The property was HORRENDOUS to say the least. Rooms had an awful odor, sheets were stained and had cigarette burns. AC did not cool whatsoever and it was 103 degrees outside. I would HIGHLY recommend if you have the funds to stay elsewhere please do!

Check-in: No issues So for the room itself. The floors were worse than an old movie theater carpet. Sticky, stained, and old. The room had a foul smell that we couldn't figure out what or where it was coming. The A/C was off and the first four-five hours it was unbearably hot. The microwave was sketchy to point I wouldn't dare use it. Th fridge was ok, had to wait a few hours until it cold as it was turned up so high, by end the fridge was fine. Beds, ok, again, odd odor that seemed to be absorbed into bed. Most outlets either didn't work or unusable. Door for room didn't even fully shut; bottom half pushed inwards allowing heat to enter room. Small sheet rock holes throughout room. Even an old piece of gum was stuck on wall in a place clearly visible to any who stayed. Should have been found easily by housekeeping before we checked-in. Breakfast: Cereal - wouldn't think of eating it. Parking: multiple vehicles with broken windows. With it being so questionable. I check our vehicle through the evenings to ensure safe. Check-out: No issues Overall: Either spend a few extra dollars and go somewhere else or be prepared for disappointment.

Unfortunately I have nothing good to say. The area was definitely not safe. Parking was certainly with no sense of safety. Upon entering the room, I felt a negative feeling. The remote or the refrigerator didn’t work. Luckily for me I had the option to leave and was checking out within 2 hours.

Staff was overtly rude. The photos of the hotel and swimming pool are 100% misleading and blatant lies. The pool is drained and in horrific shape. The hotel room had an extremely strong scent of urine that was overwhelming.

Breakfast is very misleading, Cheerios, milk and an undrinkable coffee that has been marinating for a good time, shouldn't be considered free breakfast. Would hope at least an apple or a banana.

Friendly staff specially the cleaning girl very nice and I liked it everything is close distance , always parking . Breakfast is not that great basic corn flakes, coffee and waffles

The sheet had stains and never changed it, on the 5 days they only change towels 3 times, never clean the room, the sofas were on pretty bad shape, the swimming pool doesn’t work, the toilet didn’t work we needed to use the lobby restroom for 2 days until they changed us to another room!

When they say breakfast, they actually mean stale Cheerios, and watered down coffee. When you finally get into your room, you get hit in the face with a wall of smoke smell, we had to run to the store to get deodorizer and Lysol because we were scared to sleep in the bed. We made sure to wipe down every surface when we got back into our room because every time we got back into our room, there was a roach crawling around either on the counter or the floor.

Breakfast is coffee only. Parking is unsafe. You will NOT get a refund under any circumstances.

Pool closed. Microwave missing from my room, door worked but could use repair. Stains on couch and chairs. Tub needs refinished. Breakfast lacks. But for the price, the rooms are spacious, nice and comfortable. For the price, this is one of my favorites.

There’s bugs and it’s very scary

The room condition was horrendous, totally not livable. The sofa, chairs, bedding, all had disgusting stains all over. Carpet was peeling, light fixtures falling apart, missing smoke detector, bathtub peeling. We checked out and stayed at a different hotel.

Room was clean n neat. Hot had too many childeren for any adult to enjoy it. Maybe put an age and time limit for children to enjoy as well as give adults thier chance. The room's bedroom air-conditioning was broken which made sleeping a little hard to do. Kept sweating throughout the night. Reported to management in the morning. Rest of the stay was fine.

You know if there had been real pictures on the website of both the outside and rooms of the place there is no way we would have picked the place to stay. It looked like something that did not survive. E

BEWARE! Most disgusting place I’ve ever been to! Entry door was dented in at the bottom so didn’t close all the way. Filthy linens, towels, chairs, bed, chipped paint on the walls! Not only that, but also had to kill a roach. No phone. Almost as if it were a prank or something.

Wasn’t not able to check in . The phone number listed went to voicemail . Beware of booking reservations through a third-party . So, glad I purchased the insurance & the Capitol one claim policy is the best .

They wanted a $50 deposit for room damage,so when I walked in the room had damage done to it,no way was I going to stay there,the door had big gaps that’s how much it was damaged .very few light outside,no parking,no signs on the door for room numbers

Do not stop at this place if you are a family or if you have kids my nine-year-old and I ended up staying because we had a field trip so we were traveling and the online needs to update their photos. Our fridge didn’t work our TV didn’t work. Our phone didn’t work and there was no hot water in the shower so we had to use like the a cup from the bathtub faucet. And the pool was empty and the continental breakfast is just cereal and coffee. It appears people live there and stay there and I just wouldn’t stay there if your family will have kids.

Horrible the hotel was ran down bullet proof glass at front desk with a bullet hole in it. Room was trashed not clean roaches. People in the parking lot fighting and selling drugs.

No TV signal, dirty towels and sheets, no pool/hot tub available, very falsely advertised.

