We loved our stay. Everyone was friendly. The room was super clean and comfortable. The bed was super comfy. The room was super cold. Breakfast was delicious! They had eggs, potatoes, sausage, biscuits, and gravy. Oatmeal, boiled eggs, waffles, toast, bagels, and coffee. Dinner was delicious! Friday dinner was chicken fajita tacos, soups, salad, hot dogs, nachos. Saturday dinner was pork sliders, baked beans, baked potato, salad, chilisoup, hot dogs, nachos, and a soda fountain. They also give you three free alcoholic beverages. They also pop fresh poocorn every night! It was nice, we are definitely staying again!!

This was possibly the best hotel I've ever stayed at. All staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. Dinner was great and adult alcoholic beverages were included during dinner time. Everything a great. 5 stars hands down.

The rooms appear to be clean. However I stayed one night and I saw roaches crawling on the wall. I turned around and a roach was crawling across my beds headboard. I complain and get moved from the 6th floor to the 2nd floor. However once there I wake up in the morning and I see a roach on the bed in that room also. I check my suite case and there was a roach inside of it. I complain again. The manager and front desk person were horrified and refunded my stay. It seems that the entire building may need to be treated for bugs. It would have been fine except for the roach problem. The hotel appears to be well maintained. Fix the roach problem and it could be great.

This Drury Inn is our go to place now when we visit San Antonio. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and everything is just consistent. The service, amenities and overall rooms are just great. The staff is very helpful and really want to make sure that your stay is comfortable, enjoyable and great.

Excellent breakfast. Only one elevator was working so it took 15-20 minutes to get on and off during checkout time. Parking was a pain

Drury is the only place we stay when we visit San Antonio. Sometimes we stay at the Riverwalk Drury, but mostly, we stay at the Drury Inn Northwest Medical.

It would have been me nice to have a benches to sit on outside of the hotel and that both elevators were working.

Location is a 10, friendly staff and it had free breakfast, drinks and dinner awesome

Check in & check out was a breeze. The buffet breakfast and the happy hour reception were amazing and delicious. The vent did not work in the bathroom, and there was a lot of dust buildup in the bathroom vent (visible to eye). No safe in room, not sure if any rooms have a safe. The room was otherwise very comfortable & having the large refrigerator was great. The property inside was clean, but the parking lot had a lot of trash. Not very appealing when coming/going. Lastly, the giant A/C units outside are very loud on the one side of the hotel. While obviously needed, just know that they are loud.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing. The carpets throughout the property were visibly dirty and gave the hotel a worn, poorly maintained appearance. The buffet area was also consistently dirty during our stay, with tables and surrounding areas not being cleaned promptly despite the high volume of guests. One of the elevators was out of service for our entire stay, leaving only a single elevator available. This resulted in significant wait times throughout the day, especially during busy morning and evening hours. It made getting to and from our room unnecessarily frustrating. While I understand that mechanical issues can happen, having only one working elevator in a busy hotel should have prompted additional efforts to keep common areas clean and minimize guest inconvenience. Overall, the hotel felt understaffed and not well maintained. With better housekeeping of the common areas and more attention to guest convenience, the experience would have been much better.

I would definitely stay here again. The staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. I love that you get breakfast and dinner. The area is conveniently located near the freeway and the hospital.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The noise from the freeway did reach our room on 7th floor facing the freeway. It sounded like white noise. Breakfast and kickback happy hour had good variety and fun.

This hotel needs to be updated badly! Elevators do not work and the room makes noise thinking the ac and plumbing. Everything felt old and needed to be replaced. I stayed because it was close were I had my eye surgery but I could not rest in the room because it was so uncomfortable and nosey. When the 7 and 8 flood is not available because of the elevator that was a sign this place needs major renovation. I am guessing the last updated was in the 1990s... would not recommend this place to everyone

Good location, friendly staff, secure parking. The building seemed a little outdated and smelled a bit musty. The room and breakfast area were clean it just isn’t a “new and shiny” property. Elevator was slow and one was out of service but that happens so it wasn’t a big deal. I would stay there again

One of the main elevators was not working so the other elevator was so crowded, also hotel is noisy with car noise passing in the highway nearby.

We love staying here every time we visit San Antonio. Food always great. Staff is always nice.

Love staying at Dury hotels. This one was amazing clean staff was very friendly, helpful and very nice us. Breakfast was good, even thought it was the same everyday, dinner was good and the bartender was extremely nice and made amazing drinks. Pool area was clean fresh towels, and hot tub was perfect temperature. Room was very spacious and clean on check in date. Thank you and we'll see you again.

Booked for 2 nights and we couldn’t be more pleased. Staff always had a smile on their face , friendly, professional and helpful. Our room looked and smell cleaned. Our rate included breakfast and dinner plus 3 free drinks. We plan on booking the same room next time we’re in town.

