Need to sweep and mop the floors. Housekeeping needs a cleaning refresher course

Microwave and fridge did not work. Room had roaches. Property was not clean. Front desk area was not clean. I will never stay at this place again.

Disabled and I explained that cash was on the way, and if we didn't leave the room I would have been arrested in my dog would have been to the pound and he had just had surgery it wasn't supposed to be out of the Sun had been there almost a month. My money's came in about an hour and it would have been 1:00 pm, and they said I would have been arrested if I didn't leave the room if it's real belligerent with me and I can hardly move or walk, and they told me to hurry it up and I could only move so fast.

The room was big and comfortable and I liked the deadbolt to keep my daughter safe That someone tried to get into our two ights in a row. There were gunshots and heavy police presence and 3 security officers looking into cars.

The location was a kinda ok since it’s right off the hwy Meth heads everywhere, people trying to sell drugs at every corner and nook and cranny, you could find in that motel people were wandering about everywhere. It was just very, very ghetto and totally not worth the money.

The beds were very lumpy, there was mold in the bathroom ceiling the property looked run down and the staff at check & check out were very rude and unhelpful

I booked this property when my family went to SeaWorld and Aquatica. We first walked in, I thought the power was out because nothing was turned on. We realized the lamps & refrigerator were unplugged. It was nice to have a microwave, but it turned off w/ the main switch. I thought double beds would be ok but they ended up being tight. There was a bathtub, there was no stopper, so that was not ideal for my daughter, who prefers baths but it was manageable. I indicated on the room reservation that our party would be 1 adult & 2 kids, but there were only2 towels. I attempted to get more and I was told that the hotel had no more towels and that exchange hours were between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. I was told that " since we are a cheap hotel we don't update the towels based on the number of people that reserve it." So this property could work if your party has 1-2 people, but if you have more, beware because you might not have what you need after a long, tiring day at of water park. I tried to get a refund I was told I had to go through Expedia. Although it first it looked like I was going to get a refund, my request was denied, so be aware of the cancellation policy. Expedia said that after multiple attempts, they were not able to get a hold of anybody to refund. The property itself is dated & the stairs are on the outside so exposed to the elements & trash. There are no elevators. Ice machine on our floor was broken. It is right next to a Denny's so that was easy for breakfast.

The room we were given was extremely dirty and upon arrival we heard a loud screeching noise coming from the a/c all the way down the walkway. All the towels provided had dirty marks all over them and smelled like pee. After asking to switch rooms the new rooms toilet and a/c didn't even work so when I asked to switch to a third room she said that they needed to verify my claim about the toilet before considering another room. After confirming the toilet was not working they said they couldn't provide another room and we had to go back to the dirty room with the loud a/c. Then when I tried to get ice the machine wasn't working so I tried a second one downstairs which also didn't work and when I asked about the ice machines they said none of them work and that I could walk to the hotel across the street to take their ice. Additionally the room door didn't even close all the way and a huge bug came into the room. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Checked in went to room restroom couldn’t be used was over flowing. AC was not working room was dirty. Went to speak to front desk and was told they have no maintenance on property and there was. Nothing she could do. Had to argue to get a refund and was left finding another hotel. Only person on property and she was no help at all. Very rude and you could tell she cared less what happened. Never again

Beware. The reviews are false. 2 possible staff members are majority of reviews. This place is a dump nothing worked. Other guests are obvious transients. Avoid at all costs. Roach infested. We saw extensive roach activity in the 3 rooms we rented.

I didn't stay there, it waas not up to what I saw online...

We checked in around 9pm, immediately went to grab dinner and was gone for an hour. Came back to eat, and while we were eating we began seeing roaches in the room. I went up to the sweet front desk lady to try to come up with a resolution. Unfortunately they had no other rooms to move us to, so I asked for a refund and that we would leave the property immediately. After going back and forth with the hotel and Expedia, they ultimately ended up declining my refund request, but surprisingly gave me my 25.00 deposit back. It took us an additional almost 2 hours to be able to book another hotel room for my family. Staying at home suites culebra was not an option since I had my 8 year old with us. Do I recommend this hotel? To put it simply, no.

