Bed needed more attention and cleaned

The property was amazing, great for families. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Oh this place is amazing I love the room like I was set up it was so clean like you can smell the freshness in the air the staff is very helpful very welcoming as soon as you walk in don't know how many times they said welcome to me and I was walking back and forth and with my bags and stuff and every time I came in and they spoke very very polite very good at making sure we had everything we needed if we needed extra I loved it would definitely book here again

The rooms were very spacious and included an abundance of amenities. The front desk staff was very polite, helpful and provided awesome customer service

Everything was excellent.

Very quiet location, wish the breakfast had more variety but food was good. Staff members were nice and always helpful. We stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned but they did have signs stating to call if anything was needed. We enjoyed having a full size fridge in the room. We will be returning in the future.

My family just had a terrible experience at another hotel around 9:45 but thank goodness we found this hotel. Alice was so helpful and friendly right when we walked in after a long day. Her and her coworker had such great hospitality . Hotel environment was very inviting and comfortable. Plenty of games and books for kids and a cool basketball court for families. We had a hiccup with our room once we checked into and Alice was onto of it to get it fixed. Would definitely stay here for future trips.

I liked the location of the property because it was close to Seaworld! The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly! My kids loved the buffet breakfast. The beds were uncomfortable! The breakfast could have been better!

Friendly and cleanliness

The staff were very kind and friendly and the amenities were GREAT! The room was nice and spacious but could use a little TLC (a bit cleaner such as vacuuming and dusting as well as dealing with mold/mildew issues in bathroom) BUT it was great overall and would go back in a heartbeat! Nice and easy to get to many things around the area but enjoyed just hanging back and chilling as well with my new Airman son. The breakfast and the Happy Hour on Wednesday was a sweet deal and enjoyed that as well!

Breakfast was great, variety of options available. Staff was available at all times making sure everything was stocked and clean. The pool area was well kept, and towels were available at all times. The only negative feedback was the ice machine. There was no ice available the entire weekend.

We were there 3 nights. Our shower head broke and it was replaced that day. Also my 3 yr old grand-daughter had the stomach flu and got sick in the bed. They came right away and changed the sheets. Very good staff.

I would not say i didnt like but the breakfast could be improved.

Everything about this property was great! We definitely enjoyed the oversized rooms with full kitchen. We'll be staying again!

The Breakfast was worth getting up for and the selection was good. The Wednesday evening Mixer was really well done and if you are there, you should make time for it. The staff was friendly. The main areas were well kept. We didn't use the pool or gym so I cannot comment on them. We had issues with our room but there were not ones that would keep me from using this hotel again. The battery in the smoke detector was replaced promptly. The electrical issues with the lights didn't affect our stay. The issue in the shower will be resolved. The staff was attentive to the complaints and did not make us feel like we were a burden for making them. I would stay here again.

The staff were so amazing Adrian and Alicia. It was our first time in the area and they made our stay easy. Fast at the check in. WiFi work very good. Breakfast were so good, Clean area and it was so beautiful how to it was all set up. Our room was clean just wish the trash cans were a little bigger. This hotel is literally in the middle of everything that is much needed. The best part we were not far from SeaWorld. Will definitely be coming back to this hotel. Our dog got to stay with us as well. They made it easy no hassle (Thank God). Just fyi it is $75 for dog deposit which is still good. We loved it all.

Stayed to attend BMT Graduation. Friendly staff, room was clean, and coffee and tea were always available and hot. The breakfast was delicious and appreciated having several conversation areas including a common outdoor patio to spend time with our Airman. Highly recommend.

Overall, we had a very great experience. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Love the Texas shaped waffles. The rooms were spacious and comfortable . It was perfect for a family of five. Will definitely return for another family trip.

Bad was our vehicle was broken into in their parking lot. Said there was a night security guard who didn't notice anything. Cameras in the parking lot didn't show anything according to the police.

Good place friendly staff clean rooms. The only thing was that the showerhead did not dispense water with a lot of pressure, and it was a little noisy. Not enough to change rooms, but kind of an expectation that water dispenses with enough pressure to take a shower.

Overall relatively good experience. The pull-out bed in the sofa was dirty. There was also a lingering stale greasy smell in the room. But otherwise very satisfied. Great service. Would recommend.

Hotel, room, and property was clean. Quiet area and away, with the exception of a few barking dogs in the hallway. Parking lot in the back a bit dark, but was able to find parking close to our room window and near a light. Breakfast options were okay, no orange juice just water and apple juice. We arrived about 2 hours before breakfast was over and OJ was never refilled. Cream cheese for bagels tasted a little funny, was sitting out in open serving container maybe too long.

The suite itself must of been training grounds for maintenance staff and cleaning crew because it was not worth the room rate we paid. Room was dirty, floors sticky, refrigerator missing handle, kitchen sink faucet not securely attached had to hold it to turn on/off. Kitchen silverware and pans were old and dirty. It was gross! I had to go to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies so we could clean everything. Knobs on stove top unusable as they were stripped and dangerous. If you got it to turn on you couldn’t get it to shut off. Bed frame broken, kitchen table legs broken and wobbly. Hardware missing off bathroom door handle, toilet bowl not secured to floor and actually moves. Pool was closed for maintenance but did not have posted on Expedia website. Room keys failed several times during our stay and we could not get into our room late at night. Breakfast was great, lobby was nice and location was very convenient. My husband and I have decided to change our chain of hotels in future to do business with!

