Location, clean feel and staff was friendly. Breakfast staff was also very kind and had a good variety of food. Definitely recommend. There is an HEB across from it which was very helpful as well! Wetness in hallways and in front of elevator from people coming from pool

Love the cleanliness

Stay was okay. Breakfast was hot and fresh and not just a continental breakfast. The pool was okay but there loose cement at the bottom so beware. Good location and direct across the street from HEB grocery that has hot food. They ran out of towel and wash clothes but it was a super busy weekend with military and college graduation. Would stay again

Clean and spacious room with good shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. AC worked great. The continental breakfast was good and had a lot of options. The free parking is the best and the location is convenient —13 min walk to the River Walk.

I will come here again when I go back to SA! It was clean and the staff was nice! I will say the TV did mess up & we called the maintenance guy but he never came LOL! it’s okay. Either way everything was great!

The wifi is only free if you sign up to be a rewards member. And, when i did, the basic wifi sucked! So, slow and always stalled and cut in and out. I couldn't even watch Netflix because the wifi was so bad! When i called the font desk they said the highspeed wifi is $5 per day. That's terrible! 😔 For all this i rate the property a one rating. There's free parking for 1 vehicle per room. The exercise equipment and room was great. The lobby is great ..clean and well maintained! I give these things a five star👍 The swimming pool is awful. 😞 There were too many rocks and sand at the bottom of the pool! I kept stepping on little rock-like material on the bottom of the pool. The pool lounge chairs were all ripped and falling apart! Also, elevator is broken & slow; 1 star.

The elevator was extremely slow, however, became a joke of this day! Everything else was absolutely superb!! The staff was friendly, helpful, and everyone there, including the guest were so wonderful it was a perfect place for being in San Antonio for me and my daughter!

👍 What I Liked 1. Free Breakfast One of the good things about the hotel is the free breakfast for registered hotel guests. Guests who book a stay and register their names can enjoy breakfast, which is a nice benefit and adds value to the stay. 2. Free Parking Another positive thing is the free parking. The hotel provides an open parking area in front of the hotel, which is convenient for guests. However, since it is an open parking lot, guests should be aware that they park at their own risk. I strongly recommend not leaving any valuable belongings inside your vehicle. 👎 What Needs Improvement 1. Bathroom Cleanliness and Drainage The bathtub and toilet area were not as clean and comfortable as I expected. One major issue was that water remained standing inside the bathtub instead of draining completely. The bathtub should drain properly and be left clean and dry for the next guest. 2. Housekeeping and Bed Sheets The housekeeping service was the biggest disappointment for me. I noticed that bed sheets were not changed or replaced with fresh ones when they should have been. I consider this poor housekeeping and an area that the hotel management should take seriously, especially when cleanliness is such an important part of a hotel stay. 3. Extra Towels in bathroom (suggestion)

The breakfast was ok, the staff was great. The room was clean the first day after that it did not got clean because they told me that they could not clean the room because I was in the room when I was gone almost all day I taught it will be clean when I come back at 3:30pm. I did send in Email to tell them to clean the room earlier. That is my only complaint. thank You

The property was dog friendly with a walking area for them with benches and poop bags! That was great and the pet fee is only $25/night. Breakfast ends at 9:30 but there’s an HEB and restaurants nearby if you miss it. Our room was spacious for the price. I liked the area, I would stay here again. Nothing, no complaints.

We were in town for our son’s Air Force graduation. I highly recommend this Hotel. The staff was amazing very clean. And security was always around which was awesome especially after hearing a family member had their vehicle broken into down the road at another hotel. 10/10 recommendations for this property.

Everything about this stay was great. All staff was great and courteous and Josheph at check in is a great asset to your hotel.

Ok place to stay if you need to. Our bathroom tub was not clean (dirt in the tub area), the pull out couch cushions had stains, and the pull out bed was horrible…sleeping on a hard sofa was better. Location is good, 15-20 min walk to Riverwalk area. Breakfast options were good, but there were so many people-food kept running out.

Perfect distance to any tourist hot spots: The Alamo, the Towers of the Americas, the Riverwalk, Aquarium, & souviner shops. There's also a H.E.B across the street for all of your grocery needs.

Met all expectations and included what was listed in the Expedia page. Rooms were very large, with a nice desk, a clean and large bathroom and L-shaped sofa. The bed was comfortable and the pillows are excellent! I slept like a baby! Breakfast is plentiful and well stocked. For the price, I paid mid 2000’s Motel 6 prices for an excellent experience!

The staff was very helpful. Johnny and the management on duty 7/23/26 after 3pm were excellent!

I really liked my stay. The hotel is well kept and the room was excellent. When I walked into the room, the lights were on and the room was cold. It felt as if someone was welcoming me into the room. Breakfast was good, they had scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles and other things. It was within walking distance of the River Walk. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel was great!! It was very clean. It was in a good location walking distance to the Riverwalk and to the convention center.

The room was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was satisfactory. The toliet in guestroom 302 needed attention. I had to request an additional roll of toliet paper and was asked to come down and get it; as there was only one person available at the front desk and she could not accommodate my request.

