Room and breakfast.

It was a wonderful surprise to walk in and find a full kitchen. It was clean and very comfortable. My husband was in a lot of back pain so a nice place to stay was good.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast was amazing. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about this property.

Everyone was so nice and friendly. I always stay here before I have to fly out of San Antonio. Very convenient 🤗

Everything was very nice and clean. This was our second time staying here.

I kept on finding roaches which is not a good sign. The bathroom sink was clogged, and the upstairs noise seem like they were working on the top building. The room was not bad, but the sink clogged, and the roaches made it bad, also the top noise. The good thing was the breakfast, excellent breakfast choices.

It was very old.. very moldy. Very broken. Very dirty. Old white ceiling fan and it had a weird smell in the room kind of like roach spray. The bathroom door didn’t even close all the way. It was just bad. We stayed one night and I wanted to leave the moment we walked in. Parking is $5.00 and deposit is $25, those things were fine but we have 4 kids and cleanliness is important.

Our rooms weren’t ready when we arrived, once we got into our rooms, the keys wouldn’t unlock the doors on THREE occasions! They finally changed the entire handle out. There was mold all in the rooms, cracks in the walls where you could tell the place was on the verge of falling in. The pillows were rough and very uncomfortable as were the beds. We won’t be staying in this location ever again. The staff was RUDE with the exception of one male that was very helpful.

The room was very comfortable for my family, we are 5 and the room was very comfortable, the breakfast area is very spacious.

It wasn’t what I expected. The hotel needs a lot of improvements. One of the walls in our room the molding was falling apart. In the bathroom the wall had cracks and tile cover ups. I saw a roach coming from the cracks of the bathroom. The first day the water from the shower wouldn’t go. We called it in and they came to fix it and they said it just wasn’t properly put in. When we washed our hands or brushed our teeth the water wouldn’t go for a while. The room didn’t accommodate all 6 of us. We had to keep asking for towels, and blankets. The room wasn’t cleaned, only the beds were made. Some items weren’t restocked. The sofa bed was thin and uncomfortable. The breakfast didn’t taste great and there wasn’t many options. The staff from the breakfast area were rude. We asked for plates to get breakfast and she just looked at me with out saying a word. I just stepped away and about 5 - 10 mins later she walked out yelling, “excuse me, there’s no plates”, with plates on both her hands. She placed them down and looked at me and said, “there.” The pool was not clean. We were going to go in the first day we arrived but there was little particles flowing around and the water didn’t look clean. The elevators wiggled when it stopped. Sorry I wouldn’t recommend it.

Front desk Staff was very nice. The hotel was really clean. House keeping did a great job cleaning my room. Over all stay was great. Only thing that was not good was the breakfast. The eggs and potatoes were cold. I suggest go out and eat breakfast.

We liked the close parking even though there was a $5.00 additional charge. The room was really comfortable and large. Had a nice size kitchen even though we did not use it. There were some wear on the carpet and pullout couch but I reported so we wouldn't get charged for any damage. The lady at the desk said they were up for new carpet and upgrade. Otherwise, nice property and close to airport.

My stay at Homewood Suites was outstanding. The staff at the front desk, housekeeping, engineering, kitchen staff, and van shuttle drivers were all professional and personable. The general manager ensured every request big or small was taken care of in an expedious manner. I will return and stay without a doubt. I encourage anyone to stay at this property.

The staff was nice and helpful, the food was decent. The room was spacious and clean. The only complaint was the elevators, one was broken at some point and when it wasnt it was sketchy. Should get them maintenence. Other than that it was great, would definitely go back.

So the kids couldn't eat it.\n Are refrigerated, didn't work? 2\n Watch TV we had to wait until the TV decided it would turn on\n The shadow guy was sent up as a maintenance and his words exactly where I have no idea about these TV's or that AC.

Good experience overall. Room was clean and enough spacious. Minor concerns would TV not working properly. The breakfast was decent and it had plenty options.

