I like that it was quiet and clean. The breakfast was good and pool very accessible.

The location to the airport, the shuttle, the friendly staff and the amenities were a great bonus! The room was honestly nicer than we expected for the price! We loved the decor and the room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a little small however we did like the sink being on the outside of the door so that it could be accessible at all times. We will definitely book here again!

Very friendly staff

This hotel was exactly what I was looking for. The room was great, they had swimming pool and breakfast in the morning which I utilized both. The staff was great. The room was clean and awesome. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. If you are going to San Antonio, get this hotel. It’s also very close to the Mall which I loved. The price was also great. Very affordable.

Breakfast was great. Freshly brewed coffee was available all the time. Staff was very friendly especially Berna who was in charge of serving breakfast was really nice to my family . Room was clean. My family stayed 2 nights and it was a relaxing stay and price was decent.

The pool was out of service. Then I look out the window and had no view. It was a wall. Then the juice machine was out of service for breakfast.

You have to call or go to the lobby to ask for wifi information. You have to create an account to use the free wifi for 5 days. If you have quests, they won't be able to connect to it because the password is tied to your name and the account you created. No lotion

The breakfast was good and hot although the pancake maker was not working. The rooms were clean but dated. The carpet was older and the furnishings weren’t modern. The air conditioning in our room was not working very well at all. We had it down to the coldest allowed but it never got colder than 76 degrees. When we checked in at 3 pm, it was 77 degrees and throughout the entire day and night it never changed. I was going to complain but we were out most of the day and remembered when we would get back late at night. The nights were bearable but not very pleasant unfortunately.

A good place to rest your head if you traveled and your tired, the staff members were super friendly and the pool was nice would be better if their was a jacuzzi, the things that bothered us was the restroom was super small, the fridge and microwave wasn't working properly but when I told the lady at the desk she came and fixed it immediately also the air in the room wasn't working so she brought us a fan to help cool the room down and it did help. All in all it was a nice experience but we probably won't be staying their again.

This hotel is a great stay. I highly recommend this place. The room was well prepared and came with a mini fridge and refrigerator. The room was nice and comfortable upon arrival. They had a large pool, a gym, and plenty of parking. The breakfast was as great and the hotel staff were very helpful.

The biggest issue was that the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, and our room stayed around 80 degrees all night, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. There was also a section of the hallway with completely saturated carpet. I walked through it around 10:00 p.m. and again at 10:00 a.m. the next morning, and it was still soaked. It was obvious there was a leak, yet there were no wet floor signs, no cleanup, and no apparent effort to address the issue. The hotel entrance also had a noticeable mildew smell. Considering this hotel is so close to the airport, I expected a much better experience. At $115 per night, I don’t think the condition of the property or the overall experience justified the price.

The room was nice and cool and the bed comfortable. Pillows were thin but there were a few so you can double up. In order to use the wifi, you have to create an online account which was kinda annoying. No one came to clean our room once during our 2 day stay. If you want towels, you have to ask. The bathroom was very small. If you want breakfast, you better go within the 1st hour or you will be out of luck.

El fin de semana que fui pensé que iba a ser lo mismo aunque había cambiado el nombre y la decepción fue muy grande, estaba muy sucio todo desde la entrada, los cuartos la carpeta sucia los vidrios bien sucios , las sábanas de la cama olían a sucio , reservé 2 cuartos no había papel de baño ni jabón para lavarte las manos no había toallas en el cuarto y el desayuno y el café no estaban buenos ,aparte estaban en la recepción dos jóvenes mujer y hombre que no sabían nada cuando les preguntabas algo y ella se reía Muy mala experiencia esta última vez No me vuelvo a hospedar allí .

Está súper cerca de todo, es cómodo para una familia pero la piscina deben de darle más mantenimiento

The rooms were extremely small, and the bathroom was so cramped that only one person could fit comfortably. The front desk staff was not helpful, and we even had to go down to request soap because it wasn’t provided in the room. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing. The selection was mediocre, and basic items like eggs were constantly running out and were not replenished promptly. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations in any way. Unfortunately, this will be our last stay at this hotel chain.

The staff was pleasant. The room was clean and they have shuttle buses that come at your request.

Location from the airport was great.

