This property is beautiful it is very clean and the location is also convenient. The staff was so polite and the breakfast was really a great a big variety of food for everyone in the family the Texas waffle was cute for a photo and tasty they had fresh fruit yogurts multiple bread choices like bagels,toast,English muffins and blueberry muffins. They had topping for the eggs cheese and salsa pork and turkey sausage the oatmeal station was phenomenal also had toppings cranberries brown sugar walnuts cinnamon golden raisins. Infused Water and coffee all day is a plus the pool and gym was nice too….even though we payed for parking the valet was very nice they have a great system set up to have your car waiting before u get down stairs I will highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again The only reason I didn’t give them a 10 is because the jacuzzi wasn’t working the knob just wouldn’t turn on and that was one of the reasons I picked this hotel

The facility was nice and clean. Staff was amazing and friendly. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good, wish there was a bit more variety being it was typically the same every morning. Hotel's location was close to the riverwalk, the mall, the alamo, and several restaurants to eat by the riverwalk and mall. Parking is difficult find if you don't want to use their valet parking especially at $39.00 a day, but the valets were super friendly, and wait time was not very long for them to get your vehicle. Keep in mind we stayed during the week and not on a weekend. I only had to use it one time because was lucky to find a spot right near the hotel. Overall, we really liked the facility and its proximity to places we wanted to visit. would definitely stay their again.

The beds were very comfortable. The valet employees were awesome, the valet manager went above & beyond to help us in a pinch. Staff were all very pleasant, know;edge able and friendly. Location was close to River center, easy walk. The drive up to the front door is crowded. The neighborhood is sketchy.

I liked the location of the hotel close to nearby notabke historic locstions. Parking ,i was not nofified about the parking issue i came to find out there is on site parking for an upcharge of $40 valet service no other option but street parking by nearby if available.

The staff and the breakfast was really good. The lady at the front desk Amy was so helpful and she tookcare of our check in process smoothly.

Fantastic hotel. Room was small but perfect size for the two of us! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location was very walkable and safe. Despite being close to night life, hotel was quiet. They had a nice patio/ smoking area by the pool also. We had our coffee out there. Bed was comfy and clean. Points off for parking. It was street parking or valet for $40. Breakfast was delicious

The furniture in the rooms are a bit outdated, the mattress in the room we stayed was very wore out, but Valet staff was so awesome it makes up for the other.

The staff was super nice and very greeting no matter the time of day or night we were arriving. Crystal checked us in and was very friendly and asked why I was visiting and said my birthday she sent a card up to my room and that to me was very personal and very unexpected also I didn’t get her name but the Guest Services Manager I believe she also was very friendly and we also chatted for a bit but I would definitely stay here again. Also the valet drivers all were amazing and friendly as well ! Nothing

Staff was great , rooms are updated , clean linens , towels , etc , daily cleaning , only , they keep forgetting to refill the body wash and conditioner everyday . So we had to use ours . There is no free parking . Valet only . Breakfast was great . Eggs, bacon, sausages , pancakes , bagels , etc .

We enjoyed being close to the riverwalk. Walked to all the locations. Staff were excellent. I know where we will be staying when we come again.

Park off the street to the meters to get free parking don't pay $40, don't care about your Marriott status they won't honor it for ANYTHING.

Breakfast is heavily influenced by the Spanish diet. Chircsco in the eggs, refired beans, wraps on the breakfast bar. Staff members are warm , great with directions and suggestions. They have a great valet service, fast and friendly. Hot water was an issue but maintenance had it fixed lickitty split. Yes I would stay there again.

Breakfast was the usual "free" fare: sausage, crumbly eggs, waffles, breads, cereal, etc. I didnt use their parking, which was by valet only. I parked elsewhere, which was cheaper and offered self parking with in-and-out privileges. Good location. Walkable to the River Walk, Alamo, River Center Mall, convention center and other attractions.

The property manager offered either a partial refund or reward points. To avoid the hassle with trying to get a refund processed from Marriott to Hotels.com I chose the Marriott points. 3 days later and they are not yet posted to my account. Now they say because of the amount of points it will have to be approved by the General Manager, who apparently only works M-F. Last I knew the hotel business was 24/7/365. Maybe I’m overreacting but I feel like I am getting the run around and now have to spend more time following up on this than what the points are going to be worth.

Valet personnel were always so kind and respectful and greeted you with a smile and by your name. The front desk staff always acknowledged you and made you feel welcomed. The hotel was clean and well tended to. Due to my busy conference schedule only got the chance to enjoy breakfast one day but was a great variety of foods offered and do appreciate this. Overall was a great stay and a big thank you for all who made this possible.

