Air stopped working at end of stay was overly hot for 1 night no fix or adjusted price no staff on site to fix air issue no other solution offered.

The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean

People great, food great. Close to restaurants will stay here again.

Every thing was clean the only thing that was a bit notable were some wall stains, a stain on the sheet beneath the mattress and hairs that got a little entangled in the clean towels oh and maybe a deep clean in the restroom ours had a strong pee smell when we arrived but all staff was friendly and polite and helpful.

The breakfast was very good and had a lot of variety. Pancakes, bacon, turkey breakfast sausage, assorted fruit, yogurt, cereal, breads, butter/jam, etc. and good coffee. A highlight of the breakfast were the warm cinnamon rolls that were offered. They were very good. The staff was very helpful when we needed extra bedding for the pull out sofa. The location is very convenient if you have business in or will generally find yourself around the northeast side of San Antonio. There were no towels available at the outdoor pool. It was a nice pool, though.

The hotel was okay but no security in the parking lot considering all the homeless. Didn’t feel safe leaving my vehicle unsecured.

Our stay was wonderful, right across the street from coffee shop. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent especially the pancakes! We had no complaints!

The hotel was fine for the price. Check in was pretty fast. I wasn’t acknowledged for being a IHG member, my dad checked into the same hotel and he received a goody bag. Kind of putting I didn’t receive one being an IHG member. The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. overall 7/10

We got to our room it had a bad smell and found hair in the sheets. Room needed updating we were so tired we feel asleep and got up and the ice Machine had mold under it and probably in it. We are seriously allergic to mold. Luckily we didn’t get sick. Then we expected a good breakfasts the eggs were burnt the waffle maker didn’t work. Then the lady started cleaning the cinnamon rolls container. With the door open and the cinnamon rolls not covered. So we didn’t eat them. They also was staring at u while getting breakfast. Then we checked out and left and wasn’t asked how are stay was at all. Will never stay there again. It puts a bad name on this hotel. Every time we have stayed at holiday inns it’s been very nice clean and Friendly except this one.

It was clean and the bedroom was as expected. The issue for me was the noise that comes from outside. Not sure if it was the a/c plus the cars.

Other than a slight improvement on the rooms overall I enjoyed stay it was clean and I would recommend it

The amenities were great, and the bed was especially comfortable, which made for a restful stay. We didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast, but everything else met our needs. For a quick and convenient stay, we would definitely consider coming back.

Breakfast was amazing!

This was a terrible stay. First it is partially my fault for not reading the fine print that they charge for parking. This is ridiculous. Everyone in line checking in were complaining. The parking is not anything special. It is a normal hotel parking lot. No added security or anything else to warrant a extra charge other then trying to get extra money out of you after paying for your room already. Next I asked the girl at the front desk why I was initialing the form for check in and she said she didn't know. Apparently you have to initial what the charge is and what your room number is. Next we get into the elevator to go to the 2nd floor and it won't move. Us and another guest tried everything. When we told the front desk she said the elevator on the left works. Problem was we couldn't get the elevator on the left to open because the other elevator was sitting there. We finally got it to open but by this time I was pretty upset. Also it didn't feel like a very safe area.

The shower, however, did not work well. the water pressure was very low, and it drained slow.

The room was clean, bed very comfortable. AC worked perfectly. Staff very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good. The attendent working was excellent. She kept the area spotless. There were families with small children that made spills, but she was nice and cleaned up after them. The hotel has several places to eat within easy walking distance. The only issue was we were notified during check in that there would be a charge for parking. This was not on their website and we paid in full 2 weeks in advance. The charge for parking was waived.

The only thing is that the free breakfast needs to include Mexican cuisine choices as well.

Hotel is very nice. Be prepared to pay for parking as part of your incidentals. They may or may not tell you when you check in. It took me three stays and chasing receipts for my expense report before they told me.

Room service and housekeeping were up to par, and I didn’t experience any issues at all with my room. The rate was slightly more than I initially planned to spend, but the quality of the stay made up for it. I also liked that they gave a small gift bag at check-in — a thoughtful and welcoming gesture. Overall, a solid experience.

Only complaint is no mini fridge But other than that. I'll be back again next year when i come to San Antonio to see my grandkids

The check-in was easy and friendly. The room was clean. The king bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Coffee was excellent. Fresh ground beans with each cup.
