I really liked that the parking lot was gated. I really did NOT like not knowing ahead of time that we would have to pay for it, especially because there’s no choice otherwise.

Gabriel was working the desk when we arrived and he is an amazing host. We immediately felt welcomed and would definitely stay there again!

It was a nice room, pool and good breakfast. I didn't like that you have to pay extra for parking.

Location They checked me out and assigned my room to another person while I was still at the hotel and the ac was too loud.

The bathroom had a dirty bandage from before us in the shower. The last morning we were there they said the toaster broke so no bread product was available. The pool had a ring of some kind of grime around the walls. The rooms and sheets were mostly clean and it wasn’t the worst, but we probably won’t be staying there again.

The body wash ,shampoo, conditioner dispenser was installed entirely too high and practically unusable. No exhaust fan in restroom, no ottoman for small chair, small counter area by sink, very small bathroom. Breakfast not good at all,toaster broken so no toasted bread or bagels. Very friendly staff, very very very slow elevator. I will never ever stay here again.

Bed was very comfortable. room/suite was good size with all the extras to accommodate a good stay. good lighting, desk, closet and lounge area with second TV. the additional cost for daily parking which was outside and this i didn't see on the original costs for the hotel stay. cost was low but should be made more clear to aknowledge the daily parking fee.

It's old. Rooms are 30 years old. Very bad.

Over all the stay was ok. 2/5 stars. The breakfast was just NOT very good. The staff at breakfast made sure to let us know every morning that they weren’t going to make anymore food after 9am when breakfast ends at 9:30am. The variety selection wasn’t too great at all. We had “breakfast tacos” (or so they called it that) for 2 mornings and it just looked like they recycled the food. French toast was stale. The fruit tasted old. Definitely won’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Everything else about the hotel was good besides the breakfast in the morning. It was a free breakfast but I’ve never experienced such a horrible “free” breakfast.

The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. After using a few sprays of my personal Lysol, it was more tolerable, but I would not stay here again.

The swimming pool needs some good cleansing The worse of my stay was when I was not aware that I was being charged every time I went out. It was not my car that I was riding, but because your company has the vehicle information it was automatically process. I had your account from previous users m ay hospital So I don't remember, if I had to pay or not but, I am a senior 76

This hotel is a bit difficult to find, but it was pretty clean eventually, and well kept, and breakfast was great. There is a great restaurant nearby. Very convenient for the airport.

It was a good stay. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good quality. The ladies working breakfast were very attentive, as were the people at the front desk. It's a pretty basic hotel that has everything you need, including a heated indoor pool.

We had an amazing stay and this was really close to a lot of amazing restaurants and shopping places. North Star mall was really close along with the Airport. I would definitely recommend and rebook when I visit.

The gentleman checking everyone in on April 17 2026 was extremely rude. Act like he didn’t want to be there and made the check in process very disappointing. The facility is run down and extremely dirty on the entire floor. Huge stains on the mattresses in room 524. Air conditioner didn’t work through the night. It was a very unpleasant stay. It is not easy to get to and they charge you for parking

Room was comfy. However the bathroom was a mess! Not cleaned, tub looked as if someone took a shower and it was not clean, rust in bottom of shower, toilet area just dirty looked like paint chipping away off walls in toilet area

Absolutely rhe worst experience ever. I was 10 minutes early and was not allowed to check in. First night there my truck and 4 others had our windows busted out and our trucks were rummaged through. Due to prior commitments I had no choice but to stay the next night. Went out to leave and there were 8 additional trucks with their windows busted out. Management DID NOT care. I asked several times Friday and Saturday for a manager and never spoke to one. I was told " I have let them know you want to talk to them". Bring your own towels - ask for clean towels and was told twice "towels are in the dryer. We will bring you some". Never got clean towels.

Property needs a deep cleaning - Breakfast horrible..

The next day they took all the towels and left no toilet paper in the facility, and the hand soap was gone. The treadmill in the workout room was catching and then at one point the electricity went out and it was out for at least 3 days!

Check-in was seamless and quick. Receptionist was polite and informative Room was clean. Choice of parking due to holidays. Safe environment. Breakfast had a variety of hot and cold items. Pleasant stay as always.

The breakfast was adequate as you would expect, but the waitstaff, Judy, was amazingly friendly and helpful. She was the best part od the experience. The street and parking lot had potholes and seemed hazardous to many vehicles. The pricing for parking was high and unnecessary for the condition of the lot. The air conditioning in the room would not adjust and kept running even when it was turned off which is not bad for Texas heat, but it still was not functional. The shower head was broken and sprayed in all directions despite any attempt to adjust the sprayer settings. The tiel in the bathroom floor was loose and the grout was breaking and sitting on the tile. Overall, not a pleasant stay for the price paid. My wife and I were disappointed that we boiked for 2 nights and had to stay both but didn't want to lose the money we already paid. We love San Antonio and usually stay at other brands of hotels. We will definitely avoid this one and return to our normal.

