The room was great and very clean. The staff was very nice.

There was hair on the shower bottles & ants in the kitchenette , only negative complaints. Other than that it was very comfy and we will definitely stay again.

Check in was great. We had 2 rooms because of family coming in. Our Room quality was bad. Our ac would not go below 75. Shower had very low pressure. And the floor of the shower was all tore up. Mold on the bathroom walls. The second room had mold on the bathroom walls also. 2nd day, we came back to the room and it had no power in the middle part of the room. Which made most of thr outlets and TV not work. When we went to the front desk, we were told nothing they could do about it until the next morning, but they would give us a refund for the night. When we went to check out, we asked about said refund and was told that since it was booked through a 3rd party, rhe best they could do was give us back 10000 Hilton points. It is close to the base and plenty of food around. Would not stay there again

The place was FILTHY STINKY AND THE YOUNG LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS EXTREMELY NASTY TO BE DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC. ALSO THE FIRST ROOM THEY GAVE US SMELLED REALLY BAD LIKE THE ROOM HAD PREVIOUSLY FLOODED AND THE BATHROOM WAS NOT CLEAN, SO THEY GAVE US ANOTHER ROOM AND THAT ROOM WAS DIRTY AS WELL. I HAD TO GO OUT AND BUY CLRANING PRODUCTS JUST TO MAKE THE ROOM COMFORTABLE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY. BOTH BEDS HAD BLOOD AND CEMENT STAINS ON THE PILLOWS AND THE COVERS ALSO THE SHOWER HEAD WAS BROKEN AND WATER WAS GOING EVERY WHERE ALSO THE PIPES UNDER THE BATHROOM SINK WAS LOOSE CAUSING WATER TO GO EVERY WHERE AT THAT POINT I WAS DONE. I CHECKED OUT FIRST THING THE VERY NEXT MORNING AND I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION. IVE STAYED AT OTHER HOME2 SUITES AND THIS WAS THE BY FAR THE WORST. YALL NEED TO DO BETTER AND HIGHER MORE STAFF AND MAKE SURE THEY PROPERLY CLEAN THE ROOMS AND YALL SHOULD PUT BRAND NEW SHEETS AND COMFORTERS AND PILLOWS ON THESE BEDS ITS VERY DISGUSTING TO LAY IN THAT TYPE OF FILTH.

Room was dirty on arrival, found Pokémon cards. The ac was not blowing cold air. The Fridge was not working properly and didn’t get cold enough to store food, food ended wasted. Random firearms were going off. House cleaning and maintenance never came.

The breakfast was very good. The parking area could have been better maintained. The grass was high and unkept and there was trash in it. They charge an extra $5 per night for the maintenance of the parking lot and it was not up to par. I didn't like the no receipt (physical or electronic copy) when you checkin. They ask for your card and there's no proof of what's being charged. You just have to take their word for it until checkout. You are charged the full amount before you officially checkout as well. Our lights went out for a while during a thunderstorm. The room got hot quickly. That was obviously out of their hands. If you need medical oxygen or anything you will need to book somewhere where they have a backup generator.

Overall, we had a great stay. The room was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Breakfast was actually much better than we expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The only downsides were that the Wi-Fi was very slow, and the hallways felt a bit humid. Despite those minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.

Being some type of air freshener with you because the rugs smell funny and the vent from the air conditioning system smells worse. The rugs need to be replaced, they are outdated.

Toilet broke and annoff smell

Nice quiet area.. felt very safe. The uncomfortable bedding, room need updating, shower needs remodeling & shower head needs replaced. The water spot felt like pellets hitting your body even after adjusting it.

Wonderful breakfast options. Lobby was very clean. Great , friendly staff. Our room had a stale, moldy smell. Also, the shower had mildew.

Room was perfect, beds and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was good. The A/C unit made a vibrating sound each time it ran. The water temp in the shower was great, but the shower head had a lot of clogged holes so the spray was minimal.

Very spacious for my family

The staff was friendly but could use more training with their reservation system. We checked out a day early and originally told that we would be refunded the day we had paid for. The next morning the manager informed us that would not be the case and we had to forfeit the room charge for the day. The breakfast was not the greatest, but passable. We do enjoy having the mini kitchen in our room. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Great place , second time staying here. If we come back to the area will stay here again! Only complaint is the pool room could use some ventilation. It’s hot in and the chloride smell is very strong!

Breakfast was not good, the egg was extremely watery, the sausage patties were burned and very dry.

Everything was fantastic. The only bummer was being really tired and anxious to get in our room. Check in was at 3 and we had to wait till 3:30.

Had couple issues the curtain didn’t roll down and the sun was coming in couldn’t rest as I would’ve liked. Also I requested room service like 3 times no one came to clean until I had to go downstairs a bit upset but other than that it was a good stay

Room smelled like a dog, and the extra to pay for parking and live security on site, only a camera and multiple vehicles broken into , thank God my vehicle was not vandalized

This facility will not get mine or my family members business if we decide to finish our travels. They don’t answer there calls and never respond to messages. They have no heart and I have always thought people in Texas were nice.

Really liked the towels being changed and the bed being made every day. What a luxury! It wasn't the hardest hotel bed I've ever slept on, but it was a close second.

Everything was great including very good quality large bath towels. Not sure why you charge for parking when there is nothing around that would encroach on the properties parking spaces. Ok the parking was less than $5 but then why give out a bag with 2 waters in it at check in. How about free parking and no free water bottles!

