Will never book with this hotel again!!!! It was before 10:30pm and they weren’t letting me and my family check in. Saying they are closing at 11:00pm which we had time. And also saying we didn’t pay for the room which we did because they took it out of our bank account! Wouldn’t recommend if you are traveling late at night!!!

Staffs were not helpful, there was oil on table surface, outlets was loose, bedding wasnt very well maintained, room stinks, community was not very safe, did I mention the room stinks?

I'll never stay there again. The room had a strong and disgusting cigarette smell. The reception area was not clean. I was so tired from driving, that decided to stay. Just not staing there again ever.

The tub faucet was attached by a cord and fell off when trying to turn in the water and landed on my foot. The towels were disgusting and thin. Luckily, I had beach towels in my car because there was no way I was putting them on my body. The pillows were flat and had shams not pillow cases making me wonder if they're changed. The one chair in the room was broken. The floors were dirty and there was a dead roach next to the bed stand. I rarely leave a negative review but was disappointed.

Front desk agent moved most of my belongings out of my room but not all of my belongings. Which means, they were going to have me recheck in and assign me the same room. However, they did take all of my refrigerated and frozen items out and by the time I arrived after work to recheck in, all of it was completely defrosted and melted all over some of my clothes and belongings. Not to mention, none of it was edible anymore. Also, when checking back in, it was taking a long time. This was because the front desk agent who deliberately removed all of my food and had it melt will all over my clothes and other items, had cancelled my reservation and had to make a brand new reservation in order to check me back in. I found this out by another employee. AJ is the front desk agent who was responsible for all of this. He is a liar and went out of his way to make sure my things were destroyed. He also removed a potted plant I was gifted, it was an orchid already in bloom, and broke off several stems and blooms and tossed it in with my other things. It was completely destroyed. That was a gift given to me from a friend. Because it's him and his actions I filled a police report AND contacted the BBB to file a formal complaint.

I didn’t end up staying at this property, there where people wandering the premises as well as what felt like people watching me and my family unload are vehicle we got into the room and it smelled like an ash tray as well as cigarette burn marks on the bed sheets. The locking mechanism’s on the door were also damaged as if the room had been broken into before. Wouldn’t recommend if you have a family or children.

The room smelt so terribly of cigarettes. Even for a non smoking room, it was giving us headaches. There were bugs but that wasn't the main issue. It was the overwhelming stench of stale cigarettes.

The rooms had several roaches, the pool was only clean once and never covered during my stay and had bugs, cigarette butts, and other paraphernalia around it. It was a hassle to get clean towels and soap. The property itself was rugged and looked worn. The female manager was very rude and short with her explanations. I would never recommend anyone stay there and honestly would like to be partially refunded my money. Just a terrible overall experience

Excellent location with nearby grocery store restaurants and nightlife. You’re getting what you paid for at this motel. The room was dated but clean. Mini fridge and microwave work well. No coffee maker.

You pay for what you get but the staff and the security at front office are great. They are steadily busy but seem to stop and serve great customer service. Very impressed.

They were courteous and all the firm about their rules and policies, it was clear it was with the purpose to protect the guests and ensure a pleasant stay. When called upos with a concern with our safety they acted quickly. It is clear that the consistent care displayed ensures a quite and peaceful environment. I would recommend

We requested when booking for a handicap lower level. Was told there was no rooms. The floors was nasty and greasy. Tub was really to high for elderly to het in or put of. Pillows was nothing glad we brought our own. Was not informed of the deposit that we had to male till we got there. Something unexpected. People throwing rocks an window and banging on doors till early morning. Terrible experience will not remend or go back.

The WiFi password was not written on the room card or given to me during check in, the floor was so dirty that it turned the bottom of my white socks black, I had to kill two flys in my room, there was homeless people all around the property. The worst part was that at 1AM there was two kids running around and screaming, I tried calling the front desk but there’s nobody there after 11PM, so I had to call the non-emergency line because there was no parents with them.

The price was the only thing good about this stay other than a fast check in. Lots of Road noise, inconsiderate guests being loud at 4am. Hotel staff was quick and efficient. Got checked into the room with the world's thinnest towels and then had the liberty of getting to see a few roaches on the room wall. If it wasn't for the sheer necessity of needing a place to sleep for a few hours before work the next day, I absolutely would have checked out.