Location, and value I knew this was an affordable hotel,which l always look for when traveling, after all you only need a decent place to spend the night and get on your way in the morning, but this place was dirty,beds were pretty uncomfortable and beat up,lights didn't work,toilet did not flush properly, no trash cans in the room,and the presence of unwanted creatures!!

Floor was dirty the stuff were rude and there's bums walking the parking lot. Will not recommend especially if you have kids.

The hotel room smelt faintly of cat pee the whole time. There was no trash can in the hotel room. Was difficult to have a good night's sleep since the walls were thin, I could hear my neighbor all night. There was no drain stoppage; I asked for one and they couldn't help me. The room was clean, towels were clean; nothing was dirty.

Make sure you check your room upon entering. They kept my deposit saying there were drugs left in a drawer, but the room was not clean when I got there what they are saying I left was there when I arrived. She even tells someone to clean the drawer. The sheets were stained and had a smell to them. . I won't be staying here again for sure

This hotel was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at! The rooms did not look like the pictures on the website. The sheets were dirty and the room smelled, I had to go buy sheets to put on the bed because the sheets were nasty and I was scared to get bugs. There were people outside yelling and arguing. There was a door that led to another room and they were trying to open the door. I stayed here because the reviews spoke highly about the place. The pictures made it look like this was a clean hotel. It looked like a hotel you pay be the hour for sex. I will never stay here again or recommend anyone to stay here. The toilet was loose and the shower was not clean. Horrible hotel!!!!!!!!

The room and the common areas don’t look like they do on the website. On my first night I didn’t sleep because I got a huge knock on my door and when I went to check there was nobody there. My front door did not look like it was closed all the way. The bed was not comfortable. The towels and sheets were washed but they were not cleaned.

Beautiful renovated rooms

Checked in and out same day because room was very dirty and smelled like someone smoked inside. The smell was so strong to get a headache informed the front desk only answer was rooms are non-smoking. When I asked if I checked out early if I could get a refund for the checking in early was told yes and was also getting deposit back. When reaching back they were super rude and denied the refund request.

Poor conditions and out dated pictures online and travel apps. Nonrefundable and no room change after 15 minutes from check in.

There were multiple hairs on the toilet seat and there was hair on the hand towel by the sink. I usually don’t leave bad reviews but this was worth an exception. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful, however.

We got there very late with 5 children and the front desk person was very rude, we found bugs in our beds, the rooms smelled awful, there was roaches in the bathroom, bedsheets were covered in stains. All in all we didn’t stay there up and left 5 minutes after walking in the rooms and spend more money for a different hotel! And yet have not received our Refund from this place like the front desk person told us they would do.

Overall our stay was really good, the room was clean. The bathroom needs some working and it was really dirty. The staff were really helpful and kind. It’s okay for the price range.

The mattresses were sunken in, there were wet spots on the blankets when I arrived. There was blood and semen on the folded towels in the bathroom. This room was absolutely disgusting. We immediately left and got another room elsewhere.

Density was very helpful. Parking could have been better. Pool was not in service and no breakfast. It was scary seeing people smoking drug, the smell of drug and pee was overwhelming.

How can an extended stay offer nothing. Regular hotel room next to me got housekeeping service everyday, the only difference between my King Room was a refrigerator

They gave me a room with the mini refrigerator not working. None toilet paper, room smelled terrible. I had to canceled my reservation because they didn't have another room available. Not recommended at all

There should be a better way to indicate that the rooms are separated by odd numbers and even numbers. All the odd numbers on one side of the hotel and the even numbers are on the opposite side of the hotel it can be rather confusing for you guests and it is nerve-wracking at times

Check in and check out was super easy. I loved having a king sized bed and nice air conditioning for a steal of a price! It even had a little fridge so I could bring food from home and everything felt safe and clean.

That place was a crap show you had drug dealers selling crack outside in the parking lot and people arguing with each other about their crack in the parking lot.. I was too scared to leave out my room. Needless to say I left a day early cuz I didn't think I'd wake up alive the next day.. let's not mention the dirty wash tray hanging from the shower curtain, three bars of soap in a conditioner it's not what I would call amenities...

