Our stay was good. We were there only one night. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff at the lobby was very friendly.. The Gym it’s not big but everything was clean and working properly. Breakfast was decent. I only had cereal and yogurt so not sure about the other items how they tasted. I would recommend staying for the price. Everything was good.

Checking in was super easy. Front staff was attentive, quick and friendly. Breakfast was great! Our rooms were close by. The rooms were comfortable. Clean. My children said it was rhe best sleepover ever. The only thing I didn't like was someone had set the alarm in the room for 6am and I couldn't figure out how to turn it off. Figured it out after a while. Other than that everything was amazing!

My only concern was that there was a gap between the door and the door frame. We could literally see straight out into the hallway.

Very centralized stores, eating places and other amenities.

Roaches. Smells bad. Pool is small and luke warm, not refreshing at all. Bed linen were dirty. Bathrooms are tiny.

The hotel had a "musty" smell to it, like it had flooded previously. The room was clean, but there was a lot of activity in the hallway all night long. Breakfast area is very small and there wasn't room to sit due to other guests.

What I did not like the cleaning staff went into our room while we were away even after we had the "do not disturb" sign outside our room door. I know this because our trash bins were emptied. Other then that everything was great.

My family and I enjoyed our stay .we enjoyed the pool and how close our room was to the pool. The man at the front desk was helpful and met our needs gave me a downstairs room as well! Housekeeping staff were very nice as well

Convenient area, with major stores at walking distance. Wish there was an actual coffee station with a variety of coffee, tea and hot water offered with all the amenities needed to make a cup of jo, tea or hot cocoa. There's room for improvement with housekeeping cleaning the rooms. And advise for the management/ owners to please spend the extra $$$ on quality mattresses for your guests.

Room was stuffy with a slight mildewy smell but otherwise clean. Lobby was clean & smelled fresh. Linen & towels were clean. Beds were comfy but small. Staff at check in was friendly. Biggest complaint is that there were only 5 channels on the tv.

The room was a decent size. Bed was a bit too hard for me. There were signs of mild on the ceiling in the bathroom and rust on the metal fixtures. I did see 1 roach in the room. Also had a damp smell.

The hotel is old but everything worked but the reason for a two rating is that I had to request a room change due some things on the walls a roach was found in the middle of the night around the trash can area the restroom seemed like someone from a oilfield left film all around the restroom the first set of blankets and sheets were dingy enough to notice a yellow color on them the second set was clean you can't open the window for fresh air the hallway is fresher than the room.

Breakfast area was very crowded. There is no elevator. And pool area is kind of dated. Room was also pretty crowded and very dated. Small bathroom.

Room set for disabled was tiny for 2 double beds and not enough space to even walk with a walker between the room and bathroom and in between beds. Bathroom had drain set about 2 inches below bathroom floor uncovered on top highly dangerous for anyone.

This LaQuinta look like a Super 8 or Motel 6.

me repeatedly during the stay to make sure everything was ok. And it was. I liked the way the room was decorated and arranged. No closet. But a wardrobe. A full refrigerator. Microwave, coffee maker. I liked the quality of the sheets, towels, and bedspread. The A/C and TV worked fine. There is a smallish grassy outdoor dog area. We would have used that more, but it was rainy. So we crossed the street and did a lap around the Walmart that also has some nice Landscaping. The hotel landscaping is nice. The pool is under renovation- but it looks nice. The breakfast was generous. And they are very attentive, making sure that everything is fully stocked and if there's any crumbs, they just clean them up immediately. It was really impressive to see the amount of care that they demonstrated with the breakfast and with the hotel in general. I did have to pay $75 for my two ESA animals which was a lot for today stay- I wish La Quinta would go back to not charging for them. They need some mats when you first enter the buildings. For some reason, they don't have them there. It is non-smoking. But they do have ashtrays right outside the door, but the non-smoking signs are very prevalent around the property which is welcomed. There are tons of fast food places near it a Sonic on one side, a Burger King on the other and everything you could help for within a mile radius.

Pool was under maintenance; room was hot; no elevator for my stroller; My key was locked after first night and had to go down stairs so they can reactivate it. Did not smell nice.

The worst hotel I ever stayed at. The AC never cooled down the bedding had a very bad smell. During the night the room smelled like dog urine

First of all when we walked in the room, it was fine but after getting in the bed to go to sleep we noticed a smell that was so bad. We went and got clean sheets and pillow cases and that still did nothing to the smell. Lifted the mattress cover and the bed had pee stains all over it. Horrible experience I will never stay there again. My daughter couldn’t swim in the pool because it was green. I mean you get what you pay for but we should’ve atleast been able to sleep in a bed that didn’t stink.

We had 2 baby roaches in our room and it smelled really bad of smoke.

We had a disappointing stay. The initial room had a strong urine odor and felt unsanitary. Although we were moved, we remained uncomfortable and were still fully charged with no compensation. Traveling with a young child, this was unacceptable. We would appreciate this being escalated and addressed.

I enjoyed my stayed. The frond desk person that assisted us was very friendly and was able to accommodate our needs and when I left an item behind they made sure that it was safe until I arrived to pick up mu item that I left behind. they have honest people working their.

Labeled a 3 star on the booking site, but definitely a 2.5 star max. It's an older hotel with 2 separate buildings on opposite sides of a somewhat dark parking lot. First room keys didn't work. Staff was courteous in fixing and quickly gave us another room. The room was clean but small with old-style furniture, a small TV with a Guide that didn't work, & a compact bathroom with a tub. Lamp bases and other metal features were rusty. Bed was comfortable & AC worked well. The breakfast area was tiny and completely full when we arrived. A good stay for the price, but not up to par with 3-star competitors.

There was a ladies blouse hanging in my bathroom when I walked in. Maybe not a thorough cleaning from the previous guest. I don’t think I’ll be staying at this hotel in the future. Once was good enough for me.

Room Excellent. Staff great. Breakfast area small and not enough seating area. Bath/shower needs ADA bars. Older people like me need these otherwise there is a sense of insecurity. Ice machine nearby made a lot of noise during the night.

The customer service was equally frustrating. Staff seemed uninterested in helping and were slow to respond to requests. When I brought up the cleanliness issue, it felt like my concerns were brushed off rather than taken seriously. On top of that, the amenities advertised online were either unavailable or poorly maintained. The Wi-Fi barely worked, and the common areas looked run down and neglected. Noise was also a major issue, making it difficult to get any rest during the night. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. For the price paid, I expected at least basic cleanliness and decent service, but this hotel failed on both.
