The outside property is a bit rough. However, inside is clean & the staff is nice. The breakfast is hot & served buffet style. Our room was nice as well. Only the second floor ice machine works & the hot tub has been filled in. The outside pool was nice. However, I’m not sure it’s checked or anyone cleans around it as there was a dead frog on the edge of the pool Friday evening & it was still there Saturday morning.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. That is about the only things positive about this hotel. Broken seal on the fridge so it made a clicking noise all night. No hair dryer in the room and had to go ask for one. Remote missing for the tv, Housekeeping would take the dirty towels but would not replace them. Had to ask the front office each day for new ones. The keys would deactivate almost everyday and had to get them reprogrammed. We were locked out many times. The lobby bathroom had broken toilets, sinks with no plumbing and taped off. Not the worst Holiday Inn I have stayed in but definitely not the best by any means. Needs work done and renovation.

The breakfast menu fresh. Parking good. Staff was excellent helpful and friendly, except the desk person at check-in, borderline rude. Room and common areas were clean. Shower stall floor worn and broken.Paint spatter on coffee maker and microwave.Door handle missing screw. Card scan on door to pool not working.

Comfortable beds. Nice clean room. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room. Breakfast wasn’t the best but it was something to grab and save going through a drive thru somewhere. Parking was good.

Then I requested a refund and they are refusing because “the cancellation policy is no refunds” they did not received me. They are stealing more than 300 dls even when they were the ones didn’t want to receive me.

Easy and fast check in. Great room! Wish the parking lot was bigger and that they would offer a late check out but other than that it was a nice clean room. Big enough for my family. Thank you!

Breakfast was OK. Property was very rundown. Nasty outside. Didn’t feel safe. Would not Stay There Again. Homeless out in the parking lot. Broken parking Lights. Room Felt empty, not enough furniture, Dark, terrible condition. Bathroom was very far from the bed.

Very clean rooms and hotel personnel are always ready to help. Breakfast is really good.

Staff was friendly and informative, got to out room and it was clean, and fresh. The beds were comfortable, and all appliances were in working condition.

Housekeeping kept coming into the room unannounced 2x, hot water took longer to come on, the fridge in the room was leaking water and not working, and the light by the bedside was flickering.

Room was ok, breakfast was delicious and Rebecca that works the breakfast area was super nice and helpful in getting us everything we needed for our complimentary breakfast buffet!

Staff was nice, but the facility itself was just okay. The door to our room looked like someone tried breaking in with a crowbar, which was disturbing. Additionally, the smoke detector for the room was sitting on the desk without a battery installed, and was never rectified after multiple requests.

Hotel was under renovation and it was not the beat experience for the value. No shower curtain, toiletries, or hot water. Wanted to call front desk, but phone did not work. During the day there was hammer and drilling noises, at night there was a tree with really loud birds near our room.

They were doing renovation and entrance to the room was very very loud. Hallway was full of dust blowing from the construction being done.

I asked her what time check out was she said 11 and I said okay thank you and then she came again at 10 am I had to tell her we were leaving at 11 regular check out time

Everything was great and the front desk workers were very friendly and helpful

there was construction in the lobby area. The smell of paint was strong and horrible and i have lung problems. Thinking once i would go up to my room smell would not be up there but the smell was all up in 2nd floor. When i entered my room, the room was dirty, bed was not made so i called front desk and she claimed she had just clocked in 30minutes prior but she did help. She was the only employee working that day since she was in front and also cleaning rooms. I felt bad for that poor lady going all over the place. Eventually i did not end up staying in this hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Although the building was undergoing a major remodel on the first floor we slept well. The rooms were clean and spacious. Air conditioning was fantastic despite being so close to the expressway and hearing trucks go by, it was a good experience.

The fire alarm went off again at 2:30 in the morning again there for waking everybody up again. The breakfast tasted not well, and I am not picky about food

The hotel is under construction as of the time of our stay. The room was ok. However there was hair in the bathroom floor and even the bathroom seat. Crumbs in the sofa bed that actually looked brand new. Ac took forever to cool down the room and the settings were changed while we weren’t in the room. Employees were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean and very nice!

