Convenient location friendly staff outdated rooms that weren't clean & closed pool. Recommend Courtyard SeaWorld located nextdoor.
- 3/5
The shower was extremely dirty. There was hard water buildup on the shower head. The power went out on the entire property, briefly. Followed by a “false fire alarm” at 8 am the next morning. The charger port on the lamp was broken & my phone died while I was sleeping so none of my alarms went off.

Good staff and a clean location
- 5/5
Great location.
- 5/5
Great location and the staff is always available to be of assistance
- 2/5
Booked a room with King size bed . Got a double Queen beds . Was too tired to to complain at the time. Thinking back, i was so dieting it took front desk to check me in.
- 5/5
Breakfast was excellent
- 4/5
Room was not that clean, when we open sofa bad there twas trash in it.
- 5/5
Great staff, nice room
- 5/5
When we travel there are three things that stand out (other than being clean). 1) bed 2) shower (water pressure) and 3) coffee options at breakfast. All three were phenomenal! Adding clean, quiet, and helpful staff to the experience and it was excellent.
- 5/5
I was very impressed immediately when I stepped in, the entry smell great, the entrance as well as the corridor smelled clean. Not like other hotels that everyone smokes outside of the front door. It was very clean, the room was very clean, the shower/tup had an excellent drainage. Very great experience at a great price.
- 5/5
Pleasant staff
- 5/5
Very nice, clean, and very quiet. The gas station is directly adjacent and connected to their parking lot. Rudy's BBQ and gas is about 1 mile before the hotel. Great food. The breakfast was very good at the hotel! Everything about this hotel including all staff were fabulous.
- 5/5
I did not like that online it did not tell me I had to pay for parking on top of the high cost for the room, parking should be included in the price as it was already over 200 for 1 night.
- 2.5/5
The rooms smelled like mildew, the paint on the tub was chipping away. The a/c was not great, and paying for parking aside from paying for the room seems ridiculous.
- 5/5
The location is perfect. It could maybe use a little upgrade but overall nothing to really not like.
- 2.5/5
Parking lot charge, I am staying at the hotel not just using your parking lot.
- 5/5
Great staff, friendly and clean
- 4/5
Room was clean and comfortable. The interior hallways are starting to show some wear. The pool was closed while I was there. The breakfast was good and hot and plenty of food choices.
- 5/5
no comment
- 4/5
The front desk was very accommodating and they made my granddaughter birthday special The one we had could’ve been a little bit cleaner
- 3/5
Front desk Angie Internet, had to pay for parking
- 3/5
Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. Appreciated the Silk milk. Older property in need of room updates. Room had a weird smell. Had to pay $10 to park which seemed unreasonable. Why not include that in the room rate?
- 2/5
Pool was closed nobody said we had to walk to another hotel to be able to swim. Never knew $10 a day for parking. Hotel should have informed us.
- 3/5
Hotel is outdated, you could see wear and tear in the rooms (bathroom especially- hole in wall by bathtub near the baseboard). Dust ruffle on one of the beds was dirty and there were paint fingerprints on the headboard. Pool was not available ( they had a lock on the gate and it was empty). You have to pay for parking separately. Hotel as a whole had a “wet dog” smell to it. It worked for what we needed- a place to sleep, but wasn’t impressed by the facility as a whole.
- 3/5
Swimming pool was not working.
- 3/5
The shower curtain lining had mold
- 5/5
Excellent Stay! Clean and quiet stay as well. Great property! Loved it here!
- 5/5
Staff were very friendly. Rooms clean.
- 2/5
Pool was dry, property not up to Marriott standards, Breakfast ok. Staff pleasant. Parking over priced.
- 5/5
Room fee was incorrectly charged to my credit card.
- 3.5/5
The bath tub had mold in it.
- 4/5
Ok
- 5/5
This day was good they need to get better beds better sheets and better pillows
- 4/5
It had a great breakfast and a refrigerator in the room. Decor a bit out of date. Tile cracked in bathroom
- 3/5
