Nice hotel rooms. Nice staff. Had everything you needed. I was there for business and the WiFi was fast enough.

Staff was very nice, room was fairly clean(tv remotes need a bit of an update imo), AC would not cool in our room, luckily my gf doesn’t like it freezing but I do. Love the happy hour and breakfast. We love Drury Hotels. This is the first “complaint” I’ve ever had. It was one night so not a huge deal.

The staff was very kind! Breakfast was top tier & we were greeted by the manager during breakfast. He was going around making sure to check on guest. Definitely would stay here again!

Well kept hotel but worn. Room was clean, good water pressure in the shower and ac worked well. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

MY WIFE AND I HAVE STAYED HERE MANY TIMES AND WE HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD STAY. EVERYONE FROM MANAGEMENT DOWN TO HOUSEKEEPING HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY HELPFUL.

We booked one night since we were flying out the next morning. The room is spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable just what we needed for a restful night. The shuttle was super clean and on time. The front staff was super helpful since our Uber food delivered was to another location they were able to get it to us super fast. We didn’t eat at the hotel but highly recommend it.

The room seem outdated and the carpet had a smell. The staff was fantastic!

I like the room set up with a separate living area with couch and TV, a bedroom area separated by a sliding door for if one person wants to sleep and another person wants to stay up late watching TV.

Camille makes one feel right at home and at ease .. highly skilled in people interactions. Drury Supervisor ( I didn’t get his name) was also very relatable and was willingly to get into serving patrons at bar to alleviate the long wait. The shuttle drivers Juan & morning driver were also very personable .. Other staff at the desk were professional and accommodating and did a satisfactory job in being personable.

The Drury Plaza San Antonio Airport location is so convenient!!! Not only for the airport but also for other popular attractions and activities. The staff were amazing very helpful and nice. What's holding this location back is layout of the hotel. So the room is okay nothing spectacular about it which is fine if you plan to be out and about a lot. The closet partially blocks the window. The bathroom space is tight because of the way the door swings open. The room has your typical things like microwave, refrigerator, iron, blow dryer. You also have a tv but just cable channels no access to Netflix, Prime, or Hulu, etc. The breakfast is actually awesome it's real hot food and the afternoon kickback is amazing as well you get 3 drinks and the food is good depending on what you like. You essentially get breakfast and dinner at Drury. I didn't use the pool but it looked nice and saw plenty of other guests using the pool. Parking is easy and no extra fee. There are nice little areas to sit and hang out. I'm happy with my selection I just think eventually it will need to upgrade.

The room was outdated and needs a bit of a makeover. The staff were excellent and very friendly.

The staff was excellent and Aaron the manager made us feel so welcoming. They made our celebration vacation more special, relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We visit San Antonio about 4 times a year and we will always stay at the Drury Inn. It is convenient, clean, the staff is friendly and accommodating. The evening drinks and snacks are always good, and the breakfast is great. (wish they would cook the sausage a little longer...but I like mine well done) It is well worth the money! Wish I could give it more than 5 stars!!

Never seen so many people fighting over pulled pork sandwiches.\nI will not be going back to this ghetto hotel could not even move or find a table to sit in dining area pool was over populated with people throwing up heck na not again

It was an ok hotel. First time staying at a Drury Inn. We were on the first floor close to the entrance which was not ideal for us, we heard everything coming in and out the door.

The room was clean, my wife said it was was one of the cleanest we'd stayed at.

We love everything about this hotel.

Breakfast, staff, late afternoon snacks you name it to clean rooms, wonderful staff. It was an amazing environment. That was super family friendly.

I couldn't do a better selection. This hotel is Excellent. No complaints at all everything was perfect. Since arrival until check out. Everyone with a smile and helpful. The lobby, rooms, hallway, elevator and every single spot was clean. Breakfast is complete and delicious. Love the details to have everything for everyone. And the plus was the late snacks that are not snacks is full dinner. Delicious as well. Includes free drinks that was awesome. Highly recommend this place and definitely if I have the opportunity will be back

My wife and I selected the Drury Plaza Hotel for its proximity to our planned activities in San Antonio. Good choice. The staff was friendly and helpful from checkin to checkout. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the friendly staff (including the managers) who assisted all the guests. We would have rated this Drury hotel “5 stars” but our room (and we assume other rooms) are dated and could use a refresh or update.

Beautiful hotel . The room we stayed at was perfect and pretty large for our family of 4. The breakfast was not as tasty as we would have liked but overall great stay!

The front desk was so helpful and the airport shuttle was great.