Place looked delapidated and there were roaches, had to buy a can of Raid. Room smelled musty. Place looked old from the 1980s. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. TV was broken but was replaced but no anntanna or cable so I couldn't watch it at all. No Internet. There was no light on by the beds due to the lamps being broken. No breakfast except cereal. No water in the pool, it was empty. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. NOT WHAT WAS PICTURED OR PROMOTED ONLINE.

Roaches everywhere

Bathroom know was missing, bed sheets were stained, just very poor room. I wanted to leave but was too tired to go cancel and look for another hotel. Room was just not in good condition

Ac was not working, tv not working, plugs were not working to charge our phone, phone number to the place was not working, place looks sketchy super dark, but it was close to where we needed to be, fotos of the place looks nothing like in person.

Stayed here for work and the Wi-Fi was reliable enough for meetings. Quiet evenings and easy access to Northwest San Antonio offices

I would have loved if the couch and carpet were new Surprisingly, this room had a little kitchen. Overall, good place to stay. They definitely need to work on putting more signboards to reach to the front desk. If you happen to arrive late, it's not easy to locate the front desk.

Great option if you’re staying more than a night or two. Having a fridge and microwave made it feel more like a small studio than a hotel room.

We chose this place for our Six Flags trip and it worked out perfectly. Close enough to the park but far enough to relax at night. Kids loved the pool.

Planning travel was easy because of where the hotel is situated. The stay felt smooth with no issues at all. Staff were courteous and consistently helpful.

The location added ease to the entire stay. The hotel atmosphere was calm and properly maintained. Staff members were cooperative throughout.

This was the nastiest room ever. First of all there was no deadbolt or chain on the door. Didn’t feel like the door locked good at all. The room I was given was dirty with pieces of wall & trim missing. The table in the kitchen are had a dead roach on it ( not recently dead) & there were bugs crawling on the wall in the kitchen. The bathtub looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The sheets looked clean but had old cigarette burns. I stayed all of 5 minutes & left, besides being dirty & neglected I did not feel safe at all.

Plenty of parking. Staff was friendly, and the AC was very cold. At one point I raised the temp so I wasn’t so cold.

The property photos on Expedia are misleading. I did not stay upon arrival. It was rundown. There were people walking around with shopping carts. A couple throwing food or something off the second floor balcony. Took me a week to contact manager to try for refund with no sucess. This was by far the worst experienceI'vehadon Expedia..

The worst hotel ive ever stayed at we booked 2 days for my husbands birthday fathers day trip we ended a 3 day trip i had been planing for over a month the first night at 1:30 am because my 2 children could not sleep beacuse there were people fighting outside our door my youngest child was scared and crying to go home because they were banging on the walls and doors we and had to drive till 430 am to get home!!! The pictures look nothing like the building or the rooms there was a gaint hole in the shower wall dead coakroaches on the floor and the tv made loud screeching noises with lines threw out it it claims to be family friendly but this is more of a ran down crack hotel for homless drunks do not bring your family here

Very run down, the room smelled of cat. The walls and tub area were pealing. The sink in the kitchen area was unusable, it would turn off but not turn off. The pull out sofa mattress was horrible and I had to ask for seats at the front desk but they were stained and gross looking so I ended up at Walmart buying my own. The mini fridge was broken and barely hanging on for dear life. There were homeless people everywhere. Just every uncomfortable but you get what you pay for I guess.

This place was so run down that it needs to be demolished. Nothing but crackheads around. The showers were disgusting, pubic hair all over the tub. The toilets all clogged when you flushed them. The rooms smelled. When I asked the front desk for extra linens they said they didn’t have any. The mattresses of the pull out couches were disgusting, stained, and dirty. The mini fridge was so frozen that there was a giant piece of ice blocking all the space in it and nothing could be put in it. The light fixtures next to the bed were so messed up you had to turn the light bulbs to turn them on. The tvs were messed up. Couldn’t even see what was showing on them. There was an abandoned car in front of the main lobby. Horrible stay. I don’t see how this place is still in business

Do not go here. I had to check out 15 minutes after checking in!! First the attendance gave me the wrong room number and as I was trying to get in. Someone peeked through the window very embarrassing and scary! As soon as I got in, I turned on the sink to wash my hands and it wouldn’t turn back off. There was roaches everywhere the beds, the floors, the cabinets, countertops, fridge etc. The bathtub was disgusting filled with stains. I pulled open the sheets on the bed and the beds were severely stained and it smelled. Chairs were also moldy. Just a bad experience overall. The attendant didn’t even try to convince me when I told him I was checking out. Because he knew how bad it was! I need my refund.

Stayed there while I was looking for a new place to stay live and didn’t want to spend slot of extra money on hotels. Photos online show this place as having decent rooms. I drive up and it has abandoned vehicle out front, over growth of landscaping, an empty pool, and the property looked very worn down. Since the reservation has a no cancellation I was stuck. I get my key and head to my room. As I open the door, the smell of cigarettes and animal urine hits me. The room was falling apart. Missing bulbs. Light fixtures falling apart. Usable T.V. Door security lock unusable. Toilet and shower leaking. The police driving by and fight and shouting from other by visitors. Really made the stay feel unsafe.