The swimming pool was not working the whole time. We were offered the pool next door but both hot tubs were broken.
- 3.5/5
The location was the only thing that was up to our expectations. The hotel was not up to our expectations for the money we spent to stay there.
- 2/5
Breakfast was good. The pool was “out of service” and the parking is ridiculous that they have to charge for parking PER DAY $10! My mom room tv did not work and never got fixed.
- 2.5/5
did not have breakfast some guests were having a party out next by the pool that starded at 3 pm at arrownd 8 pm I ask the person at the front desk to please tell them to turn down the volum of the music, the ignore and continue with there low music, they did not, at 11 pm I ask your front desk person to call the police and she told me that she could not do that and so then I ask to call the police , I was not the only gues that was complaining, so at arrownd 12 midhnight I ask to be moved to a diffrent room located away from the music, and is when the front desk person told the security guard to tell them that if they did not turn the music off and go to their room or she will call the police, and is when they turn there music off and went to their room
- 4/5
Very clean, staff was wonderful. Nothing
- 5/5
The friendly staff and breakfast The breakends of the car’s and trucks.
- 5/5
We really enjoy our stay at the hotel!
- 5/5
Parking was good but you do have to pay nightly fee—$8. Breakfast is the best I’ve had anywhere. Staff pleasant. Always a good stay. They were painting back of building so pool and spa were all chained up. A bit disappointing as we were there a week.
- 5/5
The staff was able to take care of some confusion during my check in and treated me with respect.
- 5/5
It was really good
- 5/5
Staff was super friendly and funny, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was great!
- 3/5
Yes, but for the quality of facility, charging for parking is a joke.
- 2.5/5
Room was clean, a little small. Breakfast was decent. The cookies and coffee were good. Did not like paying $10/day for surface parking out in the far edges of a city. The rooms next to and above us were very loud late into the night. They could use better sound barriers in the building.
- 5/5
Pool was closed. Clean room and stocked well. Staff was very nice.
- 2/5
Highway convenience No parking they let construction workers that were working in the hotel take up all the front spots instead of having them use the back spot
- 5/5
Good hotel , decent value for price
- 5/5
Staff and location
- 5/5
Parking fee. The hotel is outside of town.
- 5/5
Very friendly chec in.
- 3/5
We stayed 4 nights and
- 5/5
Room was cleaned, staff were very friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Nice and clean both the room and the reception lobby.
- 2/5
Guests in 306 were rudely loud with heavy foot-stepped adult(s)5 & continuously running and jumping. We complained 3 times to no avail. I asked for a top floor room. Children and teens belong on a ground floor. Reserved room on the option with roll in shower and was only offered one AFTER my third party check in review and we had already unpacked.
- 5/5
2. Room cleanness also good 3. Security systems installed gives confidence (parking areas). 4. Providing a water dispenser at lift is good option and bad smell is coming at ice cubes dispenser area. So this area some fix need to done.
- 4/5
Very good hotel
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Our breakfast experience was fabulous, thanks to Maria. We went to breakfast Saturday at 8:30, expecting it to be busy. There were no open tables and lots of people. Maria was working the breakfast area, and was working hard. She was cleaning tables, keeping all the food stocked, and answering questions, all with a smile. The food was good, and she did a great job keeping the area clean, which was no small feat with so many people. She definitely made this visit great.
- 5/5
Nice place, quiet & confortable.
- 5/5
Professional and friendly staff. Clean room.
- 4/5
Clean room good staff
- 2/5
Very Poor Breakfast, the room was very small! Plus, you have to pay a parking fee! Come on, this is not a downtown area!
- 5/5
The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were very clean.

