Terrible experience. TV didn't work, bed skirt was diagonal upon arrival, shower pressure was so hard, my 6 yr old couldn't stand in it, and we could hear people yelling in the room below us (clearly) through our AC unit. The AC had dust caked on and the lamp shades had cracks and missing pieces. To make it so much worse, our vehicle was vandalized overnight. Apparently this had happened for 3 nights in a row but the property chose not to disclose this to us upon check-in which is highly disappointing being that they knew this had been a problem recently. They have no external cameras. The only camera they have facing their entrance doesn't work (per their employee). The gates to the parking lot do not close, the Manager says they do, but I checked in after 11pm and they were still open...he said "oh, they close at midnight". They have a "security officer" dressed in street clothes who hangs out outside, but upon seeing the vandals, he was told not to approach them since they were likely armed (we understand that). This took place just after midnight with 19 cars being hit and no one advised guests. We found our car upon check out to have the back windows busted out but were never told by staff that the vandalism had taken place. When we asked staff if they were aware of this they stated "yes, the police have been here a few times already throughout the night". Poorly managed property and honestly an embarrassment to the Hilton Brand. Pure negligence. Sending to corporate.

The room was missing linens. Floor was not vacuumed, multiple trash on the floor. Dirty plates in the cabinet. No overseeing of the breakfast buffet—multiple trips with one plate and kids unsupervised. Overflowing trashcans for multiple days in front of the hotel after we had said something for two days. Along with 17 other cars, our vehicle was broken into causing $3700 in damages. This was a known issue and no oversight has been done. We are having to spend out of pocket expenses to return to San Antonio to pick up our repaired vehicle.

Everything in hotel was excellent except that the morning we were checking out, we woke up to our vehicle's windows broken!! Not only ours but 15 other cars . And they are not responsible for nothing the hotel has not one single camera outside. Cops said it's the second weekend they do this here .

Do not stay at this hotel! 12 vehicles were broken in. Supposedly security guard got mugged but law enforcement told us that was false! All the cars that were broken into conviently were exactly were there were NO cameras. They didn’t mess with any cars in the view of cameras. Also how does security or staff not see or hear 12 cars having the window bashed out, glass everywhere.

The breakfast was good as always My room keys didn’t work even when they sent a worker up to help fix it! The room was outdated there was also what looks like to be mold above the window near AC. The dining area could be bigger like the one in McAllen. And also finding the place was hard one entrance

The interior of the hotel is nice. The exterior does not have video surveillance on all sides with the staff being fully aware of the high number of vehicles being burglarized on the property. The parking area requires key card access during nighttime hours with a roving security guard yet multiple vehicles, including mine, were broken into with visible broken glass on the ground, yet this went unnoticed, or at the least unreported, by security and staff. When this was brought to the attention of the staff excuses were given as to how it happened within an area they advertise as being secure, with security on location. Not everything can be avoided but it seems this situation could have been handled differently. Minus the vehicle burglary, there were no issues with the stay.

This was one of the most comfortable states that I’ve ever had. Staff was great. I felt at home. I didn’t feel nervous about doing anything. All the amenities were perfect. I will be staying here again. This was a staycation and it was wonderful.

The toiletries were missing, not enough towels. We had to call several times for items that were necessity, and the responses from employees were more excuses. I have booked and stayed multiple times at this location and have never been disappointed as I was this trip!!

Very well kept hotel Rooms we great very homey and comfortable . Had great amenities in room 2 burner stove full refrigerator micro coffee maker and hotel supplied coffee. Staff was amazing very nice and polite. I would love to stay again

Location The mattress was very uncomfortable. Also, staff decided to clean the swimming pool during peak hours (noon) on July 4th delaying availability for 3-long hours. I believe it should’ve been cleaned the night before or earlier in the morning. I heard from a very reliable source that a car theft had been attempted in the hotels parking lot!

