I would stay here again. About a 15 min drive to the airforce base.

Enjoyed the toiletries they had on hand that didn't cost us.

The front desk staff was rude at check-in and couldn't be bothered to help answer questions or provide what my family of 6 needed for our stay that was not stocked in the room - pillows for 6 people, towels for 6 people, bedding for the pull out, etc. The breakfast was sub par, many items were empty and not replenished. No milk for cereal or coffee. The pull out sofa bed was AWFUL, and my kids couldn't sleep on it. The room felt dirty and the bathroom desperately needed a REALLY deep scrub. Overall, we were very dissatisfied with the cleanliness, staff and property.

My room had to be changed 3 times the first room was full of mold had a mildew smell that was overpowering , the 2nd room had also a strong mildew smell , i stayed for 3 nights and had to keep asking the front desk for towels the cleaning staff did not attempt to bring fresh Linens after i asked personally for the room to be cleaned and fresh linens given .finally on my last day the room was clean and has a fresh smell .

close by a lot of shops everything was good except both mornings at around 5am all we heard was room doors slamming shut about every few minutes & it woke up my kids. Sofa bed was filthy & uncomfortable.

Nothing The fact that our room was filthy when we went in you could see the other people's hairs in the floor. The toilet even had feces and urin stains the comforter had makeup stains. The room service was horrible they never made the beds they literally only threw the trash did not replace all our towels and we had to ask for toilet paper when that should be filled without us having to be asking for it in the lobby. We ran out of Kleenex and hand soap and it never got replaced. Horrible experience.

We purchased an additional room for a guest and the staff member that originally made the reservation, made it incorrectly and changed it but then issued when checking in when guest arrived. Another staff member was able to fix it later on. Breakfast was good and included in the hotel price. Overall it was ok. We booked because it about 10 minutes from SeaWorld.

This hotel had a terrible smell. You couldn't wait to just get out each time you are back in the room without having to heavily spray fragrances. The rooms were not made over, towels and supplies not changed until you go down stairs requesting. Breakfast was equally bad. Overall poor rating and I won't recommend this facility.

Maintenance needs to clean filters at least monthly.

Bathroom water was getting on floor after showering.. seems like curtain is too short , comode seems old , for some reason no coffee pot was in our room

First my room had problems and then electricity went out for awhile and ask if some credit would be given for inconvenience and the person in the reception was rude.

Room was ok, smelled moldy tho. Beds were NOT very comfortable. Floors leading to the rooms were dirty. When we got up to go down forcdinner someone had allowed there dog to poop in the hallway. Breakfast was ok, but the turkey patty was ice cold. It was very very average. I personally will not be staying there again

Free Breakfast was good, AC was really good, location was amazing! Staff was nice. I guess downfall was bathroom, but hey we weren’t in here much!

Very dirty restroom in room. Very outdated room and tv and furniture. Ice machine on 3rd floor wasn’t working. Bathroom shampoo was empty. Carpet was dirty like it hadn’t been vacuumed in days. Overall hotel was dirty, lots of dirt throughout hallways and main lobby. Felt more like a cheap Motel rather than a hotel. Was not worth the $200 for a standard room that was very dirty and outdated. Will never stay at this location again.

Breakfast was amazing and the staff was very friendly and patient. Only complaints I have is that the pillows sunk in far more than I’m used to and my channel guide pamphlet was slightly faded. Will %100 come back to hotel next time I’m in the area

The pipes burst and the alarms went off all night. Did not sleep.

Ants all over the smoke alarm... fell in my daughters playpen. Also, miscommunication led me to pay way more than i shouldve. Manager not helpful AT ALL. Will NEVER stay here again. Also, parkong sucks. Bars/buisnesses around have everyone park at the hotel and they do nothing. This is the second time we stay. First time we stayed the pipes burst. The alarms were going off all night.

Too much humidity

The breakfast was great the first day. The second day was the exact same menu, but they added bacon (and only one of us was able to get bacon - they didn’t make more). Our room was mostly clean. There was a kid’s ball by the bed (left over from the previous family) which made us wonder if they vacuumed/cleaned the carpet. We checked in late so they shouldn’t have been in a hurry to get our room ready. Other than that, it was a great stay, very friendly staff!

To add, Expedia was not quick to rectify our issue and stated that the property determined the type of furniture in each room so the absence of a sofa bed was acceptable to them. The room we booked was clearly a suite and said it would sleep up to 6 guests. Not sure where the extra guests were expected to sleep. After 1.5 hours of chatting with Expedia customer support (they don't have a phone option) and being escalated to levels up to management, we finally got $100 refunded for the inconvenience. It was such a disappointing stay.

Check in was quick and reception was very friendly and informative. We only stayed one night due to our air conditioner going out at home. But loved that I didn’t have to make breakfast for my school age kids! They loved the breakfast.

It was old with a fresh paint job.

My truck got broken in in the parking lot. This ended up coating me my peace and spending extra money to cover the broken window and damaged inside my truck.

The hospitality of the employees was definitely awesome but it's just an out of date property the bathroom smelled old like paint and urine other than that it was an overall good stay

Great location 15 minutes away from Fiesta Texas and Sea World. And the complimentary breakfast was great!

Have stayed at this hotel a couple of times & staff is always friendly and helpful, but I rhink this last time, someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed. The room had a funky, wet smell. Bathroom floor was dirty and bath tub had hairs. This time was very disappointing.

Staff seemed tired and unwelcoming as we arrived, hotel smelled bad beds had hairs under the covers and looked dirty. Not family friendly. Kitchen staff were angry we accidentally dropped something.

They does not provide free water in room

The hot water did not work and all the phones on our floor were not working. We were not told about either of these things when checking in. They did fix the hot water within about 30 minutes. Room smelled damp and musty. Front desk was hospitable and responsive.

The hotel staff were wonderful. The hotel was pretty clean. The bathroom corner and under sink need some detail to cleaning. For the most part it was clean and I have no complaints. I will stay again.

I felt safe and secure, bed was comfortable and able to sleep with no loud noise. Convenient to all my destinations.

The stay itself was ok but the room was odd. The light switch was by the door but then there was an extended hallway then the room. Every time I wanted to turn the light I had to walk to the door. The toilet flushed hard… it sounded like someone starting the shower. The room was clean but it was an older room, probably an older building. The ac unit was loud, it made a funny noise. Overall the room was just ok.

The furst room smelled awful like pet urine. The smell was unbearable and requested another room. The next room was ok.

Close to stores and sea world

Everything was nice. Front desk lady was very friendly at check point in. Room was nice and clean but a little musky smelling and the air only went down to 66 so sleeping was a little warm but the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and of decent size. I would stay at this location again. Also, plenty of eating places nearby.

Now Holiday inn manager is not issuing a refund because she is stating the AC works now and I didn’t let them work on it this morning when I was having the issue. I am in contact with Travelocity which is trying to rectify the issue. But holiday inn is not issuing the refund.
