Location was great for shopping at the Rim, extremely close to Six Flags, and pretty much next door to Top Golf and Andretti’s! Hotel was very nice and very clean. Our room was big and had plenty of room to move around. Staff was friendly and polite. My son loved the breakfast. I loved the coffee and creamer options in the room (k-cups and individual coffee mate creamer cups). Would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Hot tub was broke, rooms were very underwhelming for the price, walls peeling and cut, sink in bathroom clogged with really nasty white and brown stuff and bath tub also clogged. Hot water takes a very long time to come. It was a great location and quiet but I expected better.

Location was great! Beds were hard. Towels were thin. Very outdated. Didn’t have USB plugs. Hot tub was dirty and not hot. Fitness center was not 24/7. The tub was very slippery.

It was clean and in a good location near shopping and the freeway. The room was clean with good air conditioning, and the staff was friendly. We stayed for three nights and experienced vehicle break-ins in the hotel parking lot every single night of our stay. Night one: a fellow guest's truck was broken into. Night two: i'm not sure if someone was robbed but my friend's car was targeted, and they broke her door handle attempting to get in. Night three: my son's truck had the rear window smashed, and his console was ransacked. What made this even more frustrating was that the staff seemed completely unsurprised. We were charged for parking each night, per vehicle, in an open, ungated lot with two small camera towers, which obviously did nothing to deter thieves who felt perfectly fine returning night after night. If you charge guests for parking, there is a reasonable expectation of security in return. A security guard or a gated entrance would be best. The window replacement alone cost us $300, and that doesn't include the value of the stolen items from inside the truck.

We used to frequent this property 2 years ago for six flags visits but won't be staying here again unfortunately.

The property is run down. The bathrooms are covered in mole. The furniture had to be wiped down with a disinfecting wipe.

Booking page listed rooms as renovated/updated, but we did not see that. It was a bit disappointing to walk into a room with seemingly dated and beat up furnishings. We were on the 4th floor, so maybe they hadn't gotten to that floor yet? Also, the AC ran warm on that floor, we'd walk out of our room into a humid warm hallway. One morning the fire alarm went off (turned out to be a false alarm), the hallway was so humid there was condensation on the door and walls! Our room was a bit better, but we had to set it really low for the room to cool down. Read through all the amenities---parking is available, but for a nightly fee. Also breakfast is available, but not included.

- 3/5
Parking is inconvenient, have to pay diferent from hotel bill, Parking expires before your check out. Should be the same time. I will not be going back there again.
- 3/5
Toilet wouldn’t flush had to fix it. Tv turns on but no picture needs to be upgraded. Water pressure in shower not worth staying there. Shower head is for 20 dollar a night hotel .
- 2/5
AC did not cool room, room and hallway had a terrible smell and the pillows were as flat as folding a towel and using that
- 1/5
Hotel is nice but they don’t tell you that you have to pay to park there when you’re already paying to stay there. They tell you that after check in.
- 3/5
Downside is the Extra $10 per night for parking and the fact the you have to pay for breakfast that is nothing other than a Continental breakfast. It is cheaper and you get a better meal for breakfast if ya just go somewhere else for breakfast. Only 1 elevator worked. And Hotels.com fails to mention the $150 deposit you have to pay when you arrive. Even though ya get it back, it should however be mentioned as it is not.
- 3/5
No hotel shuttle as advertised, no free breakfast as advertised, pool was cloudy and hot tub was broken.
- 5/5
I personally found everything great
- 5/5
Comfortable stay . Stayed there previously
- 5/5
The rooms were clean and the a/c worked great. The staff was friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
The room was clean but the shower floor creaked when you were inside. It made you feel like you were going to fall through the floor. The shower door also bangs when it closes so beware. The staff were helpful and there was an ice machine on our floor which is not as common now-a-days. The breakfast was not great so I would recommend going out.
- 4/5
Good place
- 4/5
The property was clean, except for the seating area in the lobby had quite a few dirty chairs. But the biggest issue, albeit a minor one, is that there is a step lid garbage can near the coffee that is broken. So you have to touch it with your hands to open it, and it was overflowing every single day we were there. Empty the trash people! And replace that garbage can.

Great location to shops, amusement park and restaurants.
- 2/5
Arrived and told all rooms sold out, despite our having a reservation which was eventually found. They make you pay an add on charge to park in their own parking lot, which is outrageous. Ice machine on our floor was broken, the one on next floor up was flashing that it needed cleaning soon. They both looked old and rusty. Most hotels these days offer a Complementary Breakfast, not here to though, they charge $12+ per person. We skipped that offer. Overall a bad suggestion for a place to stay from Expedia.