Room had a humidity problem. There was condensate on the tile floors and those floors were not very clean.

Great central location in the medical center area, with easy and convenient highway access.

I had a double bed of which one I didnt use, springy beds and my socks were black from the unmopped floors. Something drove me insane at night itching me. Not bugs but definitely the sheets n plowcases irritating my skin on exposed areas..i was told numerous times that the deposit would be returned to my card but Never did.

You can hear everything outside and across the other rooms. People shouting, running, and banging. Although the room was relatively clean and scentless, there were roaches crawling the floors and walls...

The first room we got the TV was cracked in 2 places and was unplugged. I probably wouldn't have noticed until the next day, which it would have been hard to believe it was like that when we got there. So we took pictures and went to the front desk. We got another room right away. They had a microwave, fridge, stove, and sink. There was a lot of room. You have to call to get more sheets, towels, toilet paper, etc. if you are staying more than one day. Overall the room was clean. We had a very good and comfortable time.

For several months there kidnesswas awesome knowing that I worked in construction I never had time to renew my ID and the night person that day threw it in my face that I haven't changed it for a year and a half I understood that but they never gave me a hassle about getting my reservation so that guy literally knowing that I just spent the $59 nearly send me all packing

Do not stay here I had made a review on google they literally deleted it thats how bad it was there was mold on our ceiling so sketchy outside prostitutes there was dead roaches in our room.Bed wasn't even made there was make up on our sheets and bed frame not safe at all this place should not be open so disgusting.

The terrain is uneven trough out the whole property, is like a constant roller coaster: ups and downs. Not senior friendly.

The people are rude and racist

I booked a room for non smoking because I have a 2 yr old and once I got the card for my room the smell of cigarettes and marijuana was so strong it gave me a headache so I sprayed perfume and dove deodorant, it was infested with roaches and the floor was so dirty and sticky I do not recommend staying here for anyone.

This property was disgusting. The first night , the room smelled so bad of cigarette…. Also cockroaches everywhere. The second night I had to tell them I wanted another room and there were more cockroaches and the bathtub did not wrk properly. It was an overall horrible experience. Getting help from one of the staff in my first night was horrible . She didn’t know nothing about the rooms besides giving keys out. One more thing , the comforters were stained.

I choose Flex Studio due to the pictures on the website. They are misleading. Our room was non smoking but our room reeked of cigarettes. The smoke alarm had been tampered not to ring. The comforter had cigarette burns. Toilet seat was loose and wobbly and there was hair in the bath tub. Found a clump of hair between the sheets which at first glance looked like a huge spider. Went to the H‑E‑B across the expressway and bought Clorox wipes and Lysol spray to sanitize the room. I told the clerk about the condition and he just stood there and looked at me. Never said I’m sorry to hear that or I’ll notify housekeeping. Nothing. Very disappointed.

A lot of smoke smell (tobacco and Mary) but it is not fault of the hotel, but other unrespectful customers. Also cockroaches in the fridge ): Excellent location!

Comfortable and convenient

It's overall good better than others clean I did see a 1 roach but I was comfortable. I managed to get done business done but there is some addicts around cuz of some empty baggies laying around in the parking lot. Honestly I've seen worse!

The hotel was not in the best condition, but we weren't expecting a 4 star hotel. It was worth the rate we paid, but I probably wouldn't stay there again.

The pictures on hotels.com look like they were taken 10 years ago, as the outside of the hotel is painted a dark gray as opposed to the vibrant yellow and pink in the photos. The room looked like it was being used for... illicit recreational activities. A plastic bag on the smoke detector, the fridge didnt work. Paint chips all over the floor, and the entire room smelled like someone poured an entire bottle of laundry bleach on the floor and just let it soak into the vinyl flooring. The sink was clogged, the towels had hair all over them, and the toilet was disgusting. Ended up leaving and staying at a best western. Do yourself a favor, and don't be tempted by the low price tag.

If you're a smoker maybe you could stand the smell. The wad of toilet paper stuffed in what was once a peephole in the door says it all.