Went there to use the pool for the weekend during cold weather. The pool.was closed. I wish it had posted on the website it was being remodeled and was out of service..I wouldn't have stayed there. Other than that, it was a nice hotel and good service.

Highly recommended. Clean, good location, complimentary snacks and drinks in the afternoon.

The room was clean and the bed was mostly comfortable, with the exception of the pillows. The premises were clean, but the main elevator went out. This was particularly annoying because we had been at a concert and we're drinking a little and coming back to our hotel with the elevator not working was no Bueno. Especially since our room was on the 6th floor near the elevator. There was another elevator on the other side of the building, but was slow because everyone was using it... The hotel offered breakfast and a happy hour with drink coupons. This was the highlight of our stay. The breakfast however was OK,

Picked this hotel for their Kick-back evening ‘meal’ as we like to get to the hotel and rest and not go out to eat. I think 5:30 to 7 pm. We made it by a minute and the staff was VERY accommodating. Most would like the free drinks (alcohol) Not sure on the limit on that. It was excellent with salad with different dressings - my fav. Husband liked the chicken fajita and corn. They had beans as well and hot dogs. A full blown meal. I loved that they had Dr. Pepper and hubby- the Diet Coke. Staff was right there to clean up after you Had great seating from tables to bar and sofa types. Got kids- you gotta go here!! Great indoor pool. Breakfast was oatmeal (with raisins and granola options); Biscuits & gravy, eggs, great assortment of cereals; make your own fresh waffles, Assortment of juices with 100% orange juice I believe. And, the fresh popcorn out of the machine was a nice treat in the evening up to dinner close. Not sure when it started. Elevator was glassed in and full ceilings with a unique lighting fixture. Floors were open to view below - unique. The room had charging ports everywhere. Mirrored wardrobe doors. Sparkling clean! Great amenities! Excellent staff! Kid friendly- the place to go with kids!! (One elevator was out for repairs, but there was one next door and more down the hall). Oh, and the parking had security gate entry and exit!!

The hotel was spotless, from the lobby to my room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything was well-maintained and inviting. I also loved the complimentary breakfast and evening Kickback—it was such a great value and the food was fresh and delicious. What really sets Drury apart is the attention to detail and exceptional customer service. It's clear that they truly care about their guests and take pride in providing a first-class experience. I would highly recommend Drury Inn & Suites to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. I'll definitely be returning the next time I'm in the area. Five stars all the way!

Staff was awesome Great location

The number one thing with this hotel was having the peace of mind at night while asleep that your vehicle is kept safe and sound in the parking lot through a gated fence!!! The only knock I had was the room was a bit small for my family but that was not the hotels fault!! I should of chose a suite instead to accommodate the extra space in the room!! Great breakfast and dinner provided daily!!

Beautiful hotel, great customer service and atmosphere. The indoor pool was perfect for a family trip and secure parking gave us peace of mind. Only one elevator was working, other than that everything was maintained to working standard.

Staff was friendly. I had read reviews about the elevator and not working before arrival so was aware. Thankfully we were only on the second floor so just took the stairs. The pool was so crowded both nights

1st night the power went out twice. 2nd night the power went out again & stayed out longer. There was some type of slime or something sticky on the floor of the carpet. The hotel seemed smaller in space compared to other Durrys we’ve stayed in. One of the elevators didn’t work so you need to wait several minutes.

Everything was perfect! We enjoyed the fact there was dinner and breakfast was great. Only problem was they use industrial tide for their sheets/towels and I got a massive allergic reaction, whelps all over my legs. Front desk got us an upgrade because this app over booked but overall we will stay again I’ll just have to take my benedryl

There was a roach in the bathroom, which I kiiled. The microwave had a horrific smell (rancid odor). An employee swapped it out for another one. The a/c made a scraping type of noise the entire time of our stay. I expected more from The Drury Inn. NOTE: I, Norma De Leon, was in San Antonio for a doctors appointment and would have appreciated a restful, comfortable stay.

Several times and the second elevator continues to be out of order since more than 1 year ago

Property is showing its wear two of three elevators were down at the time. The rooms under the window unit never turned off, it kept the room okay but struggled with the heat. Would benefit from a vent fan in the bathrooms. The breakfast Buffett was great and the staff were very friendly. Good food options nearby and easy to access downtown.

Our room was in excellent condition. The staff was respectful and helpful. Our only condition was the one elevator available, but it was under construction so no control over that. Overall, the stay was amazing and would recommend to anybody!

Price is affordable for us, is very clean and we love bed and pillows, breakfast is good.

Breakfast was incredible.....Only bad thing was only 1 elevator working the whole time I was there (3 days).

Six flags was only 10 mins away and downtown wasn’t far either.

The hotel itself was super nice but the staff was judgemental and did not give me the room I booked.

We knew staying at a Drury Hotel we would have a great stay. Previous stay at Riverwalk area was beyond our expectations. I will always recommend this hotel.
