The location was perfect. This is where we come every time. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean. One of the Queen beds next to the door when you walk in was sunken in. Today as soon as my husband sat down the bed sunk down and like fell a bit. Other than that it was fine. I did inform the employee at the front desk. This was room 318.

Reservation was wrong and had to change rooms after 1st night. Stayed here several times previously.1-2 times per year. Never this bad. Had friends who left after 1st night due to not being clean. Barking dogs were an issue as well.

The hotel is in a great location, but it is in desperate need of a complete renovation and proper maintenance. The entire property feels old, dirty, and neglected. The most alarming part of our stay was that the bed nearly collapsed on my children’s feet. Thank God no one was injured. This place is far from acceptable and should not be operating in this condition. We were extremely disappointed and would not recommend staying here until major improvements are made.

I’ve stayed here a few times due to its location. This past stay was the worst one. Imagine finding out that you weren’t given fresh clean sheets on your first night. When I woke up in the morning I pulled the blankets off and saw that not only was there some blood on the bed but also 2 bloody bandaids that did not belong to me! That was so disgusting. Then, I’m not certain what made me look, but inside the a/c were molded crackers! Will definitely make sure to get a clean room the next time.

The only positive thing about this motel is that it had a cool bathroom mirror. The gentleman that checked us in was not friendly. There was a hole in the wall (a plumbing access panel was broken off and set on the floor) between the shower and the sink area. His comment was they don’t have any maintenance. When I asked him for duct tape so I could just cover it up so I could sleep without bugs or rodents coming into my room he just shrugged and said “I don’t have any.” I felt so uncomfortable. I asked to switch rooms. When we did, the refrigerator didn’t work. I have insulin that needs to be refrigerated and he would not let us put a new refrigerator in there. I went around looking for an ice machine and the two ice machines on the property had spiderwebs all over them and we’re broken. When I told him about that he said, “The ice machines are broken. We don’t have maintenance.” When I asked him what I was supposed to do about ice to keep my insulin cold he told me that I could drive around and look for a gas station. It was 9:30 at night in a bad neighborhood and I am a female by myself. I was so upset and disappointed. I had to go look for ice and found some at a gas station two blocks away. This stay was absolutely miserable! I was afraid someone was going to break into my car or into our room since the door didn’t seem securely locked. I spilled ice water on the floor and grabbed a bathroom towel to wipe it up. The towel came back black with dirt! One of the towels that was on the rack in the bathroom was stained with black marks. I figure someone else tried to mop the floor as well and housekeeping just did a poor job cleaning the towels and then put it right back in the room. It was disgusting! I wanted to leave, but because it was so late in the evening I had to stay. I would never stay here again! I didn’t even feel comfortable eating whatever choices they had for breakfast. They didn’t even offer fresh fruit or yogurt.

The hotel was fine we stayed for 3 days me and my family and we slept good needs remodeling but by the way it looked they were getting ready to do it needs alot of things fix would I stay again for the price yes staff was pleasant

This place is disgusting and the staff is completely unresponsive and unhelpful. We need a full refund as we left shortly after checking in. The room smelled awful, the floor, walls, and chair were stained and dirty with a dried substance on it. The bathtub is extremely old and dirty; with what looks like mold in the creases of the wall and tub. The whole handles were rusted on the dresser. The TV was broken and we were told there was nothing they could do until the next day. There was a lot of dust in the room and trash behind the night stand. The paint and sheet rock was coming off the walls near the air conditioner. The walls were deeply scraped and scratched in several spots, the bed skirt was ripped with a hole in it. We went to check out and no one was even at the front desk. We had to use Expedia to get help to even speak to the hotel. We are still waiting on a refund. The hotel refused to give us a refund for the first night even though we left shortly after checking in. We were able to speak with corporate and were guaranteed a full refund, however the property is not processing it and continues to hang up on us.

The Television picture was very dark, I struggle trying to get the the bright enough to see but no luck on that..

Room was dirty sheets not changed trash in the closet dog treats some other articles of clothing. Under the bed was coffee cups and water bottles. The bed itself was stained like it hadn’t been changed. There was a wet dog like smell in the room

The staff were very nice and switched me to a first floor room with close access to the dog walk area.

A/c went out when we were asleep woke up to a hot room. I asked for additional towel and was given stained towels. The pool needs cleaning, there’s a buildup ring around the pool. Carpet smells like mildew. The room’s foundation by the window seems to be breaking off or it the carpet wasn’t seal right.