We had ants in our room. Maybe it was our fault. My daughter had something sweet and there was a little bit in the fridge. She told me she saw ants and sure enough there was a long trail of them from cracks in the front door. I tried to clean up and it worked for the night, I even had one on my arm and it bit me! Other than that, the room was great. The breakfast was even better with plenty to eat and they kept bringing more out. Probably won’t stay here again, but for this trip it was worth the money.

The rooms were dark, dreary and filled with worn furniture. I actually saw roaches twice. The room wasn’t cleaned during my stay.

Good place to stay. Had a little hiccup getting picked up at the airport. But when Micheal did show up, he was apologetic, and very helpful when we asked about things to see and do in San Antonio.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Large breakfast with plenty of options. Room could have been slightly cleaner (there was a hair in the bathtub) Overall a good stay.

The main problem that we had was the air conditioner was not working very and the temperature in the room was at around 78 degrees in the room we were assigned. We called in but they couldn’t switch us out because the hotel was too full capacity. We were able to switch to another room the following day and the room was a little better but still very warm at a temperature around 75 degrees. The hotel was very nice and the staff was very helpful but the rooms were very warm and could be unpleasant.

The room was nice and clean, but the pool was a bit cloudy. They did have maintenance there the day we left. The lady taking care of the Continental breakfast was very sweet, and attentive. They had a pancake machine instead of waffles, I'm including a pic of one pancake that we got a kick out of when they ran low!! That's when we realized how attentive the sweet hostess was. The food was hot, and they had three juices, apple, orange, and cranberry. I love coffee, but am off of it due to migraines, so I didn't get to taste it. The location seemed to be central to everything we did while in San Antonio, and overall we were very pleased with this hotel.

Great staff. Room was okay for an unplanned overnight stay. I’ve paid a lot more money for a crappy room and this one was decent for the price. It will definitely be our to go place incase we are caught in another last minute overnight stay. Another perk is that you can literally walk to a lot of places, great location.

Nothing exceptional

There was NO SOAP to wash my hands in the sink. This is just disgusting. Either put in a liquid dispenser, like there was inside the shower area or a small bar of soap.

The 5 nights we were there the ac didn't work the pool was not usable the elevator went down 2 times leaving it unusable. We were with a disabled person that was on the 3rd floor and had to wait for the elevator to be fixed so she could get to her room

I pulled up to the hotel and entered the lobby. There was no activity of people coming nor going. There was no one to check you in. The pool didn't look clean. I made a complaint with Expedia a and nothing was done. I had to go to another hotel at the last minute and was able to get something that met my expectations.

There was no Aircondition and the water was contaminated and smelled terrible Thankfully the nice lady was very helpful and she was able to send us to the hotel next door (Wyndham Garden) Stay away the hotel in a disastrous condition

Ya no son los mismos dueños, eso hace una gran diferencia, antes te recibían con Palomitas, snacks y te regalaban algunas bebidas ahora ya no existe nada de eso... el desayuno horrible, pero en serio horrible,todo esta hecho un asco en la barra, nosotros llegamos en la tarde noche y muchas cosas incluyendo el café estaban ahí,espero o quiero pensar, que lavaron las jarras para el café de la mañana, la alberca super verde cuando llegamos, estaba fuera de servicio,el elevador se descompuso y tuvimos que subir hasta el cuarto piso con todo y equipaje, caminando por el pasillo rumbo al cuarto estaba muy sucio el piso y más adelante el techo y paredes rotas con tubos expuestos, desde ahi ya empezamos a dudar que tendriamos un hospedaje tranquilo,no obstante ya cansados del viaje decidimos dormir y el a/c no servía estábamos a 79 grados casi 80 dentro del cuarto llamamos al lobby me contestaron y pusieron en espera más de 20 min en realidad espere ya que esperaba nos cambiaran de habitación pero desafortunadamente estaban llenos y solo pudieron ofrecer un ventilador que en toda la noche no llego... exigimos un rembolso por medio de expedia y esta es la segunda vez que no me ayudan en nada lavandose las manos y solo haciendote perder tiempo con ellos,al día siguiente fue un técnico a arreglar pero jamás funcionó y nos dejaron un abanico para poder pasar la noche exigimos un rembolso y aun sigo esperando, no se queden ahí además una mujer de lobby super hostil y con muy mala actitud.

