Our room with a sofa gave everyone plenty of room to spread out.

Cleaning staff was very accommodating front desk pretty much the same rooms are nice and clean. Nice rooms. Good area for shopping and restaurants., very well priced!

Location and the breakfast Bathroom and shower could use a little more deep cleaning

The front desk costumer service was very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, well planned, and clean. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options for everyone's needs and tastes. Overall it was an ideal experience.

We love the comfort, the quiet and the size of the rooms. The staff was friendly and the location was 5 mins from the hospital I was having my surgery at. This is our go to hotel when staying in San Antonio!

I have been staying at this hotel for years. The rooms have upgraded but the only bad thing was the bed. They had a low bed with bad mattress

The floor was sticky and the mattress was lumpy and we had a terrible night trying to sleep. The pillows were square not rectangular and were hard. Overall, I was not happy with the room.

It was a great stay. I will most definitely come back.

I enjoyed my time here and even extended my stay one night. The bathroom was weird. The sliding door to the toilet was directly in front of the bed and it didn’t close all the way. Side note: It is on a one way road and I had to make a u-turn every time we left. This might be difficult with a larger vehicle. Also, gps kept sending us through the Tesla parking lot to get in which was strange.

Room smelled of mildew, trash under sofa couch. When we arrived people were blasting music with inappropriate words for my children that led to questions that shouldn't have had to come up.

The best part we all liked was the breakfast. We just recommend you always have the non pork options as well. We did not like that there was not lock on the bathroom door and the bathroom fan didn't work at all so some people had to use the lobby restroom.

Convenient too many places

Beds/pillows were not comfortable. Did not like sliding frosted doors for the toilet and seperate shower in the room across from beds.

There's was nothing at all to complain about!! It was perfect!!

Everything was good and clean. Service was amazing. The front staff was so oind and accommodating. Breakfast ran out quick but after asking for refills on breakfast items, they helped restock everything. It was a nice place to stay.

breakfast was excellent. rooms are nice however the carpet is very old and has a urine odor. probably from pet's accidents. I stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and complained about the same issue with the carpet. In my opinion, if you're going to allow pets, floors should not be carpeted. I have been in other hotels where the floors are tiled and makes cleaning better and odorless. I really like the friendliness, breakfast, clean beds and bathrooms, BUT because of the smelly carpet I probably won't be staying there anymore.

The room was what I ask for, and the price was good! But the carpet was filthy! I probably wouldn't know that except that we were traveling with a one-year-old who crawled all over the room and ended up with BLACK knees and feet.

I usually stay at Drury Inn and this was a last minute reservation. They gave me a better price and I was impressed with the comfort and the breakfast was good. I'll be coming back.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast had good options and was very tasty. The only complaint I would have is something was up with the air conditioner. He wouldn’t really cool unless it was at a certain temp but it was too bad to where I would have to tell the front desk or have to move rooms.

With that said, there were several minor maintenance issues. The keyed lock needed a reprogram to open. One light bulb was out (it was fixed quickly) when we entered room. When I called the front desk, they could hear me because the room phone had some issue. And the shower knob was loose. Nothing major but they do leave an impression. The breakfast was a simple continental one. We didn't eat much. There are a lot of local choices around the area though.

Definitively the worst hotel I've ever been. Dirty, low staffed, bad attitude. I spent 1 week there and not a single day the floor was swept nor the bathroom cleaned, they just made beds after 4 days and after I went down to the lobby to complain. Absolutely not recommended.

I did not appreciate the unexpected $20 fee for incidentals. I was told it would be refunded if nothing was use. I didn’t use anything and I was never refunded

The staff was nice, the breakfast was good, the room had a good size. It’s a good hotel for what you’re paying, but definitely not excellent since we did not have room service done and the walls are very thin which you can hear guests on other rooms. But overall great price for a good hotel!
