From the time i reserved the room until i left i honestly have nothing to complain about .The staff is friendly and they went above and beyond to make the stay amazing.

When staff offers upgrade, take it. The first room was horrible and smelled like cigarettes. I got non smoking. The staff upgraded us. The second room was a lot better. The front rooms are nice and clean. The rooms in the back hidden are horrible.

I’ve stayed multiple times I always sleep very well. My room was clean and I enjoyed the pool. Don’t ever let locations fool you.

The room smells like mold the walls have a musty water smell to them the beds have black stains that look like mold stains the pillows as well as the sheets smell like mold the ac unit on the floor has mold as well I could.not.sleep I let my kids sleep and I stayed awake I won't recommend this hotel it still would not be a last resort no one should be exposed to that much mold .

Overall it was fine. Cheap room to have a couch. If I was actually staying in the room instead of just going there to sleep, I would not recommend.

The whole room smells very moldy and its dirty not to mention apart from smelly sheets sheets also have stains. The tub has rust and stains all over it was very dirty. I wiped it down but did not help so we couldn’t even use the shower.and the vents are stuffed with dust it smells very bad. Sheets smell like roaches pillows as well Walls are sticky. Room says it has a coffee maker and it doesn’t. They provided coffee but no cofee maker. They ask for a $40 deposit that will be returned after check out and there is no refund if you want your money back

The first young lady that registered me in @ room 105, after that the others treated me as if I weren't disabled, the male is horrible to. I'm waiting to close on my own home, I'll never go back there if I can help it. See above.

I asked for a king bed and a smoking area and I got the complete opposite of what I asked for.

It's not a new building but it's clean I enjoyed my stay the beds were comfortable the AC was good the front desk staff was nice and informative I would return anytime

The room was nasty towels all stained and hairs everywhere the smell was awful

This is an older property and has very few amenities, but the staff is very helpful. The deposit is only $40 per stay. I had a few things that weren’t working. The staff met my needs immediately! The price is very low for the area and has two corner stores within walking distance. Easy access to the highway plus many food options within 3 miles.

If your gonna book I don’t recommend the smoking section side of the building, had to get out of there.

Do not recommend this place! Pictures definitely catfished us into staying there. Did not feel safe at all. Room was dirty, sheets were dirty and a pube was in the tub when we went in the restroom. A gap was in the restroom door so u can see in when you were standing at the mirror. We were on a no smoking floor but the ppl in the room next to us were smoking weed and it was coming through the walls, and we had a baby with us. No sleep due to all the loud talking all night long. WILL NEVER STAY AT A KNIGHTS INN EVER!!!

The room does. It look like the pictures, it is more rundown and outdated. The towels were too thin and had a bunch of hair in them. The AC unit is too noisy. Also the coffee maker had water from what I can guess was an previos service, I could not risk using it for I don’t know how long the water had been there. the room served its purpose but it could have been more pleasant.

Hotel room was horrible! Smelled like weed and cigarettes like if someone had just smoked there. The bed sheets were dirty had cigarette holes in them. The towels, the couch, the desk, the door to the bathroom, the walls etc. were filthy! You can tell they don’t even use bleach to wash their whites. There was also a weird hand print on the bathroom and a splatter on the ceiling of the room. The only reason we stayed there was because it’s close to the Frost Bank Center. You can tell they do not change the sheet beds after every costumer.

Did not have towels or an iron in the room. Turned the water on in the shower and it was brown. We reserved a king bed and got two full size beds. Dust bunnies in the room and had to ask for toilet paper.

The room was terrible the floor was sticky and dirty.saw a roach running around and a dead roach. Cigarettes burns on the table and the blankets. One of the worse hotels i ever stayed in.

I accidentally left my phone in the room I was staying in and I went by the motel to see if someone turn in my phone and the night staff answer to everything is my manager will be here after 8:30am they don’t try to solve the problem. This hotel is my favorite hotel the manger is awesome and she gets any issues handle. But the room was clean n 100% to my satisfaction even thow I paid extra for smoking when I put in the special request for smoking room n paid extra for early check inn. All over this is still my favorite hotel the manager is great n it’s always clean.

We asked for a non smoking room and as soon as we walked in it smelled like cigarettes. The toilet still had urine from the people before us. It wasn’t flushed so it definitely wasn’t cleaned.

Customer service was great. Room was less than clean. Door did not lock when shut, anyone could get in from the outside without a key. I wouldn’t have even know that if I didn’t check! AC didn’t work, unit turned on but the AC never started cooling. When I went to the front desk to let them know, we saw 4 cop cars at the Inn which made me feel even less safe. Front desk immediately called maintenance to resolve the issues mentioned but I decided against staying here. I was also unable to receive a refund because I selected “non-refundable” when booking.

You get exactly what you pay for at this location. The staff is friendly however they are in a separate building from the tenants. Seems like many long term residents love to party and outside all times of day and night. Police were called several times by others and I got zero sleep. Has a food truck in front and was scared of walking to it because of the outside activity. The bed had long black hairs in it like the sheets hadn't been changed. Pets are allowed because there was one right next door barking all night. I went for relaxation and felt so overwhelmed I left early

I was traveling with my daughter, and she was so frightened by the surroundings and the room condition that we decided not to stay at all. This property is being marketed like a mid-tier hotel, but in reality, it’s more like a run-down motel in a dangerous neighborhood. Hotels.com seriously needs to review this property’s listing and rating. It is misleading and unsafe for families or anyone expecting basic cleanliness, comfort, or security. I strongly recommend avoiding this place entirely.

The rooms smelled so bad of weed that gave me a migraine even after spraying it with air freshener. We left a couple of hours after checking in. Unbelievable that a non smoking room can smell that bad.

My room smelled really bad, the air conditioning. It smelled really bad, the air conditioning was very noisy. Everything was very old.

The rooms need fixing the bathroom is horrible the microwave was destroyed the curtains have holes in them the fridge had a smell to it I had to clean it I had trouble taking a bath the water stopped

Transportation access to the city bus is perfect, wifi is kinda slow, no roaches or anything and the pool was clean so a pretty good budget friendly place if you need somewhere to stay in a pinch

A forty dollar room it was. I can say the sheets were clean and the coffee in the room was not bad. The gentleman at the desk upon check in was rude at the least. The lady in the office at check out was amazing. Cleaning lady was nice too.

Horrible room ended up having to get three different rooms was still absolutely terrible. You feel like your vehicle is going to be broken into in the parking lot. There was obviously drug activity in the parking lot. We ended up having to go buy bedding because the bedding on the bed was so disgusting. I also had to buy my own towels and washcloths because the ones there were nasty. The curtains also had holes in them.

The staff were friendly enough. The pictures online are NOT accurate and appear to have been some years ago. We needed a place to sleep so bad we stayed but slept on top of the blankets, which were full of cigarette burns, as was the shower curtain. The tub shower didn't drain and the bathroom was incredibly small. There were questionable stains all around (walls, furniture fabric) and the room reeked of weed and mold, although we didn't actually SEE mold. Would not recommend. This place needs a lot of work before it's even basic decent.

I needed to stay one night and the whole area is least to say sketchy and unsafe. The rooms are moldy and stinky. My bedding were not clean and there were no blankets. I was waiting for the day light to get out of there!