The hotel was dirty. We found a roach on tv, blood stain on the pull out bed of the sofa, and a dirty tooth brush by the bed. I even took photos. When hotels.com tried to contact them they would not reimburse me even with the photos-despite the front desk lady telling me all I had to do was contact Expedia. Then I tried to personally call the manager Bertha who told me she checked the room herself and there was nothing there. Keep in mind I had pictures of the stuff. Worst manager-she was rude and making it seem like it was my fault for being disappointed
- 2/5
Breakfast was decent and so was the coffee.
- 5/5
Very nice place to stay. Note you do have to pay a seperate fee for parking.
- 3/5
Dirty old

The room air condition never cooled, it’s was very hard to get comfortable and the room had an unpleasant smell.
- 5/5
Greatly
- 5/5
Perfect place to family.
- 5/5
First they were great about us checking in late! The front desk person Chris was very nice and informative! Also, very helpful! It was clean, and spacious! The breakfast was very good and simple. Will def be using this hotel on all of our SW trips.

No problems. Comfortable stay and convenient location to Sea World
- 5/5
It was clean and quiet
- 5/5
Close and convenient to Seaworld. Good breakfast buffet. Nice, quiet rooms.
- 5/5
Amazing! Only thing is the breakfast lady put away the breakfast way before it was time so a lot of people that went down to eat didn’t get to.
- 5/5
This is an older establishment but well maintained with excellent location and staff.
- 5/5
Great experience. Quick check in
- 4/5
The room was nice and clean. The only thing the tub did not drain well and hot water wasn’t hot.
- 3/5
We found a roach on our bed talked to front desk she said they have water bugs on first floor but spray once a month
- 5/5
Safe , clean overall great location to stay if your going to go to Sea World or the Aquatic .
- 5/5
Great hotel and clean.
- 3/5
Dirty bathroom. Blood stains on tub and shower lining.
- 5/5
Everything was excellent.
- 4/5
It was close to the National Shooting Complex.
- 5/5
No one told us they erre not going to clean every other day.
- 4/5
Easy check-in but couldn’t pay parking fee thru QR code.
- 2/5
The staff was great unfortunately the AC went out and they were going to transfer us rooms but turned out there wasn’t any rooms available to transfer too
- 5/5

- 5/5

- 5/5
Everyone at this location is very friendly. Super quiet location.
- 3/5
Room was clean and bed was comfortable. However I had a neighbor who woke me up with loud TV playing at 4AM both nights I stayed there.
- 3/5
The breakfast was ready and always was good.
- 5/5
Everything was great. Fadt easy check in and out.
- 3/5
Beds are too soft and TVs are small and out of date for firestick. Entry to hotel is a little hard to get to.
- 3/5
Except for our Door not properly locking. Everything else was great. Please fix that lock. Room 109
- 5/5
We liked the location, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and our room was nice and quiet.
- 4/5
Affordable, clean and good location to Sea World
- 5/5
Great front desk manager! So helpful and genuine in our comfort, activities in San Antonio and our parking.
- 2/5
Not very clean. Close to Sea World but otherwise leaves a lot to be desired. Has very old look, feel, and smell. Bathtub was peeling, lamps were rusty, all the furniture was chipped up, chair and carpet were dirty/stained. High priced for this type of hotel especially because they make you PAY FOR PARKING.
- 5/5
Front desk agent very helpful
- 4/5
Convenience
- 4/5
The property was very nice. My only complaint was that the water didn't get very hp out in the bathroom. I would stay again.
- 3/5
The pictures do not match the rooms. Our bathroom floor was sticky. There was a booger on the wall. The cords were all dusty and not all the outlets worked. Felt old and gross. Worst Marriott I’ve ever stayed in.
- 4/5
Be aware you have to pay $8/day for parking.
- 5/5
Check in was smooth
- 5/5
Great stay. Amazing staff and very helpful. Just didn’t receive clean linen or had our cleaned. Over all 10/10 hotel
- 4/5
Friendly and helpful staff and a very quiet hotel. Nice pool area that wasn’t heated. Property showing some age as our closet door kept on coming off it’s track and was damaged at the top, and there was an apparent wall repair in our room but they didn’t complete the job by painting the repaired area.
- 5/5
The room was excellent.
- 4/5
Close to hospital. Clean, quiet and had parking lot cameras