Parking company is same that operates several lots at SAT airport so I already had the APP on my phone but even the text messages regarding parking at these 2 hotel motels was mysterious and not concise about what I was paying...daily or on every exit?

Breakfast was good. Cleaning staff was nice, but room only got cleaned and towels refilled once. Room smelled really musty and air conditioning was not cold enough and the thermostat in the room did not really work. Room always said 73-74 degrees.

The staff was lovely, but housekeeping wasn't up to my standards. The bed was not made regularly, there were washcloths and hand towels left over from the previous occupant, and the showerhead was caked in calcium. Even though we were "upgraded to a King Suite" (the circumstances were understandable but my guest and I were forced into a smaller space) the pull-out bed was filthy and there were no extra linens or pillows. The room was next to the visitors' laundry room and the whole floor smelled damp and unpleasant. Wifi was sporatic at best, half the outlest and/or lamps didn't work, and there's no fan in the water closet. Add to this that parking is $5 a day or in a dark area outside the gate. I wouldn't recommend this location for anyone vacationing or the 2nd floor for anyone with asthma with environmental triggers, like myself and my guest.

Why would they rent out the room if the ac is not working. The tech guy came in and could not get it going, and would let the desk know. So ee leave for the evening and return late and the front desk didn’t know about getting us another room. That is how smooth the check-in was.

This is our usual hotel we stay in when in town. Other than having a toilet overflow, the room was good. I will say that the staff needs to do a better job telling customers that there is a charge to park. There are signs in the parking lot, but there needs to be a sign visible during check-in. The girl that checked us in did not mention it at all. We only found out later after checking in. And it has to be done by scanning a QR code. Not a problem for me, but for those who are not tech savvy, they might have to ask for help. And if you dont do it exactly right, you will get charged every time you come in the gate, instead of only being charged once per day. The manager, Ashley, was great in helping me out with this issue.

I didn’t like the QR code to pay for parking. Just put it on my room. That’s less hassle.

The location is very close to many restaurants. The lobby was family friendly, staff was very friendly and attentive. Room was very clean, just some outlets need fixing.

The hotel was clean, the room nice and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet at night and check out took less than 1 minute!

The elevator wasnt working, and we were staying on the 4th floor so that made it kind of stressing, I did ask if they were getting fixed soon and they said they didnt know when, they did offer to help with the stuff we had, but we still had more stuff to bring down from what they helped with which was only a stroller I was also charged a little more than what my reservation showed and from what they told my on the front desk when i checked in

The hotel, itself, is a challeging location to get to. I lived in San Antonio for 12 years and I still was not sure if I was in the right place. I went to check in (I was early) - zero staff was there to help. I do have a service dog and they were great about him. He has paperwork but they never asked to see it. I do appreciate that but the hotel is out of date.

The breakfast selection was delicious! The room size is very spacious.

Tile in restroom was not adhered to floor, grout was cracked and tiles would shift. AC unit was noisy. Not the best stay compared to previous stays at this location. Room 406

Thus was our 3rd stay here. It was good, but there were some issues with the AC, which was worked on as we were checking out. Eveerything else was good.

The breakfast is horrible and limited for a "breakfast buffet" The gravy for the biscuits just taste watery n plain. When i went to the front desk to ask for towels for the pool because they were out they told me they would bring them to me and that i could only get 3 for my family of 4 but in the end they never came. And pillows are soo uncomfortable

Walking to restaurants

Room not ready at checkin time. First night was kept awake till 2am with a party next door. Tried to call front desk ( no answer). Had to go downstairs to the front desk twice before they would do anything about the noise.

Customer service was excellent from front desk to housekeeping .

The toilet was broken and they told us aside from no other rooms available that they were not a full service hotel “we are Fairfield” whatever that meant. Very disappointed.

In the online check in I specified a 11AM check in we arrived at 11:30 and was told that we could not check in until 12:30 1 pm and that they would text us when a room was ready. We did not receive a text message by 2PM so we traveled back to the hotel and approached the front desk top see if they did have a room available and they did. by the time we got up to our room that is when a text message came stating there was a room available. HUMM!!. When we arrived to our room floor the smell of marijuana was over powering through out the hallway (Not good being I had my 6 year old grandson). The room had not been vacuumed because we saw food crumbs through out and my grandson found a lint roller sleeve filled with hair IN his bed under the sheets and cover (very disgusting!!

We usually book through Marriott Bonvoy and haven't ever had an issue at this location. Our air conditioner was noisy, the bed had a huge lump down the center and the pillows were ridiculous. Staff was ok, but usually very courteous and professional. 1st night of an anniversary trip and it wasn't great, by any means