I always do a walk through and record the room how it is. The carpet seemed still dirty needed to be vacuumed 3rd light was out in bathroom and curtain was hanging a bit probably missing a clip .There wasn't a remote for the TV or any body wash or extra toilet paper but I did call front desk and the gentleman brought everything up to the room. Very fast and nice

This is the first time I have ever felt led to leave a review on a place if that tells you anything... There was food under the bed (not from us), the shower floor was dirty (we wore shoes to shower), the sink had built up dirt underneath where the countertop came over it, the curtains had massive stains on the backside, the bedskirts had stains, the windows had no screening (you could see straight in), the AC made the clothes I laid out in front of it wet, the walls had all different colors in patches... The first night we were there, we were awoken by the sound of a woman SCREAMING angrily at the top of her lungs at 4am. Nothing was said to her, but she finally stopped at some point. We also had our toilet stop working - we went to the front desk guy, and he told us to call the front desk (are you not the front desk???). Someone brought us a plunger in a bag and told us to fix it. The plunger had severe bite marks all over it (the handle was seriously almost bitten off). I plunged and fixed the toilet myself. Towels had stains. We didn't use any other amenities except for the ice, and it was very dirty. The road it is on was also awful. All in all, it was okay just to sleep, but I got out of there as soon as the trip was over!

I stayed at one of your compeditors down the road last year for SpaceCon, and long story short, I will never do that again. I checked in quickly with your outfit, the room was clean--coffee maker was missing, so I reported that immediately and it was quickly resolved--and the staff was friendly and great. I'll be choosing this place again next year!

The front end service was excellent. The breakfast was disappointing. I was expecting more verity to choose from.

I was absolutely disgusted with our room. There were roaches, wall was sticky behind the bed, and the carpet was so dirty that my feet were black from walking on it. The pool area had torn chairs and they key reader for the entrance to hotel from the pool was not working. We asked management if they can assist us and said no, we needed to walk all the way to the side door.... when we asked for extra towels the manager was very hesitant and would side eye us.... horrible experience, never again.

This is the worst Hotel we have ever stayed at!!! Hands down! Motel 6 is cleaner and better than this place. It was filthy and disgusting! Downright nasty that we hardly slept! When we first walked in it smelt like cigarette smoke and notified the front desk, which did nothing about it. The air conditioner made a loud noise all night long! We had to shower with our flip flops on the tub was so dirty! A dirty plastic knife was under our bed along with blue rolled up tape, which means it was not cleaned at all!! Our bed sheets had hair in them, and the pillows were stained and did not smell clean! We had to put our shirts over the pillowcases just to sleep on something clean! You can see in the pictures I took of the room the curtains were all broken and hanging, the side table had not been cleaned and had food on it and even the outlets on the table lamp had not been cleaned! They had sticky food on them! Just dirty! Do not stay here! I am sorry we paid over $100.00 to stay in this nasty, dirty, disgusting, so called hotel!!

It was an OK stay. Rooms are pretty degraded, stains and marks on walls and furniture. Bed was comfortable and the AC worked so that was nice. Didn't use the shower. Won't be staying again.

The 1st room had water damage everywhere. The tub was dirty and paint was peeling. The hallway leading to the room reeked of urine. When I requested a room change, Avil, the manager on duty, asked that we don't touch anything in the room [which we hadn't, except for we all had to use the restroom, which is how we noticed the uncleanness in the room]. He goes up to the room to check then accused us of touching things in the room like the tissue, washing our hands and moving a hair dryer which was not true. We got placed into a different room where the tub was still not clean but we managed since we wouldn't be in the room much during our stay of 2 days. Also, there was a roach in the room. It's still there. Let me also add I was in room 220, across the hall was a couple that had a domestic dispute and there was blood EVERYWHERE. SHEETS, WALLS, FURNITURE , WINDOWS, MIRRORS.... for safety reasons, I'd be weary of staying in that room

Room was clean. Loved the bed, so comfortable. Loved the shower and appreciated being on the first floor.

Tips: Bring your own soap and shampoo. Shower before 8 am if you want a hot shower. Breakfast is fine if you like waffles, eggs, apples, toast, and cereal. That’s pretty much all there is. The coffee is not good. The property is relatively new but already worn.

The Front Desk man was Very Rude and Unprofessional! The Whole Property Smelled like Sewage! The Room Smelled like Smoke mixed with wet musty Carpet mixed with pets. I have Never Experienced Something like this at a hotel.

We stayed on 2nd floor, pillow cases had a stain looked like blood and white sheets had a red stain as well . Right by the ac unit floor felt like floor sunk in or rotten floor .

The first room we were given the toilet had been used and was dirty. It also smelled musty. The second room the dead bolt didn’t work and sheets look very old.