It was a horrible experience, the place was so dirty. The towels looked like they had not been properly washed. There were flies and even roaches. I asked to talk to the manager about the situation but he was not available nor he called. I can’t believe the good ratings were so way off. This place is a fraud.

All management is rude. Barely give you any towels. Room was disgusting. No breakfast. Lie about checkout time just to keep your deposit. While I was standing in the lobby to get my deposit back at checkout time I heard them use every excuse possible to keep EVERY single person‘s deposit. YOU WILL LOSE THE $25 DEPOSIT NO MATTER WHAT.

There was water leaking from the ceiling on the 2nd floor near the ice machine. The carpets are stained terribly. The ice machine was broken. I bought two drinks from the coke machine and they were hot. The refrigerator didn’t stay constantly cold. The rooms were clean but there was a lot of paint and stains and outdated equipment. The AC wasn’t really cold but kept the room ok cool. Didn’t see any bugs but it was not a clean stay. No one explained the breakfast or amenities to me. I didn’t even know there was a pool. There were a lot of people coming and going from rooms. Smelled marijuana. Heard gunshots one night. The staff had employees who did not speak English well but they were courteous. When I checked out I asked for a refund but was told to call the next morning to speak with a manager. I checked out at midnight but the employee put I checked out at 5:30am. Doesn’t add up. I had to struggle with staff and Expedia to get refund but staff and manager were helpful with that. Just not sure why I was charged for my entire stay when I had only stayed 2 nights. The area doesn’t feel safe. The beds and bedding felt comfortable but I could hear a lot of outside noise and other things being hit against my adjacent walls from other visitors.

Parking was okay. Overall Room was good but does not have trash can and the bathroom curtain was just cloth and cannot retain water in the bath tub.

It was horrible could’ve been a little cleaner in the room and nice if all the plugs worked.. 1st night was a bit creepy as some strange man was banging on my door and people were screaming and yelling. I ended up calling the front desk . But it seemed handled enough to try and sleep.

I didn’t know are read anything of extended stay for limited service for 4 nights stay. I was assuming hotel accommodations of room service at least once. But was not informed during check in and if you are from Out of country and state and using other websites then you are out there.

We didn’t take our pets this time, but everything was clean in the room and we really like that where we stay we enjoyed it very much.

This hotel has horrible service. We came after 3pm which is their check-in time but we still had to wait an hour to get a room. The lobby was cluttered with boxes and equipment giving the lobby a really unprofessional look. None of the ice machines in the entire hotel were working. Also you can here everyone around you like they are in your room and there is doors connecting to the room behind you with are extremely thin. The wifi was horrible and half way unusable through out the whole 2 day stay. Over all the service was bad half of the hotel is not working. This was the worst experience I had staying at a hotel. I have been to better cheap motels with roaches in them compared to what this hotel has to offer.

I have stayed here several times. Each time different deposit amounts. Reservations made on line if there is an issue on booking or what ever they are extremely rude, don’t care attitude it’s your problem. Of course they take your money in a second but you wait to get any refund within 72 hours. Great customer service even the security boy try’s to get in the issue being rude and threatening to you. also the fat ass manager states she is the boss and they don’t have a corporate office number to call. I’m 70! Years old and having someone threatening you of course I will leave and will not return. You can change the name of the place but if the same trashy employees will continue to ruin your business. Had to ask three times for toilet paper and to barrow a plunger. Finally a man came splashed water all over the floor I cleaned it up with their towel. Police in the parking lot each night. Stay safe clean up your staff starting with the manager on down. What a shame honestly.

They gave a combined room and the stay was horrible with the people next to us, arguing and loud and just annoying. The outside was trashy and the hotel room was very stinky. The bathroom door kept sticking and making old noises. The beds were comfortable but that place is just a place to lay your head, that’s it!!

The people that stay at the hotel are always out in the middle of the night smoking throwing cigarette butts, throwing trash everywhere, loud. This place is a decent place to lay your head at, that’s all. If you’re looking for something better, this is not it.

The staff is nice, the rooms are okay. Bed was comfy but in my room the water temp would not stay consistent. It would go from hot to cold and the shower would make an annoying whistling sound. My dad’s room was almost the same, adding that his tv did not work. The area is okay, there are a lot of like sketchy people around and what not