This place isn’t the best, but it serves a purpose due to the cities mis-management of the mental health population.

San Antonio does a horrible job with the people with mental health issues. The apartments will not allow my son to stay at a a reasonable apartment because of his “ pending “ background. Places like these motels make it possible for him to live somewhere without being homeless on the streets.

Property name was not marked well. We drove around several times and could not find the front office. There were abandoned cars in the parking area. Saw several unsavory characters around the Property. Overall, we did not feel safe and moved on to another well lit hotel.

The room it's self was large seating area then a big room. Tiny tiny bathroom. Dirty walls holes in walls. Bedding was actually clean. And comfortable. What made all that worse is when we got up for the "breakfast" Bread for toast no butter or jelly. Cereal, bit no milk. No juice. Waffles probably would have been good but we were told there was no spray so no waffles. No muffins no donuts nothing. Breakfast starts at 6 am we got there 6:20 am So it's not like they ran out. So Never again.

Roach motel at its finest had to move rooms because of roach infestation and blood on walls. Property would not refund so was force to stay or be out of a place to stay. Had to keep all belongings locked in vehicle because of the roaches in fear I would bring them home. Vagrants walking about all hrs of night despite being in a nice location. The place has a 24hr drug dealer living in one of the rooms with an open sign when he is “open for business”. If this is your sort of thing then this is the place for you. Although the staff itself was great and very pleasant you can feel the frustration from them knowing this is a horrible place to stay. The pictures do not represent this property with dirty showers and patches all over walls. I do not recommend!

You must understand what you are paying. I was okay there for my stay.. Its not like they are unchanging and not worth it

The air conditioning worked well though, the water pressure and temperature were good, and it was generally quiet while I slept. But sleeping is about the only thing I'd recommend at this property.

The advertisements are lying about the pool. It seemed to be permanently closed. Breakfast is a joke and one of the employees couldn't even make coffee correctly (and I know it is something they are doing because it was fine with the other person). The rooms are clean, but dilapidated. The bathroom door wouldn't even close due to significant water damage. Housekeeping did come by every day, and the bed was comfortable enough. This hotel serves it's base function, but only just. Look elsewhere.

If you are looking for luxury, this is definitely not for you. Main door to room does not closes fully. Shower seemed like they haven’t been clean in years. Horrible smell. Cockroaches. It was just the worst experience ever. Rub the other way.

Tucked away

Very run down and in an unsafe area. We worried about our car being broken into. The front desk staff was professional but that was the only good thing about this place. We ended up leaving early. Do not recommend.

The pictures are a complete. The place looks like a bunch of random motels and there’s names everywhere I had no idea where the front office was supposed to be so I couldn’t even check in. The person who picked the building phone up spoke very fast with an accent so it was very hard to understand him and I was shocked to see how sketchy the whole area looks. This place isn’t worth it at all even if it’s cheap trust me

There was broken drawers in there. The seats was nasty. The floor was nasty. The shower tub was nasty door was past close. I had to block the door with a chair. I do not recommend this hotel to no one was activity all through the night people walking around.

The place looks like it should be used as a horror movie set. The buildings were in disrepair, the room smelled, the air conditioning did not work. The sheets had stains on them, and in short my car would have been a more comfortable place to stay.

If a hotel could be a crack den this would be it. There are people walking around and looking into windows at all hours of the night. My room had so many white stains on the carpet and burn marks on the covers and sheets and even the counter. The room was a non smoking room so I smoked outside. I put my cigarette butts in one of the cups they provided with some water to make sure they were out before I placed them in the trash. Now they are keeping my deposit accusing me of smoking in the room. They even charged more than what the receipt for the deposit shows. I would hope other guests aren’t bamboozled into thinking this is a decent place. It’s not safe, the employees do not want to help. The lady working the counter during my checkout wouldn’t even take my key back and was trying to find my deposit thinking it was cash. When I told her it was on my card she let me know they were returning it and that I was good. I gave them the benefit of a doubt thinking I would be getting my deposit back. Well I was wrong. When I checked my bank I see the charge from the hotel was in fact more than the $50 deposit and when I called to inquire about it the girl who answered kept telling me on her receipt copy it was only showing $50 and that the extra charge was from my bank. I tried to explain to her that there wasn’t an extra charge just one for a different amount. She didn’t want to comprehend and just telling me that I wasn’t getting it back and it was only $50.

The door to my room did not close properly and had huge gaps where light came in. The bathroom door was tore up as well as other areas.

Nothing unique about the property. Room was very smelly. It definitely needs serious upgrading. There was no remote for the TV. Furniture pieces very old and decaying. Sofa extremely old dirty large old stains on it and smelly. Could not sit on it. Just an inside shelter for the night. Understandable why price so low and affordable. It should be no more than what it is.

Old property; needed rehab. But, except for Wi-fi it was functional and the price was low.