The room was fine and the bed was very comfortable. Only problem was the AC really didn’t work right.

I preferred variations in breakfast.

Pictures are deceiving, while the hotel looks new from the outside looks can be deceiving. Our room had some mysterious substance on the ceiling and walls that looked like blood. The curtains had holes all over, hotel had an extremely strong smell of mothballs. There was hair in the shower, if we could have just left we would’ve taken the loss and gone somewhere else.

Our double bed room was ok, the sheets were clean, well they smelled clean anyways, pillows were to small, my top sheet was worn nearly holey, the comforter was stained, the curtain would not close all the way around so the light from the outside was shining in my face at night so sleep was very limited, there was someone elses shoes under my bed and some trash, the skirting board could of been cleaned. Other than those issues I did feel ok here. The breakfast was lovely and fresh and the dining area was nice. The lobby is very clean and bright, and it features a mini store. You are surrounded by a truck stop and a truck wash, but it was very quiet. It seems they may be updating some areas. I think it would be really great if they cleaned and maintained it better and had an area where you can sanitize the gym equipment. Also, the tubs need some slip-proof stuff as it was slippery.

Could not stay at motel. The room look like someone had just got out the bed and tried to make it in a hurry. The walls paint peeling, and the furniture was old and beat up like it has been moved around alot. It was pretty banged up. The bathroom had hair on the toilet and in the tub. Will not ever stay another brand of theirs. Also they did not give refund so money lost. I went down the street to holiday inn and it was great.

The exterior is nice but the interior needs alot of work. The shower drained so slow which is something that's been mentioned in previous reviews. This tells me the issue hasn't been fixed. The carpet is filthy and the walls are so dirty! Breakfast was decent and the location was close to several restaurants.

Did not see a bar setup. Furniture had stains and looks like the furniture needs to be replaced. It wasn't bad for the price. Breakfast wasn't too appetizing, so just had coffee.

Bad shower set up! Reached in to turn the water on from the only position you can and got drenched. There was 2 phones in the room BUT one lamp. Won't be staying there anymore.

Dirty. Hallway was dirty. Floor in the room was dirty and the bathroom was dirty. They also need to invest in new pillows, they are way pasted their prime.

Walking in the lobby it seems nice. Clerk behind the counter was not wearing shoes or socks (I guess that's up to the dress code there, but didn't seem very professional). the room smelled like dirty armpits, and the smell never went away. The pillows were of poor quality, and the main blanket was dirty. shower was moldy. The breakfast was boring and didn't have much of a continental breakfast at all. if you want waffles then you were good, but that was about it. coffee came out of a machine that didn't work very well and after 5 days of staying there I will never go back to this location. The location itself is great, but needs someone new to manage this hotel.

The room was okay. The ac blew cold. The shower was backwards… you get wet when you turn it on. There was only 1 wash cloth and 2 towels, but there were 2 of us staying. The breakfast was slim and did not look very good. I usually like yogurt and fruit at hotels with breakfast and they didn’t have either. Staff was friendly enough. Probably wouldn’t stay here again

There was a party in two rooms on our floor smoking and playing music from a loud speaker until 2am!!! There was only one set of towels in the room. The breakfast area was scant and there was a dog walking around the kitchen and eating area. We left and went to McDonald's. Unless you enjoy this kind of environment, this is the place for you. We stayed here to be close to tournament fields. This place really shouldn't be opened until they fix all the issues. I relied on hotels.com reviews. I should have checked google reviews first. Never again!

I had 2 rooms. In one room the entry door scraped the floor and was very difficult to open and close with a gap at the top. The floors needed to be sweaped. In the other room there was no lamp between the 2 queen beds, leaving the room very dark. In both rooms the handles on the dresser were VERY rusted. Awful!! Hand soap was missing. The phones were not connected in either room. The sheer curtains were missing in one room. TV remote was not made for TV in one room. The staff was friendly, but not at the desk for long periods of time. The bedding on both beds were SO VERY wrinkled. They did not look to have gone to the laundry. THE PRICE WAS GOOD!! The front desk staff did bring a lamp to the room after we checked in and provided and soap for both rooms. Nice people, but help is needed.

Staff support was horrible when it came to my vehicle being stolen after being parked right in the front of the entrance. Called the police and they said they are constantly there to handle vehicle thefts. If you are staying here, do not leave any valuable things in your vehicle and ensure you have trackers.

The person at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, however the hotel bathroom did not look clean. We had to request towels as there were not enough towels for everyone. The towels smelled so bad! They smelled like they were dumped into a soiled toilet. I had never been to a hotel that had this issue. The room was not cleaned either even though we stayed there for 3 days.
