The location I had requested a downstairs room, and they didn't have one, I was going to overlook that, but when I went to look at the room they gave me, it was utterly unacceptable, looked like the cheapest room they had, and when I told them I wouldn't stay in that room, and asked for a different room, they said they didn't have one, so when I refused to stay they changed me 35.00 to cancel my reservation. That is poor customer service

The only positive things I can write about for this hotel is at least there’s a place to lay our head and the manager is friendly. Everything was broken, leaking, or falling apart. The bathroom looked so terrible. The pipes leaked inside the wall, you could hear the water running. There was a bad mildew odor. The tub had very dark stains that even with a scrubber didn’t come out. Our bedside lamp had a short in the wire and popped while flickering on and off that we unplugged it for fear of catching fire. The fridge kept leaking water from the bottom. One of the eyes on the cook top didn’t work unless we wiggled it and even then was temporary before turning back off. You better bring towels, trash bags, toilet paper, and anything else you may need for an extended stay beyond 2 nights. They do not provide you with amenities beyond what’s already in the room on your first night. Our room had 1/2 roll of toilet paper and 3 towels that we were told upon checking in that we could do what we want with them as they do not wash or change them out. They make you take the trash to the dumpster and will charge you $50 if you don’t keep the room clean. Housekeeping is once a week and she just comes in to look. No sheets, no vacuum, no sweeping.

I like the fact that they provided very nice towels rather than the cheap towels, but you have to wash them yourself if you want new towels all the time. It was comfortable not a lot of space though with the kitchen. Laundry room facilities we're good to have, but not enough machines. Bedroom needs more space. Fresh towels at least need to be offered more than once a week for weekly stays. Office hours make it difficult to do anything with the staff other than 8:00 to 5: 00.p would have been nice to have a pool.

The bathroom alone was disgusting doesn’t seem like they clean it often and if they do not well enough. The smell of the whole room was not great needed to light a candle the whole stay. Otherwise, it was nice to have a washing machine and dryers available. The customer service was good. I had an extra early checkout at 3am and needed to call to check out and they answered promptly and it was a quick checkout.

The staff was great. Very polite, very professional Given the price it kinda is what it is. It needs some basic upkeep though. Weather stripping on the door was basically gone allowing bugs to get in easily. Also a large hole under the sink allowed bugs in “roaches” it seems like there’s a lot of people living there so there’s lots of people working in their cars in thanking lot as well as trailers full of junk. The rooms smell like people have been smoking cigarettes or whatever else in there. A fresh coat of paint would go a long way. The property is isolated so you don’t worry about riff raff.

The only thing that one may find annoying, is if you are a female with any decent level of attraction, some of the men staying around are poor and sexually thirsty due to their lower socioeconomic status compared to males in more expensive hotels. So when you are walking you will notice your need to shun them. Also, the old maintenance guy seemed a little perverted. When I was bending loading my car he was there behind me from a distance just staring, and me turning around to note it didn't deter him. Also, I didn't like that he came to my room a couple hours before checkout to ask me if I was going to be able to leave by 12pm. That was a little invasive and I never had anybody do that at a hotel, especially when I had more than two hours left to check out. When I told him I was going to be out by noon, he told me he was 'just checking'

I called to confirm my arrival and check in along with my confirmation reservation and I was reassured everything was fine. I arrived and they did not have my reservation. They dropped my reservation without proper reason that was made known to me prior to my arrival. Had no where to stay with my two kids for that night. Had to make reservations elsewhere for next day. Not happy. Sleeping in a car with my kids on a vacation I hadn’t taken in 7 yrs. very disappointed.

It was ok for the price compared to the other prices in this area. Bring your own towels, dryer, iron, toilet paper and dishes. You are responsible for cleaning your own towels here and don’t get extras. They only give you one roll of tissue per stay. The manager was great. He was very prompt on keeping the location safe.

The room was clean, however you only get service one time the first week without replenished towels. One of the maintenance guys was extremely rude and wouldn't open the laundry room when my clothes was locked in there and one of the front desk agents was rude when asking for the WiFi password. Overall the room was good for the price. They just need to work on their customer service.

We are here as evacuees from Houston due to hurricane Harvey. The rooms are clean and newly renovated. The beds are hard as a rock. Doesnt help that i am 8 months pregnant, but they really are uncomfortable and small for two grown adults. There is an elevator though it has no ventilation and at times wreaks of cigarette smoke or booze. Front desk manager is nice but short with words and at times a bit snooty if having to repeat something. The area has everything you could need within a 10 minute drive. They do NOT provide toilet paper, utensils, dishes, pots or pans. Washing the towels that are provided is your own responsibility. Housekeeping comes once a week. They clean the bathroom, floors and change the bedding. Kinda pricey but we have no choice.

I was highly impressed with this hotel (especially given the price). The manager checked me in and was super helpful. He let me check the room before finalizing everything. The room was very clean compared to many other hotels and almost fully met my standards. The only negatives I had is that the towels had some hair on them (I did not use them) and the floor trim for the shower was falling off. Despite these issues, I would definitely stay again.