From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. The front desk clerk was very friendly and let us know that our room was ready ahead of schedule. The check-in process was very quick. Throughout our entire stay, everything was very pleasant. The location is very convenient, and the surrounding area is very beautiful.

Elevators were very slow and always packed. Just getting from the 3rd floor to the lobby was about 7-10 mins wait. Staff were nice and helpful, clean room and good breakfast. Could see our car in the parking lot from our room which was calming to our concern of being downtown.

The staff is very kind, in front desk and in the kitchen, at the moment when we have breakfast. I didn't like several details, as, in one room (We had 2 rooms), the bath tube was stuck and the shampoo dispenser was empty. Also , the ice dispenser on that floor (Level 5), didn't work. I hope the manager fixes these details for the next visitors. Thanks.

Breakfast is amazing especially the waffles. The front staff are just as amazing and accommodating. If we go back we will definitely stay there again. Rooms were clean as well.

the room were clean and the staff was very helpful.. the room had some plumbing issues that they fixed right a way. Enough parking, and location wise excellet because HEB gas next door, and gas station as well.

Not satisfied with this hotel.

Check in staff was friendly, however, I was not given the wifi information. I had to look it up on my own. Went to check for a luggage cart and could not find one. Asked "manager" for one and she said they had a total of 6 but that guests "keep them in their rooms". At the time, I'm assuming she eas training someone as she said she could not leave her by herself. But when another colleague would return, she would send him to go look for one but "no guarantee that I would get one". Mini fridge had an odor to it. We had to ask for toilet paper right after we got to the room as there was hardly any left on the roll. Overall, stay was just ok.

This hotel never disappoints. Safe convenient and walking distance to many places. Love the mini HEB next door.

Location is everything!--a nice safe walk to anywhere you want to go in San Antonio! Room was a nice size, but had a distinct smell that showed how old the hotel is. Breakfast is nice. Parking is convenient. The HEB market next door is so convenient and adds to food options!

A good hot meal to start your day

This LaQuinta Inn was clean, the staff courteous, friendly and helpful. We were greeted every time we entered or exited. Maps were provided and the staff was always willing to give restaurant and sight-seeing suggestions. The rooms was so large and accommodating. The bathroom was roomy and I love step-in showers only. My return, go to place. Our last visit we were to stay at another facility, when booking LaQuinta was full due to a huge sporting event. The other facility, on arrival had an mechanical issue that prevented us from being able to lodge. The staff of Hotel.com were able to get us lodging at LaQuinta. Grateful and we had a great time. Parking on-site is a great plus. H.E.B. across the street another plus.

The room was clean, but the bathroom was not. It was terribly disappointing that the bathroom was dirty and the tub had rust spots that were not near the drain. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner had hair on them when we pulled the curtain back. We had to request towels. This was disappointing because they claimed they couldn't do anything because I prepaid through Expedia.

The landscaping crew outside mowed the lawn and the garbage with it. So shredded garbage was mixed it with the foiliage. The parking lot fills quickly and they allow dogs. This is new to me, in that I’m in an elevator with the owner 3 dogs and plenty of unnecessary sniffing. It’s a decent place but when it fills up, it’s a challenge

So I read the reviews thinking it had a high number and we should be fine. Little did I know. When I got there people was waiting because rooms were leaking. I got my room went in and the smell of rotten mold hit me. My AC was leaking all over the carpet it was soaked. My telephone didnt work at all. The bathtub was dirty and I had no toliet paper. We went downstairs got more towel told them and was told they dont have rooms available, so we had a wet room. Yay us. It cost $140 for a night of breathing in mold. Yuck. We wanted to swim but by the look of the cloudy pool that was a no go. Then breakfast was great and tasted great then as I was walking back in to get a drink, boom.... gigantic roach runs across the floor. The lady is tell them look a roach the guy cooking says oh another guest and then they killed it. I will NEVER rent another room there or any other location from them. Worst experience, even my kids complained and they never do... that says alot.

There were little bugs in the bathtub, they didn't clean the room until almost 4 p.m., and the internet didn't work.

I only stayed for one night. Staff were friendly and helpful . Had to call to get hot water fixed because at first there was none in the shower. The internet wifi/ network was terrible. Watching anything on tv was annoying because it kept pausing/ lagging/ kicking us out. When we were headed to checkout, we noticed that the trash can by the ice machine was overflowing and swarming with flies. It was pretty gross.

The location is unbeatable. Smack in the middle of downtown. There are a lot of things to do or see within walking distance. The hotel itself is also pretty nice. The rooms feel fancy without being overly expensive and the gym and pool are perfect for after a day of exploring.

My family and I have stayed a couple of times, but our last experience was ok. My concern was the room was outdated. Had no outlets to charge the phones like others and the carpet felt humid and had stains. Previous rooms have been well maintained, but this last ocaccion was not. But the amenities and customer service is great.

The staff are extremely friendly and the location is excellent. Free parking is a plus. Close to downtown and the Riverwalk. Grocery store next door. Only negatives are double beds (not sure why they aren't queen) and the slow elevator. Breakfast is busy, but staff are quickly refilling.
