The room I rented was not available but they did the best they could to accommodate me.

Everything was clean and to expectations but there was some peeling drywall in our room. Breakfast was good and staff was nice.

We checked into our room and the toilet was broken. Called the front desk, but since there was only one person working at the time it took quite some time for him to get up to look at the toilet. The room was warm but wasn’t sure if that’s because we just had gotten to the room. We ended up getting moved to a different room. In this room, The door was very difficult to open/close, another warm room (but unsure if it’s because we had just gotten in the room), and there were roaches. A big one in the hallway and we found more in our room (pictures attached here). The chair in the room was also super worn out (also picture) but mainly I was disgusted because of the bugs. Went to the front desk, John was very pleasant and understanding and stated he would be writing us down to receive a refund on the room- this is why I gave two stars instead of one because John was great. But we had been in Two rooms at this point- both were busts. We weren’t willing to sleep with roaches in the room. The hotel needs to be fumigated for pests as I see a lot of other reviews are complaining about this same thing. There’s lotsss of bugs inside the hotel in the hallways, stairs, and rooms. Super disappointing. Didn’t stay the night- went and booked elsewhere.

Everything was good 1) shower pressure was not good, hard to shower 2) top room lots of noise, kid running back and forth all the time, day and night.

At night we were in bed trying to sleep but the room above us had someone stomping on the floor and we couldn't sleep. I called the front desk and they really didn't help.

It was clean! The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. I’d definitely stay here again!

Well, on her first note there, there was a breath stain on the mattress pad under the sheet, TV is messed up, did you change the sheets and move to another room but then I noticed German roachs coming out 1 even hitched a ride home with us

One night with family. We booked a room with 2 queen beds but when we checked-in they said they were out of those so gave us a King “suite” with a sofa pullout. Well sofa wasn’t very big and it was uncomfortable for our kids that aren’t that little anymore. Then there were no pillows and bedsheets in the room for the pullout sofa so had to go ask for some but only gave me one pillow because they were out and some sheets. Room seemed like a normal room, nothing “suite” about it. Carpet smelled weird and needed cleaning. Cracked floor tile with sharp edges. And a very raggedy old chair at the desk area. Breakfast was one of the worst we’ve ever had at any of these type of hotels. Staff was nice but we had to go ask for someone to refill the breakfast items because no one came around to check when a lot of things were out. It was crowded and tables were dirty. Had to clean ours ourselves. Staff was just chatting and hanging around front lobby desk. Like 4 of them. Definitely not worth the price! Will look elsewhere next time!

Property had outlets in the room that didn't work i berly got the TV to work and I tried calling front desk with room phone to find out it wasn't working either towels wasn't very clean was able to see stains in the towels the carpet in the rooms felt sticky to your feet and the vanity tops were sticky to anything u put on the top of them

Amanda at the front desk was super helpful, friendly and professional. She was able to allow us to check in early after driving in from out of town during 4th of July weekend. Will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel room was amazing but had smell to it because they were shampooing the carpets which was fine. They were notice of the shampooing carpets so no worries. The breakfast was great to have before heading of.

The location is soo good, everything that we needed was around, and we were only 11 minutes or so from the Alamodome!! The breakfast was not good, the food was either cold or flavorless.

The carpet was gross with stains all over it. There was mold in the bathroom and the lighting was not good in the bathroom.

It could have been better.. they only had one elevator and the pool was dirty

Very satisfied with our stay. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was great. Our room was nice and comfortable. I spent a lot of time in the pool with my granddaughter's. A fun time was had by all!!

The lady at the night shift was super amazing and friendly. Very helpful I was over stimulated with the far drive but she helped with extra towels and was very patient with my rowdy bunch

We enjoy staying here more so on the days when we catch Ofelia the cook working. She is an asset to this place! Her hospitality in the mornings while having breakfast is awesome. Very friendly lady, always making conversation plus making sure there is plenty of everything. She greets us & other guest with a smile plus answers question as to where to visit some local places of interest in SAN ANTONIO. Thank you

Great hotel close to the ballpark

Be careful, this property is known for burglary of vehicles. Multiple cars were broken into and staff could care less because it happens all the time.

It was very nice place to stay.

The treadmill was missing key to work and the hot tub was completely cold, no heat at all. This was disappointing because that’s the reason we chose this hotel over others nearby. The room was okay, but appeared to be just wiped down, not cleaned well. The breakfast was nice and staff very friendly.

Staff was nice. The walls are so thin I could hear person talking and snoring in the next room. Something in the room was rattling like something was in the fridge and kept waking me. The ac didn’t work well and the beds were really hard. The carpet looked worn and dirty.

Staff was super friendly! Room was CLEAN! Beds so comfy, I’m a light sleeper and in hotels usually get up several times a night, not here. Woke up to the alarm. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here and would recommend to family and friends. There are multiple restaurants and shops in the area.

Room was obviously dated, but clean. Two queen beds stuffed into the room, so there was no chair for relaxing to watch tv. (Chose this one, as a king room wasn't available.) So if one person sits on the desk chair, the other must sit on the bed. Not ideal. Beds were comfy enough, pillows were the best. Both the woman at the desk at check in was the best - very helpful. And the woman stocking the breakfast was also the best, very friendly and helpful.

All the furniture is old, it smells. I would pay a maximum of $50 per day. Breakfast is terrible!

Clean Rooms! Great Breakfast Bar! Very Luxurious Hotel! We will be staying here on every visit to San Antonio! There was much more to enjoy at this hotel, but we couldn’t stay long enough to enjoy it all. But We WILL be back!

The room was not properly cleaned. There was hair in the shower and old French fries in the chair at the desk.

Smaller hotel which I liked. Very clean, staff was super friendly and helpful.

This hotel was rated far too highly. The furniture was worn out and peeling, and the TV barely worked. Worst of all, there was a huge roach in the bathroom, which was extremely unsettling. The overall experience felt more like staying in a budget motel rather than the higher-end hotel that was advertised. Very disappointing.

Breakfast changed…food wasn’t as good as before. The bacon was horrible…we ended up going elsewhere to eat breakfast unfortunately. Otherwise our stay was great!

Great room comfortable beds except for the sofa bed. The mattress was super thin, needs to be replaced . You could feel the bars on your back was not comfortable at all. That was the only complaint. Everything else was great. Breakfast was great except the machine that made pancakes, they came out paper thin. Over all a great stay!

Very disappointed in my stay and likely won't stay here again. There was a barking dog that woke me up multiple times the night I stayed.

It frustrating that we couldn’t check in early due to rooms not ready. We there in San Antonio for the day and wanted to leave our pet in the room while we went out in town. Our day was wasted in waiting to check in.

I got a room with the pull out couch and it was broken. The room smelled bad. The pillows were flat. There was no staff in the breakfast area to keep everything stocked and clean. The trash was overflowing abs the creamer was gone.

I liked because is nice.but I dont like it because I pay a fee for my pet and then they told me if somebody complain because of my pet I need to take my dog out of the hotel .Can u imaging thats the reason I have my dog with me cause I can leave him alone and then they told me that why they said that before I booking?

The bed was terribly uncomfortable and mattress was so hard. Breakfast ran out way too early, I asked for bread was told they didn’t have any, then other staff go and give some to another customer. At 9am, knock at door if we were ready to check out. Never will be staying here!

The room smelled strongly of chlorine, and the floor was slippery. The carpet was very dirty. In the dining area everything with upholstery was dirty and/or stained. You couldn't sit down with confidence.
