Hello there, well not sure which is leaving these fake reviews but most definitely will not be staying here again.....first off the parking was not free...it was 34 dollars a nite....second of all the rooms did not look the same as they did online....the beds are not comfortable....the linens were definitely not clean....there were stains on them and the towels.... the shower did not look clean.....closing the door to the shower was like pushing a wagon full of dirt.... I have stayed in plenty of Hamptons but never like this one....but to reach it's own....

We received fast and friendly service. I loved that we could just walk to the river walk instead of driving and paying exrra parking fees. I disliked that parking was not free, but I understand that it's convenient to stay there because of the river walk and they have their reasons to charge. Other than that, our stay was good.

I liked the convenience of the location but the room itself needs some major TLC. The room smelled stale and it hasn't been dusted in quite some time. The only clean thing was the bed (I guess, I was too tired to do a thorough exploration of the bed). The bathroom door looked like it had been punched and they just patched it and painted over it with a different color. I killed a baby cockroach in the bathroom by the trash can. The shower though had excellent scalding hot water but hard water stains around the detachable shower head. I liked that there was free hot breakfast but wasn't a fan of the eggs and light-skinned sausage patties. It's a shame...this hotel has such potential if they would do some renovations to the rooms that need it most. The only redeemable quality is the staff. They were so friendly and helpful. 5 stars for the staff but I would not stay here again.

Room was clean, comfortable, and great location to the river walk and downtown. No vent in the bathroom and sink faucet was shaky with low flow, shower was excellent good pressure.

I would stay here again. The only thing is they don’t have enough parking spaces.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The front desk lady was amazing—she was very friendly, welcoming, and made check-in quick and easy. She really made us feel appreciated from the moment we arrived. There was a slight smell in the room when we first walked in, but it wasn’t overwhelming. Overall, the room was clean and well-maintained, so it didn’t take away from our stay.

The staff was awesome very nice and helpful. The breakfast was yummy especially the waffles, would be amazing if the added another waffle maker. The AC worked perfectly for the Texas heat. Overall we had a nice stay!!!

Hotel is within walking distance for shopping and eating locations. Considering that it’s summertime the hotel was really quiet. Air conditioning in room was comfortable as was the hotel breakfast.

Parking was difficult, we could not find parking. We were told by the front desk staff to park wherever as long as we didn’t obstruct traffic. We were charged for parking and had to park outside the gate which I thought was unsafe due to the fact that the parking behind the gate was overbooked.

Pretty standard room with a great location. Everything was within walking distance, and it had gated parking. The mattress could have been better—it caused back pain for both me and my wife—but other than that, it was a great stay.

The room was clean and the location was perfect. It was within walking distance of both the River Walk and the Alamodome, which made getting around super convenient. The only downside was that the bed was a bit too firm for my liking, but overall it was a great stay, I've stayed here before and I'll definitely be staying here again.

We paid $32 for gated self-parking. The parking fee is deducted from the deposit, and it includes in-and-out privileges throughout your stay. Even after checking out, they allow you to leave your car parked until 3:00 p.m., which was a huge plus. The hotel is very nice, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. My only small complaint is that our first-floor room was in a great location, but we could hear the nearby door slamming at night. Once I fell asleep, though, the noise wasn’t an issue. Overall, this is a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel in a convenient downtown location.

Highly recommend this place. The rooms are clean the staff is very friendly, The entire staff was welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out. And the AC keeps everything nice and cool. The breakfast was also a fantastic bonus had a variety to choose from. Will definitely stay here again!

Our room and the property were very clean. The beds were comforts were the pillows. It was nice to have breakfast and the coffee was very good. The staff was friendly as well. Overall it’s a good stay I think my only hesitation is that the property itself seemed very old and needs updating. Because of that it doesn’t look as clean or maintained.

