. So clean all you could smell was the chemicals but honestly I'd rather smell that and feel safe as well as have a comfortable room. Some may not like that my suggestion bring an air freshener The breakfast was good too. Loved the Texas waffle maker. Would stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying for Six Flags or SeaWorld it's at perfect distance right off the highway. Food options in the surrounding area are also amazing.