Loved the area where we were at…there is plenty to do and plenty to choose to eat from…

Small beds, you have to pay to park, breakfast is $15 for a very limited continental breakfast and the room smelled like a moldy old house. For the price of the room, these amenities should have come with the room.

Bar was great! Thanks

Not all staff was bad, only a handful, maybe like 3-4 of the female staff were rude. Gave my wife and I ugly looks for no apparent reason. The room itself wasn’t bad but it wasn’t stocked up like it should’ve been. You have to pay for parking which is ridiculous, the Courtyard by Marriott across the street offers FREE parking, and the rooms are WAY nicer and cleaner there. The staff is better there too. I will NOT reserve this hotel again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. Spend your money wisely and stay at the Courtyard instead.
- 5/5
Room clean, only problem I had was no bottle water to make coffee and I also didn't like coffee beans. When I arrived the receptionist was very friendly and presentable
- 1/5
I woke up at 2 am to use the bathroom and discovered a water leak. The bathroom floor was wet and the room could potentially flood. I called the front desk and they did not have any maintenence staff, therefore, there was no solution. I asked the front desk for towels and that helped.
- 4/5
Everything was very nice, staff could’ve been a friendlier. However I would definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
Clean rooms and facilities, family environment, DISLIKE having to pay for parking when there are no other businesses next to the Hilton that could be using the parking lot,

great area near the rim and six flags

We got a suite to be able to have a seating area to watch TV. The TV only worked sometimes. They weren’t able to fully fix it, replace it. We asked to give us at least a refund for the amount extra it costs us to upgrade but it was not approved. Rooms need upkeep also. Customer service was pleasant and professional but couldn’t fix the issue. The toilet seat was also in bad condition

Had to pay for parking and breakfast which was awful after paying for the stay. I am a Hilton rewards member and did not like this Hilton. Definitely preferred the one we stayed at in Houston over this particular one.

The shower curtain smelled sour. Room had a musty smell.