Decent location, great breakfast. There was hair on the sheets, for pull out couch and king bed. The shower had some shampoo residue as if it wasn’t scrubbed prior. The whole room was very outdated. Worked for the night.

First of all let me say that Ben is AMAZING!! He is ALWAYS very friendly and goes above and beyond to accommodate! The breakfast variety is really good! Our room was very spacious and clean. I don't know if the beds are new but they were SOOOO comfortable!! The icing on the cake is the walking distance to Cornerstone Church ❣️

Excellent breakfast, spacious room for a family of five, management was super attentive and helpful. They were quickly able to extend our stay for an additional night when we asked. Will stay here again!

Not enough towels in the room, bedding was too small for the bed and if you moved any at all the bottom covers came off the mattress. Didn’t make for a very comfortable nights sleep.

Room service was supposed to be done on day 2. We piled up the all the towels to make it easier for them only to come back late at night to the pile of towels. We used the same dirty towels that night. Mold was also showing above the shower. Shower head had terrible water flow. Staff didn’t honor their refund for night if we weren’t satisfied. Something about a breach in contract.

We were visiting San Antonio for my nieces 25th birthday. We chose this hotel because a suite with 2 queen beds would give us more room to be together, but not be so crowded. The staff were super friendly and our room was great. We had a plumbing problem and they were there within minutes to fix it. Breakfast was good, but the staff seemed kind of overwhelmed and struggled to keep food items filled. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a very nice hotel. It needs some updating, bedding, bathroom, etc. All in all very nice stay!

The place was nice. Unfortunately there was fire at the hotel which forced me to miss a day of scheduled work while I was in town.

Make sure if you book through Expedia that you either price match through Hilton or you don’t book through Expedia when you stay at Hilton because contractually they are not allowed to do anything for you barely even greet you at that point. You are not allowed to change room rooms or anything do anything that you normally would be able to do as a hill and honor member while you’re staying there. I tried to let the person working there know that I was not handicapped in my room needed to be to one who was I did not feel right keeping that room, knowing that I didn’t need a handicapped accessible.

For us it was a terrible stay. The carpet on the room smelled like rotten cheese. The sink was clogged and there were cockroaches in the kitchen drawers and the walls.

Plenty of restaurants and shops. HEB down the road. Plenty of cooking utensils

It was great having a kitchen, but some cleaning basics would have been great to have (sponge, dish soap, dishwasher soap) luckily there is a Trader Joe’s and a Walmart close by that we were able to get all our food from. (Minus breakfast, hotel breakfast was excellent)

Breakfast was as expected for a hotel, it’s served between 7am- 9am Monday- Friday. Wednesday is social meal, serve light snacks and adult drinks. The pool was unfortunately close the three days we were there. The room could use an upgrade and some maintenance. If you sleep with a blanket plan on bringing one with you, the bed only had light sheets. The staff were very nice and do house keeping every other day.

Great location and friendly staff. Minutes from SAT airport, Trader Joe's within walking distance, IHOP/Applebee's just outside the grounds, other restaurants and supermarkets within a short drive. Cornerstone church next door.

The outside of the hotel and the lobby appear to be nice and inviting. The rooms are very dated, both of our rooms and elevator areas had strong odors and the carpets are dirty.

Ben was exceedingly personable and helpful! Lobby and room were clean and welcoming. Love that the rooms here are comfortable and not cramped and love the welcoming message on the TV. Breakfast was a wide variety and tasty. Such a good stay that we are reluctant to leave!

Hotel understaffed. Stayed for 7 days, was provided a handicapped accessible shower, (Did not mind at first) but when anyone in the family used the shower, the bathroom floor would flood due to not having anything to stop the water from leaking all over the floor. Explained the situation to hotel staff, requested new room due to inconvenience but was told no other rooms were available. Only way to keep the bathroom floor from flooding was too create our own barrier using the hotel towels. Again, explained to staff and was even told by staff to just keep coming down and getting additional towels. 3rd day at the hotel we went down to request more towels to keep the floor dry and the response was “ Oh, your in the handicap shower huh?. That let me know that this was an ongoing issues for previous guest and that they have yet to address the issue. Not safe for family with children, thankfully no one slipped and injured themselves during the stay.

