2nd time they over charge my credit card. Hate that I have to pay for parking when it’s not even somewhere where they don’t have enough parking. Doesn’t make sense to me

Very nice hotel

The hotel staff was very friendly, welcoming and informative, the location to everything we needed was perfect and our room was very spacious and super clean. Unfortunately, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, the shower dripped all night long, one elevator was down and the other sounded like it was on its last leg. Wasn't a fan of paying for parking either but it's okay.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast spread was great and delicious. The room was very well sized and the pool was a great added feature for the family to enjoy. We will definitely be booking our next vacation trip at this hotel. They only negative response is the late check in time. It would be more convenient if earlier times were offered even at an additional cost.

I will begin with what is good - Staff are excellent. This hotel seems like run down. The room we got had bad smell. I have asked them to do cleaning which they did but the smell was there during my 4 days stay. Limited options in break fast. Overall ok hotel.

From check-in to check-out all staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was very clean and perfect for our needs. The AC was not working the first night (we got in late and just dealt with it) but we spoke to the front desk in the morning, went to the zoo, came back and it was already fixed. Called ahead about a pack-n-play and they had one available for us at check-in. Location was extremely convenient. 100% would stay here again!!!

It is a good place to stay. It is nice, clean, safe and easy to get around. We will come back again.

Good: Pool area was clean, shaded, with nice seating — great for keeping an eye on the kids while they swam. Breakfast was tasty and staff were attentive. Bathroom was clean and stocked, fridge was spotless, and the shower had good hot water. Not so good: Found a dirty diaper left in the ice bucket on arrival — not a great start. Staff apologized and swapped it out fast, so props for the quick fix. Carpet wasn't fully clean (noticeable walking in white socks). Also used the gym once and the elliptical wasn't working right. Bottom line: Cleanliness was hit-or-miss, but staff were responsive and the pool/breakfast made it a solid family stay overall.

Room was great. Nice and cool. Clean. Staff very accommodating. Shuttle great. Breakfast was ok. Would have liked some more items offered. The area to get food was small and crowded. Selection was good overall.

Breakfast and kitchen were good. The staff was friendly and helpful. I do wish that the water for showering was warmer. Also, they need to repair the American Flag. It is quite tattered. The location is extremely convenient. I would recommend this hotel for this price point.

Great hotel , close to the airport with large and comfortable rooms.

The website advertises 24 hour shuttle to the airport, which is why I booked this hotel. When I checked in and tried to arrange shuttle service, I was told it was not 24 hours and started at 5am (my flight was at 5am). Big inconvenience, and the staff at the front desk were indifferent to the situation.

Room was spacious. Breakfast bar was somewhat lacking. Food was cold and not too tasty.

One of the elevators was broken and a table with art for a raffle had a big broken glass and broken frame- and was just left out in the lobby our whole stay giving a run down impression. Stay was fine- staff was friendly and room was ok but at $200, wouldn’t stay at this location again.

Was there for 3 days and did not have hot water in shower for 2 of those days despite complaining.

The stay was ok. The area wasn’t the best didn’t feel the safest. Also we were only given 1 bath towel and the upstairs people were super loud not the properties fault but it was ok. I wouldn’t stay here again

Leave out any profanity Don't reference personal information BUT I guess I hurt someone's feelings. I'm going to try to edit because other customers should know what might happen. Our experience seems to be the norm for families participating in the San Antonio Livestock Show. Our truck was broken into 20 minutes after we checked in. The truck was parked in view of the front desk. The "persons of interest" knew to hit the parking lot before security started at 10:00. When the police got there, they were told they couldn’t see the video until a manager was there in the morning. The "persons of interest" had at least 12 hours after the break-in to flee.

The room was spotless, my only complaint and it’s a small one, is that the tub in the bathroom took a long time to drain after showering.

Staff very friendly, breakfast is good, room clean, bathroom clean. Very comfortable. And close to the airport.