Speed bump were huge. I dont drive a small car, but the speed bumps were bad. When i parked, there was broken window glass on the parking lot floor and that caused concerned for my vehicle. The property smalled weird, like moist. On the window view you could see old mattresses and bathroom parts on the yard. I left the same night.

It was just Okay. Conveniently located but has few troubles - bathroom had big dryer fan on the floor ?? Not sure why, though they removed it promptly after we reported. Then room door was dragging down and making loud noises when opening and closing. Lastly, Sunday morning ran out super early like 45mins before closing time. Staff seems not willing to refill the items.

The floor was uneven. Like the woods missing under the carpet. In the shower the floor creeks really bad like it’s falling down. Checkout is at 11 and at 8am they were banging on my door wanting to clean my room. I was still asleep!

i came in to the room on the day of checkout around 9:30 am looking at the crew changing the sheets when i have not even checked out the room yet. the crew said that i have already checked out my room when my stuff is already inside the room. This is very unprofessional. The breakfast was very bad at best. Overall a very bad experience.

There was no hot water in shower.

This was the worst stay ever from the rooms being dirty and then having to change rooms. Definitely a bad review and will not be staying there again.

This hotel was clean in appearance but the sheets on our bed needed to be changed because they had been slept on. There was a roach in our bathroom. One other thing I booked through Expedia at the rate of $104 per night and they charged me $129 for 1 room and $127 for the 2nd room.

Let’s start with location. Perfect location from Texas A&M San Antonio branch. Parking lot well lit and seemed clean at night. Hotel staff A . Check in staff friendly and fast. Evening hostess friendly(night shift person). Breakfast staff extra A . Went out of there way to get us breakfast as we weren’t aware breakfast closed at 930 on weekends. The food was great especially the “IHG cinnamon rolls”. Coffee was strong and excellent. Now let’s talk about the room. Holy crap was it in disrepair. The carpet dirty and white stains all over. A few extra dark spots also. All the lights etc worked. The bathroom should be torn down. Mold all over rust stains and rusted screws on shower door. You can tell them previously painted over the mold. The floor completely wet as the shower door was previously ripped off the hinges and an improper repair was done. So the newly repaired door doesn’t close. As a hotel owner I wouldn’t be proud to put my name on this property. How did a IHG regional inspection pass this hotel.

Our stay was not that bad, however breakfast times are too early and short time frame 6:30-9:30 AM. During our check-out there was nobody there at counter, we had to go look for someone to check us out and the person who helped us didn't look too happy. The parking in front has very limited parking, too many handicapped spaces. We had to park in the back.

Prices are fair for needing a place to sleep. Rooms are very comfortable.

The hotel was fine but its location on the side of 410 Loop guarantees a noisy stay

Upon entering my room, I was pleased to find that it smelled clean and fresh. However, my excitement quickly turned to disgust when I discovered roaches in the restroom. This was a major turn-off for me and made me question the overall cleanliness of the hotel. On a more positive note, I must say that the beds at the Holiday Inn were some of the best I have ever slept in. They were incredibly comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. Overall, my experience at the Holiday Inn hotel was mixed. While the comfortable beds were a highlight, the lack of parking and presence of roaches in the restroom left a lot to be desired. I would recommend this hotel with caution and advise guests to be vigilant about cleanliness. The hotel should definitely address the parking issue to improve the overall guest experience.

Our tail lights were stolen and police did not do anything

It's an old building needs a lot of updating, rooms have a bad smell, carpet is really dirty always had to have our shoes on, water in the shower was always hot couldn't get it on cold and the staff said it was a problem with the plumbing, we had to change rooms from the first one they gave us because the smell was so bad. Will definitely not be staying there again

I had trouble going to sleep and I kept waking up. This hotel is very close to the highway and you can hear every car that passes by and that happens all night long so good luck having a good sleep.

The only downside was couldnt swim at the pool it needed to be cleaned

Breakfast was probably the best continental breakfast I’ve ever had. The beds were super comfy! Staff was courteous and attentive. Would definitely stay there again.

Only bad thing is it's RIGHT next to the freeway, so not good for light sleepers.