I didn’t realize that they offered free dinner with 3 free alcohol drinks per adult. Really allowed us to save some money on food. Great location close to the airport too.

This is one of my favorite hotel chains to stay in! Even though I’ve only stayed in a Drury Inns a few times, I’m always pleasantly surprised at how great it is. I’m not sure how they make any money with such a great breakfast Buffett and free evening meal with drinks. I think this is definitely one of my favorite chains that I’ll be looking for every time I travel from now on.

So close to the airport, convenient shuttle services to and from, and extended stay parking! I would definitely stay again!

Clean and spacious room. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast and happy hour provided a good variety of offerings. They also have a shuttle that takes you not just to the airport, but anywhere within a mile of the hotel, which was very helpful. Staff is friendly and helpful. My room was quiet and peaceful.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. There was easy checking and checkout. My only “complaint” was, while the room looked clean, there was still hair left in the tub from a previous occupant. Other than that, the rest of the room was clean and the dining area was also constantly being cleaned during breakfast and kickback hours.

Decent place. Definitely is a little out dated. Our 2 queen room was a little tight especially the restroom. It’s nice you get happy hour drinks with a small dinner and breakfast the food is ok

The hotel is very very musty. Something really needs done about that. Also our tub was actually kind of nasty. Black rings through out the tub. Looked like there was caked tooth paste on the faucet outside the bathroom. Honestly the bathroom made me not want to shower. Pool was not very clean. Could see everything from the window that it needed cleaned. The windows were also caked with dirt. The shuttle was nice, though again hot. Ill def pass on this hotel if we go through san antonio again.

This isent a knock on the hotel but a knock on Expedia. They make it seem like your on river walk even though they have multiple locations near that area. The airport location is 5 mins from airport 15 mins away from river walk but if you read reviews and look at pictures there all together so be aware of that. This location is great other wise. Clean great Breakfest great free drinks they give you . Rooms are big everything is 15 mins max away so not bad .

I do enjoy the complimentary breakfast in my hotel stays. They allow for a bite before heading out to fulfill a full day itinerary. I would imagine it's convenient to both those there for work and those there on travel/leisure. The staff kept the place very clean and that was a great feature and reason for booking there.

Drury Plaza Airport was quite an awesome experience! The breakfast was very generous with plenty of choices froom eggs, sausage, pancakes, fresh fruit, and more. The evening Kickback menu was equally generous and rotated throughout the week. The outdoor spa and pool area was always very clean and well stocked with towels. The fitness area was sufficiently equipped. The bed was comfortable and housekeeping was exceptional. All of this more than made up for the smaller bathroom. From the friendly front desk team, to the food prep crew and servers to the maintenance crews...Drury Plaza Airport's location is the only place I will stay when in San Antonio!

Super friendly staff at the reception, quite location. They arranged shuttle to the Airport within 5 minutes of the request. Will certainly go back if visiting San Antonio.

Jennifer at the front desk was very helpful upon check-in. My room was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Wasn't to impress with the A/C. My room was warm all night. Everything else was great.

I think what was unique to me was that on our first night we arrived late and the shuttle service was still able to pick us up from the airport and that to me was a great option since our rental car wasn’t ready till the next day so I am thankful that they were able to pick us up and the whole staff from the driver to the other staff were excellent and gave excellent customer service no issues.

Best hotel stay would definitely recommend & i would definitely stay again.

This hotel is the best. I have stayed here once before and it doesn't disappoint . The evening " happy hour" is the best. So much food and drinks as well. You won't have to go out for dinner after attending. My favorite place to stay, along with all the other Drury's.

Perfect cozy hotel after a long drive. The pool and jacuzzi are lovely and everyone’s so helpful.

The hotel was sparkling clean in every area, not just the room, and the staff were all extremely helpful and nice. Perfect stay.

I like the breakfast

The manager was so personable and accommodating. I love their breakfast and happy hour. What I love most is their popcorn station. I love that hot delicious popcorn, it makes my trip. Thank you guys

The room was very small for a family of four. I did like that it was on the first floor next to the exit.

We stayed in a corner room in which the bathroom was as tiny as an airplane. The room was extremely dated and the mattress had a jumpy spring straight in my back.

I Liked the free food and drinks everyday the hotel room was at first very bad! Don't get room 315 or 642!!! You'll be very disappointed!! Other than that I enjoyed my stay and would like a room close to the entrance. For the room are spread far from the front desk.

Upgrade to app TV so customers can login into Netflix etc and better refrigerators

Love the fact that I could leave my car in good hands, be driven to and from the airport, and not have to worry about a thing.