I find that outrageous I have never paid for parking at a hotel. The website didn’t mention parking fees. I won’t be staying there again that’s for sure 😡

Clean room

A lot of street noise. Fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night and they just said it was a glitch. One elevator was out of service and the staff was using the other one during busy customer times making waits long. Not good on the customer service end. When we arrived late at night no one let us in. No one came to class cars. Not a great experience.

Was ok. Except for a very loud vibrating noise intermittently on all night from some machinery on the roof. I was on top floor so it was annoying.

Great location, convenient to everything in downtown San Antonio. Will be even better when construction around the Alamo is completed.

Shopping and location was good. Didn't use pool...most of day it's in the shade. Breakfast would get good rating if it was hot, it looked like it was steaming hot in chafing dish but as soon as you took a bite it was barely warm. Beds were comfortable, slept well but room itself could use some updating.

This is a fabulous property for the value and price we paid. The valet parking is a little $$, but everywhere around this area is the same in that regard. The property was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was hot and delicious. The only complaint is there was way too much chlorine in the hot tub, it completely leached the color from my daughter's swimsuit and it changed colors irreversibly. She quickly exited once we realized how strong the chlorine was, but they should keep a better check on those levels. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay.

Stay would have been great if parking for 2 days wasn’t $80. Room would of rated great if A/C Thermostat worked and cowling wasn’t falling off from customers removing to change temperature

A/C Thermostat on wall didn’t work and cover was falling off on A/C from room guest having to remove to adjust temperature since there was no access. Bath tub stopper didn’t work, so had to take shower when I wanted a bath. Parking for two nights was $80 since only other option was pay to park on street. Breakfast was what we expected for free and hotel personnel was friendly.

The room was in good condition, staff was friendly. I just did not like that there is no free parking, I asked to get towels brought up to two rooms that I had booked and no towels were ever given. Our room keys kept not working so I had to go back down stairs to get them reactivated, this happened 3 times and it was annoying.

Welcoming staff upon arrival, common area and rooms were clean and smelled great! Breakfast was amazing! Easy check-in and out. Beds were clean and comfortable, and had a spacious clean bathroom.

The room was filthy. There were stains on the bed. The bed sunk to the ground. The area the hotel was dirty, loud, and not safe. Parking was not provided. There is a nightly fee.

Front desk I guess ok. We reserved for 3 adults. so room with a sofa bed. It was HORRIBLE. We called front desk. They could not do anything but offer us a comforter!! I called back. Nothing they could do. I asked to change rooms. She said same type. I said I want a confortable bed forvthe 3rd adult to be able to sleep. She gives us exactly the same thing!! Mattress maybe 1/4 inch less springs. When I had called, I had told her this hotel does not believe in the comfort of their clients!! And I believe this. Neither the hotel, nor Expedia, should be promoting this room for more than 2 adults. Disappointed is an understatement. The 3rd person did not sleep well.

Clean, nice staff, good breakfast. Only negative is we could hear the nightclub down the street til about 2 am. That’s because we brought a sound machine but it was very loud! 😢

Helpful staff

Room was not what I reserved. Reserved a room with 2 beds and they said they had non available despite me having the reservation. Ended up with the smaller room in the entire building with less than half the sq ft of my original reserved room. Also the name on the screen in the room said “Welcome Doreen”. I am not nor have I ever met a Doreen

Great location, good breakfast, and friendly staff. I was very sad that the hot tub was not working because that is one the of the reasons I specifically booked this hotel. I wish somehow, they could notify at time of booking of what services are not available. The only parking onsite is valet which cost $37. This is a ripoff. We simply parked 1/2 block away with city parking which only cost $3.50 from 8am to 6pm. We left our car there for 2 days and it only cost us $7.00. We were a little worried about the security of our car, but we had no issues. We parked right next to where the Marriott hotel parks cars for valet, but they are in a gated parking lot.

I was given an accessibility room, but I didn’t want or request that at booking. Several other issues with room and parking but not gonna list. Downtown price and rates is all I can say.

The manager and staff should be an inspiration to other hotels nearby. Our experience at this hotel elevated our overall SA experience.

Close to the alamodome riverwalk and other places

The location is great if you're looking for the San Antonio Riverwalk experience. The location is very centralized for walking, dinning, public transportation and entertainment. I had an amazing stay here the breakfast was great and so was the customer service in general. I traveled from Nevada and the hotel location was perfect.

Bedrooms needs a little upgrade

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, everything waking distance. I didn't have to use valet because I was able to find metered parking close by, saved a few bucks... I would stay again in a heartbeat!

The pool is a little small for the 2 hotels, but it was very nice and Breakfast was amazing.
