Drury Plaza Hotel San Antonio North Stone Oak

The room was very large, the bed was comfortable and the walk in shower had nice hot water and great water pressure!! In the evening there was a nice little meal (chicken fajitas, beans, tortillas, salad, tortilla chips, hot dogs and soup) AND you get to have 3 adults beverages… all included. In the morning there was breakfast, all the standards. The pool was small but the patio area surrounding it was large w comfortable seating options.

The hotel was clean and well taken care of. All of the staff we interacted with from the desk to the people cleaning the rooms were friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Front desk staff was amazing! Everyone there was extremely pleasant, even other guests. We arrived after the drink and snack party in the lobby area, but made it to breakfast which really hit the spot. Will stay at a Drury again.

This hotel is my favorite among all that I have stayed in San Antonio, and I highly recommend it to travelers visiting the area.

Not the hotels fault, but there was someone destroying a room at 5 am. Loud knocks and sounded like furniture overturning, every ten minutes. Called the front desk and the problem was solved.

The staff were awesome and helpful. They remembered who we were which was really nice. We enjoyed the breakfast and the dinner throughout the week which was really nice. Our room was not as cold as we would like, but it was okay. We will stay here again.

Free dinner every night. Three free drinks every night. Don't expect a fancy dinner, it's free. Drinks aren't very strong, but they are free. Covered parking was free. Staff was great.

The rooms were very clean and well stocked with towels, shampoo, etc. I loved that it had an ironing board and iron in the room. The room has small fridge and microwave so my kids were able to take any snacks in case the got hungry. The breakfast and dinner provided was excellent and very delicious. I am definitely going back for my next stay. I really appreciate everyone, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you for making my stay feel welcomed.

Natasha was amazing. I had driven not that far but far enough to be tired with my little dog, and she was funny and kind and listened to an old ladies story about her best friend who she loves and when she did see the best friend she was kind supportive gosh couldn’t speak more of her didn’t know that there was meals included. That was fantastic. Nice perk, but most importantly kindness of the staff everyone I met and the cleanliness of the property. It was a joy to stay the night.

Nice location. Friendly staff. Breakfast was ok. After hours is nice. Pool area is clean and comfortable. Rooms are nice and spacious and comfortable. All in all a very nice hotel.

My first concern was that I called the front desk to request towels, but they were never delivered. This was inconvenient, especially since we were ready to shower and had to wait. My second concern was the size of the pool. I have never seen a hotel pool that small. It was manageable when only a few people were using it, but the hotel was packed during our stay, and my kids could barely swim because of the limited space. Overall, we enjoyed many aspects of our stay, but the towel service and pool size were disappointing.

Staff was very accommodating my husband was hungry and went down 15 minutes early before breakfast started. One of the ladies served him hot pancakes. She was very sweet to him!

The pool, laundry and exercise room were all on the 5th floor which is where my room was located, making it very convenient. The very large pool area was very relaxing with beautiful outdoor spaces and seating. The 3 hotel elevators were so fast and never had to wait long for elevator service. The value for my one week stay was outstanding!!!

Family trip and we were all happy with this hotel. Impressed with how clean and spacious the lobby is. Rooms were clean, had plenty of space and the bathrooms were bigger than most hotels. The parking garage had plenty of parking every night. We would stay here again!

This was a nice hotel and the staff were great. Super clean place and lots of little perks aroumd the hotel and free parking. We will definitely be back.

Ok, check in was a breeze. Staff was very polite and helpful. Now, getting off the elevator on the 7th floor, there was a terrible odor. I have no idea what the smell was. Then our room was so close to the elevator, we could hear every noise it made all night long. The fold out bed squeaked loudly and so did the kind bed. The whole night was surrounded by some sort of noise. As for the breakfast, we didn't eat there as it stops at 9:30. We checked in late, so dinner was a no go either. I'm very surprised bu this encounter as our other Drury stays have been fantastic. Maybe it's a location thing, I don't know. Next time we'll try somewhere else.

Wow...just wow. Loved how easy the parking garage was to access. Loved the breakfast in the morning. Loved how quiet it was. Never a bad experience with Drury.

Very basic hotel but very helpful and attentive staff.

I did not use the pool because the rain but water looks great. Also I did not catch the afternoon amenities because we arrived at 8 pm but got hungry and use the market but unfortunately no milk available since was due, also it was high in prices so cheaper price could be a plus for customers that arrived late since we paid the same cost as customers who were arriving early.

Friendly staff at check in and each morning and evening of our stay. Kickback drinks were great. Breakfast was okay but room was always clean. We would stay again.

We were there 5 days while my husband was having debtal work done and eevery staff member we had interactions with was wonderful! Everyone was friendly and so accommodating! The young ladies working the front desk...I can't say enough good things about them! They were so helpful and very sweet!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!! 4.5 🌟

A little dated but very clean, breakfast was standard, drinks and dinner at night were a nice touch. Originally I was on the top floor and the AC did not keep up and was warm. As some visit to the front desk and was moved to a lower floor and was nice and cool. Overall nice property and has that "resort" feel. One guest referred to it as their "stay-cation".

Our stay was wonderful from having a clean room, the great evening kickstart and loved the breakfast.

The room was very clean and well maintained. There were extra pillows already supplied in the closet so I didn't have to ask for more. The amenities were very nice. Both breakfast and dinner (snacks) were provided as well as free drinks or sodas. The parking was included which was very helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful two-night stay at Drury Plaza Hotel in San Antonio! The hotel was exceptionally clean, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff was welcoming from the moment we arrived. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and evening Kickback—it was a great bonus after a day of exploring the city. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations, and we truly appreciated the hospitality. We would definitely stay here again the next time we're in San Antonio and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and family-friendly place to stay!

Just didn't like how one night worth of towels, tried to call downstairs after midnight nobody answered and the cleaning lady the next day just walked in at 1010am when check out is at 11am. i just felt rushed to leave we left 10 mins till 11am but geez don't just waltz in.

The property was very clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The property offered a lot of amenities but we didn’t get a chance to use some of them. I would 100% stay here again.

This is usually our favorite hotel we stay at when traveling to San Antonio we like the kick back. The hot tub wasnt that hot just luke warm there were no towels for the pool and it was only 330pm the front desk ladies were very nice.We went to breakfast later than usual 9ish and we wanted more breakfast and they were quick to put stuff away and there were other late families and the worker keep saying it closes at 10 we stat at 7 I get it but I think they should start cleaning up @1030 give people a chance especially with kids not easy

Loved the pool/spa area that is up on the 5th floor roof. Also loved the free kick back drinks.

Main lobby and dining areas are renovated, rooms could use some upgrades. There was no vent in bathroom and also missing towel hangers/hooks. Parking structure is a plus since there was no space out front.

Hotel was recently updated, room was clean, staff were nice, and parking garage was a plus!
