This location was not advertised properly. The location is next to an underground freeway, and the environment gave me the appearance of safety concerns. The exterior was not clean .

I didn't like anything about property..I had to cancel last minute because it wasnt like the picture online. No pool, property looked scary to even get off car and a lot of people staring when pulling in

Only the pool The rooms dont get serviced. You have to ask for clean sheets and u change the bed. The restroom was filthy. Blood on the door frame of the bathroom, on the bathroom door both sides. Floors have never been mopped. The bathtub was filthy. Had to use a towel to stand on to shower. There were stains on the pillow covers, headboard as well.

No breakfast = a good weekly rate. Kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator in the room saved me lots of money for the week. I'd rather fix my own breakfast and save money on the rate. Grateful for their flexibility in working with me. Their pricing policies are tricky to negotiate. But we finally got to an agreement. I would appreciate an upfront rate for the day, weekly and monthly. At this price point it was about the best value I could find, all things considered. I bought groceries and 'cooked' and ate in my room most often. I did appreciate the coffee in the lobby each morning. I would like it to have been available from 6am instead of a soft start at 7 am.

They are very accommodating, but I've passed 30 days and was moved to the extended side and was not informed that if I stayed on this side I could no longer book my room online and I only had digital currency at the monent so I book and paid for the room which had no cancellation so I could not get a refund and was instructed to pay for that day still. I'm sorry that's what I didn't like.

Easy parking.Room was clean. We reserved a room with a king bed but we were given a room with 2 full size beds. Receptionist was not friendly, no coffee either morning.

Too dirty, too noisy, staff is not helpful

Before we got to our room we witnessed a drug deal. We couldn’t stay in such a high crime area. Also we were somehow double booked and were charged for both bookings. We had to leave and find another hotel. By the way, Expedia refused to refund us even for the double booking. Never using Expedia again and absolutely never considering Extended Stay for future bookings

My first motel booking was an issue so I stayed here as a last resort. Staff was helpful. AC worked fine, shower was hot. First room i was put in had water on the floor. Moved to another unit. Stay away from the back of the property if you can, the freight train is right at the fence. Its loud and vibrates the floor. Hopefully they don't blow the horn at night but sometimes they do. Trash accumulation in the bins outside the property, please empty the trash! The shower curtain was paper thin and stuck to me while I showered. Needed to retrieve toilet paper. Toilet did not flush too well, this is why there was a plunger next to it. Met two baby cockroaches; one per day. Drug deal next door, car lights direct to the room, 3:44am on a Tuesday, not sure those folks slept until after 6am. Lots of transients in the area, folks hanging around. There are people down on their luck living here. Whatever chemicals are used to clean the rooms were strong enough that everything I brought home carried the odd scent. Bath towel strong scent of Indian spices/curry. I needed to conserve money for my stay so that is how I ended up here. I could not wait to check out, it is what it is.

No wonder the price was so low, place was terrible dog hair on the couch, homeless walking in and through property. Pool was green and my room smelled to the high heavens like cigarettes. Thank goodness for Expedia agent help me get my money back after I did a U-turn out of there.

My room had a plastic bag over the smoke detector. It was supposed to be a non smoking room. The location had homeless people hanging around and I found a cockroach on the wall. Needless to say I checked out immediately. We arrived at midnight and they held my room, which I appreciated but due to the location and the room conditions we checked out by 8 AM

I had already paid for the room, and really hesitated getting down, but figured "well, as long as the ROOM is clean, we can manage..." Went to the lobby and got our room key. There were cigarette butts everywhere on the property, but specifically ones next to our door. While the room seemed clean, it had an overwhelming smell of marijuana, with burn stains on the floor, blankets, bathtub and curtains. My son has asthma, so that wasn't going to work. Informed the front desk, and they offered a different room. Walked through a hallway that reeked of urine to get to the second room, trashes overflowed in every corner. The second room was worse. It smelled of smoke, but this time cigarettes, with significantly more burn marks on the furniture, floor, bathtub, counter, curtains... In this room the curtains, wheets, and pillowcases, were all stained or dirty. While walking out of the room, I noticed they had lightly painted over vandalism, but the words "DADDY D*CK LOVES YOU!" were still very legible, amongst other things. Not the environment I can bring young kids into. I went back my car and asked my kids if they would like to stay or try to find somewhere else. "We dont feel safe here, mom" Returned the key, was denied refund

The only thing that was good there, was the staff in the lobby. This place caters specifically to women of the evening and “partying”. I think I’ve said enough.