I had a really bad experience from the moment we arrived. Check in was at 3pm, we arrived at 6pm and I was told my 2 room reservation wasn’t ready due to a shortage in cleaning staff. I urgently needed the room to change for an event and was told the earliest it would be ready was about 2 hours or possibly longer. One of the rooms was ready within 30 minutes due to me asking for it to be rushed. I was called that the second room was ready until 8:40pm. I asked for a cancellation and refund for room #2 since I would barely get use out of it and was told I could cancel without a refund. We found small cockroaches on both rooms throughout the night. There was a broken floor in one room. I didn’t get any help resolving this issue and the staff wasn’t understanding. They only said there was nothing that could be done but wait. Never staying at this hotel again.

I loved how big the suite was and how helpful staff was. Great spot as well. Mall and restaurants are close. Will return again.

Clean room , fun entertainment

The room was clean, a bit outdated but still worth the stay. Very comfortable beds. Had all essentials needed in the room. There were so many options in breakfast during weekdays and weekends. The pool is indoor and was very clean. Staff so helpful and kind. Im definitely staying there again when i need to travel to San Antonio!

The breakfast was poor quality for most items, not well kept clean or stocked, and requests for more of the items that ran low were met with disgusted looks and attitudes from the staff.

Breakfast on first night was sad, ground beef chili taco meat, eggs, and sausage links. One waffle maker causing a line of chaos in the breakfast corner was enough to make me want to drive and eat somewhere else.

Rooms are spacious. The breakfast buffet was amazing.

Some of the art work was damaged and drawn on but overall looked okay. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. I booked this hotel specifically for the eggs and bacon normal breakfast in the morning but they had this weird mystery meet that looked like pulled pork and bbq sausage that neither one were breakfast food/meet and was a bit sad to start my day like that.

Dumbbells ellipticals and treadmills in the fitness room. Even airport traffic wasn't much of a bother at this nice facility.

Going to stay here everytime I come to San Antonio. Very peaceful atmosphere

The room was clean and comfortable.

We were in room 103 which is right next to a side entrance and the exit/entrance to the stairs. The sound of those two doors slamming went well passed 11pm. The bathroom had an awkward layout which made getting in and out difficult. There were also cracked tiles around the toilet/shower that moved when you walked on them. The bathroom sink leaked water, ever so slowly, onto the floor. We didn't discover this till everyone was getting ready for bed, so we didn't ask for a room change. Just used the trashcan to catch the water. The fridge had no working light. There were two light options in the room: all the lights on, or just a lamp. With parking and taxes, it was $207 and change for the night. We chose this hotel because it was the only one that included breakfast and was near our destination. We will need to return to the area at the end of February, but will be looking for a new hotel. .

Breakfast was at 7:00 and I started making a waffle at 6:59 with my other half and the lady was rude and made a comment to us, even though the other lady showed us how to use the stuff. The pool was closed all weekend . A guy painted and then after that the water look all filmy and they opened it back up . 2 days out of my stay the water had to get turned off for “routine maintenance “ for hours . We just wanted a nice vacation, the room was great and so was the area . But the hotel service in those areas were lacking .

Staff at this location are both professional and personable. Room is well maintained and The hotel is virtually spotless. I'll be sure to stay again.

They were very friendly and helpful when we needed things. Room was clean and they alway got us the things we needed. Loved how we couldn’t figure out what was wrong with our Tv we went down to tell them. It was amazing how the maintenance guy came up and took the time to explain how to get it to work. He even left us an extra remote in case it happened again. It was a great experience. Their pillows and beds were also comfy. We would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was served daily, with limited variety in the daily choices, but very filling. Need vegan options. Clean rooms, but need upgrading. Friendly staff.

The room was clean, quiet, very comfortable, the TV had streaming apps, there was a full kitchen, it was like home away from home. It was very conveniently located in between the airport and downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

This was by far my favorite stay in San Antonio to date. This will be my go to spot going foward. I have stayed at other nearby hotels and the service and atmosphere definitely is beyond my expectations. Great job and see you next month.