Dishwasher was not operational in the room. Our room was in the front block and there was a tree branch hitting our windows throughout the night. It was noisy and couldn't sleep. Breakfast menu was limited. The room key card was not working after we checked in. Front desk staff was careless. Overall not impressed. Lack of customer service. Lot of areas to improve.

Very neat and clean.

Very friendly staff, nice spacious room. My room included a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and stove top. So many options and stores near hotel. Close to air force base as well.

For what we paid I was really disappointed. Will probably never stay here again. At check in I was asked what days would we like the room cleaned. Not once was it cleaned. Outlets did not work mainly the ones in the bathroom area and with a wife and 2 daughters that caused alot of delays with not being able to use the mirror while getting ready. Said it was going to be fixed and wasnt even checked until the 2nd to the last day only to find out they could not fix it. Seems like it was just one thing after another.

The hotel is in a pretty quiet area, which we appreciated after a long day of fun. There’s an outdoor swimming pool and a basketball court on the property, giving kids and teens a chance to burn off extra energy in the evening. The suite was perfect for a family stay, featuring a full-size kitchen, a comfortable sofa, and a separate room with two beds and plenty of space to spread out. It made our stay feel more like home. The complimentary continental breakfast was quite good—fresh and filling—but we did wish there were more fruit options available. That said, everything else was very satisfying, and the overall experience was excellent. If you’re planning a visit to the theme park with your family, especially with younger kids, this hotel is a solid and stress-free option!

This was a great hotel! Check in staff was friendly. Hotel is clean and quiet. It is near a shopping center with a wide variety of dining options. Very close to Sea World.

Noisy refrigerator. No one came to fix even though informed thrice to front desk. TV is facing to restroom can’t be watched from sofa nor from bed. Ice maker doesn’t work on 4th floor and 1st floor had to go 3rd floor to get it. Swimming pool is not maintained properly dirt can be seen.

The room was not as clean as it should have been also we found after 3 nights that the room had Bed Bugs. We found one on a blanket on our way home took a picture and complained to the hotel and so far they have not done anything to compensate us. Needless to say if you stay here check your room carefully.

The bath soap dispenser hardly worked. They don't clean rooms on Saturdays or Sundays. So you have to ask for towels and just leave the used ones in the room. We had six people in our room. So yeah not ideal. Thats my only pet peeve. Other than that it was cool.

Our family stay was awesome!! All the staff were so friendly helpful and professional. We we so blessed to be able to stay at this beautiful hotel. We definitely will be staying again and will definitely be recommending this hotel. Homewood an excellent place to stay!! Thank you for giving us a wonderful family trip!!

AMAZING stay! Perfect room. Super clean, roomy and comfy. Looked new and updated. And DAISY B WAS AWESOME!!! Extremely friendly and on top of it all! Will absolutely return. Just wish the prices were a bit lower but it was worth it.

We were in San Antonio for spring break and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The location is fabulous, it is close to food, shopping, highways, convenience, stores… All around just excellent! The customer service was fabulous, everyone was very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was very good, their rooms extremely clean, and the heated pool was a lot of fun. We would definitely stay again!

My family and I stayed 3 nights and everything about this property is outstanding. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. Rooms are spacious and very clean. We ran out of towels one night and made a quick call to the front desk and in a matter of minutes someone was knocking on our door with clean fresh towels. The area is safe and well lit at nights. Everyone is very friendly, definitely staying here again!!

Daisy the front desk clerk greeted us professionally and friendly. We were there for my nephew airforce graduation and didn’t know the area. She helped us navigate places to eat, spots to play arcade and etc… hotel was very clean and the rest of staff members were nice.

We stayed one night in a suite and it worked out perfectly for our family of 7. Staff is exceptional and hotel is so clean it smells amazing in there. Highly recommend.

The only downside is there was a mildly unpleasant smell in the rooms and hallways, I believe due to pets being allowed. Everything else was perfect.

It seemed everything was broken .the elevator all the ice machines . And the microwave was broken. The staff was nice and the beds were comfortable. It was also supposed to be for 5 nights instead of of 4. But bc of the mixup this ended up costing me $200 more dollars that I didnt have bc i hadn't planned that into our trip. I was told that someone was supposed to call me back and i havent heard from them.

Everything was great, breakfast could be a little better but waffles are still good they’re a go to breakfast. I like that when the room is ready to go in they let you in if they have any available. Overall it was great pool was warm thought it would be cold and really close to Seaworld. I like the fact that there’s store around and you and restaurants so you wouldn’t have drive far out there.

This stay was very nice, BF was good, & staff was friendly. The only improvement needed was cleaner showers. There was mold like grim on the edges of the shower. Overall nice place to stay and very close to sea world and Aquatica parks.