Great service

We were in a large room with a walk-in shower, pretty nice. Two King beds! Had 8 in for a brief gathering, plenty of room, but some have to stand or sit on a bed, not at all bad. Outstanding coffee. It's a fresh vibrant blend, Lavazza. Maybe get rid of the in-room coffee setup.

Good location from the Air Force base and downtown San Antonio.

Will definitely recommend Home2 Suites by Hilton for any stay. My family had a Staycation for a birthday and we loved it. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was definitely fun for our children. Breakfast had a good variety of food and drinks. My children also enjoyed the board games as well. Will most likely be back in the future.

The stay was not so great they issued me the last possible room in the hallway of the hotel. Checkin was freat (until after i left). The staff in person is very friendly (after the trip, rude on the phone).

Our stay would have been amazing if it was not for the people below us. They complained of noice just by us walking in our room, even when it was not quiet hours. Not to mention the staff gave us attitude over their complaint without actually listening to us or acknowledging our side of the story. I felt like we could not even walk to the restroom without getting a call from the front desk.!

Bathroom n room was very clean . Kitchen area was clean and had dishes, bowls n silverware. Cups n glasses too. Had a coffee maker n microwave. Great size TV with built in apps. Shower was walk in which was nice.Air conditioner worked great. Lots of drawers n storage. Curtain between beds n couch was a good idea. My used it because he stayed up later than me watching tv. We all decided this will be our go to hotel on our next SA visit. Breakfast was a nice surprise how much there was to choose from. Something for everyone.

The breakfast was really basic and no good. The personal kitchen was so rude, the room is okay and the personal clean only if you need it the hotel give this services, if you no requested never clean your room.

We love this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. We love the convenience of the location. The suites are comfortable and feel spacious.

Room is clean and very friendly staff. But it looks like that they are on a very straight budge on the breakfast. They after 9:10 am, they only bring out the food when you ask for it. If you eat after 9:30 you won't know do they serve sausage or something else.

My last 2 nights they place children over me. At 12 pm midnight they ran from one end of room to another. Called the noise stop. the next day was awakened at 3:00 am. For children running and stomping on the floor. Could not get those nights refunded. The manager wanted to give Hilton points.

Other option for breakfast

The housekeeping service is horrible. In five nights they didn’t clean our room. We had to go to the front desk in several occasions to request them to take out the trash of our room. The shower was dirty.

Indoor pool is HOT, mix that heat with the over chlorinated chlorine pool and it’s unbearable; suffocating really.

After a late check in because our room was ready yet I was pleasantly surprised how great the room was. My girls and I enjoyed the pool; the beds, and breakfast. Highly recommend.

Staff were super friendly. Hotel was very clean and quiet even though at breakfast you can tell the large amounts of families that were staying. At breakfast, they were constantly monitoring and making sure no food ran out. Wonderful experience and would definitely recommend and visit again

but the room service was every other day so we wont be spending time again, the room should be cleaned everyday

I enjoyed my 3 night stay at this location! Firstly, the staff here are super friendly! Especially Ray who helped check us in and asked how we were doing everyday when we passed him in the lobby. We were in town for my son’s graduation and the hotel is only about 15 minutes from the base. The hotel has several shops and restaurants nearby.

My concern is that although breakfast was advertised until 10:00 a.m., by 9:30 there was no bread, cream cheese, cheese, coffee, pancakes, or other items left. The staff had already stopped refilling and seemed more focused on cleaning than attending to guests. I understand they need time to prepare the area, but if the published schedule says breakfast is available until 10:00, at the very least the basics should remain available until that time.

The location is fine but be prepared to have to do a Uturn whenever you leave since the entrance isin between weird intersections.

Everything was amazing! Great service, loved the breakfast, Rosa, was very attentive and kept all areas clean! Would definitely recommend!

Bad reception service

Pillows not its best look felt and look liked couch pillows. Room service usually in other locations come an clean your room while you are out. Here you have to request it. Over all it’s located in a good spot stores all around you. And breakfast we were never told there’s breakfast on both sides of the lobby. They should extend breakfast at least till 10:30.

My family and I had a fantastic time during our weekend stay. The rooms were tidy, spacious, and even larger than we thought they'd be. Breakfast was a great time and money saver. We noticed a few minor cosmetic issues, like a missing hook in the bathroom, and the shower's water pressure was slightly low, but it didn't deter me from wanting to come back. Overall, the hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and polite; I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Very spacious for a family of 5. Large fridge and had microwave. Ms. Rosa at the breakfast service makes an excellent salsa to add to your breakfast food.

We liked the property and the way we were welcomed. We were so disappointed at Bo housekeeping after our first nights stay. The kids were disappointed to find fun foosball tables but were told no balls we’re available to play.

Staff was very nice the place was very clean the free breakfast was very good and hot so much variety to choose from everywhere we went was so clean,had lots of dogs no so cool on that part but they on leashes, up grade security only seen a car drive by 1 time whole time i was up and was up until 2 am but they had cameras on the lot it was near stores and restaurants no pool table or arcade for kids but an indoor pool very clean overall

Our room was very clean and I loved that it included a fridge, microwave, plates, cups, and even a dishwasher. The breakfast was also very good and included pancakes, waffles, potatoes, sausage and much more.
