I was denied access to check in for over an hour while the only staff member in the office ran off with her boyfriend. I explained to her I was moving out from out of start and I had pets in car. It was 3pm and over 100 degrees we waited while she went in her date. We finally left and checked into another hotel. I was denied by both the hotel and Expedia a refund 😭 disgraceful

Nothing Roaches everywhere

The breakfast was coffee and instant oatmeal packs. But it was small but I still slept great.Good location. Only 2 stories which is a plus. The room was too small .I had a remote control to the tv that the whole top was missing it’s just outdated

The receptionist was good. She helped as much as she could with her pulling a double shift. The hotel was completely sold out but our room was no where near the pictures. They have you sign an agreement for a $250 no smoking policy but the room definitely smelled like smoke. Thankfully, we checked the bed immediately and found stains on every layer of the bedding. Coffee looking stains on the side of the bed. There was missing tile from the walls of the tub. Tub looked unkept along with the entire bathroom. The stove top area was burned completely. We had low expectations going in but there was even small residues of either bed bugs or ticks. The water pressure was even low.

The staff was friendly Roaches dead &alive, broke phone, dead crickets, no clean towels the whole time I stayed there, no breakfast like it was listed that they had,not Clean outside in the parking lot, homeless sleeping in the back of the building, the sheets had poop stains on them… It was the worst stay I have ever had in my life.

It is nice and clean. The shower/bathtub are a bit dilapidated. Other than that it's nice! A/C works great and it's a small but nice room. Excellent bed and pillows. The front desk could be run better. I don't know if they have not been trained or are all new, but I asked the front desk person to extend my stay and he just stared ahead like I didn't say anything. So I said it again and he just pointed to behind him. I had no idea what was going on. I left and then came back and the situation was the same. Finally another guy came out from the back and I told him. He went ahead and processed me. Very odd interactions on three occasions. It's good for the price. You can't check in before 3 however, even if the room is cleaned and empty. So that's odd to me as I travel a lot and most will let you in as soon as the room is available. But again, I think it's lack of training or just a policy they won't budge on. It's in a great location.

Where do i start? Reservation was not taken into consideration and the mgr on duty needed a "tip" to bump someone at night to give me there room. It was unethical and wrong, I will be following up with the owners of this facility

Longer shower curtains, most of the water leaks out and it’s all over the floor.

Location The outside sidewalks were almost all heavily stained by the dripping water from unit ACs and algae growth was strong. Every guest must be tracking algae and bacteria into rooms. Stairwells unclean. Open garbage can under stairwell. There was no breakfast pastry/muffin/granola. Staff offered apologies. Room was cramped, very poorly lit. Refrigerator worked well but had splattered rust over the door surface. Bathtub was dangerously slippery with no gripping surface and no grab bars. No correct size bath towel. Mattress was really soft. The topsheet was also the bedcover. No blanket.

Breakfast was an opened economy bag of cereal. No bowls. No milk. Coffee creamer was in an opened cup. Room had roaches so I bought a roach bomb and can of bug spray. I was told I would be moved and never was. Shower head had no pressure. Staff was hardly ever at the desk. I was supposed to clock out on Sunday by 11:00 and I decided to leave on Friday at 7:00 p.m. Staff was extremely rude and liked to try to contradict you when you talk to them about something regarding your room. When I reported the roaches I was basically called a liar. So I took a dead roach and a video of a roach crawling in my bed.

It was amazing and definitely worth the money spent

Keep driving pass this hotel, once I arrived no staff in office at 6:00pm they left a posted note to call a number. So many guests asking if my vehicle had been broken into on the first night that was very reassuring that my belongings were safe. Other guests complained about roaches and appliances not working. Bed sheets and covers were covered in dog hair this place is a nightmare. Worse hotel experience. And I definitely wasn't gunna trust a place like this to serve breakfast i would want to eat.

Bed was not very good. Breakfast was poor - not even muffins or cereal. No cups or glasses in kitchen. Photos not realistic

not give less. We asked for ground floor rooms and they couldn’t give us one because those rooms had no toilets. (!!!) we walked in the room and walked back and went to rent another hotel. Never again.

Front desk staff was polite but unhelpful. I tried to check out a day I early because I decided to go to another hotel and the front desk staff said I would be charged a late fee because their system automatically does … something. I had to come back the next day to check out, in order to avoid the “late fee.” To repeat: I TRIED TO CHECK OUT ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON FOR A RESERVATION LASTING UNTIL 11AM SUNDAY BUT I HAD TO COME BACK SUNDAY MORNING TO AVOID A LATE FEE. What the oompa loompa hell is this place?? Avoid.

We booked and once there were told they had no vacancies. I do not blame the front desk lady, you could tell she was doing her best. I blame the property manager/ owner. We were left with no where to stay since finding a hotel last minute pretty much impossible.

Furniture was damaged, walls at the kitchenette stained, remote cap missing with no batteries, carpets not vacuumed and had pet hairs, tub felt uneven.

I was told pet me would be 10 dollars upon arrival it was 30. Almost the price of the room. Room was dirty. Bed Sheets had alot of hair. Room was gross.