Room felt dirty and had a gross odor. Very noisy especially with housekeeping in the morning - I know they start working early but why have late check out if we will be listening to their conversations right by the door - hotel life is not always the best but sometimes the hotel staff is considerate to "do not disturb" signs

Staffs were friendly and helpful. Also room and kitchen were clean.

Overall good stay but dishes in room where dirty and bathroom door is too heavy and closes all the time. Issue may be resolved if they put door stopper.

I was given a different room than the one I reserved and also the beds were not very comfortable

Breakfast on Sunday was amazing — everything was fresh, well-stocked, and tasty. Our room was clean and comfortable, although there was no shampoo in the dispenser. Luckily, there’s a Walmart nearby, so we picked some up ourselves. I did let the front desk know and asked that housekeeping come by the next morning while we were out to tidy up, take the trash, and restock items. Unfortunately, no one ever came, so we ended up taking out our own trash. Monday’s breakfast was completely different — the food wasn’t fresh, sausages were burnt and hard, the eggs were overcooked, and the bacon was too crispy. There were limited bagels, and the dairy items hadn’t even been put out yet, even though we went down around 8:15 a.m. (breakfast started at 6:30). The breakfast attendant seemed a bit bothered. When new food was finally brought out, one of the workers started filling up two large plates with rolls and bacon. All in all, it was still a comfortable stay. The TV had plenty of apps to choose from for movies, and the area felt good and safe.

Nice hotel conveniently located next to cluster of restaurants and excellent shopping mall, big clean room, attentive staff.

The water went out one day due to a water break downtown and the staff handled it well give my us extra water bottles, etc.

The only problem is that we were charged $10 a day per car for parking

Staff was RUDE they gave us the Wrong room and said the rooms on Expedia are NOT guaranteed since it’s a 3rd party spoke with management and she was rude as well did not want to fix the problem they also have a huge sign on there wall saying “if not satisfied let’s make it right or the night is on us” they FAILED to provide that service. When I tried to dispute it with Expedia the hotel management turned them down as well. Never will I stay at this place. They need better staff and Management.

In town for a doctors appointment. Location was nice as well as being nice and clean. Very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked.

It was a great hotel if you have to catch an early morning flight departure... 4 min to SAT and had car drop off, bag check, and through TSA within 30 min. Love these hotels.

Gym in great shape. Close to lots of restaurants and bars. Fun area.

TV did not ever work Iron needs to be replaced, had to have one person hold the cord in one direction while another ironed or it would not stay on Tub would get clogged every time we showered Could not get full shower pressure since tub spout would not close completely and still dripped

It is clear this hotel is franchise owned. They do not live up to the Hilton standards. The breakfasf is not kept warm, so its very cold. They do not use the normal warmers you are used to seeing at a Home2suites. They put the cooked food in the same kind of contraption hotels out muffins, bread slices and bagels. The 3 tiered kind but they say its a warmer. There is no creamer. Just half and half. No choices at all for your coffee. I have never seen that at any Home2suites or hotel i have stayed at. I had to go buy creamer at walmart. They also charge you to wash your clothes. Wheras at other Home2suites its free. Lastly, they charge you $10 a night for parking. I have no idea why. This is a normal parking lot, and Hotels.com didnt mention $10 to park. Do yourself a favor, if you're looking for a good Home2suites, stay at the lackland one. This is subpar. The one good thing I have to say is the employees were friendly

Good overall hotel

The diverter valve in my room 411 was messed up and the water pressure was low because of it. Not the reason for the 4 stars tough. The reason for only 4 stars is the heavy set lady working the brekfast bar area was very rude to everyone.

We’ve had multiple stays at this property. Love this hotel chain and this one in particular is very close to all the places we visit in San Antonio.

Wonderful location close to dining and shopping. Staff was warm and courteous.

Attentive staff

Stood here for just one night but was very pleased with my stay here. Room was very clean and staff was friendly. The city is just 15 minutes away which was nice if you want to explore for a bit. Lots of dining options around and local supermarkets.

The property offers free shuttle to the airport and when requested the service the front desk said" no driver available" i had to take an uber. Almost missed my flight.