Location was not good! People were sleeping outside of office . The hotel was not as presented on the website

clean room and pretty quite place but my check in was horrible. front desk attendant was a woman and I don't know her name but let's just say she is a person with no compassion or empathy for other humans. very very horrible person.

Todo estuvo exelente, volveré otra vez , estuvimos dos noches, y estaba todo limpio, lo que me gusto mucho , que nunca lo había visto en un hotel fue ,que tenían , shampoo y acondicionador, crema , jabón para manos, jabón para cuerpo, pero en grande , suficiente para semanas, me agrado,,,, lo único que no me gustó mucho, fue la persona en la recepción, tal vez tuvo un mal día, pero fuera de eso todo exelente 💯

Room was dirty once we checked in, but the manager was very kind and went out of her way to clean it for us. The bathtub has a bubble of water making it very uncomfortable to walk or stand in, floors were still pretty dirty, towels are very warn and leave fuzz on you after use, ac has a loud sound to it and the tv doesn’t always connect to the universal remote they provide. Area was very sketchy and lots of people roaming at night and around the rooms. I wouldn’t recommend staying more than a night. Very friendly staff though.

The staff was exceptional and very friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. Every room also has a smart TV, fridge and a microwave wich are all in great condition.The pool was nice and well maintained. They also have a great Mexican restaurant in the hotel with amazing prices

Great room for the price, our only complaint is that the curtains were about three feet shorter than the windows and it took us a long time to use the tv because it was in Spanish mode 😂 However took almost an hour to get into hotel due to all the construction that happens at night……but for the price we have no complaints!

Room is not clean. Washroom is smelling bad. Food stains on the chairs and bed. Fridge has left overs from previous occupants.

The booking details doesn't tell you that the place is filled with dealers and other undesirable neighbors. I was concerned for the safety of my car and my wellbeing enough that i left after the first night. I wouldn't have stayed that night if i wasn't already exhausted from travel and it being after 11pm. The staff were friendly and the room was clean as it could be, considering the age of the property, but the clientele made me abandon ship even with the no refunds policy.

I wasn’t expecting luxury, but the room didn’t have any type of soap, glad I prepared! The floor of the hallways was covered in filth from what it looked like 1984 I can only say that I was grateful for my lack sense of smell, thank you allergies! There was only one half used roll of toilet paper in a room that sleeps 4 people, again I had prepared myself with a pack of wipes. Other than that I was too exhausted to even notice or care I was not visiting for pleasure this location is near a hospital where I went to visit a family member.

Didnt get to experience the pool because of the weather. The rooms was not up to par, the tub have a lump in it you dont see it until you get in, the curtains have stains all on it. The only thing that was good about the room was the water pressure in the shower I love that but everything was about the room and the location was terrible. The Motel needs to remodel the whole building and update it's amenities.

It’s not the hotels fault that there is construction going on and therefore extremely difficult and time consuming to get in/out, but it is the hotels fault for not letting me know. This stay was enormously difficult. Enormously.

I didn’t stay longer than 15 minutes…roaches were crawling in the room and on my belongings I ran out of there. That’s all I have to say. Staff was great super friendly and beyond helpful, the lady at the front desk was very sweet and understanding.

I thought this was the real Extended Stay went booked it. The TV did not work the 3 days I was there. The toilet over flowed and the repair guy left the nasty plunger in the room for me to use. I deserve a refund for the work that I had to do.

The first room didn’t have a working lock, the second room had a lock that didn’t work, the room was clean enough.

The rooms are impeccably clean and maintained to a high standard. The staff members are consistently friendly and welcoming, always eager to assist with any issues that may occur during your stay. This is not my first visit; I have stayed here multiple times, and I genuinely enjoy the experience. The environment is generally peaceful, although it can sometimes be noisy due to nearby city activity. When I mention noise, I am referring to trains passing and the congestion from traffic, which are beyond the hotel's control.

Staff was friendly, but and room was good, but the restroom needs fixing. Tub was like a waterbed it was so wobbly that I was scared that it would break when I was showering. Toilet the tank kept filling up by itself, when I woke up in the morning the toilet itself overflowed. Not going to book here again. Pool? Being cleaned, but not opened for several days, weird.

It is old and poorly remodeled but otherwise good for the price.

All of the staff here at this location are amazing! They have been through hell dealing with me and my emotions this week! And I loved that they had a mini store in the office! Plus a laundry mat! 😀
