Service are relatively good. We have no towels after room service. We have to call front desk to get them. Also the bed is a bit hard to my taste. My room is on the 4th floor and I can hear music most of the night time from outside. I'm not sure it is from the nearby restaurants and bars. The music die down around 11pm. The hotel is nice and clean and service is good. Breakfast is a bit better than other hotels and they have happy hours snacks and drinks for guests. Which is rare in today's hotels.

Location , happy Hour & breakfast! Staff ! No friendly at all specially front desk. I ask a woman with short hair at night at what time was breakfast and she was on her phone look up and said the time but it looks like it was an inconvenience to her .

Comfortable stay for our family of 6, we travel to San Antonio to visit family so I’m happy we finally found a hotel we liked enough to stay again. Best location, good breakfast and happy hour. Pool area was perfect.

Everyone we encountered was friendly and accommodating, and we would definitely stay here again on a future trip to San Antonio. My only suggestion is that, while the hotel is very pet-friendly, it offers limited green space. There is mulch around the landscaped areas but no grassy spots for your four-legged companion. That said, a short walk around the block leads to several nice grassy areas, so it wasn't a problem. Although we didn't have a chance to enjoy the pool or the evening happy hour, both looked inviting. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent breackfast No hot water

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was yummy and full of options. The elevators were often available quickly even though there were many guests. Housekeeping staff was helpful and prompt.

Breakfast was good, made to order eggs if you want. Room was clean. Shower could be redone, mold on the caulking. Other than that the room was excellent and clean.

One of our favorite perks was the complimentary evening happy hour, which included delicious snacks and a great selection of beverages. The included breakfast was another highlight—it offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options and was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had. The pool area was beautiful, peaceful, and felt very private, making it the perfect place to relax. The hotel also has a well-equipped gym, which was a nice bonus. Overall, Embassy Suites exceeded our expectations in every way. Between the outstanding amenities, excellent service, and comfortable accommodations, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Loved the front desk clerk he remembered by daughters name and that it was her birthday! I believe his name was lance. Loved the happy hour and the breakfast. Will definitely stay at embassy suites again. Only bummer is because i booked with Expedia i didn’t get Hilton points

Bathroom was poorly cleaned, and the shower leaked a lot of water. Staff gave incorrect times for breakfast and happy hour, meaning we missed both. Overall, not a great stay.

Breakfast can be better. Taste and presentation isn't as good as some other Embassy Suites. Maybe food quality needs to be improved. Otherwise, hotel is clean and friendly staff. You have to pay for parking unlike other locations.

We lost electricity for about 15 minutes and ended up having to fix our toilet otherwise very clean and the breakfast options were great.

Rooms were clean and spacious. However the connecting door in ours allowed a lot of noise from teenagers in the next room which made it difficult to sleep. There is also a club across the street that plays loud music late into the evening on weekends. Breakfast is ok. Overall, a nice enough hotel but I would not stay here again.

Overall, this hotel was peaceful, well staffed, excellent service and clean! The pillows and bed were plush and full, the pool was inviting and I can’t wait to go back when it’s warm to actually get to hang, I’m talking turf grass and lounge chairs. The bar… steps away for quick drinks and snacks for the kiddos. Breakfast, yes, free, no need to check in and egg station. Everything was full and ready no waiting for an empty pot of coffee gates parking with hot restaurants and chicken and pickle right around the corner. Loved it and will stop staying on the Riverwalk for this amazing property from now on!

Now you must pay to park (used to be free) The last few times we have stayed here the tvs in the room are not working properly. It’s a good hotel in a nice area but these small things add up over time. Not sure we will be back. woe

$11 a day. There is no reason for this as the parking lot was not secure. There are bars as you enter the lot but it doesn't require payment or payment as you leave. Anyone can come in and out at their own will. The manager special used to have great desserts. Now a wrapped stale cookie that were served two nights in a row. Next our toilet broke in the middle of the night. When i advised the front desk, not an apology not even a mention of any compensation. The room was alot smaller. The TV kept disconnecting every 10 minutes. I advised the front desk that it was an ongoing issue. An ongoing issue that last 3 days. No compensation at all. This is the last time i will be staying here. $11 a day

Room was small but clean staff was as helpful as required to be but not accommodating. Breakfast is good lots of variety and cook to order. Snacks during social hours always the same and not very good. Pool small and not heated. Gym small and not.well equipped. For the proce expected better.