Lobby, dining area and room were all gorgeous. Ben was extremely helpful...however had a LOT of trouble getting wifi set up (took over an hour and customer help number went to a life-alert ordering line!!). Room was not cleaned, towels not replaced and trash not emptied on 2nd day. We even called SPECIFICALLY to have towels replaced on 2nd evening and it never occurred. The breakfast was appreciated but poor quality: eggs flavorless, sausage overcooked, refried beans severely runny. We ended up deciding to shorten our stay by a day.

This is a great family hotel. My kids loved the inflatables in the pool and spent the afternoon there. Breakfast was amazing and again they thought of the kids, offering sprinkles for kids to add their amazing waffles. My kids had such a great time we extended our stay for 2 extra days. They had a great vacation and want to go back!

Had no extra blankets for us. Had to switch us to a second room bc the first room smelled strongly of smoke even tho we requested non smoking. Definitely an older hotel. Shower didn’t work well.

We were welcomed with great hospitality and customer service. My mother is handicapped and my son and sister are special needs and we had great accommodation met for their needs.

Some remodeling in the works on first floor hallway but everything else was nice.

Still a good, clean place to stay, but the decor is dated. The staff is always friendly and we stay here to visit family when we don’t take our RV.

Hotel had a bunch of kids roaming the halls. Some kids were running up and down the hall at late hours. Noisy from room to room. False FIRE ALARM twice in the middle of the night. Overall, facility felt run down and unsafe.

We loved our stay. The hotel seems a little older but was still very clean and comfortable.

This year. There was a funny smell in the room. There was a personal tooth brush and tooth paste still in the drawer at checkin from someone else. The ice machine on the 3rd floor didn't work. Nice total room size about 400sf, but a lot taken up by shower room & kitchen, so the sleeping area was barely enough for 4 of us, with son on floor with air mattress. Good breakfast! Biggest challenge right now is access due to tiny driveway and highway construction. Not their fault.

All good except our door to the room didn't properly lock or stay locked. We were able to (unfortunately) turn the handle and walk into room 407 multiple times. We informed staff when we left. Be careful if this is your assigned room. Everything appeared to be untouched in our room and belongings but was not too comforting.

We loved the room size at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was well stocked and maintained and delicious. What made this an over the top good experience was the staff. Their attitudes and expertise made it a smooth and pleasurable stay. Thank you!

Easy to get to and a good location for my planned activities.

We had a very good experience. My son loves hotel's breakfast and this was not the exception. Everybody was very nice and helpful, the pool was clean and we had it almost for ourselves for the most part. The place is in a very central location, so we could move around easily. Overall, we will be back

Was not prepared to not have daily housecleaning (3 nites) The suite is a comfortable size for two not sure if four adults would be comfortable the couch was in terrible condition

Our room was dirty and dated. We had to purchase our own wipes to wipe Guam and clean what we could. The carpet was old, dirty, and needed to n r changed. The stovetop was broke and I had to clean and fix it work. The silverware needed to be cleaned and I had to purchase sponges and did detergent on my own. To make things worse, they never can in ti clean every other day as posted, and when notified to clean, they just changed the towels and trash bags.

Upon leaving I was provided a bottle of Gatorade as an apology for the inconvenience. When I got home I discovered I was charged 5 dollars for the “ complementary” Gatorade. I don’t think this is a Hilton issue. Just a San Antonio Hilton issue. Either way. It left a very bad taste in my mouth. Will go elsewhere the next time I am in San Antonio.

Check in was easy. There are a lot of places to eat and shop in the area. Hotel was clean and in a good area.
