Our stay at the hotel was outstanding! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and very well kept, I will most definitely stay at hotel again in the future! Perfect 10 out of by 10!

Great pillows ac cold and nice

The room smelled like sewer/ humid. The pull out couch was in vey poor condition.

Rooms were very spacious and clean. The building is located just 3 minutes away from a Via Park&Ride station which is super convenient if your planning to attend an event at the Alamodome.

Updated decor and very clean hotel with a great smell as you walk in. LOVED staying here and would happily stay again. Did not have a chance to partake in breakfast but they were getting ready to open in 15 minutes early.

Rooms are very noisy from road noise. Disappointed that they offer room freshen service alternate days unless you ask. Even after asking and being told they would freshen my room, they still did not. Breakfast was good though

Hotel was close to the highway, Restaurants and shopping area. Parking was free and breakfast was great with a variety.

Affordable and Nice

We have stayed in this hotel many times and it never disappoints. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Although they can have a more variety for breakfast, it is exceptionally good and parking is never an issue.

I wasn't able to stay. My reservation never showed on their end. Waited about 20 min and left. The receptionist (Frida) said she will call back if there were any news. She didn't call. I ended up calling back to find out someone else had made a reservation, so "my room" wasn't available anymore. Eventhough, I had a confirmation through booking the hotel didn't have it.

Breakfast was great, staff was amazing and very accommodating.

Clean, excellent staff kind and friendly. Great location near restaurants. The pool was right outside my room window, loud along with balls bouncing off my window till 11pm

My husband and I have allergies and asthma. We were glad to see pets were not allowed, so we didn't suffer effects from staying there as we have many other hotels. Staff was great. Location worked well for us to visit family and plenty of retail and restaurants around.

Very kind staff (Frida, in particular). Location is great with shopping and dinning alternatives nearby. This is one of our go-to stays when traveling back home to Monterrey since it is closer to the MX boarder but still in the city.

Great for families and location is easy to go around town.

Beds were clean and comfy. Received a call shortly after arrival checking if we had everything we needed which was a special touch to the stay. Breakfast had a good selection and staff working kitchen was very inviting.

I liked the cleanness and the facilities where very well maintained, bed was really nice and clean. The ladies from cleaning were very friendly and nice. The staff at reception was with attitude not the newbie, the other lady I think she was more manager, and that breakfast ended earlier than time.

Nothing I booked a room for my daughter (18) and my sister (36) to stay the night so they wouldn't drive back at night. They would not let them check in. They also would not let me get a refund.

Only place me and my wife stay at, when we're in San Antonio, no matter how far we have to drive. The staff is so helpful and nice, the facilities are always clean. Had to leave.

I stay at that Hotel when in San Antonio. Stores all around the area. And the Hotel is very clean with a great staff.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Parking was free and hotel close to restaurants.

Concierge or manager on duty was very helpful, professional, and explained hotels rules in an extremely polite manner. We even received a phone call about 15 mins after check in to insure our room was as expected and if we needed any additional toiletries, bedding, or towels.

I think it was a great stay!

We love it here. very clean, comfy rooms and beds. Nice pool and workout space. They have snacks and drinks in lobby reasonable prices if you get a craving or need bottle water. Traffic could be bad in the area at certain times, not a hotel issue.

Very clean and quiet

This simplistic and ordinary hotel charged a resort fee of $25 that we knew nothing about previously. There is absolutely no validity for a resort fee based on where it is located and that there is nothing remotely close to this hotel being a resort. They also charged a $5/day internet fee. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Seriously is a great place to stay with very nice staff. Nice and spacious rooms as well, and the bathroom was very clean!

The customer service was outstanding. Never have I had someone from the front desk. Call me after I’ve checked to ensure that everything was to my liking. Customer service outstanding.

Pretty standard hotel in its price range.

The carpet in the room we had was soaking wet and we found eaten chicken bones under the bed. The hospitality and management are unprofessional.

The food next door at the Mambo next door was wonderful!

Somehow the pillow covers and bed sheets are not smell good. Also AC unit thermostat is not in good condition. Not able to adjust the properly. Other than those, service and staff are good.

Main breakfast was horrible. Everything limited.

I had booked a king size bed room for two people but was given a double queen beds room. My husband said it was too much hassle to move to another room so decided to not complain. I was surprised that our room provided 103, had a broken lamp cover and stain chair. Expected a little better but the hotel was clean overall. Breakfast offered a variety of options. Location was perfect. We would stay again but hope they honor what we reserved and paid for.

Room was clean. Hotel parking felt safe. Area was ok close to several stores and places to eat. Bed was mid. Pool was mid. Breakfast was mid. Front desk person at night was very efficient and nice. Didn’t catch her name. Morning person was not as friendly. The only problem during the stay was the pool times. The sign by the pool says open from 6am to 11pm but when we called and asked the front desk they said 10 am. Since we didn’t go check the door prior to 10. Not sure who was telling the truth, the sign or the front desk person, but we waited around like an hour and maybe we could’ve gone in the pool earlier but went off what front desk stated.