The room was very dirty. The walls were filthy, dust everywhere and there was a roach in the shower. The breakfast was very limited, pancakes were a disappointment and the juices tasted expired.

When we arrived there was no water for couple hours once it came back on we had to let it run for about an hour to get the brown out. There was hair in the shower drain so the tub would fill up when showering. The fridge did not work. The odor in the whole place had a mildew smell. The pool was green so we had to go to another hotel to use the pool. The staff not all but most were not verry helpful. The room ac barely worked had it set at 68 and it never got below 75

Pool was closed the last day of stay due to it being filthy the air conditioner in the bedrooms were not working properly. It was very hot up to 80°. Other other other visitors were having the same complaint at the front office. Breakfast had no variety it was the same menu every day.

There was mold on the ceiling above the shower. There was brown water coming out the bathtub, and the ac stayed on 76 degrees. I’m from out of state and cancelled my stay and went somewhere else. Management should be more transparent with the guest. They allowed the guests to eat breakfast, as if the water was not brown. Gross!! Never again!!

Walking into the lobby, you’re greeted with the smell of mold. Like a load of laundry that was forgotten for a few days. The pool was green and closed for maintenance. In the carpeted hall was a wet floor sign. I had to walk that way and the carpet squished beneath my feet. There was hair in the sink, shower, and on the floor. The elevator got stuck on the 4th floor. But it’s 3 minutes from the airport. The staff were nice, but had I known the state of this hotel I would have gone somewhere else.

The hotel was convenient to the highway, as well as restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was well stocked and had a variety of choices.

Great place with a great price. Very very nice place. My only complaint was with the night desk clerk Christian. He was rude a very confrontational. We came back to the hotel around 9:00 and our room was 78 degrees and stuffy. I called the front desk to let them and the front desk clerk put me on hold after 10 min I hung up and walked to the front desk where I found the clerk sitting talking to a co-worker. When I complain about there lack of customer service, he got angry and started to square up until his coworker told him to stop. I spoke to the GM and she was super friendly and said she would address the issue. I hope so. Other than that it was a great stay.

Pool was out of order; first room smelled musty; second room TV did not work; third room was okay; scrambled eggs tasted like water

We were stuck with no AC throughout the whole hotel. All the guests were complaining. Our room was between 77 to 80° both nights of our stay.

AC did not cool below 74 degrees. Heard other people complaining about same problem and were told by front desk to “just give it time”. Never cooled off.

My AC went out in my apartment so I decided to get a room here. It was a horrible experience. I walked in to an 81 degree room! I called the front desk and was told "The AC is motion detecting" which was a complete lie. Then after an hour or so when the temperature didn't drop I called back and was moved to a 78 degree room. I went down to the front desk and the front desk employee basically didn't care AT ALL about the situation, even went so far as to laugh at me about it. Needless to say I packed up and went to another hotel. DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU LIKE HOT ROOMS AND RUDE FRONT DESK EMPLOYEES!!

This hotel was great, good food, and clean rooms but the bathroom is a bit small and the door is hard to close and open but mostly everything is good about the room. The staff were so nice especially the lady who worked in the breakfast area. The air conditioning was ok wasn’t that great,

Excellent hotel. New mattresses. Very clean and quiet. Only knock is that the pool was under repair, so no swimming.

Quick and easy check in. Older place but clean and maintained. Very close to the airport. Outdoor pool was nice to relax. The only downfall- the AC was not good, front desk brought us a fan and it helped. Thankfully we had an early flight and gone by 330 am. But other guests did say the same thing

Clean room, very tiny bathroom. Air conditioner works well, but makes a hamster squeak sound. Pool was not available for use, closed for repairs. Breakfast was okay- they didn’t have a waffle station, but a pancake maker.

Great airport hotel with shuttle and breakfast.

They really need to work on the cleaning of the property. Beds and beddings had stains on it dirt over a lot of the corners of the rooms, and stuff from previous occupants of the rooms still left and was not seen and taken care of. Would not stay again.

We had an early flight, left before breakfast. The AC was not quite up to my standards but the room and property was great.