The shower was bad

The two things i did not like is my door key kept unsyncing, i would have to go to the front desk and the fire alarm kept going off for no reason in the middle of the night when i was asleep.

Don't stay here.

Room was disgustingly dirty and gross. Carpet has not been cleaned in forty years, it seems. You can get ill (germs) staying at this place. Unsavory characters walking around the parking in daylight and suspicious activity at night, which made us feel 100% unsafe.

When I went to tell the night crew at the front desk they couldn’t be bothered and asked what the problem was over and over. In order to get more towels you have to exchange them etc, every time we had a request they looked at us as if we were dummies. When I asked them about shortening my stay they told me to call hotels.com in which hotels.com couldn’t help me either. So our first day was a nightmare. The only saving grace was the older lady that worked the morning shift who was pleasant and helped me check out early and refunded the rest of my stay. We were there to put my husband in a neuro rehab due to an accident and we didn’t need the extra headache. Maybe the morning lady should teacher the younger night crew and have housekeepers that actually clean.

Wasn't told about a pet deposit but after there maintenance man walked into the room without knocking thankfully my dog alerted me I was undressing. Than im informed the gm went down after i left and just let herself in. I was informed the pet deposit is 29.50 but on there site it says 25.00 thats misleading why is there taxs on a deposit.

I had a late check-in, but they were very hospitable at the front desk.

After making my reservation w/Expedia, I had no issues checking in and getting my room.

A good place to stay that is quiet.

These rooms are dirty. There are roaches in the bathroom and by the TV area. I paid for a non-smoking room, but as soon as I walked in the room, there was a foul smell of smoke. However the front desk service was impeccable.

Service was very low I won’t stay there again. Not able to get towels or sheets bugs kept appearing I swept up lots of bugs my 1st night there. I had to walk to the lobby to borrow the broom and dustpan. No one seemed to care that I was sweeping up the bugs in my room they were more concern about me bringing the broom and dust pan back

First, the room smelled bad. Second, found two large roaches dead on the floor. Third, construction being done on the room nearby. Nice room layout but I didn't enjoy staying there and don't plan on returning.

I didn't feel safe with the argument next door

I was in building 3 and twice the room key wouldn’t open door. Finally requested another room. Room smelled like Mary Jane, bed was wore out and sunk to floor and no shower knob to take bath or shower.

First room they had me in was still dirty when entering. Went back to front desk requesting a different room. Second one seemed clean till pulled down the sheets and saw long dark hair all ober. Then, the tub looked filthy!

The microwave banged all night long. Our service dog was growling at something and it was a wade of hair in the bathroom behind the trash can. Of hair nasty. Then the morning we got up atarted packing up. My husband found a womans driver licence under the bed. So how is this even poasible if your cleaning your rooms I have pictures. I also gave the lady t the front desk the womans license.

It was also clean and neat with a kitchen. Problem was the heater did not work!!!! Had to leave the stove on to get the room. Not sure about ac.

The staff was friendly. Got locked out of my room. Turns out the batteries for the lock were bad. The mattress should have been thrown out long ago! Had to balance right in the middle to not roll off in either direction. It was dirty, or in need of fixing. Specially the tub/shower. No pots, pans, or utensils. Turns out you had to request them in advance? Did not expect that with a kitchen in my room. The A/C window unit was musty. Smelled like i was being pelted with mold spores. I kept sneezing. Only good thing i can say is I didn't have bugs.

Relaxing stay

Good value. Safe and convenient location.

It was good, floor was dirty which turned our feet black. My fiancé felt like the door wouldn’t lock all the way when leaving or going to bed. I let the front desk know when we check out and reassured us to come back and it’ll be better.

My allergies were immediately activated when I walked in the room. The room was musty and smelled of mold and mildew. Had to leave early because woke up to roaches crawling on me in the bed. Bedding and towels were dirty and stained.

The room was absolutely filthy. I spent my first day here scrubbing up probably years of grime it was so bad. The stove looked like no one had ever removed the burners to clean. The furniture had a thick layer of gunk on it. And there was a pair of old socks left in one of the cabinets.

This place was horrible. I took photos of bugs every night of my stay. When I checked out the front desk person seemed very indifferent to my concern of the bugs. I emailed the general manager and assistant general manager and I received no response.

There were dogs fighting in front of our hotel room at 1am-3am called front desk woman said she would check in it. But it continued on and off all night. Horrible

First room smelled like a freshly smoked cigar, second room was not cleaned and smelled like someone urinated on the sheets. 3rd room we gave up and it smelled like weed

Relaxing

I had an ADA room which was excellent. Roll in shower. I have 2 concerns, there were no dishes, silverware or pots and pans in the kitchen. You have to request them from the front desk. I didn't bother to ask if there was a charge. The add stated that the kitchen was fully equipped. My other problem was that I needed to stay an extra night, I talked to 5 different people and got 5 different answers.I paid for the extra night the day before. They proceeded to call me at noon and asked if I was checking out, if so I needed to go to the office to pay an extra charge. I explained that I had paid the day before for an extra night. They told me that they had no reservation for me and couldn't find where I had paid. I would suggest that you keep every record and if you talk to anyone write down name, date, time and their response.