Water was cut off two days in a row. Elevator was acting up
- 3/5
This place is clean and has friendly staff.
- 2/5
Charged $10 a day for uncovered parking Only one elevator was working Breakfast food was not inviting. I expecting more for the price at a Hilton
- 4/5
The check in was very smooth! The staff are great. A privilege to be here.
- 4/5
It was in a good location, clean, and affordable.
- 5/5
Great location. Great customer service.
- 1/5
When we checked in there was no staff at the desk for nearly 10 minutes, only one elevator was functioning and was run down looking, the room itself was outdated, especially apparent in the bathroom, with low water pressure, degraded fixtures and a very dusty register, and we somehow managed to get a bee in our 6th floor room. The jacuzzi downstairs had to be turned on by maintenance, which took over half an hour, then another half hour to even get warm, and it was questionable whether it was cleaned/maintained considering the lack of attention in general. There were minimal pool towels available and they were they were barely big enough for my children. Also the exterior door was not key secured, so the safety aspect was questionable. The breakfast buffet was expensive for what it was, and the one night we went down and wanted to grab a drink at the bar it was closed down because someone had called out. The water and coffee station were mostly empty (either of liquids or of cups), and staff was often away from the desk. They were not unpleasant, but that was really the only positive of the stay. However I would never recommend anyone stay here, as we certainly never would again.
- 2/5
Elevator broken down for over 3 weeks!
- 4/5
The staff were lovely and allowed us to check in early. I love how close the hotel is to Six Flags and the numerous dining options available. My only negative was that the rooms were very humid and damp.
- 2/5
The front desk staff was friendly and service was prompt when asked for things such as towels and sheets. Most of the disappointment of this hotel is the price for the pay out - I would have rather stayed at the La Quinta for $80/night.
- 5/5
Everything was great just be aware of the parking fee
- 3/5
Not overly impressed. The attitude of the front desk was not great. Was dismayed to find out they charge for parking. The hotel itself is pretty dated and could use some updating. The bed was not very comfortable. Overall meh. Will check out some other options in this area next time we come.
- 4/5
Only 1 elevator was working which was inconvenient, closet door was broken, and front desk during check in seemed too eager to be on her phone.
- 1/5
Charged for parking 10 dollars a night no housecleaning and no hot water at night or the next day and refuse to give any type of refund or anything
- 1/5
Room did not have air.
- 4/5
Staff was nice great service, near lots of cool shops and restaurants. The room needed work there was pieces of random wood holding up the AC the room was nice. You have to pay for parking! which isn’t cool you already paying for the hotel why isn’t parking included????
- 3/5
Right after I got there, the elevator went out. I had to walk down 6 flights of stairs to go get my things., back up with my things and then back down to go to dinner. It was working when I got back from dinner. The morning of checkout, there was no hot water. After calling, about 40-45 minutes later, we had hot water but by then, I was almost ready to check out. I mentioned this while checking out, and the clerk really did not have much to say about the inconvenience.
- 2/5
It was dirty, unkept, had roaches, crumbs, stains, and had a terrible body odor smell. The refrigerator also was not working but the front desk changed our room and fortunately the refrigerator worked but the room was also not very clean and had the same foul smell, roaches, mold, slow draining tub, and now I have a strange rash from dirty linen. I would not stay there again.
- 1/5
We had to switch rooms because the toilet was working properly and leaking. The TV didn't work but the maintenance man came to fix it.
- 2/5
No coffee in room, no usb connectors, and no hot water ! Staff Anthony was kind enough to let me borrow his charger.
- 2/5
Bad experience, show up no elevators working had to us stairs (bad knees) then the keys were not ready and the key card machine was also down! No hot water to shower in the morning!!
- 3/5
It was okay, the bed was good, but the shower was horrible, it would turn off in t h e middle of showering and it would take a few minutes before it came back on. Very frustrating. Of course not to mention that water goes everywhere during your shower. The room was quite and clean.
- 5/5
Great staff & comfortable room!
- 3/5
We were not happy because the site said Continental breakfast which we thought meant included as other hotels we stay at but was not the case here; it also said transportation to theme park included and that was not available and the pool was cloudy and an electric light was hanging loose in the pool on a 3-4 foot electric cord. Needless to say we did not let our two grandkids go into pool the days we were there. One last item was there was no mention we were required to pay parking which was not mentioned prior to booking. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
- 1/5
Told no hot water then pipes broke at 12 am. Awoken by fire alarm. Ended up having no water at all and whole place smelled because of this.
- 3/5
The staff was very nice but one of the elevators was broken down for most of my stay and the hotel lost hot water on my last day there.
- 2/5
No hot water and they never got it working while we were there. Shower drain was clogged and they never came to fix it after notifying them.
- 4/5
Property was well maintained and the room very nice. It's located in a kind-of hotel mecca with multiple other places across the street. In most circumstances, you could probably walk to the shopping center, but the entire time I was there it was 100 degrees with humidity, so Uber got a lot of use. For whatever reason, my room didn't get made service on the first day (maybe they just missed it), but I did on day 2. There's two restaurants in walking distance -- the 54th Street Grill is a nice bar/casual dining establishment, Bob's Steaks and Chops is very high end. I think the Porterhouse Steak was $139. It's hard to walk anywhere else because of the extensive highway system, but there's a lot of options in the shopping centers. Unlike other Hiltons where I've stayed, breakfast is NOT complimentary. In fact, the buffet is $14.95 for an adult.
- 5/5
Front desk and bar servers were all so friendly and attentive.
- 5/5
Nice area and staff was great
- 4/5
Overall stay was good
- 3/5
Smelled old, restroom needs to be re-wallpapered. Needs to be cleaner
- 3/5
I loved the look of the lobby. The hotel breakfast could be a lot cheaper, considering the limited choices and food quality. Lovely staff, though!
- 2/5
Customer service was horrible. 2 employees talking about a guest (phone complaint) and after they were done saying " I don't care who is gonna refund your money" she asked me "did you book online?" Well I certainly didn't book while I was standing there! Also, hotel smelled horrible like dirty towels, guest elevators are also used as "service" elevators, bins of dirty laundry with guests...like WTH!!! No luggage racks available!! When I asked for 1 she said, guests keep them in their rooms to use. Are you freaking kidding me!!! I mean I could've stayed at Motel 6 this! I take my own toiletries, but my daughter likes to use the hotels and they were ALL empty😡 Maintenance man was very nice.
- 3/5
Good location with easy access to I10 and La Cantera shopping. Bed was comfortable and clean restroom. Room has an “older feel” to it. Definitely need a new hair dryer as it was sticky and messy on the outside of it, but it did work. No free breakfast but free coffee. Also, need to pay for parking but I think that’s with all hotels in the area.
- 5/5
Staff very friendly, really enjoyed the free complimentary coffee in the morning.
- 2/5
We were on the 6th floor my room and my parents and other people on the floor lost water while showering on all 3 nights. Report it Thursday and never got resolved while we were there. Also condensation from unit leaked all into our room
- 3/5
Check in was not so good, arrived at 3pm and had to wait 3 hours to check in. Also hotels.com said i had to pay 971 for 4 days ended up paying that amount plus an xtra 400 dollars just incase of incidentials and for some other reason. On my 2nd or 3rd day there my new truck was broken into and some items stolen from truck, apparently this happens often in this hotel even with all theyre cameras and security they pay for. Its been over a week and i still havent received my deposit back for incidentals. They did give me an xtra night for free and free breakfast for what happenned.
