We came up from Las Vegas for my daughter's graduation. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. I never got a chance to use the pool, but I could see it from my room. Everything was great! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

There are alot of food choices in the area but all the big activities like the Alamo and River Walk are about 15 to 20 mins from here. We will definitely be back for another visit.

Almost everything here is perfect. Super clean. Kind staff. Luxurious for the common traveler. Amazing breakfast selection. The washing machines in guest laundry room are not as good as the one in your house. Mattress could be better-it felt like it had a hole in the middle :)

Clean rooms and good breakfast options. There was only one small trash can in the whole room, which was in the restroom with no bags. I had to use my own trash bags, which is ok, but I’d rather have at least another trash can available in the room.

The night staff when checking in was rude, other than that the two nights we stayed there the room was clean, although I will say the trash cans in the rooms could use trash bags. Breakfast was good they had a variety of food to choose from. Parking was also cool they had security on site to watch the package area. The location was fantastic it surrounds a lot of restaurants and stores.

This hotel was very clean and every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly. It is also easily accessible with a convenient location. The standard queen room was slightly cramped with 4 people, but that is only a minor inconvenience

I like it here because they got a parking security. This airport area it’s know for car break ins.

Breakfast was great, lots of variety. The room and bathroom were great. I'm very pleased with this hotel! The only difficult thing was the traffic noise since it's so close to the highway, but of course they can't control that.

Bathrooms were clean and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were hooks to hang the wet towels and plenty of space to place all my bags without having to put them on the floor. Felt safe with the gated parking and front doors lock after hours with key access only. Nothing was broken in the room and the beds were extremely comfortable with firm and soft pillow options. Breakfast was good with a lot of options and the flavor of the coffee hit the spot. I will be staying here again when we travel for softball.

Beds were super comfy. Staff were very friendly, helpful and very quick to respond to our needs. Breakfast was AWESOME! Very clean and quiet place, especially considering it’s right near the airport. Felt very safe here. We had a wonderful stay here and will definitely come back. Wish the pool stayed open a bit later on the weekends. Would’ve been nice to have ice available on the 2nd floor.

I loved the toiletries included in the shower and efficient cleaning crew.

Close to restaurants, stores, the mall and the freeway. Clean and had free parking. Free breakfast and coffee. Loved that the coffee was 24 hours. One working elevator.

We arrived at 2am. The front desk staff member was extremely welcoming and very helpful allowing us a late check out after arriving in the middle of the night. Very thankful.

There was no complementary coffee in the lobby. Property was rundown and a bit shabby. Only one elevator was working and it was slow.

Everything was top notch. Close to the airport and highway access to wherever you want to go.

The front desk team was amazing and I loved I did not have to do housekeeping every day.

There really wasn't anything I can think of I did NOT like

The accommodations were comfortable, quiet, relaxing and clean. The hotel is older but remains in good condition snd cared for. Parking was easy, well lighted and gated for safety. Staff were friendly and helpful . Our first room had a strong, unpleasant odor and we were quickly relocated to another room without any issues. We would stay here again.

The room was spacious, clean and beautiful. I was impressed with the condition of the room and how modern and clean it was. I also like that the parking area was enclosed. It made me feel more secure. Towels were very worn.

I like the hot breakfast in the morning it was good and the downstairs was very clean in the lobby and food area. The room had an odor like it wasn’t properly cleaned before we arrived.

Holiday Inn Express San Antonio airport area was great/fantastical. VERY VERY CLEAN. The property with pool was lovely. One issue, when I arrived back to Mi I (04-15-2026) I was surprised to see I had been charged an extra 50$??? I didn’t purchase what ‘Sabrina’ called “incidentals”. My husband did not stay with me so it can’t be an ‘extra person’ charge.My husband was not on the original reservation either. Susan Duby

Facility was very easy to get to It was very very loud. The elevator sounded like they were about to explode and I wish they would switch the breakfast up a little bit. The beds were very stiff.

The first night my bedding smelt like smoke but they fixed it right away.

There was only one elevator working and the weight was pretty long and we were in the seventh floor

The room was clean. It smelled nice. Everything wasn’t working order. I passively interacted with several staff members all of which were friendly and professional. Breakfast was decent and well stocked. They have a shuttle that’ll take you to the nearby mall, airport, etc. There’s a Walmart and an Applebee’s nearby.

Very attentive staff. I was visiting with my brothers and of course we had seperate rooms. We requested the same floor ans staff made it happen with ease. Happy hour was amazing and everyone always smiled and greeted us. Spottless rooms and extremely spacious rooms. Only request is for some vegetarian/vegan breakfast options. Therre were potatoes the first morning of our stay then after that we had nothing.