The one thing that was annoying for sleeping was the flashing green lights almost above the bed. I’m assuming it’s a CO2 detector. It is like being on the airport runway.

This place was terrible from the start. The indoor pool was closed and we were told to walk across the parking lot to a neighboring hotel to use theirs. The bath tub in our room was filthy, the couch has huge rips in the cushions and my daughter ended up with looked like SEVERAL bed bug bites. The breakfast was awful.

All right, but the furniture in the room and in the dining room needs to be improved

Will stay there again

Very strange trip check in go to room piece of poop on the floor next to the toilet pee splatters on the floor big water of toilet paper. Pick up the poo go back downstairs and was told my option was that room a room that had wet carpet or my money back took the room with wet carpet. Ask for the manager to call me back three different occasions never has not sure why so no I was not happy with this location.💩

I did not stay. I was promised a refund and never got it.

Everything was great. The tub could have been hit in the corners and under the shelf with some bleach but honestly, miniscule issue. The eggs were awesome. The culture items were great to experience. The room was clean, even behind the furniture. The bed was comfortable. Everyone was kind. I always enjoy my stays at this hotel chain. They are definitely doing things right.

Check in is at 3pm we checked in at 5pm and went to our room and room was not ready had maintenance working on toilet. Was given a new room on 4th floor and people on 3rd floor were hitting our floor because our 1 year old was being too loud with her foot steps? It was 9:30pm on a Saturday night. They had front receptionist call our room to keep quiet

Upon arrival, she checked our family in. Looked and acted just as miserable as her over the phone service. $4.95 per night for parking, FYI. No rooms on the 1st floor. The breakfast was horrible. The service was horrible. One of the ladies who served breakfast came over to berate a customer trying to use a waffle maker telling him that he’s breaking the machine! Then, took it from him to do it herself. I was standing right next to him and he wasn’t sure how to use it, but he wasn’t breaking it as she implied. Also, while my daughter was pouring juice, the server stood there watching her, then tried to tell me what was wrong while I was helping my other kids. The problem is she couldn’t communicate with me because she didn’t speak English, and 2nd, rather than stand there and stare at my daughter, why not help her? The pool had fire ants around it. I’ll leave it at that. Asked for extra towels and was told before I could get more I had to return the dirty ones. Poor job Hilton.

Loved king suite

Room was awesome everything clean. Space is very nice. Shower has its own. Shampoo , conditioner and gel wash. Loved that part! Everything is awesome. Will definitely stay again when I came to San Antonio!

Extremely friendly staff! The room was a beautiful surprise for the money. My only complaint is that you have to pay for parking. I LOVE that I could sleep cold thanks to the ceiling fan and thermostat that could be adjusted down to 63!

We got the suite with a kitchenette and a separate bedroom from the common area for a great price!

The detachable shower head didn’t work and the couch has so many holes with the stuffing hanging out. Some of the blankets have spots and stains. The elevators were not stable, the trash cans in the hall way were always full and smelled. The floors in main areas were always dirty. Trying to inform staff about this via text they initiated, I never received a response and the front desk staff did not care when I tried to let them know. Wish I could get a full refund for this entire stay.

Unfortunately, we ran into a few issues. Check-in time is very strict. I've never experienced this with any hotel especial Hilton, but you literally can not check in until exactly 3, on, the, dot. Not a minute earlier. Which was quite an inconvenience for our family. Our room had two phones but none of them working. There was a crack in the widow and cracks all through out the hotel room ceiling. Some pieces of the tile flooring were coming up in the closet/bathroom. There were large roaches outside and my kids also ran into a couple of them while swimming in the pool. The breakfast was ok, nothing special.

Carpet was dirty. Room had bugs in bathroom. Tub would not drain properly.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was very quiet, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The room was spacious, offering plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable. Everything was also spotlessly clean, from the lobby to the bathroom. Staff were friendly and professional, and check-in was quick and easy. Overall, a great experience — I’d definitely stay here again.

Given the proximity to the airport, airplane noise was not an issue during the stay.