Dirty towels in the bathroom

Checked in and had to be moved three tubes. First room had the biggest cockroach. The second room toilet didn’t work and the tub was disgusting, outdated, and paint chiping. The next room the sheets had stains on it and the final room cover had yellow stains on the sheets. After calling to the front desk the desk worker seemed to be irritated because we had to keep moving rooms. We didn’t get into a clean enough room until 11pm when we got there at 9:12!with a toddler. I’ve attached some photos… I’m requesting a refund! Worse Hampton I stayed i! If i could give this place no stars I would!

Location is nice it's close to the Alamo and th Riverwalk. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby. They had a good free breakfast.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. They allowed us to book a late checkout which was very helpful. WiFi was good and included breakfast was much appreciated. Location was excellent- walking distance to the Riverfront or The Alamo.

I like that the property it was walking distance from the river walk and other attractions. The only thing I had a problem was the parking they charge for parking but there isn’t enough parking for all guess that stayed.

We went in to check in a Manger attended us , and since we reserved 2 rooms through 3 parties . So the rooms we got were paid for one month in advance and doble queen bedrooms , one room they did not give us what we paid for , they didn’t have available, but they were checking in all these people with doble beds I heard and saw . Which I was very disappointed the sofa beds are not comfortable plus we had a toddler and we were looking to have slept comfortably since we were visiting Seaworld and Riverwalk .

Good location close to The Riverwalk. Most staff were friendly with the exception of one night desk clerk. The fridge in our room was frosted over and didn’t work. The safe was locked upon arrival and there was no iron. Staff quickly remedied once we alerted them. Good value for room prices. There is a gated parking area but daily parking rate on their lots is pricey.

Iron did not work and ended up calling front desk and they brought one but that did not work either. The water was leaking

The staff was great and always helpful. The hotel was very clean and the food at the breakfast was great. My only negatives would be the comfort of the bed and pillows. Flat. Not the best but we would stay again if we had to.

It was so humid in the hotel that the floor was wet and carpet was moist. They didn’t have towels and gave us the excuse the hotel was sold out. They didn’t clean our room the whole 4 days we were there.

We checked out a day early because I did not feel safe and the property could have been a little cleaner.

Breakfast was average. Parking was expensive (69.32 for 2 nights)! Pillows were terrible (flat)! Beds were comfortable. Bathroom faucet was broken but still worked. Just hung off the sink a bit.......looked trashy but was functional.

Rooms very clean, breakfast excellent, didn’t think we had a fridge in the room but found one on the last day…lol!!

The room was not a good experience. The tv wouldn’t cut on. There was hair all over the shower and the soaps. There was only one wash cloth in the room. One of the beds had dirty stained sheets. I had to call the front desk multiple times. They took care of the problem every time.

The pillows were almost as flat as pancakes. The dust from the room to the gym was terrible. The ceiling in the bathroom needs to be patched correctly from water damage. Everytime i hung a towel or face cloth in the bathroom the next day they had yellow stains, i couldn't figure that out.The mattress kept sliding away from the ugly box spring. The safe which we reported along with other things was unusable....we even couldn't use our room key to enter into the parking lot. We had to ask for toilet paper 3 times starting at approximately 8 a.m. we finally decided to pick it up at around 11 p.m. I uses to love love love the Hampton Inn, not anymore.

Minor fixings on the bathroom would be good. Otherwise, am excellent stay. Thank you.

Additionally, the pool area offers very little privacy. It feels as though you’re swimming right in the middle of the parking lot, which takes away from the overall experience. Other than these issues, our stay was pleasant, but I believe these areas could use improvement.

The staff was very helpful when I had a last-minute change in my plans. The physical state of the room was sad. The faucet in the bathroom spun around while you were trying to use it. The ceiling over the window showed that it is in dire need of repair. While I wanted a king sized bed for my stay it was way too big for that particular room. I spent three days in the room and did not receive any housekeeping visits.

The welcome message on the TV personalized with my name was a delightful surprise! The complimentary breakfast was exceptional
